    The Designing About Job Descriptions at PT. Coco Agricultura Indonesia

    Purpose: Conducting observations at PT. Coco Agricultura Indonesia will be the target for practical work output. The implementation process is carried out after conducting what is called an interview to find information related to the job description to be used as material for designing the Job Description. During the practical work process, implementers also carry out analysis related to company SOPs, employees who are disciplined and company targets. This is included in the output design process for implementers to know the types of employee job descriptions that are the responsibility and contribution of the company that is the target for practical work. Method: In preparing this practical work report, several methods were used. The methods used in collecting data are interviews and observations.  Practical Application: By implementing a detailed Job Description, it provides employees with a good basis for designing discipline and understanding tasks in working according to their respective duties so as to avoid confusion and discrepancies in following the updated Job Description. Conclusion: In the process of implementing the Job Description which has been carried out by the implementer of practical work activities (KP), this activity makes PT. Coco Agricultura Indonesia has experienced a number of changes and improvements in various operational aspects and understanding of work in terms of job descriptions. With this change, the establishment of clear performance standards and detailed evaluation criteria from Job Descriptions helps in measuring employee performance more objectively

    Purpose: Increase the added value of coconut fiber waste in Rejosari village by processing waste using appropriate technology into cocopeat products. Method: This service activity uses the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) Model method, Participatory Technology Development Model, Community Development Model and Education in the implementation of its activities. Practical Application: The use of appropriate technology is expected to facilitate the processing of coconut coir waste into cocopeat. This technology can help process coconut fiber into fine granules in a short time. Conclusion: The application of appropriate technology in processing coconut coir waste into cocopeat can increase the value of the waste which was initially less than optimal. The processing of coconut fiber waste into cocopeat is expected to increase the income of the Rejosari Village community

It also seeks to integrate local wisdom into learning and strengthen UNNES' role in entrepreneurship education in Semarang. Method: The program utilizes workshops, technical guidance, and periodic mentoring to equip teachers with the necessary skills for module development and IPR knowledge. Practical Applications: By incorporating local wisdom, the program has made educational modules more relevant and engaging for students, enhancing their learning experience and better reflecting the regional context Conclusion: The program successfully addressed teachers' difficulties in module creation, improved their IPR understanding, and strengthened UNNES' leadership in entrepreneurship education, making a significant impact on the educational landscape in Semarang

    Purpose: MSMEs are vital to Indonesia's economy, absorbing 97% of the workforce, but face challenges with limited capital and low financial literacy in preparing reports. This program aims to enhance the financial literacy of MSME actors in Malang, focusing on the preparation of financial reports based on applicable accounting standards. Method: The program included lectures to introduce the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities, followed by interactive discussions and question-and-answer sessions to help MSME actors apply the standards to their businesses. Practical Application: This program aims to help MSME actors prepare standardized financial reports based on SAK EMKM, improving their chances of securing loans and investments. By enhancing financial literacy, MSMEs can manage their businesses more effectively and sustainably. Conclusion: The results of the activities show an increase in participants' knowledge regarding the basic concepts of SAK EMKM, measuring assets and liabilities, and presenting financial reports

    Purpose: This mentoring activity in Klampar Village, Proppo District, Pamekasan, focuses on economic development through the MBKM KKN-T UTM 2024 program. The aim is to optimize local resources and enhance human resources by targeting strategic development areas. The proposed program, themed “Mentoring for Financial Management and Digital Business Marketing for UMKM Batik Actors,” addresses key issues such as the lack of financial separation between personal and business funds, limited capital, and a shortage of workers despite the high quality of local batik products. Method: The approach involves community training through socialization and counseling on financial management and digital marketing to support MSME growth. Practical Application: Digital marketing on e-commerce platforms can help MSMEs expand their market and income. Proper mentoring and access to relevant training are essential for improving digital literacy and competitiveness. Conclusion: Effective support enables MSMEs to manage finances and online marketing, promoting sustainable business development

    Purpose: This study investigates the strategic development of the production system within the Food Plant section at PT. Benih Citra Asia, a leading agricultural seed company in Indonesia. The research aims to identify and analyze current operational inefficiencies and to propose a sustainable, productivity-oriented development strategy aligned with modern agribusiness practices. Method: Employing a qualitative-descriptive method supported by SWOT analysis and the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) approach, the study evaluates internal capabilities, external challenges, and the alignment of technological integration with production workflows. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with key management personnel, direct field observations, and document analysis. Practical Applications: The findings reveal several bottlenecks in seed processing, quality control, and inventory management, primarily stemming from outdated machinery, inconsistent labor skills, and suboptimal layout design. The proposed strategy emphasizes lean production principles, digital monitoring systems, and capacity-building programs to enhance operational efficiency and output quality. This strategic model is expected to significantly improve production scalability, reduce waste, and strengthen PT. Benih Citra Asia’s competitive advantage in the national and regional seed markets. Conclusion: The study contributes to the literature on agribusiness management by offering a contextualized framework for developing production systems in Indonesia's agricultural sector

    Al-Qur'an Literacy Solution for students: Assistance with the Introduction of Hijaiyah Letters Based On the Tilawati Method at NU Palangka Raya Middle School

    Purpose: This community service aimed to address the low proficiency in Qur'anic reading among students at NU Palangka Raya Middle School, particularly their inability to recognize and pronounce hijaiyah letters correctly. The study focused on improving Al-Qur'an literacy by facilitating effective learning of the hijaiyah alphabet using the Tilawati method, which is essential for proper tajwid application. Method: A Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach was employed, involving five stages: problem identification, joint planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. The intervention targeted Class IX students during PAI (Islamic Religious Education) lessons and utilized the Tilawati method with the "rost" tone to teach hijaiyah letters through rhythmic and engaging recitation techniques. Practical Applications: The program significantly increased student enthusiasm and participation, leading to improved recognition and pronunciation of hijaiyah letters. Teachers observed enhanced engagement and retention, indicating that the Tilawati method can be effectively integrated into regular classroom instruction to make Qur'anic learning more enjoyable and accessible. Conclusion: The implementation of the Tilawati method through a collaborative PAR framework successfully improved students’ foundational Qur'anic reading skills. This approach not only strengthened religious education but also provided a replicable model for enhancing Al-Qur'an literacy in similar educational contexts

    Psychosocial Intervention through Exercise and Gardening for People with Mental Disorders at UPTD Liposos Jember

    Purpose: This study evaluates the effectiveness of psychosocial interventions through exercise and gardening for individuals with mental disorders at UPTD Liposos Jember, addressing the high prevalence of mental health issues in the region and the need for sustainable, non-pharmacological rehabilitation. Method: A qualitative approach was employed from April to June 2025, involving rhythmic exercise and polybag gardening. Daily observations and documentation assessed behavioral changes, engagement, and social interaction among 35 participants. Practical Applications: Findings support integrating these activities into Individual Care Plans and rehabilitation curricula, enhancing patient motivation, social skills, and emotional well-being. The program also serves as training for caregivers and a model for community-based mental health services. Conclusion: Exercise and gardening significantly improved participants’ physical, mental, and social well-being, with facilitator involvement being key to success. Integration into routine care is recommended for long-term impact

    Purpose: This study aims to assist MSME Yasuka Grill & Shabu-Shabu in Salatiga in implementing digital marketing using content creation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for product visuals, captions, and website development, addressing challenges in digital adaptation and market reach. Method: A one-month community service was conducted through interviews, observation, hands-on training, and mentoring. Activities included social media optimization (Instagram/TikTok), website creation via Google Sites, and AI tool utilization (ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut). Practical Applications: The program equipped MSMEs with practical digital marketing skills, enabling independent content creation and platform management, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement. Conclusion: The intervention yielded structured content, an active website, and improved social media performance, increasing competitiveness. It demonstrates the effectiveness of AI-integrated digital marketing in empowering MSMEs, offering a replicable model for similar businesses

    Empowering MSMEs Through Community-Based QRIS Implementation: A Case Study In Susukan District, East Jakarta

    Purpose: This study addresses the challenge of digital transformation for MSMEs in urban Indonesia, focusing on low digital literacy and limited technology access in Susukan Village, East Jakarta. It aims to enhance MSME capacity through community-based QRIS implementation, promoting financial inclusion and business competitiveness. Method: A participatory action approach was used, involving observation, training, mentoring, and evaluation with eight selected MSMEs. Data were collected via interviews, direct observation, and activity logs, then analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods and data triangulation. Practical Applications: Findings support scalable models for local digital empowerment, benefiting policymakers, educators, and communities in improving digital payment adoption and marketing practices among MSMEs. Conclusion: The program significantly improved digital skills and QRIS adoption, demonstrating that context-sensitive, educational interventions foster sustainable digital inclusion and economic resilience at the grassroots level
