Une approche à base d'agents pour l'extraction des informations pertinentes dans un environnement Big Data
L'ère des Big Data a apporté de nouveaux défs en matière de traitement et de gestion des données. Les outils d'analyse existants sont maintenant sur le point de faire face aux défis actuels, fournissant ainsi des résultats satisfaisants à un coût raisonnable. Cependant, la vitesse à laquelle les nouvelles données sont inondées et le bruit généré par un volume aussi important pose divers nouveaux défis, en particulier dans la gestion de la qualité des données. La présente recherche combine deux domaines de l'intelligence artificielle, représentés par les technologies multi-agents et les systèmes d'inférence à logique floue, afin d'extraire les informations pertinentes nécessaires à partir des Big Data. Un réseau de capteurs sans fil à grande échelle utilisant plusieurs agents flous a été utilisé pour démontrer l'éfficacité de l'approche proposée. Il traite les capteurs en tant qu'agents flous autonomes pour mesurer la pertinence des données collectées et éliminer celles qui ne sont pas pertinentes. Les résultats de la simulation ont montré une qualité élevée des données avec une diminution de la consommation d'énergie des capteurs, ce qui prolonge la durée de vie du réseau.The era of Big Data has brought new challenges in data processing and management. Existing analytical tools are now close to facing the ongoing challenges thus providing satisfactory results at a reasonable cost. However, the velocity at which new data are ooded and the noise generated from such a large volume leads to various new challenges. The present research combines two arti cial intelligence elds represented by multiagent technologies and fuzzy logic inference systems in order to extract the needed Smart Data from big noisy ones. A multi-fuzzy agent-based large-scale wireless sensor network has been used to demonstrate the e ectiveness of the proposed approach. It handles sensors as autonomous fuzzy agents to measure the relevance of the collected data and eliminate the irrelevant ones. The results of the simulation exhibit a high quality of the data with a decrease in the sensors energy consumption, leading to a longer lifetime of the network
Resources consumption analysis of business process services in cloud computing using Petri Net
Using the cloud for companies can have a positive impact on business process construction because it gives the ability to perceive resources such as unlimited. However, this construction in the cloud still has a lot of problems with resource issues in elasticity, especially after over time, this can be costly expensive for companies when services of business process aren’t optimised in resource consumption. Hence, resources perspectives have become important to optimise the business process construction by selecting similar services that have low consumption for each activity. Concretely, the aim of this work is to ensure the consistency feature in resource perspective by using a Petri Nets to verify the right exe- cution of business process with initial allocated resources based on some properties and to select a path of similar services that has a low consumption to minimise cloud elasticity anytime for companies.320440841
Increasing the Visibility of Grey Literature in Algerian institutional repositories
The global trend of establishing digital repositories in institutions of higher education has accelerated as they are becoming important to research and scientific institutions for evaluating criteria. Institutional repositories can also help promote the practical impacts of research, which is not only beneficial to the community but can help demonstrate the importance of the work and enhance the researcher’s reputation. As of August 2019, the Directory of Open Access Repositories holds 4 140 repositories, including 15 from Algeria, consisting theses, conference papers, books and journals. Stacked Sparse Autoencoder For Unsupervised Features Learning in PanCancer miRNA Cancer Classification
This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.The recent progress in cancer diagnosis is genomic data analysis oriented. miRNA is playing an important role as cancer biomarkers to move with cancer diagnosis and therapy towards personalized medicine with the ultimate goal to augment survival rate and disease prevention. The recent explosion in genomic data generation has motivated the use of miRNA to enhance diagnosis, prognosis and treatment. In this work we have explored the integrated Atlas PanCancer miRNA profiles, using deep features learning based on unsupervised Stacked Sparse AutoEncoder (SSAE). The proposed SSAE model learns features representation from the used data. The consistency of the learned features has been tested using classification of samples according to 31 cancer types. The model performance has been compared to state-of-the-art unsupervised features learning models. The obtained results exhibit the competitiveness and promising performance of our model, where an accuracy rate of about 95% has been achieved. Index Terms—Deep learning, Bioi258

هدفت الدراسة إلى البحث في التصورات الاجتماعية للطالب الجامعي حول مستقبله المهني. قمنا باستخدام المنهج الوصفي، و طبقنا تقنية:"أنا ماريا سيلفيانا دي روزا" على خمسة عشر طالبا في طور الماستر بقسم علم النفس تم انتقاؤهم بطريقة كرة الثلج. و قد أسفرت الدراسة عن وجود 11 مكونا محيطيا للتصور الاجتماعي تتميز بنوع من المرونة و الثبات النسبي مع اختلافها من حيث الأهمية و الانتشار في أوساط الطلبة، أما النواة المركزية فتمثلت في مكون: "الوساطات الاجتماعية" الذي اكتسى ثباتا معتبرا و انتشارا واسعا في أوساط الطلبة مقارنة مع المكونات الأخرى إلا أنه تميز بنمطية متوسطة و رسوخ متواضع مما يرشحه للانتقال إلى المحيط في إطار الدينامية الحيوية التي ميزت مكونات هذا التصورThis study aims to analyze the social representations of the university student about his career prospects. We used the descriptive approach, and the technique of "Anna Maria Silviana de Rosa" on fifteen students of Master (15) in the Department of Psychology chosen according to the snowball method. The study identified 11 surrounding social representation components characterized by flexibility and a kind of stability. The central core was represented in the "social mediations" component, which is characterized by a considerable stability, average stereotype and low anchoring, which predisposes it to move towards the periphery as part of the dynamism that characterized the components of this representation.Cette étude a pour objectif d’analyser les représentations sociales de l’étudiant universitaire sur son avenir professionnel. Nous avons utilisé l'approche descriptive, et la technique de « Anna Maria Silviana de Rosa » sur quinze étudiants de Master (15) au département de psychologie choisis selon la méthode de boule de neige. L'étude a permis de déterminer 11 composantes de la représentation sociale périphériques caractérisées par une flexibilité et une sorte de stabilité. Le noyau central était représenté dans la composante: "médiations sociales", qui est caractérisée par une stabilité considérable, une stéréotypie moyenne et un ancrage bas, ce qui le prédispose à se déplacer vers la périphérie dans le cadre de la dynamique qui a caractérisé les composantes de cette représentation.6136337

Towards A More Accurate Theorem Of Startup Companies' Concept And Their Characteristics: A Systematic Mapping Study
انصب اهتمام الباحثين في الآونة الأخيرة على تحديد إطار نظري شامل ومحدد لمفهوم المؤسسات الناشئة وأهم خصائصها، وذلك نظرا للنجاحات الهائلة التي حققتها هذه المؤسسات والتي تجاوزت كل التوقعات. وتأتي هذه الورقة البحثية ضمن مساعي معالجة مفهوم المؤسسات الناشئة وخصائصها بمنهج جديد يسلط الضوء على قضية الانحرافات والتقييدات المفاهيمية التي شهدها الموضوع اعتمادا على تحليل الدراسات والأدبيات التي تناولته، إلى جانب دراسة منهجية مفصلة شملت عينة مكونة من 134 مقالا موزعة على 40 مجلة علمية محكمة مدرجة في ثلاث قواعد بيانات Springer، Science Direct وASJP. وتشير النتائج إلى أن التعريفات المقدمة ضمن هذا الإطار انقسمت إلى ثلاثة أقسام، قطاعية، كمية ونوعية، تتفق في غالبيتها على أن الابتكار والنمو القوي وحالة عدم اليقين الشديد الذي تواجهه هذه المؤسسات هي عناصر جوهرية في المفهوم. كما تشير النتائج إلى تركيز الأكاديميين الباحثين في تعاملهم مع الموضوع على منظور الكمية والقطاعية مقارنة بمنظور النوعية، وميولهم الكبير نحو الأطر المقاولاتية في محاولات الإحاطة بجوانبه.Given the considerable successes of Startups that exceeded all expectations, researchers have been focusing on developing a comprehensive theoretical framework for their concept and characteristics. This paper aims to address the concept of Startups and their characteristics with a new approach highlighting deviations and conceptual limitations of the topic. We depend on analyzing previous literature besides a systematic mapping study of their perspective that includes a sample of 134 papers from 40 journals included in three databases; Springer, Science Direct, and ASJP. Findings indicate that the provided definitions were divided into three sections: sectoral, quantitative, and qualitative. However, and broadly speaking, scholars agree that innovation, high growth, and severe uncertainty are essential elements in these concepts and in Startups characteristics. We also concluded that scholars focused on the sectoral and quantitative concepts compared to the qualitative one with a considerable tendency towards the entrepreneurship frameworks when addressing the subject.1403163
Integrating UML 2.0 Activity Diagrams And Picalculus For Modeling And Verification Of Software Systems Using Tgg
This paper deals with modeling and verification of software systems by combining UML diagrams and Pi-calculus. UML 2.0 Activity diagrams are used for modeling the behavior of software systems, while Pi-calculus is used for semantic and verification purposes. More precisely, UML is a semi-formal language and so it needs formal semantics for its constructs and lacks tools for verifying properties. To this end, we propose an approach and a tool called AD2PICALC for transforming UML 2.0 Activity diagrams to Pi-calculus processes using Eclipse Xpand and TGG tools. The obtained Pi-calculus processes are then used as input for Pi-calculus tools, like MWB, to verify some properties as deadlocks, safety, determinism, termination and livelock. We illustrate our contribution through an example from the literature and verify the property of deadlock using MWB tool. The main contribution of this paper lies in the automation of the transformation approach using TGG tools.060
Generation of inductive types from ecore metamodels
When one wants to design a language and related supporting tools, two distinct technical spaces can be considered. On the one hand, model-driven tools like Xtext or MPS automatically provide a compilation infrastructure and a full-featured integrated development environment. On the other hand, a formal workbench like a proof assistant helps in the design and verification of the language specification. But these two technical spaces can hardly be used in conjunction. In the paper, we propose an automatic transformation that takes an input Ecore metamodel, and generates a set of inductive types in Gallina and Vernacular, the language of the Coq proof assistant. By doing so, it is guaranteed that the same abstract syntax as the one described by the Ecore metamodel is used, e.g., to formally define the language’s semantics or type system or set up a proof-carrying code infrastructure. Improving over previous state of the art, our transformation supports structural elements of Ecore, with no restriction. But our transformation is not injective. A benchmark evaluation shows that our transformation is effective, including in the case of real-world metamodels like UML and OCL. We also validate our transformation in the context of an ad-hoc proof-carrying code infrastructure.30833
واقع وآفاق مشروع التعليم الرقمي بجامعة قسنطينة 2، عبد الحميد مهري
عرفت الجزائر منذ سنوات التسعينيات عدة تجارب في ميدان التعليم الرقمي سواء في ميدان التكوين المهني أو في التعليم العالي، وحتى القطاع الخاص كانت له مبادرات في مجال دروس الدعم المدرسي للتلاميذ. ولكن أغلب هذه المحاولات عرفت الفشل لأن البيئة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لم تكن مستعدة لاستقبال هذا النوع من المشاريع. في السنوات الأخيرة، سارعت الكثير من مؤسسات التعليم العالي بالجزائر إلى ولوج هذا الميدان من جديد خاصة وأن كل الظروف أصبحت مواتية لاعتماد التعليم الرقمي. من هنا ارتأينا إلى تناول تجربة مهمة لأحد أهم جامعات الجزائر (جامعة قسنطينة 2)، فجاء التساؤل الأساسي للإشكالية: ما هو واقع وآفاق مشروع التعليم الرقمي بجامعة قسنطينة 2 عبد الحميد مهري؟ للإجابة على هذا التساؤل اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال استعمال تحليل SWOT . وكانت أهم نتائج الدراسة، أن المشروع كان ناجحا شكلا لكن المضمون يشوبه بعض الاختلالات التي تم التطرق اليها في هذه الورقة. (الملخص المنشور)Since the 90s, Algeria has had several experiences in the field of e-learning whether in professional training or higher education, and even the private sector has seen initiatives with tutoring courses to students. Most of these projects failed because the socio-economic environment was not favorable for this type of project. In recent years, several institutions of higher education in Algeria have rushed to reintegrate this type of education at the university, especially since all conditions have become favorable to the adoption of e-learning. For this, we analyzed the important experience of Constantine2 University, one of the largest universities in Algeria. The fundamental question of our problematic was what is the reality and prospects of the project of digital education at the university of Constantine 2 Abdel Hamid Mehri? To answer this question, we adopted the descriptive analytical approach by using the SWOT analysis. The most important result of the study is that the project has been successful, but the content is loaded with some imbalances that we will present in this article. (Published Abstract)612514
