Harmonizing Society Through Islamic Education: An Analysis of Interactive Methods in Light of Tafsir Adhwa'ul Bayan
Raising the background of harmony in Islamic education, which is a crucial aspect in creating a peaceful and inclusive society. Social harmony in the context of education does not only focus on the transfer of knowledge, but also on the formation of positive social values such as tolerance, empathy, and solidarity. The era of globalization that often threatens local cultural identity and increases social inequality, education has an important role as a builder of relationships between students who respect and understand differences. By using an interactive approach in the learning process, it aims to provide guidance for educators in creating a learning environment that supports social harmony. The method used in this study is library research. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of educational theory and more harmonious and inclusive learning practices. Thus, this study does not only focus on theoretical aspects, but also provides practical insights for educators in creating a learning environment that supports social harmony in the classroom
Analisis Kenaikan Pajak dalam Kerangka Keadilan, Kemaslahatan, dan Fiqh Sosial
The Pati Regent Regulation Number 8 of 2025 provides legality for a 100% tax increase. However, the Regent increased the land and building tax (PBB-P2) to 250%. This increase aims to boost Regional Original Income, supporting infrastructure development programs and public services. This increase is intended to adjust the PBB-P2 rate after 14 years of no change. This increase in the PBB-P2 tax has caused pros and cons in society. In general, the community is burdened by this tax increase. This paper examines in depth whether this increase in PPB P2 tax is relevant. The research method employed is a robust descriptive-analytical approach, ensuring a comprehensive analysis. The theoretical framework used is justice, maslahah, and fiqh sosial, providing a solid foundation for the study. The analysis method employs critical discourse to examine the power that underpins the ideology of the dominant group, legitimizing its dominance. The results of this study indicate that the increase in PBB-P2 tax up to 250% is contrary to the values of justice, maslahah, and fiqh sosial, which lead to maqashidus shariah, namely protecting religion, soul, mind, property, and descendants. Justice demands that a leader prioritize honesty, solidarity, and compassion. The maslahah demands a leader who sides with the most vulnerable members of society. Meanwhile, fiqh sosial encourages the achievement of maqashidus sharia. The increase in the PBB-P2 tax suggests that a leader lacks honesty, compassion, and solidarity in acknowledging the suffering of their people
Kolaborasi Negara dan Sektor Privat dalam Peningkatan Kapasitas Pemuda Melalui Pelatihan Perencanaan Acara
This program is designed with a participatory approach to ensure active involvement of participants in every stage of the training. The purpose of this service is to enhance the skills of young people through Event Planner training as a practical skills development step aimed at building the local creative economy. The method used is Participatory Learning and Action (PLA), with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and questionnaires. This service also evaluates the effectiveness of collaboration in building individual competencies in event planning, opening new business opportunities, and strengthening the creative industry ecosystem. The collaboration between the Salatiga City Youth and Sports Office and Sasana Suluh Kabudayan Consultant has proven effective in creating synergy among stakeholders, providing applicable training materials, and delivering significant social and economic impacts for the community. Similar programs are recommended to be replicated in other areas to improve the competitiveness of communities in the creative economy sector and support sustainable development. The research results show that Event Planner training not only enhances participants' technical understanding of event management but also encourages their active participation in the community. These findings emphasize the importance of cross-sector partnerships in community capacity building. This service aims to increase youth capacity through Event Planner training as an effort to develop practical skills oriented towards empowering the local creative economy. Therefore, similar programs are recommended to be replicated in other areas to enhance community competitiveness in the Creative Economy sector and support Sustainable Development
Implementasi Full Day School dalam Menanamkan Nilai Agama Anak Usia Dini
Full day school adalah sistem pendidikan yang memperpanjang waktu belajar siswa dengan mengintegrasikan kegiatan akademik, ekstrakurikuler, dan pembelajaran agama dalam satu hari penuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi full day school dalam meningkatkan nilai-nilai agama pada anak usia dini di RA Perwanida, Kota Baubau, Sulawesi Tenggara. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research), data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa full day school efektif menanamkan nilai-nilai agama pada anak usia dini, yang terlihat dari peningkatan pemahaman dan penerapan nilai agama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mereka, serta indikator STPPA yang hampir sepenuhnya terpenuhi. Namun, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan, seperti keterbatasan fasilitas, sumber daya, biaya pendidikan yang tinggi, dan kekurangan tenaga pendidik kompeten. Dukungan orang tua, keterlibatan komunitas sekolah, dan penyesuaian kurikulum yang tepat dibutuhkan untuk keberlanjutan program. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam memperkaya pengetahuan tentang implementasi full day school dalam konteks pendidikan agama anak usia dini. Secara praktis, penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi penulis untuk mengembangkan keterampilan penelitian, bagi peserta didik untuk menerima pendidikan agama yang lebih intensif, dan bagi pendidik sebagai panduan dalam menerapkan strategi pengajaran agama yang efektif
Pengembangan E-LKPD dengan Model Discovery Learning Pada Kurikulum Merdeka Kelas IV SD
This research aims to develop interactive E-LKPD that allows students to learn material on changes in the state of matter for grade IV Elementary School students using the discovery learning model. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE approach, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects consisted of 23 students from an elementary school in Tasikmalaya Regency. The initial phase involved a needs analysis to determine the design and development of the E-LKPD. The interactive E-LKPD was designed with features such as reading materials, instructional videos, images, drag-and-drop functionality, educational games, and practice exercises. The results of the study showed that students' responses to the use of the E-LKPD were very positive, with an average response score of 92.17%. The main advantages are its ability to make learning more engaging, motivate, support active and independent learning. Although there are technical constraints such as internet connectivity and limited devices, solutions such as tethering and group work have succeeded in overcoming them and this E-LKPD can be printed according to school needs. The development of this E-LKPD aligns with the demands of the digital era and the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka and has proven effective in enhancing the teaching and learning of IPAS in elementary schools
Praktik Utang Piutang pada Tradisi Buwuh Walimatul ‘Urs Perspektif Sosiologi Ekonomi Islam
This study aims to find out the practice of debt and receivables in the tradition of buwuh walimatul 'urs carried out by the people of Perdopo Gunungwungkal Pati Village and to analyze the practice of buwuh in the perspective of Islamic economic sociology using the Theory of Reciprocity by Marcel Mauss. This research is a field research with a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation and interviews. The results of this study show that there is a shift in the tradition of buwuh walimatul 'urs of the people of Perdopo Gunungwungkal Pati Village from the original use of grant contracts to debt and receivables contracts. The transition is seen from three aspects, namely the recording of buwuh, the quantity of buwuhan given and the return of buwuhan. The transition is influenced by the reciprocity of the local community, so that every bowuhan received gives rise to the obligation to return it. This study also identified the existence of alternent reciprocity. This is a form of deviation from the theory of reciprocity, where the buwuh tradition can switch or alternate between voluntary giving (grant) and transactional giving (debt and receivable)
Analisis Pemikiran Muhamad Tentang Efisiensi Harga Murabahah di Perbankan Syari’ah
This study aims to find out the murabahah pricing technique based on Muhammad's thoughts and the impact of its application on the efficiency of murabahah prices in sharia banking. The research method used is literature research. The data collection technique uses the documentation method and structured interview. The results of this study show that the murabahah pricing technique currently used in sharia banking operations does not meet the criteria for sharia compliance because it contains elements of price ghara. Muhamad as an academic as well as a practitioner of sharia banking, proposed a new formula for setting murabahah prices as an answer to his anxiety about the irregularities in the old formula. Although the new formula has not been widely used, this formula can increase the efficiency of murabahah prices in Islamic banking, especially if the Islamic bank has a large scale and when there is a financing restructuring
Examining the Article Anti-religious Radicalism in Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Pesantren
Anti-religious radicalism means efforts to reject radical religious movements. The anti-religious radicalism movement requires synergy between elements of society, religious communities and the government. Pesantren which are often stigmatized as the basis of religious radicalism movements, need to fight this stigma. Therefore, it is hoped that the state will also have an anti-religious radicalism attitude, as seen in Law No. 18/2019 articles about Pesantren. This qualitative research uses a descriptive method with a normative juridical analysis approach. This article aims to understand the articles that support anti-religious radicalism in Law No. 18/2019. The state's partiality in supporting the anti-religious radicalism movement can be read from eight articles in Law No. 18/2019. These eight articles can become the basis for regulations that prevent the emergence of Pesantren as a basis for radical movements
How Charismatic Leadership, Division of Labor, and Organizational Culture Shape Teachers Performance in Pesantren Kulon Banon
This study aims to analyze the influence of charismatic leadership style, division of labor, and organizational culture on teachers’ performance at Pesantren Kulon Banon. Respondents totaled 150 people. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling; the respondents were teachers who taught at the Pesantren Kulon Banon, and as many as 150 respondents were taken randomly with a lottery model. The analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) AMOS. The results of this study indicate that 1) Charismatic leadership style has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, 2) Division of labor has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and 3) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance
Peningkatan Kesadaran Studi Lanjut Masyarakat Perantau melalui Seminar Pendidikan
This community service program aims to provide a deeper understanding of the importance of continuing higher education. This activity is in the form of a seminar on the importance of raising awareness among the youth of Padike Village, the majority of whom are migrants, about the urgency of continuing their education to college. The PkM collaboration of five campuses, namely IAIN Madura, UINSA, UINSUKA, Annuqoyah University, and UIM Pamekasan, has achieved quite good results. This activity uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The results are in the form of an increase in the perception of the importance of college from 21% to 89%. This data indicates that the seminar was successful in increasing participants' awareness and interest in higher education, and had a significant positive impact in changing their attitudes towards the importance of continuing their education to a higher level
