This study aims to design and evaluate an AI-based intelligent trading bot by analyzing its performance using historical data over a five-year period in the foreign exchange (ForEx) market. The bot was tested on five major currency pairs to assess its efficiency in generating returns and managing risks effectively. The bot’s performance was evaluated using key financial and statistical metrics such as profit-to-loss ratio, maximum drawdown, Sharpe ratio, and profit factor, allowing for an assessment of its sustainability in different market environments. The results indicated that the bot demonstrated more stable performance in high-liquidity, moderately volatile pairs and faced greater challenges in more volatile markets. Based on the findings, a set of recommendations was proposed, including improving risk management strategies, tailoring trading strategies to market behavior, and developing adaptive AI-based models to optimize performance in dynamic market conditions. This study highlights the importance of analyzing AI-driven trading systems using comprehensive historical data and developing dynamic strategies capable of adapting to market fluctuations, thereby improving the efficiency and stability of automated trading in real-world conditions

The synergy between corporate governance, carbon disclosure, and climate change reporting has become increasingly influential in fostering environmental accountability, notably within the energy sector. However, comprehensive quantitative investigations need interconnections and ramifications, particularly within Indonesia’s energy landscape. The study utilizes a quantitative method, and it will conduct regression analyses to examine the associations between corporate governance, carbon disclosure, and climate change reporting among Indonesian energy firms. Data will be collected from annual reports, sustainability disclosures, and other relevant sources, employing established measurement scales. This research contributes to the scholarly literature by empirically elucidating corporate governance, carbon disclosure, and climate change reporting tailored to the Indonesian energy sector. Its quantitative approach provides evidence for policymakers, industry practitioners, and stakeholders, enabling informed decisions to enhance environmental transparency, corporate accountability, and sustainability efforts. Furthermore, the study’s novelty lies in its quantitative exploration of these interdependencies within a developing economy context, offering valuable insights for similar regions navigating energy transition and environmental challenges
The Energy Efficiency of Green Finance and The Impact of Green Finance and Environmental Performance on Company Value Through Financial Performance
This study examines how green finance, environmental performance, and corporate social responsibility disclosure influence firm value via financial performance within the Sri-Kehati index from 2018 to 2022. Using a purposive sampling technique, the research included seven out of 15 companies listed in the index. Secondary data from annual and sustainability reports was analyzed using a panel data regression model in E-Views 10 software. The findings indicate that green finance has a negative and insignificant effect on both financial performance and firm value. Conversely, environmental performance shows a positive and significant impact on both financial performance and firm value. Additionally, economic performance has a positive and significant impact on firm value. When considering financial performance as a moderating variable, green finance has a negligible negative effect on company value, while environmental performance, acting as a mediating variable, has a significant, negative impact on company value through financial performance
Gen Z Human Resource Management Strategy in Sustainable Company Performance (Via AMO Approach)
In an era that continues to develop rapidly, human resources (HR) management has become an important aspect for the sustainability and success of an organization. As a generation that grew up with technology and significant social change, generation Z has different characteristics and expectations in the world of work. Gen Z tends to be individuals who are open-minded, creative, and very connected to technology. They share and access information quickly, are active consumers of digital content, and have a tendency to seek authentic and meaningful experiences. This advantage of Gen Z is a challenge for management to be able to use it as the spearhead to successfully improve company performance sustainably. This research will find that one important element for companies to consistently improve company performance is the capacity to retain and develop Generation Z. Increasing human resources requires a new strategic management style. HR strategies are mapped using the Sustainability Model framework with the fundamental theoretical framework of this research using Armstrong and Brown’s (2019) AMO (ability, motivation, opportunity) model approach. Because this model provides HR management strategies as recommendations and guidance for developing people as capital to improve organizational performance and achieve sustainable competitive advantage. This research method, using qualitative methods, can be very relevant and provides an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of the relationship between human resource management strategies, Generation Z challenges, and increasing career maturity with results in competency, namely increasing work skills/abilities, and talent. Perform tasks based on knowledge. Results for motivation, targeted by the desire to complete tasks independently or feel the need to do tasks. For opportunities: Work structures, a supportive environment, and a place to express oneself need to be implemented continuously so that performance sustainability is achieved
Student Perceptions and Experiences of Internationalization Initiatives at Universitas YARSI
This qualitative research investigates students’ experiences and the perceptions of Universitas YARSI regarding the activities of university internationalization. Thematic analysis of a focus group discussion (FGD) with students of different faculties found that students predominantly perceive the internationalization process as an important step forward to improve the university’s global reputation and equip the students with important experience of working with international standards and practices. They view it as a way to access the opportunities of partnering with universities and researchers abroad. Nonetheless, students also stressed the substantial difficulties in continuing to participate in internationalization activities. Financial constraints, including travel and accommodation costs, emerged as a major obstacle. Furthermore, students indicated the desire to receive more support and recognition from the university on behalf of the internationalization project. Administratively and bureaucratically challenging factors, such as visas, were also reported as obstacles. To enhance internationalization efforts, students proposed several solutions. They requested more funding and backing from the university, such as financial aid. They further stressed the importance of increased communication and publicity of the university’s programs and resources through social media and the university’s website. In addition, it was pointed out that students thought it was important to simplify administrative procedures to make enrolment simpler, and that building partnerships for giving credit for study abroad was suggested. These results highlight the validity of the university’s internationalization efforts in relation to student needs and expectations. Through the recognition of the existing challenges and the application of the presented solutions, Universitas YARSI will be a better inclusive and supportive context to facilitate participation in internationalization activities to finally contribute to the vision of Universitas YARSI as a globally recognized institution
Exploring International Partnership for Sustainability of International Academic Program and Global Achievement: A Case Study
The global achievements of sustainability using the exploration of cooperation networks in higher education are very important for a competitive advantage. Designing international academic programs with global partners leads to the guarantee of student learning and their interaction with international parties of campuses, institutions, and industries. The various types of international academic programs are needed for university excellence, additionally, international cooperation partners can maintain their existence by collaborating in the program design which further provides benefits for both parties such as the creation of positive branding, increasing trust, and human resources quality for cooperation sustainable of both parties in the long term. This paper discusses the international academic program between Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Sutaatmadja Subang (STIESA) and its international partnerships during 2019-2024. We use an explanatory method that explores STIESA’s International Partnerships in relation to both the international academic programs and global achievements. Then, we also used the survey method including three respondents’ perspectives STIESA’s cooperation partner, and students to complete our analysis. The regression panel approach and robustness check are used for examining the relation of variables. The results show a significant relationship between STIESA’s International Partnerships both on the sustainability of the International Academic Program and global achievements. These findings imply that a university needs to increase international partnerships and/or participate in international academic programs involving international partners to maintain the sustainability of international achievements and global competitiveness
Fostering Mental Health Awareness in the Academic Workplace: Supporting Campus Internationalization Through Community Well-Being
In the context of increasing campus internationalization, maintaining robust mental health support systems is crucial for creating an environment conducive to global academic excellence. This paper presents the implementation and outcomes of a World Mental Health Day 2024 initiative at YARSI University, designed to enhance students’ and staff’s awareness of their mental health and wellbeing. The program, themed “It Is Time to Prioritize Mental Health in The Workplace,” incorporated five strategic programs: Stress Scribe Session, Mood Tracker, Affirmation Wall, Positive Affirmations and Reward Corner, and Professional Counseling Services, including peer counseling. The initiative engaged 151 participants (104 students and 47 staff members), achieving the target participation rate of 75%. The program responded to evolving needs in education by providing accessible mental health resources and creating safe spaces for emotional expression. The peer counseling component was particularly significant in building support systems that enhance community wellbeing. This initiative demonstrates how universities can strategically address mental health needs while building a resilient academic community. Such mental health awareness programs can also contribute to strengthening the psychological preparedness needed for future international academic engagement. The program’s success suggests that integrated mental health initiatives are fundamental to supporting campus development efforts and ensuring the readiness of all academic community members for future global engagement

Rethinking Work Design in Indonesia's Capital Belt: An Age-sensitive Job Crafting Perspective
This study investigates differences in the three dimensions of job crafting—task crafting, relational crafting, and cognitive crafting—across various employee age groups. A total of 402 workers from diverse sectors in the JABODETABEK region participated in this research through an online survey utilizing the Job Crafting Questionnaire ( JCQ), which had undergone cross-cultural adaptation. Data analysis was conducted using the nonparametric Kruskal-Wallis test, followed by post-hoc pairwise comparisons. The findings reveal a statistically significant difference in the relational crafting dimension among age groups, with employees aged 18–24 years demonstrating the highest engagement compared to those aged ≥35 years. However, no significant differences were observed in task crafting and cognitive crafting dimensions. These results are examined through the lenses of Erikson’s Psychosocial Development Theory, Socioemotional Selectivity Theory, and Career Construction Theory, which collectively elucidate how age shapes individuals’ crafting strategies in the workplace. This study contributes to the developmental-based Job Crafting literature, offering theoretical insights and practical implications for effectively managing a multigenerational workforce
