Tourism Village Concept Assistance and Mentoring in Karawang
Purpose: The goal of this community service is to develop a tourist village in Karawang. Karawang, with its significant tourism potential, does not yet have a tourist village officially recognized by the local government through a Regent's Decree on Tourist Villages.
Method: In this community service, the community service team provides assistance to villages with tourism potential that meet the criteria. The methods used include outreach, training, and mentoring to develop them into tourist villages.
Practical Applications: This process is carried out with the involvement of Pokdarwis and tourism managers as well as the tourism office.
Conclusion: The results of the community service stated that eight villages in Karawang were declared as tourist villages, each with its own criteria and unique tourism characteristics.
Planting Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA) to Enhance the Immune System of the Lojejer Village Community
Purpose: This project aims to improve public health in Lojejer Village by promoting the cultivation of Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA). Despite rich natural resources, the community lacks knowledge and skills in TOGA cultivation and use.
Method: This project aims to improve public health in Lojejer Village by promoting the cultivation of Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA). Despite rich natural resources, the community lacks knowledge and skills in TOGA cultivation and use.
Practical Application: The initiative enhances self-sufficiency in healthcare, reduces reliance on pharmaceuticals, and supports environmental sustainability through TOGA cultivation.
Conclusion: The project successfully increased community awareness and proficiency in TOGA cultivation. As a result, it contributed to improved public health and environmental preservation. The initiative underscores the importance of utilizing local natural resources for sustainable health solutions and highlights the role of education in empowering communities
Entrepreneurship Opportunities of Food Duck Cull Base Product for Small Scale Duck Farmers in Oesapa Kupang City
Purpose: The aim of this community service program is to increase entrepreneurship knowledge and skills in making a variety of food products from duck eggs and duck meat from ducks that are no longer productive.
Method: The activity method is providing training about entrepreneurship, and demonstrations of processing ducks into various ready-to-eat food products. Participant consisted of 15 duck farmers from Oesapa Kupang city.
Practical Application: Processing cull or rejected duck meat provides the right solution for farmers to overcome the problem of handling ducks that are not productive and can also improve family income and increase consumption of animal protein for the community.
Conclusion: Small scale duck farmers were able to increase their knowledge about entrepreneurship and improve skills in making a variety of nutritious food made from duck eggs and duck meat
Implementation of Coffee Production Strategy at the Jember Kahyangan Plantation Regional Public Company
Purpose: This research explores coffee production strategies at Jember Kahyangan Plantation Regional Public Company, focusing on optimizing productivity, efficiency, and sustainability.
Method: A qualitative approach was used through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that Perumda Perkebunan Kahyangan Jember produces robusta coffee with meticulous processing to ensure quality.
Practical Application: Coffee is one of the agricultural commodities that is quite tempting to develop, seeing the market potential reaching overseas so that in its development, coffee is experiencing modernization. Coffee production in Indonesia always increases every year. Indonesia is the world's fourth exporter of coffee commodities with an average role of 4.76 percent of total world exports. The Jember Kahyangan Plantation Regional Public Company is one of the companies engaged in processing coffee production.
Conclusion: A production strategy is a detailed plan designed to organize and manage a company's production processes to achieve predetermined goals, including efficiency, product quality and customer satisfaction. The definition above shows that a company needs a strategy so that the company does not go bankrupt
Implementation of SIKOMO Information System for Dr Soetomo University’s Lecturer and Employee Cooperative
Purpose: The Dr. Soetomo University Lecturer and Employee Cooperative supports member welfare through goods and services but faces challenges in inventory due to manual records prone to errors. To address this, a community service team introduced an Inventory Information System to automate stock tracking and improve efficiency.
Method: Activities included assessing equipment and data needs, digitizing manual records, presenting the system, and conducting initial training for cooperative staff.
Practical Application: The program aimed to introduce the system, solve data recording issues, and improve staff competency in system operation.
Conclusion: The initiative was well-received, with management committing to appoint two new system operators. Key features and the implementation plan were appreciated. However, adjustments to the item master data are still needed for optimal integration

Purpose: This study focuses on the role of product quality media and quality management in the development of businesses of residents of RW 08, Meruta Selatan Village, for the sake of business sustainability and environmental sustainability.
Method: This research uses a community service approach to achieve its objectives. This activity includes training sessions with theory, examples, discussion forums, and mentoring to improve product quality and quality management.
Practical Application: The results of this study are useful for residents of RW 08 Meruya Selatan in developing product quality and quality management.
Conclusion: This study has an important thing in providing training to residents of RW 08 Meruya Selatan which can improve product quality and quality management. This has practical implications for increasing product volume which has an impact on improving the welfare of residents
Utilizing AI to Optimize Product Sales at UD Bima Baru
Purpose: The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of activities in reaching participants, achieving training goals, improving proficiency, and enhancing sales through AI technologies.
Method: This study teaches and evaluates the use of AI in sales optimization through lectures, demonstrations, tasks, and question-and-answer meetings. How well the activity worked is judged by how well the players met the goals and understood the material.
Practical Application: The participants from UD. Bima Baru showed high levels of enthusiasm and engagement during each session of the activity. This indicates the possibility for enhancing their skills, operational efficiency, and revenue, while also fostering collaboration and fostering creativity in the future.
Conclusion: Artificial intelligence (AI) has considerable potential to augment sales for MSMEs, like UD Bima Baru, through data-driven decision-making. Effective AI adoption requires practical experience, underscoring the significance of collaboration between academia and MSMEs in providing education, training, and mentorship. This collaboration fosters technological adoption and enhances local economic growth by generating practical, concrete ideas. Future training must include sequential courses for MSMEs to leverage AI

Purpose: The Community Engagement Program (PKM) aims to address the challenges faced by TPST 3R Mulyoagung Bersatu in managing financial data related to waste management. Enhance their capacity in Environmental Management Accounting through targeted mentoring and accountability.
Method: Activities were conducted under an existing MoU between Politeknik Negeri Malang and TPST 3R Mulyoagung Bersatu. A participatory, hands-on approach was used, involving field observations, informal discussions, and interactive training sessions tailored to the partner’s specific needs..
Practical Applications: Participants gained practical knowledge in applying environmental accounting principles in their daily operations. The training improved their ability to systematically record and manage financial data, directly contributing to more transparent and efficient 3R waste management practices.
Conclusion: The program successfully strengthened the understanding and implementation of environmental accounting among TPST managers. It exemplifies productive collaboration academia and the community, where mutual learning leads to sustainable and impactful solutions for environmental challenges

Purpose: This study aims to support the digital transformation of Kedungdowo Village by enhancing the use of its website for public services and the promotion of local potential, particularly MSMEs.
Method: The activity employed a participatory approach involving socialization sessions, focused group discussions, and hands-on assistance for village stakeholders.
Practical Applications: The program resulted in a structured plan to optimize the OpenSID system, including a domain update and improved content management to promote village resources.
Conclusion: The initiative successfully improved digital literacy among village actors and established a model for community-based digital governance in rural areas
Preparation Of Quality Financial Reports In Village Credit Institutions: A Study In Kukuh Customary Village
Purpose: This study aims to enhance the competence of human resources in preparing high-quality financial reports at the Village Credit Institution (LPD) of Kukuh Traditional Village. As a microfinance institution, LPD plays a crucial role in the local economy, and good financial reporting is essential for implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and increasing stakeholder trust.
Method: The research was conducted through community service activities involving interviews, training, and evaluations. A pre-test and post-test approach was used to measure the effectiveness of the training.
Practical Applications: The training provided practical knowledge and skills that are directly applicable to the daily financial reporting tasks of LPD staff, supporting the institutional goal of better governance and transparency.
Conclusion: The evaluation showed a 64% increase in competence among the participants, indicating that the training program was effective and beneficial for improving human resource capacity at the LPD of Kukuh Traditional Village
