    Developing the Competence of Accounting MGMP Teachers in Mojokerto Regency through Accurate Software Training to Meet the Needs of Industry and Business

    Purpose: This program aims to improve the digital accounting competence of Accounting MGMP teachers in Mojokerto Regency through training in Accurate software, aligned with industry needs. Method: The program was implemented for all members of the Mojokerto Regency Accounting MGMP, totaling 15 teachers. Activities were conducted in four stages: preparation, training, implementation with CADE certification, and monitoring-evaluation using competency indicators. Practical Applications: Teachers gained hands-on experience integrating Accurate into lessons, supported by mentoring from practitioners to ensure alignment with DUDI standards. The training was conducted in a hybrid manner (offline at SMKN 1 Sooko and online via Zoom). Conclusion: The program successfully enhanced teachers’ skills in using digital accounting tools, improved teaching quality, and increased student readiness for the digital workforce. Results showed that 15 of 15 teachers (100%) passed the CADE certification, and 83% of students successfully completed the digital accounting assignments without significant errors. However, the study's scope was limited to a single district, and the use of paid software poses potential sustainability challenges. Implications of this study emphasize the need for replication strategies and educational licensing negotiations to expand the training's benefits sustainably

    Purpose: The aim of this community service is to have a scenario-based practical use of Artificial Intelligence to enhance video profiling which ultimately to increase people engagement to their religious life. Method: The activity making use of a practical approach to design and develop a profiling video via short training and demonstration to encourage religious activity in providing tutorial own video using available AI tools. It uses children scenario to develop the narration. Practical Applications: Participants using the Generative AI tools to help them in enhancing the existing scenario into video narration. The time efficient video preparation with benefit and less experience is achieved by configuring the setting of the tool and engaging to the scenario. Conclusion: Generative AI has potential to enhance video generation for religious stewardship by providing reliable, less time and more creative in providing a way to achieve goals.     Purpose: Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Mekarjaya Village face significant challenges in product packaging and marketing, resulting in limited market competitiveness. This research aims to increase MSME capacity through education, training, and mentoring in innovative packaging design and digital marketing strategies. Method: The study employed Participatory Action Research (PAR) methodology with qualitative data collection through surveys, observations, and interviews, involving active community participation throughout the research process in Mekarjaya Village, Bandung Regency. Practical Applications: The implemented activities including socialization, packaging training, labeling, and social media marketing resulted in significant improvements, with a 20% sales increase and expanded market reach for assisted MSMEs through enhanced product presentation and digital marketing approaches. Conclusion: This empowerment strategy demonstrates potential in improving MSME branding and competitiveness through digital media utilization. Ensuring sustainability and enabling replication in other regions requires institutional support, long-term evaluation, and contextual adjustments to local conditions

    Purpose: This community service aims to introduce organic agriculture in Banda Aceh's coastal area by converting organic wastes into biofertilizer to remediate tsunami-affected lands with high salinity and low nutrients. Method: The team designed and implemented a mobile bio-composter system capable of processing 150 kg of organic waste. Field observations and soil analyses were conducted to assess land conditions, followed by technology transfer to Gampong Pie community members. Practical Applications: The mobile bio-composter processes household, municipal, and agricultural waste while enabling community members to produce their own microbial inoculants. This technology supports economic empowerment through fertilizer production and sales, addressing critical land issues while creating new business opportunities. Conclusion: The initiative successfully produced a mobile bio-composter installation that converts organic waste into biofertilizer for remediating coastal critical lands, promoting sustainable organic agriculture development in tsunami-affected areas

The research aims to bridge the digital gap for small-scale food vendors by providing essential digital skills and AI tools. Method: The research employed a mixed-method approach, including pre-training assessments, online training sessions, and personalized mentoring. A total of 20 housewives running street food businesses participated in the training, which was conducted over three months. The AI tools used included Canva AI and Flair AI for photo editing, content creation, and social media optimization. Practical Applications: The study demonstrates how AI-driven tools can enhance social media engagement, brand visibility, and customer interaction for street food vendors. This initiative provides a model for empowering small business owners to leverage digital marketing tools effectively, contributing to their long-term success. Method: The research involved providing and installing huller machines, followed by training and mentoring local farmers. Data was gathered through surveys and observations, assessing productivity and quality before and after implementation. Practical Application: The huller machines significantly improved processing efficiency, resulting in a 20% increase in productivity and a 15% reduction in coffee breakage. This led to a 25% rise in farmers' income. These improvements demonstrate how technological interventions can enhance agricultural practices and economic welfare in rural settings.     Purpose: This community service activity aims to enhance the videography skills of students at SMKN 12 Malang, particularly in product video shooting and editing. This training is expected to support product promotion through creative and engaging video media. Method: The training included an introduction to basic videography techniques such as lighting, angles and shooting settings. Students were trained to use video editing applications such as CapCut to add visual effects, transitions, audio, as well as compiling video-based product e-catalogs. An evaluation was conducted using a questionnaire to measure participants' satisfaction with the training. Practical Application: Students who take part in this training are expected to be able to produce creative and quality product promotion videos. This ability is relevant to support the promotional needs of local products and the creative industry in general. Conclusion: The training received a positive response from the participants, with 88% feeling satisfied and showing high enthusiasm, as seen from their improvisation and creativity in producing videos. This activity is expected to provide long-term benefits in developing students' videography skills to support the needs of the creative industry

    Purpose: This study aims to address the challenge of stunting prevention by developing and implementing the SiPenTing application as a digital technology solution to support local communities. Method: A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, utilizing Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders, including local government officials, village midwives, and mothers participating in integrated service posts. Practical Application: The SiPenTing application facilitates stunting prevention efforts by streamlining communication, providing educational resources, and enhancing monitoring capabilities for both health professionals and community members. Conclusion: The development and implementation of the SiPenTing application in Taman Village, Bondowoso Regency, highlights the transformative potential of digital technology in addressing public health challenges, particularly in preventing stunting. This initiative serves as a model for similar interventions in other regions

    Purpose: This activity aimed to assist pharmacy owners, members of HISFARMA in Yogyakarta, who struggled with manual financial reporting. The goal was to improve their skills in preparing financial reports using Excel. Method: A training program was conducted involving 30 HISFARMA member pharmacies. Participants were taught to prepare financial reports using Excel through practical exercises and direct mentoring. Practical Application: The training provided pharmacy owners with practical skills to organize financial data efficiently, streamline reporting processes, and enhance cost classification, leading to better financial management. Conclusion: After the training, participants showed significant improvement, particularly in the classification of the expenses. Using Excel contributed to more accurate and professional financial reporting among HISFARMA pharmacy owners
