Implementation of Promotional Strategies for Pondok Pesantren Darul Ilmi Wal Amal Through the Use of Media Flyer
Purpose: The organization of this community service activity aims to enhance public awareness of Pondok Pesantren DIWA, improve the reputation of Pondok Pesantren DIWA, and attract community interest in enrolling their children to study religious knowledge at Pondok Pesantren DIWA.
Method: The methods employed in this community service initiative are implementation-based, involving guidance and the creation of promotional flyers for Pondok Pesantren DIWA, along with the application of these promotions through social media (online) and direct dissemination (offline). Promotional fliers are created using the Canva application.
Practical Application: The community service activities are conducted through direct guidance and training in the creation of promotional fliers using the Canva application, which is relatively easy to use for anyone. Comprehensive promotion is essential to achieve the desired objectives effectively, with flyer media serving as one of the methods used by the pesantren to disseminate information about itself to all segments of society.
Conclusion: The outcome of this service activity includes the production of promotional fliers, which are disseminated via Instagram and through direct outreach to target markets or community members known as offline promotion
Training Utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to Improve the Competence of Physics Teachers in Facilitating Learning in Langsa City
Purpose: This program aimed to address the limited use of artificial intelligence (AI) in physics education among high school teachers in Langsa City by enhancing their skills in developing AI-assisted learning and evaluation tools.
Method: Training was conducted through the MGMP Physics community, involving workshops focused on designing and implementing AI-based educational media and assessments.
Practical Application: Teachers gained practical skills to integrate AI into their teaching, enabling more effective and personalized learning experiences for students.
Conclusion: The training program was successfully implemented, and its objectives were effectively achieved. Physics teachers in Langsa City showed improved competence in understanding and applying AI in education. The outputs include a service result report, improved teacher skills in developing AI-assisted tools, and an article prepared for publication. Overall, the activity contributed significantly to advancing technological literacy and teaching innovation within the local educational sector
Enhancing Farmers’ Knowledge and Sustainable Agriculture through Coconut Husk Utilization in Kalikur Village
Purpose: This program aimed to enhance farmers' knowledge of coconut husk waste management by transforming it into cocopeat, an eco-friendly planting medium. The initiative sought to promote sustainable agriculture and provide economic benefits for the community.
Method: A participatory approach was used, involving community engagement through observation, socialization, training, and hands-on practice. The process included theoretical discussions, practical demonstrations, and knowledge assessments through pre- and post-tests.
Practical Applications: Farmers learned to convert coconut husks into cocopeat using simple tools. The training increased awareness of waste management and provided an alternative planting medium with high water retention and nutrient content, benefiting agricultural productivity.
Conclusion: The program successfully increased participants’ knowledge by 57%, demonstrating the effectiveness of agricultural extension in improving local resource utilization. Future efforts should focus on continued training and mentorship to ensure sustainable implementation and long-term benefits
Bouquet as an Alternative Homemade Creative Business
Purpose: This project explores the potential of a homemade bouquet business that offers long-lasting, sustainable gift options. Targeting students and young professionals, it provides an alternative to traditional flowers that wilt quickly, promoting creativity and eco-friendly gifting.
Method: The bouquets are made from non-perishable materials, such as artificial flowers and fabric, to ensure longevity. A segmentation, targeting, positioning, pricing, and promotional strategy is used to reach the target market. Promotion is carried out primarily on social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook, with personal selling techniques for local engagement.
Practical Application: This project fosters local entrepreneurship, supports young people in developing business skills, and encourages sustainable gifting practices. It also creates local employment and drives innovation in product design and marketing.
Conclusion: The project meets the target market's needs by offering creative, affordable bouquets. Through online marketing and personalized selling, it promotes sustainability and entrepreneurship, contributing to both economic and social development
Implementation of zakat, infaq, and sadaqah fund distribution through the Sanggar Genius program at the National Zakat Institution Yatim Mandiri Jember
Purpose: This study aims to analyze the mechanism of ZIS fund distribution through the Sanggar Genius program at LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri Jember and assess the impact of ZIS fund distribution in the implementation of the Sanggar Genius program at Laznas Yatim Mandiri Jember.
Method: This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a purposive approach, namely by selecting informants based on certain criteria. A total of 9 informants were selected, including the Head of the Yatim Mandiri Branch, Yatim Mandiri Program Staff, 5 guidance counselors, and 2 beneficiaries. Data collection techniques were carried out through direct observation in the field, interviews with relevant informants, and collection of relevant documents.
Practical Applications: The National Zakat Agency Yatim Mandiri, through the Sanggar Genius program, seeks to improve access to education for orphans and poor families through free tutoring outside of school hours. This program is a form of ZIS fund distribution that focuses on tutoring, character building, and scholarships. Its implementation includes needs surveys, coordination with villages, recruitment of local teachers, and distribution of funds for teacher salaries, learning facilities, and social assistance.
Conclusion: The results of this study show that the process of distributing zakat, infaq, and sadaqah (ZIS) funds through the Sanggar Genius Program by LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri Jember Branch has been carried out in a systematic and structured manner, and refers to the principles of Islamic law and applicable regulations, particularly Law Number 23 of 2011 concerning zakat management. The impacts include an increase in the number of Sanggar Genius centers, academic and character development among students, and alleviating the economic burden on parents through free education and intensive mentoring
Utilization of the Bukuwarung Application as a Digital Financial Recording Solution for Fashion Msmes In Ciledug
Purpose: This study investigates the urgent need for digital transformation in financial management among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), particularly within the fashion sector in Ciledug, in response to the demands of the Society 5.0 era. The research aims to address the challenges MSMEs face in maintaining accurate financial records and explores the implementation of the BukuWarung application as a practical digital solution.
Method: The study employed a participatory approach involving four fashion MSMEs: Rangkayo 2, Rangkayo 3, Rangkayo 4, and 5758 PL. The intervention was conducted through a series of stages including initial surveys, socialization, hands-on training, continuous monitoring, and final evaluation. Data were collected qualitatively through observation and feedback during the assistance process.
Practical Applications: The findings demonstrate that the BukuWarung application significantly enhances MSMEs’ ability to digitally record financial transactions such as income, expenses, receivables, payables, and inventory. The application contributes to the creation of more accurate and transparent financial reports, thereby improving digital financial literacy and operational efficiency. It also supports waste recovery and better resource management in small-scale businesses.
Conclusion: The study concludes that digital financial tools like BukuWarung can effectively empower MSMEs in adopting modern financial practices. Despite minor technical challenges and initial resistance to routine recording, the overall impact of the intervention was positive, indicating a meaningful step toward sustainable digital transformation in the MSME sector
Training on Sharia-Compliant Slaughtering of Livestock and Poultry for Youth in Giriwondo Village
Purpose: To educate the youth of Giriwondo Village on the etiquette and procedures of sharia-compliant slaughtering of livestock and poultry.
Method: The approach used in this training includes convincing the community and parents to accept the inevitability of generational succession and motivating young people to overcome their fear of slaughtering livestock and poultry. The technical implementation involves the role of the youth organization leader in coordinating the participants.
Practical Application: Adolescent youths have the potential to become professional butchers in Giriwondo Village or at least be able to perform independent slaughtering after gaining knowledge from this training.
Conclusion: The youth are willing to accept, listen to, and understand the theoretical explanations presented in the training

Purpose: The rapid growth of pharmacies has made them a key focus for government taxation. However, many pharmacy entrepreneurs struggle with tax compliance due to a lack of knowledge. This study aims to address this issue through taxation training to enhance their understanding and adherence to tax regulations.
Method: The study involved 35 HISFARMA pharmacy entrepreneurs in Yogyakarta, using observation, training, and mentoring to improve tax knowledge and compliance.
Practical Application: The training provided entrepreneurs with essential taxation knowledge, enabling better compliance and reducing business risks related to tax obligations.
Conclusion: The training significantly improved participants' understanding of pharmacy taxation, fostering better compliance and supporting a more structured business environment

Purpose: Community service This aims For develop the Pait Village website as part from effort towards a smart village which aims increase transparency information population and accountability public. The problem faced is lack of access to information village consequence loss of previous website.
Method: Method used in study This covers observation live, discussion group Focus Group Discussion, development website, as well as socialization and training to apparatus village. Data collected through surveys and questionnaires distributed to device village and community.
Practical Application: Research results This potential repair transparency government village and make it easier access information for public through digital platforms. This website can also be used for the promotion of tourist village and improve the growth of local economy.
Conclusion: Website development successfully increases access to information and skill tools for village management in the digital system. This program shows a positive impact on transparency and effective public service in Pait Village
Assistance in Organic Waste Management Using Maggots, Biopores, and Composters in Jatirejoyoso Village
Purpose: Jatirejoyoso Village in Kepanjen Subdistrict struggles with organic waste management due to its proximity to a market and extensive agricultural activities. This community service program aims to revolutionize waste management by introducing maggot cultivation, biopore holes, and composters within a circular economy framework. The goal is to enhance the community's capacity to manage waste efficiently, reduce pollution, and create new economic opportunities through the production of maggots, fertilizers, and compost.
Method: The project started with field observations and a Forum Group Discussion (FGD) to identify needs and strategies. Continuous training and assistance were provided in maggot cultivation, biopore creation, and composting, with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) involving farmer groups and the village community.
Practical Application: Key technologies implemented include maggot cultivation for high-quality animal feed, biopore holes to support waste management and improve soil absorption, and composters to produce organic fertilizers.
Conclusion: The program successfully reduced organic waste and boosted the community’s economic well-being, equipping them with the skills to manage waste sustainably, benefiting both the environment and the local economy
