Portrait of Humanist Islam Pribumization in Babad Cirebon: A Critical-Historical Discourse
Get PDFThe success of Islam entering Indonesia – and even now establishing itself as a country with the largest Muslim majority population in the world – is broadly the result of the humanist-inclusive indigenization of Islam. But now there are some unscrupulous Muslims who are trying to take the opposite direction by spreading Islamic teachings exclusively which tend to be intolerant. So it is necessary for all Muslims in Indonesia to re-learn about the past about how Islam was grounded in this country. Using qualitative research and library research, and using historical-critical discourse analysis, this research tries to explore how the concept and implementation of humanist Islam indigenization in the Babad Cirebon is used. As the results of this study, it can be concluded that some of the values of Indigenization of Humanist Islam contained in it. This is indicated by the attitude of tawadhu 'or politeness to all humans. This aspect is shown through the exposure of the polite character to Walangsungsang as the central figure in his odyssey in seeking religious knowledge carried out with the permission of the Lord Prabu Siliwangi, despite having a different religion with him. The request for permission and blessing is part of the concept of equal rights in religious humanism as one of the indicators in the indigenization of humanist Islam

Bitcoin has characteristics as a currency or medium of exchange because it is accepted as a means of payment by its community. However, there will be a lot of hope that can happen to bitcoin users, namely because bitcoin is al-jahalah (unclear) will cause an element of fraud in buying and selling with bitcoin. So the purpose in this study is to find out how fiqh review is muamalah on buying and selling transactions with bitcoin. This research is qualitative literature (library research). Data collection methods use documentation and data analysis using deductive analysis techniques. The results of this study show that the practice of buying and selling with bitcoin is either aimed at the needs of exchange tools or investment businesses, especially in online financial transactions including from syubhat, and something that syubhat should be abandoned, because it does not bring benefits at once that is the purpose of Islamic sharia, namely its own benefits will not be realized

Get PDFThis study aims to examine the surah al-Alaq verses 1-5 about the virtues of reading, writing, investigating, examining, and including all work for the sake of Allah. In addition, this research will also look for the values of Islamic education contained therein and how to actualize them in learning. This type of research is library research with the data analysis technique used is content analysis. The collection of library materials and the object of discussion under study were made coherently and then re-examined with one another with a predetermined framework. In this study, it was found that Surah al-Alaq verses 1-5 contain three values of Islamic education. These values are Aqidah Education to strengthen belief and faith, Shari'a Education as a guide to facilitate carrying out Allah's commands, and Moral Education as the actualization of carrying out His commands. This first revelation can be used as a guide when the learning process is in accordance with the existing stages

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the religious moderation teachings of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) and Muhammadiyah in the concepts of Nusantara Islam and Progressive Islam and their relation to the verses of the Qur'an. The type of research is literature study with a qualitative approach that describes and analyzes library data, in the form of books, journals, magazines, and news relevant to the research theme. The results showed that; first, the teachings of religious moderation in NU are illustrated through the jargon of Islam Nusantara, while Muhammadiyah is through Progressive Islam. Second, the alternation of religious moderation between NU and Muhammadiyah is related to the Koranic verse, namely they both uphold an attitude of peace (Al Baqarah: 143), help each other (Al-Maidah: 2), and obey the leader (Annisa 59). Third, the symbol of religious moderation of NU and Muhammadiyah is more directed to pluralistic values that are in accordance with the context of Islam in Indonesia which is plural so that it does not conflict with the contents of the QS. This research can be used as a means of expanding views so that people think more intelligently and clearly, and avoid acts of violence that are very contrary to Wasathiyah values

Get PDFEnactment of Law No.33 Th. 2014 or the Law on Halal Product Guarantee (Act JPH) and PP No.31 Th. 2019 as a guide for implementing the JPH Law has the consequence of having halal certification obligations on all products in circulation. Revealed again in PMK RI No. 57/PMK.05/2021. This process requires stakeholder readiness and education for industry players throughout Indonesia, including Kudus Regency. The existence of this policy raises the problem of how to implement it in the field. This study aims to determine its implementation, responses from MSMEs, challenges and opportunities for MSMEs.This research is field research with data collection methods through interviews, observations, and document studies. The data processing through the making of transcripts, codes, and categorization. Then analyzed using qualitative analysis. The result of the research shows that the implementation of Act JPH in the Kudus Regency has not been optimal. It is shown from the implementation activities, communication between stakeholders, and implementing tendencies in implementing policies. This research also finds there are various challenges to be faced and opportunities that can be utilized for MSMEs with the existence of a mandatory halal certification policy

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk medeskripsikan nilai-nilai karakter yang terkandung dalam novel anak Mata dan Manusia Laut. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa kutipan, kalimat, atau pun dialog yang menunjukkan nilai-nilai karakter. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam artikel ini yaitu dokumentasi, peneliti menggambarkan tokoh-tokoh dalam novel yang menunjukkan nilai-nilai karakter, serta memahami secara mendalam dengan cara membaca ulang dan mencatatnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa nilai-nilai karakter dalam novel anak Mata dan Manusia Laut karya Okky Madasari berupa karakter religius, mandiri, cinta tanah air, jujur, peduli lingkungan, menghargai prestasi, peduli sosial, rasa ingin tahu, bersahabat atau komunikatif, dan tanggung jawab

Because in the process of child development, needs will arise in the child that must be met and fulfilled. One of them is psychological need. These needs are absolutely necessary, and even play an important role in providing the basis for growth and development through physical, cognitive and socio-emotional aspects. When children have not received their needs properly, adjustment problems will arise in children, one of which is emotional and behavioral disorders. At each age level, children have different levels of needs, due to differences in age, physical, psychological, heredity and environmental factors. The needs of early childhood are closely related to the child's education process. The purpose of this study was to determine the needs and psychological disorders in early childhood through library research. This study uses research journals and books. Based on data analysis, it was found that there are several psychological needs that must be met for children as well as factors that cause children with psychological disorders

This problem is specifically discussed by three schools of kalam: mu'tazilah, shi'ah, and ahl al-sunnah wa al-jama'ah. Each group claims that their understanding is the most truthful. This research aims to show how the strengths and weaknesses of each group are based on their epistemological doctrines and argumentation. This study is categorized as a literature review utilizing the documentation of data collection methodology. The collected data will be analyzed utilizing content analysis technique as well as the kalam scientific approach. The results of this research expose that the ahl al-sunnah wa al-jama'ah's opinions are more valid from an epistemological standpoint because they are based on a harmonization between the rationality of reason and the textuality of revelation
Publication Trends of Journal Articles about Religious Moderation in Recent Years: Bibliometric Analysis
Get PDFIn recent years, religious moderation has piqued the interest of Indonesian experts. This research aims to conduct a bibliometric examination of multiple scientific generations over the last few years. The Scopus database was searched for publications, and six results were analysed with BibExcel software and visualised in VOSviewer. English is the principal language of publication. The year 2021 will see the most publications on religious moderation. As a result, a systematic review and meta-analysis of the content of the identified papers and the variables connected with this topic are required. It can serve as a starting point for future study in this field and a foundation for future reviews of its evolution and advancement
