No full textThis study aims to analyze the evolution of decision-making processes through the transformation of The Public Institution of Assistance and Charity (IPAB), in Public Corporations aimed to the Person (ASP). Public corporations of services oriented to the Person (ASP) are, in facts, an innovation. In the Public sector, ASPs are of big relevance, providing health care services to the society and taking a new and innovative governance model. This model wants to increase he awareness of ASP’s role in the public sector and generate awareness of the social effects, coupled with cost effectiveness and competitiveness. The public-law Corporations, which have got legal subject, administrative, property, accounting and financial autonomy, perform their activity with efficiency, efficacy and cost effectiveness, keeping the right balance between costs and profits. They are also able to save, anyway, not less than a third of incomings to realize various activities. These kind of companies are active at council and provincial level. This process is managed by the Region which endorses its Statutes, promotes the establishment of tools for the valuation of property assets and regulates the information and accounting system. DALLE IPAB ALLE ASP: L’EVOLUZIONE DEI PROCESSI DECISIONALILo studio intende analizzare l’evoluzione dei processi decisionali nella trasformazione delle Istituzioni Pubbliche di Assistenza e Beneficienza (IPAB) in Aziende Servizi alla Persona (ASP). Le Aziende pubbliche di servizi alla persona (ASP) rappresentano, infatti, un soggetto innovativo di grande rilevanza nell'ambito dei soggetti pubblici produttori ed erogatori di servizi socio-sanitari assumendo un nuovo modello di governance innovativo, diretto ad aumentare la consapevolezza del ruolo svolto e degli effetti prodotti in termini sociali, economici e competitivi. Aziende di diritto pubblico, dotate di personalità giuridica, di autonomia statutaria, gestionale, patrimoniale, contabile e finanziaria svolgono la propria attività secondo criteri di efficienza, efficacia ed economicità, nel rispetto del pareggio di bilancio da perseguirsi attraverso l’equilibrio fra costi e ricavi riservando, in ogni caso, non meno di un terzo delle entrate di parte corrente alla realizzazione delle attività statutarie e si caratterizzano come aziende al servizio dei comuni su base comunale o provinciale. Full text linkIn this note there are some aspects of the link between music, math and architecture. This link was very tight in the past but, unfortunately, today is a little lost. Authors show how the mathematics have been an important instrument in the development of music, especially in the creation of musical scales. The musical relationships have also been used in architecture with different motives, according to the historical periods in which they have been used. In order to better explain how these musical proportions fit into architectural works, numerous figures are presented. SuntoNella presente nota si presentano alcuni aspetti del legame fra musica, matematica ed architettura. Questo collegamento era molto stretto nel passato ma, purtroppo, oggi si è un po’ perduto. Gli autori mostranocome la matematica sia stata un importante strumento nello sviluppo della musica, soprattutto nella creazione delle scale musicali. Da Vitruvio in poi i rapporti musicali sono stati usati anche nell’architettura con motivazioni diverse, secondo i periodi storici in cui sono stati adoperati. Allo scopo di spiegare meglio come queste proporzioni musicali si adattano alle opere architettoniche, sono presentate numerose figure. In this paper, in the form of a conversation, we take into consideration the status quaestionis concisely, highlighting the main ideas and the today’s real prospects of evolution. La famiglia, le questioni di genere e l’educazione familiare costituiscono un dominio problematico tra i più impegnativi degli ultimi decenni, che richiedono sempre più spesso un aiuto professionale specifico. La pedagogia sociale e professionale odierna ha gli strumenti per rispondere positivamente a tale legittima esigenza. Probabilità e Statistica nella scuola primaria: esperienze didattiche e proposte
Full text linkINVALSI tests, with the idea of evaluating schools, and teachers, evaluating students abilities, produce a passage from mass school, in which the goal was to promote cooperation and uniform training of all students, with particular attention to the weakest, to elite school, which enhances competition. We ask ourselves then what are the most important objectives for mathematics in primary school: training, information, cooperation or competition? Or something else? Or a mix of these objectives, and, if so, in what proportions? In particular, in this paper, we deepen the objectives and skills related to probability and statistics. The starting point is that an important role in the teaching of probability and statistics is to be attributed to the game that is the time when children are having to assess situations of uncertainty and make decisions according to their own opinions and experiences
Pedagogical Interlocution (L'Interlocuzione Pedagogica)
Full text linkIn this paper, we delineate the technique of the so-called “pedagogical interlocution”, which is a way to exercise and practice pedagogy as a profession, and a paradigmatic form of aid’s relationship in which to implement specific conceptual and operational tools of pedagogy. It constitutes the result of twenty-five years of studies and empirical research by the free-professional exercise, especially on the problems of couple, family and parenthood, and summarize the complex of principles, methods, techniques, procedures, ideas and specific vocabulary that are necessary to constitute the professionalism of the pedagogist and allows to exercise using the contributions of pedagogy. Such a contribution is becoming increasingly necessary in the current evolution of social and cultural reality.Keywords: Pedagogy, Social Pedagogy, Profession of Pedagogist, Social Professions, Aid’s Relationsfip, Methodology SuntoIn questo saggio si delinea la tecnica della cosiddetta “interlocuzione pedagogica”, che è una modalità d'esercizio della pedagogia come professione e una forma paradigmatica di relazione d'aiuto nella quale implementare strumenti concettuali ed operativi specifici della pedagogia. Esso costituisce il risultato di venticinque anni di studi e di ricerche empiriche attraverso l'esercizio libero-professionale, soprattutto su problemi di coppia, famiglia e genitorialità, e compendia il complesso di principi, metodi, tecniche, procedure, idee e lessico specifico che sono necessari a costituire la professionalità del pedagogista e consentono di esercitare avvalendosi dell’apporto della pedagogia. New epistemological perspectives for the global economy
No full textEconomics, traditionally based on the concept of exchange value, reduce the substance of the economy to the market alone, and proceeding according to deterministic-reductionist principles. The results produced by them are suffering from paradoxes and fail often their goal in the global world and highly technologized. We propose a new holistic perspective in which to object economy are assumed complex equilibrium conditions for the maintenance and evolution of life on the planet.Nuove prospettive epistemologiche per l'economia globaleLe scienze economiche, tradizionalmente fondate sul concetto di valore di scambio, riducono l'oggetto dell'economia al solo mercato e procedono secondo principi deterministico-riduzionisti.
