Translation is a complex process that not only involves the transfer of meaning but also presents challenges in dealing with the differences in grammatical and idiomatic structures between the source language (BS) and target language (BP). One important approach to addressing these challenges is the transposition procedure, which includes the techniques of explication and substitution. This article aims to analyze how this procedure is applied in the translation of religious texts from Arabic to Indonesian. Using a descriptive approach, the study shows that the explication technique is used to make explicit the grammatical elements implicit in the BS, while the substitution technique replaces the syntactical function to conform to the BP. The results show that the transposition procedure not only improves the comprehensibility of the translation but also maintains the nuances of meaning contained in the original text. This study contributes to the development of cross-linguistic linguistics-based translation techniques, especially in the context of religious texts

Menyelami Suara Remaja Muslim Salatiga: Analisis Storytelling dalam Podcast 'Rintik Sedu' oleh Nadhifa Allya Tsana

This study aims to examine the perceptions of Muslim youth in Salatiga toward the storytelling style of Nadhifa Allya Tsana in her podcast “Rintik Sedu” on Spotify. The popularity of this podcast among young people serves as an important background to understand how the messages delivered influence listeners, particularly in the context of religiosity and the psychological aspects of Muslim adolescents. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), observation, and documentation. Informants were selected based on specific criteria, namely Muslim adolescents in Salatiga who actively listen to the “Rintik Sedu” podcast. The findings reveal that youth perceptions of Tsana’s storytelling style are formed through three stages of perception: sensation, attention, and interpretation. In this process, some adolescents perceive her storytelling as highly relatable, portraying the impression of a close friend, and providing motivation in navigating teenage life. However, others view her narrative style as overly melancholic, potentially influencing the listener’s mood to become more sorrowful and emotionally immersed. These findings indicate that the narrative style in audio media such as podcasts holds significant emotional power and can shape the perception and emotional state of its listeners, particularly among Muslim youth

This study examines the role of Indonesian Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in promoting religious tolerance narratives through social media, particularly Instagram, from 2019 to 2023. The research addresses the challenges CSOs face in countering intolerance and polarization online, emphasizing the digital strategies they employ. Utilizing a Discourse Network Analysis (DNA) method, the study integrates quantitative network mapping and qualitative text analysis to explore content patterns, collaborations, and audience engagement. Primary data was collected from 25 CSO Instagram accounts, supported by textual analysis, observations, interviews, and documentation. The research focuses on two key questions: (1) What do CSO networks promoting interfaith tolerance look like? and (2) How are narratives of tolerance structured and disseminated within these networks? Findings highlight variations in CSO strategies, showing that highly active organizations achieve broader reach through consistent posting, while smaller CSOs rely on quality content and partnerships to remain impactful. Despite algorithmic challenges and echo chambers, CSOs effectively leverage social media to advance tolerance narratives, integrating cultural and religious contexts. The study underscores the need for collaborative networks and adaptive digital strategies to amplify inclusive messages and mitigate intolerance, offering insights into strengthening CSO efforts in the digital era
