教育的アプローチで虐待を受けた子どもたちを救えるのか : フィリピンの施設を参考にして
No full textIn Japan, approaches to abuse are mainly medical and psychological approaches, and other approaches have not yet been established and are not widely utilized. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to obtain suggestions on how to respond to abuse from the activities of Stairway, a Philippine NGO that protects abused children and has achieved positive results. The analysis was based on interviews with staff and children, as well as information from their website. The results revealed that the approach is based on a multifaceted assessment that includes psychological understanding, that it emphasizes the development of self-esteem based on human rights awareness, that it focuses on specific support for social independence, and that its activities are conducted from the perspective of community development to achieve these goals. It was also suggested that activities are conducted from the perspective of community development in order to achieve these goals. These perspectives were considered to be applicable in Japan as well

No full textThis paper aims to examine teaching the values required for democratic citizenship while avoiding indoctrination by analyzing the case of “The reference framework of competence for democratic culture". The background of this paper is the long debate about how to teach democratic values democratically in the social studies educational field. This is related to the issue of value neutrality and independence. As a result of the analysis, the Council of Europe attempted to realize value education that avoids unconscious indoctrination by making learners explicitly aware of values and then critically examining them. This approach has the potential to become a powerful alternative approach in Japanese social studies education

Relationship between Learning Engagement and Learning Outcomes in Online Education during the COVID-19 Pandemic: A semi-structured interview
No full textThe coronavirus pandemic has instituted mandatory online education across Japan and many parts of the world. Using a semi-structured interview, we collected and analyzed students’ reactions to online education across high-rank, mid-rank, and low-rank universities in Japan to determine learning outcomes among undergraduates with different pre-existing learning engagements. Our analysis revealed that online education proved effective on students with pre-existing learning engagement outside of class, which in compliance with prior research, only students at high-rank universities were found to possess. Therefore, we inferred that the implementation of online education has been successful at high-rank universities but not at others. This study refutes that the gap in learning outcomes between different university levels occurring as a result of the mandatory shift in the online education is a legitimate phenomenon. オフィス賃貸市場における賃料の地域別分析 : マクロ時系列データによる検証
No full text本研究はオフィス賃貸市場を分析対象として、マクロ時系列データを使って、主要都市における賃料に関する実証分析を行った。都市、もしくは地域全体の賃料水準は、総需要量と総供給量のバランスによって決まると考えられる。短期的な需給均衡を踏まえたMcDonald（2002）の賃料モデルを参考にして推計した結果、ほとんどの都市において、募集賃料と地域別就業者数との有意な関係性を確認した。総供給量と労働生産性については、賃料モデルが想定する賃料との有意な関係性を確認することはできなかった。This paper analyzed office market rents in Japanese major cities such as Sapporo, Sendai, Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Fukuoka, by using macro time series data. In each city, rents are determined by the balance between aggregate supply and aggregate demand in office rental market. Taking into account this market mechanism, this paper estimates a time-series model of rents on office rental markets in each city. The results show us the significant relationship between rent and the No. of workers in almost all cities, but never gained significant relationship of aggregate supply and labor productivity
「平復帖」新考 : その作者・成立時期に関する諸問題を中心に
No full textThis study examines the earliest surviving ink writing in China, which is said to be written by Lu Ji in his “Pingfu Tie” (A Consoling Letter) in West-Jin Dynasty. The name of the person mentioned in the letter may be related to Zhang Zhi. Taking this as a starting point, if the interpretation of the text in the case disagrees, there is no solid evidence to prove that it is not Zhang Zhi’s ink.
The previous studies, without exception, are based on the “Cursive Script Pingfu Tie” record from the “Xuanhe Calligraphic Florilegium “volume fourteen —” Lu Ji.” However, there is little discussion about volume eight “Yu Shinan” from the same book, one of the “Copy of Zhang Zhi Pingfu Tie” record, the process of recording, and the reason behind it. Therefore, this study introduces the origin of “Copy of Zhang Zhi Pingfu Tie” in Volume eight, “Yu Shinan” of “Xuanhe Calligraphic Florilegium” as the starting point and explores it in combination with relevant records in the Tang Dynasty literature. The fact that Emperor Taizong of Tang ordered Yu Shinan and others to purchase the ink marks of Zhang Zhi and others in the world and copy them shows the authenticity and value of Yu Shinan’s copying of Zhang Zhi’s “Ping Fu Tie.” Later generations ignored it because people doubted the Eastern Han period when Zhang Zhi lived and whether there was paper for writing. Therefore, the “Pingfu Tie” book was determined to be the ink of Lu Ji in the West-Jin Dynasty, which Zhang Chou (Ming Dynasty) also mentioned in his writings.
Based on the above two points, the author in this thesis put forward the possibility of Zhang Zhi being the author for “Pingfu Tie.
探究的な学習の過程を通して，課題解決能力を育む授業開発 : 中学校社会科公民的分野単元「財政と国民の福祉」の場合
No full text本研究は，中学校社会科公民的分野の単元「財政と国民の福祉」において，探究的な学習の過程を通して，課題解決能力を育成する授業の開発を行ったものである。課題解決能力を育成するには，探究に足りうる課題設定を行うことが重要であると考えた。そこで，「生徒なりの問い，すなわち課題設定こそが，主体的な探究につながるのである（原田，2018）」ことから，学習前や授業の振り返りの場面で，生徒が疑問・質問づくりを行い，提出し，教師がそれらを活かした課題設定を行う授業計画を考案した

No full text当校では他校に先駆けて1999 年度から総合的な学習のカリキュラム化に取り組み，中学１年の総合的な学習の時間では，文章や学習内容などをまとめる方法の一つとして概念図を作る活動を取り入れてきた。私は昨年度から単元終わりにその単元を振り返り概念図にまとめる活動を取り入れており，今年度はさらに質問づくりの活動１）と概念図を用いた発表会を企画したのでその活動について報告する
