Get PDFThe marketing strategy is basically a whole plan, integrated and unified field of marketing, which provides guidance on activities to be carried out in order to achieve the marketing objectives of a company. Marketing strategy standalone Islamic bank KCP Bengkalis, to encourage customers to participate in activities such as banking, namely, location, promotion, and product sharing. Marketing is human activity directed to meet and satisfy the needs and human desires through the exchange process. Establishment of site selection Islamic Bank Mandiri KCP Bengkalis positively to the value of 6.589 on the variable increase the number of customers using 4 indicators, strategies, location, location and comfort. With four variables used in this study proved that the location variable has the highest influence. In this research, using a sampling method with random sampling technique. Then the retrieval of data by using a questionnaire containing open and closed questions. From the data obtained was then processed using statistical linear regression formula with the help of software SPSS 16. From the results obtained, the location variables have the most influence and significant to the variable increase in the number of customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bengkalis. Kemampuan Guru Menggunakan Penguatan (Reinforcement) dalam Pembelajaran di SMPN Kecamatan Bengkalis Kabupaten Bengkalis
Get PDFReinforcement is a response to a behavior that can increase the likelihood of the behavior recurring. Reinforcement can be done verbally and nonverbally, with principles, enthusiasm, meaningful and positive responses. The problems found are; Most teachers have not yet how to provide good and correct reinforcement and also do not know the benefits of reinforcement in learning. This research is descriptive research. Based on the data obtained, it can be concluded that the form of reinforcement given by teachers at SMP Bengkalis as a whole is varied, but in the results of observations teachers use verbal reinforcement more often than nonverbal reinforcement. This can be seen in the proportion obtained as much as 83.33%. In addition, reinforcement also has a good influence on students and learning goals. This can be seen from the positive response from students and the increased enthusiasm of students in learning and also seen from the percentage obtained as much as 61.11%. Traders of locally made children's toys are classified as micro, small and medium enterprises and only get the impact of the flood of toys from China due to the ACFTA. The Pekanbaru City Government's obstacles in protecting micro, small and medium scale entrepreneurs in the trade of artificial children's toys in the city against the impact of the ACFTA agreement need special attention. This is due to the government's unpreparedness in responding to ACFTA including unpreparedness in the construction of infrastructure in the form of a market for MSMEs and guidance on how to export and import goods for MSMEs. Constraints also arise from the condition of entrepreneurs who are not open to the world of free markets. There is no unified organization between traders of locally made children's toys to build a joint venture with big entrepreneurs and become producers who are ready to compete with local Chinese products

Get PDFPembelajaran bahasa Arab saat ini mengalami kemajuan dari segi teknologi. Komputer merupakan alat yang digunakan dalam sains dan telah berkembang pesat di zaman sekarang, tetapi tidak banyak digunakan. Di Madrasah Aliyah Pesantren Teknologi Riau, para guru bahasa Arab telah melakukan segala upaya untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak siswa, antara lain: mereka mengajar bahasa Arab dengan baik, memilih metode pengajaran khusus yang efektif, menggunakan film, gambar dan komputer, serta menggunakan internet dan sebagainya. Oleh karena itu, siswa harus lebih pandai menyimak bahasa Arab, namun kenyataannya siswa masih belum bisa menyimak dalam bahasa Arab dengan baik. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Eksperimen, dengan cara pengumpulan data observasi dan tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima berdasarkan hasil hitung menggunakan statistik dengan nilai To = 5.36 lebih besar dari Tt pada taraf signifikansi 1% = 2.81 dan taraf signifikansi 5% = 2.07 serta berdasarkan hasil hitung menggunakan SPSS dengan Uji Mann-Whitney yaitu; p-value = 0.0125 ini lebih kecil dari α = 0.05. Dengan kata lain Penerapan Media Software Camtasia dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak siswa kelas XI MA Pesantren Teknologi Riau sangat efektif

In Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pesantren Darul Hikmah, the teacher teaches vocabulary using teaching aids (Arabic language book, dictionary and blackboard). Unfortunately, the students did not understand the vocabulary. This research is an experimental research which is aimed at discovering whether the implementation of Impress Libreoffice Media in learning Arabic is effective to Increase Students’ Mufradat Mastery at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pesantren Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether the implementation of Impress Libreoffice Media in learning Arabic is effective to Increase Mufradat Mastery of class VII Students’ at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pesantren Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru.The techniques of data collection are (1) observation and (2) test. While to analyzed the observation the observed data, the researcher used the formula:p= (f/N) x 100% and to analyze the test data, the researcher used SPSS program. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Ulu Pulau Kecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis, dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi untuk mendapatkan informasi Dana Desa yang diinterperestasikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemanfaatan dana desa didominasi oleh sektor pembangunan desa seperti pembangunan jalan perkebunan, pembangunan jembatan, bangunan PAUD dan LPTQ. Get PDFBased on the preliminary observations, learning strategies used in fiqh subject at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Bengkalis are traditional and rigid, so students only listen, see, and write what is instructed by the teacher in front of the class. The problem of this study is about the effect of using quantum learning strategy on students’ educational interaction and learning outcome in Fiqh subject at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Bengkalis. This research was quasi experimental pre-test and post-test control group design. The subjects were all students in grade VII E and F. Quantum learning strategy was used on experimental (n = 32), and a control group (n = 32) using non quantum learning strategy. The result of paired sample t-test showed that there was an effect of significant difference of educational interaction and student learning outcome before and after using quantum learning strategy in the experimental group with significance of 0,000 < 0.05. Thus, there was a significant influence of using quantum learning strategy on students’ educational interaction and learning outcome in learning Fiqh at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Bengkalis

Simpanan Mudharabah merupakan paling popular diterapkan perbankan syariah atau lembaga keuangan syariah. Fokus penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah : (1) Bagaimana Perspektif pada akad mudharabah di Koperasi Serba Usaha Pinjam Baitul Mal Wattamwil Syari’ah Semen Kediri? (2) Apakah implementasi akad mudharabah Koperasi Serba Usaha Baitul Mal Wattamwil Rahmat Syari’ah Semen Kediri?. Pembahasan ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengkaji akad mudharabah di KSU Baitul Mal Wattamwil Rahmat Syari’ah Semen Kediri. (2) untuk meneliti implementasi akad mudharabah di KSU Baitul Mal Wattamwil Rahmat Syari’ah Semen Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu suatu prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data berupa kata-kata tertulis maupun lisan dari orang yang diteliti, dengan ciri-ciri sebagai berikut: memiliki latar belakang alami, manusia sebagai alat pengumpul data, analisis data secara indukatif dan penelitian bersifat deskritif. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Definisi akad mudharabah di Koperasi Serba Usaha (KSU) Baitul Mal Wattamwil Rahmat Syari’ah Semen Kediri, bahwa akad mudharabah merupakan tabungan dengan akad mudharabah dimana pemilik dana (shahibul maal) mempercayakan dananya untuk dikelola bank (mudharib) dengan bagi hasil sesuai dengan nisbah yang disepakati sejak awal. (2) implementasi akad mudharabah di (KSU) Baitul Mal Wattamwil Rahmat Syari’ah Semen Kediri, terbagi dalam dua bentuk yakni bentuk penghimpunan dana dan penyaluran dana pada KSU Baitul Mal Wattamwil Rahmat Syari’ah Semen Kediri terdapat beberapa akad antara lain akad mudharabah, mudharabah beserta simpanan mudharabah (Simuda) dan lainnya, Simpanan Pokok Khusus (Simpokus),Simpanan Berjangka (Sijaka), Simpanan Pendidikan (Sidik), Simpanan Pensiun Barokah(Sipensi Berkah). tergantung kebutuhan masyarakatnya yang mengajukan Simpanan, Simpanan yang menggunakan akad mudharabah merupakan salah satu dari bentuk kerjasama yang bersifat amanah, tolong menolong. Transaksi jual beli pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSU) Baitul Mal Wattamwil Rahmat Syari’ah Semen Kediri juga terdapat persyaratan apabila seorang nasabah melakukan penyetoran dan penarikannya dapat dilakukan setiap saat atau sewaktu-waktu. Gadget function is that most of the gadgets for communication are around 93.33%, while the remaining 6.67% are very varied, such as to add insight, entertainment, lifestyle, business places and some who use gadgets for things. which is a threat to him. 2. Factors that influence the development of early adolescents are internal factors (creativity, ability, intelligence, talents and interests), external factors (parenting style, school environment, peers, society, geography). 3. Efforts to direct the positive functions of gadgets, namely a. not allowed to use gadgets at school, b. Can bring gadgets or laptops during IT learning, c. There is supervision and control from parents in using gadgets. 4. The effect of the use of gadgets is that there is no significant effect on the development of adolescents, especially students of grade 1 SMPN 2 Bengkalis with a correlation value of 0.46%, which means that there is no effect of gadgets on the development of adolescents, especially in terms of religious, secondary school, behavior and attitudes. However, gadgets still affect early adolescents, gadgets are used to communicate. while the development of adolescents, especially the development of religious, secondary sec, behavior and attitudes are influenced by parents, school and friends
