Pengaruh Inflasi, Nilai Tukar, dan Produk Domestik Bruto terhadap Indeks Harga Saham di Jakarta Islamic Index
No full textThe purpose of this research is to find out whether inflation, exchange rates, and PDB affect the JII stock price index. This research method is quantitative. Data obtained from secondary data in the form of a time series of 32 samples. This study uses Eviews version 13 in data processing. The results of this study on the t test stated that inflation did not significantly affect the JII stock price index based on t count < t table (1.497416 <2.048407) and the number of probs. (0.1463 > 0.05). The exchange rate has no significant relationship to the JII index as shown by t count < t table (-5.675294 < 2.048407 and total prob. (0.000 < 0.05). Meanwhile, PDB has a significant effect on the JII stock price index from the t count > t table (5.628365 > 2.048407) and the number of probs (0.000 <0.05). Whereas in the simultaneous test the variables inflation, exchange rate, and PDB affect the JII stock price index as evidenced by f count > f table (12.511175 > 2.946685) and a significance level (0.000 <0.05)

No full textAbstract: This research discusses the comparison of the curriculum of Arabic language education departement and Arabic language and literature education departement in universities, taking into account the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) and using the Standards of the Teachers' Union of the Arabic Language Subject Teachers' Consultative Association (IMLA) as a reference for Graduate Learning Achievements ( CPL). These differences include graduation standards, lecture processes, and lecture programs. The Mathaliul Falah Pati Islamic Boarding School Institute focuses more on aspects of educator development, while Ma'had Aly Amsilati Jepara focuses more on aspects of Arabic language skills and understanding Arab culture. This research aims to investigate differences in curriculum at two universities with Arabic language study programs, namely the Mathaliul Falah and Ma'had Aly Amsilati Islamic Boarding School Institute. The data analysis method follows the three steps proposed by Miles and Huberman. The research results show significant differences between the curricula at the two universities. At the Mathaliul Falah Pati Islamic Boarding School Institute, the curriculum is focused on developing prospective educators who are able to contribute to society as competent Arabic language educators who can adapt in the digital era. Meanwhile, at Ma'had Aly Amsilati Jepara, the curriculum emphasizes the formation of experts in Arabic language, Arabic culture, and understanding Arabic texts contained in Arabic books from the five factors there are goal, subtantion, media, method and strategi, activities and evaluation
Analisis Operasional dan Tindakan Preventif terhadap Eskalasi Angka Kematian Jemaah Haji Tahun 2023
Full text linkThis study aims to analyze the challenges faced during the operational implementation of the 2023 Hajj pilgrimage and to identify preventive measure for the upcoming years. The research employs a qualitative approach, with primary data in the form of mortality data of 2023 pilgrims processed by Siskohatkes-Kemenkes. Meanwhile, secondary sources are derived from interviews with 2023 Hajj pilgrims and various electronic media sources. The results finding indicate that the peak of pilgrim deaths occurred in Muzdalifah, where many pilgrims suffered from dehydration while waiting for transportation to Mina. The incident started on the 10th of Dzulhijjah, allegedly due to non-Hajj visa holders were overcrowding the Taraddud routes, causing congestion in the pickup fleets. Additionaly, accommodation services and support for the elderly pilgrims were not to be insufficient. To prevent similar incident in the future implementations, the Ministry of Religious Affairs has designed various presentive measures, including Murur and Tanazul stays to hotels, deemed appropriate steps in improving pilgrim safety. This research is expected to provide significant contributions to the government and relevant authorities as an evaluation material for better Hajj management in the future
Fiqh Sosial Perspective on Prenuptial Agreements: Harmonizing the Tradition and Modernity in Muslim Communities
No full textThe acceptance of prenuptial agreements presents contradictory issues among traditional Muslim communities that adhere to conventional Islamic values and modern Muslim communities that seek more comprehensive legal protection. This study aims to analyze these contradictions through the lens of fiqh sosial perspective, relating it to the applicable legal context to provide a thorough understanding of the relevance of these viewpoints in contemporary social and legal practices. Unlike previous research, this study highlights the fiqh sosial approach, positing that this perspective is pertinent in addressing the diverse community attitudes towards prenuptial agreements. The findings indicate that the fiqh sosial approach transcends texts of fiqh by emphasizing contextualization to meet the demands of modern times. In this context, prenuptial agreements can be seen as a way to reinterpret fiqh texts through a formal agreement, specifically through a written prenuptial agreement. Furthermore, prenuptial agreements can serve the public good in marriage practices in Indonesia by developing the kaidah fiqhiyyah “ad-daf'u aqwa min ar-raf'i” through asset protection and preventive measures against potential negative occurrences during the marriage

No full textLiteracy is the ability to read, write and speak, which requires knowledge of genre and culture. Ironically, Indonesia is among the countries with low literacy levels according to PISA research. Therefore, it is necessary to have a massive literacy culture from an early age. This community service activity uses the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method to develop a community based on educational assets. This ABCD method uses 5 (five) steps, namely discovery, dream, design, define and destiny. This community service activity was carried out based on the need to improve literacy culture from an early age. This activity was carried out by creating a reading corner at KB Hamerti Siwi, Kebonsawahan Village, Juwana District, Central Java Regency. A reading corner is a corner of the classroom equipped with bookshelves and a collection of interesting books for children. The book corner can act as an extension of the library function to increase students' interest in learning to read. The activity was carried out from July 10 to August 20, 2024. The result of this activity is the establishment of a reading corner space that can be utilized by students to get to know reading, as well as literacy assistance to students in utilizing the reading corner

No full textPenelitian pengembangan ini menujukan proses inovasi media pembelajaran tas pintar dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir simbolik anak usia 5-6 tahun di lembaga TK Se-Gugus Sakura Kecamatan Juwana Kabupaten Pati dilakukan dengan tahapan penelitian dan pengumpulan data, perencanaan, tahap pengembanga, validasi oleh ahli dan guru, melakukan revisi berdasarkan saran para ahli,melakukan uji coba terbatas lalu melakukan revisi dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kekurangan dan selanjutnya digunakan untuk memperbaiki produk kemudian uji coba lapangan. Sedangkan kelayakan media ini dari hasil valiadasi ahli materi, ahli media, validasi guru mendapat persentase kelayakan. Sehingga berdasarkan data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran tas pintar layak digunakan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir simbolik anak usia 5-6 tahun di Lembaga TK Se-Gugus Sakura Kecamatan Juwana Kabupaten Pati
Peran Orang Tua dalam Mengatasi Sibling Rivalry terhadap Perkembangan Sosial Emosional Anak Usia Dini
No full textSibling rivalry adalah fenomena yang sering terjadi dalam keluarga dan dapat memengaruhi perkembangan sosial-emosional anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran strategis orang tua dalam mengatasi sibling rivalry dan dampaknya terhadap perkembangan anak usia dini di RA Melati Legoso, Tangerang Selatan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif, penelitian ini melibatkan 8 keluarga sebagai subjek. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sibling rivalry dapat menghasilkan dampak positif, seperti anak menjadi lebih mandiri dan dewasa, serta dampak negatif, seperti munculnya perilaku manja, cengeng, atau emosi yang tidak terkontrol. Untuk mengatasi dampak ini, peran orang tua sangat signifikan, yaitu sebagai guru, motivator, contoh, sahabat, pengawas, dan penasihat. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan holistik yang melibatkan orang tua dalam mendukung perkembangan sosial-emosional anak usia dini. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pendidikan anak usia dini dengan memberikan dasar ilmiah bagi pengembangan program pendidikan karakter dan strategi pengelolaan sibling rivalry. Selain itu, penelitian ini memperkuat literatur dalam bidang psikologi keluarga dan pendidikan anak usia dini, khususnya mengenai pentingnya sinergi antara keluarga dan lembaga pendidikan dalam membentuk karakter anak. Proses penelitian yang sistematis juga memberikan model bagi studi-studi serupa di masa depan.
 
De-Islamophobia di Inggris melalui Sepak Bola: Kajian terhadap Mohamed Salah dan Liverpool
No full textThis article aims to explain the role of Muslim professional sports actors in the activity of reducing prejudice against Islam in the UK, where in the last 10 years the trend of Islamophobia has increased sharply. This idea is important to see how the da'wah of Islam by using a soft power approach turns out to make a meaningful contribution to the development of Islamic da'wah today. This study uses a qualitative approach to understand the role of Muhammad Salah who is able to change the image of Islam in the UK, from a frightening image to a pleasant and entertaining image. Data was obtained from a number of secondary sources from social media metrics that developed in the UK. This article finds that the appearance of a professional Muslim sportsman who focuses on his field of expertise, is productive in the sense of being the best, and remains consistently a Muslim with good attitudes and behavior, is able to change the views of people outside Islam to find out more about Islam, and behave towards it in a professional and friendly manner
Islamic Management and Risk Management Applications in Pesantren Based on Waqf
No full textWaqf-based educational institutions are currently still in the "low" category, according to Indonesia's National Waqf Index (IWN) report. In this case, pesantren is an educational institution that was mostly established with waqf assets and has recently experienced fairly good development; pesantren are also categorized as waqf-based schools and were established by nadzir to waqf managers, currently totaling 26.23% of the total number of schools in Indonesia. This waqf-based school still has shortcomings in its management, as seen from its small development. The relatively low number of the National Waqf Index (IWN) occurs because philanthropists currently do not see good results from waqf management. Of the various purposes for which waqf assets are allocated, pesantren is one of the choices for which nadzir can endow their assets. However, there are still many obstacles found in management, and in general, they must be overcome by waqf managers. The method of analysis in this research uses descriptive literature analysis and primary data from semi-structured interviews in the in-depth interview category. Moreover, the results of the analysis found various important principles and steps of risk management according to Islam. They included the benefits of risk management for waqf-based pesantren by applying Islamic management and risk management. The implementation uses the principles of Islamic management and applies the initial planning stages of risk management. Pesantren must also follow the development of government schools so that they can compete and walk together for the advancement of education
Pesantren Based on Child-Friendly: Countering the Bullying Cases in Pesantren
No full textThe existence of violence in the learning process is one of the factors that influences the comfort of each Santri. Nothing but the comfort of a Santri at Pesantren. Every learning process needs to pay attention to a child's rights and needs so that they can be met. Both in terms of security and comfort. The learning process must also proceed in a dignified and humane manner. However, the increasing violence that occurs in Pesantren is one of the reasons for the need to create Pesantren education that is child-friendly by ensuring safety and health. Therefore, this article aims to analyze the implementation of child-friendly Pesantren programs. This research uses a case study approach at the Pesantren Al-Anwar-4 Sarang and Alhamdulillah Kemadu Rembang. The analysis results show that child-friendly Pesantren can be achieved by implementing a positive discipline program for each Pesantren community, from caregivers, coaches, teachers, and Santri. As the learning process progresses, humanist teachers are the key to the success of child-friendly education in Pesantren by guiding Santri, motivating them, appreciating their strengths and weaknesses, and developing various new ideas and insights about learning along with developments in science and technology, as in the trials implemented at Al-Anwar-4 and Alhamdulillah by implementing positive discipline to prevent violence in Pesantren. This trial had a significant positive effect
