    Konten Seni Lukis dalam TikTok sebagai Ekspresi Budaya Populer Remaja Urban

    Technological advances make it a human need to express themselves and form self-actualization through TikTok social media, such as sharing painting content in the era of modernization. The purpose of this research is to find out the existence of painting content and personal branding through TikTok as popular culture. This research uses a qualitative method with a virtual ethnography approach to the AMS (Cyber Media Analysis) model by Rulli Nasrullah, including 4 levels, namely, media space, media documents, media objects, and media experiences. Data collection techniques in this study through observation and documentation on TikTok accounts @erikarichardo, @rhmatdraw, and @dyssayangkamu. The results of the research through the AMS model found that the selection of TikTok is a good choice as a medium for self-expression through painting content because it has various features and its reach is wide open. In the era of digitalization, making painting as part of popular culture provides an excellent opportunity for artists and painting creators to build a reputation, create works that are attractive, known, and liked by many people

    Pengaruh Podcast Habib Ja’far Dalam Dakwah Islam Di Era Digital Untuk Membentuk Karakter Gen Z Yang Bertaqwa.

    This study analyzes the influence of Habib Ja’far’s podcast as an Islamic da’wah medium in the digital era to shape a pious Gen Z character. The research employed a descriptive quantitative method, collecting data through Likert-scale questionnaires from 33 Gen Z respondents in Purwakarta Regency. The results indicate a strong positive correlation between the  podcast’s role and the formation of Gen Z’s character, with a correlation value  of 0.642. The coefficient of determination (41.2%) highlights the podcast's  significant contribution to developing Islamic values among Gen Z. Habib  Ja’far’s humorous, inclusive, and relatable preaching style is a key factor in  the podcast’s success. This research underscores the importance of innovative  da’wah strategies in the digital age to reach younger generations. Habib  Ja’far’s podcast is recommended as an effective educational medium for delivering inspiring Islamic messages and fostering a pious character. &nbsp

    The Mass media are one of the fourth pillars of democracy guaranteed by the 1945 Constitution. In it, a journalist plays an important role in digging up information to be conveyed to the public. But unfortunately, the rights and obligations for journalists are not given properly, and the termination of employment as experienced by CNN Indonesia journalists. This study aims to analyze the news of the dismissal of CNN Indonesia employees in the Tempo.co media using Robert N. Entman's framing analysis as an analytical tool, with four stages, namely: define problem, diagnose causes, make moral judgment, and treatment recommendation. The results of the study show that Tempo.co framed the news of the issue of the dismissal of CNN Indonesia employees as a result of the termination of employment by CNN Indonesia management due to the formation of a labor union, namely the CNN Indonesia Workers Union or SPCI. Tempo journalists saw that the actions taken by CNN Indonesia management were not by the 1945 Constitution and Law Number 21 of 2000 concerning Labor Unions. Many parties regretted the termination of the employment of CNN Indonesia employees because it was not by the freedom of expression guaranteed by law

    Mathematic is the science of logic that studies number theory, geometry, algebra, analysis and set theory. Mathematics is often referred to as the exact. Apart from that, mathematics is also often referred to as the exact science that is most feared by most students, especially at the elementary school level. Many students are less interested in learning because the learning media used by teachers is less interesting, so teaching materials in the form of mathematical formula pocket books are needed to improve student learning outcomes. This research aims to develop a projet based learning (PjBL) based mathematical formula pocket book that can be used to improve student learning outcomes in mathematic subjects. The research method used is research and development with thw ADDIE developmet model which has five stages. Feasibility test by material experts, media experts, subject teachers and students. The data collection technique for this research is through interviews and questionnaires. The results of the feasibility test research are as follows: 1) based on material experts, an average of 3.4 was obtained with a very feasible category; 2) based on media experts, an average of 3.8 was obtained in the very appropriate category; 3) based on mathematics subject teachers, an average of 3.3 was obtained with a very decent category

    This study aims to determine the implementation of Islamic business ethics and to determine marketing communication at PT Kainratu Jepara. This research is a qualitative study with a case study approach. The research data collected were obtained through observation interviews with the owner, employees, and consumers of PT Kainratu Jepara. The results obtained from this study indicate that the implementation of Islamic business ethics in marketing communication at PT Kainratu has been implemented by prioritizing the principle of monotheism, the principle of balance, the principle of free will, the principle of responsibility, and the principle of ihsan. And its relationship with marketing communication is also in accordance with good marketing principles, namely paying attention to the principles of advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations, and direct marketing where the service is carried out honestly and friendly

    Analisis Komparasi Tingkat Kesehatan Bank Syariah Indonesia dan Bank Central Asia Syariah dengan Metode RGEC

    This study analyzes the comparative performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) and Bank BCA Syariah using financial ratios with the RGEC approach (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Rentability, and Capital), based on the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No. 08/POJK.03/2014. This research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. Secondary data were used, obtained from financial reports and GCG reports of Bank BSI and Bank BCA Syariah for the 2019–2022 period. The analysis results indicate growth in financial ratios and GCG for both banks, leading to an increase in their composite scores each year. Bank BSI achieved composite scores of 80%, 82%, 88%, and 88% over the last four years, while Bank BCA Syariah recorded scores of 71%, 73%, 77%, and 84% over the same period. The average composite score accumulation for Bank BSI was 84.5%, whereas Bank BCA Syariah achieved an average of 76.25%. Bank BSI was ranked at level 2 ("Healthy") in 2019–2020 and improved to level 1 ("Very Healthy") in 2021–2022. Meanwhile, Bank BCA Syariah consistently maintained a level 2 ("Healthy") ranking throughout the four-year period. Thus, the health level of Bank BSI was superior to that of Bank BCA Syariah during 2019–2022

    History records that the contestation between the West and Islam has been occurring for a long time, particularly during the Crusades, which lasted for three centuries (11th–13th centuries). Over time, these interactions gave rise to various stereotypes, especially about Islam, including within the narratives of Hollywood’s film industry. Using a qualitative research method with a critical discourse analysis approach, combined with the theory of social construction, this study seeks to explore how stereotypes of Islam have been narrated through Hollywood films from the 1960s to the 2020s. The findings of this study conclude that the representation of muslims in the Western film industry is often portrayed with a biased image, associating Islam with terrorism, violence, and fanaticism. These stereotypes emerge as a result of the long history of tensions between the Western world and the Islamic world, reinforced by political interests and media influence in shaping public opinion. The seven film samples—each from different decades—presented in this study illustrate how muslim characters are depicted as threats, ultimately reinforcing negative prejudices against Islam in global society for nearly the past century

    ABSTRACT Educational materials are considered an important foundation in the learning process. At Dar Al-Falah Secondary School in Sirahan Cluwak Pati, teachers suffer from a lack of appropriate digital educational materials for teaching reading, which limits the use of non-colored books and worksheets that do not attract students' attention. To address this issue, the study developed short literary story materials using the Flipbook application, which converts files into engaging digital books. The study aimed to answer three questions: 1) What was the reading instruction process like before developing the materials? 2) How were the short story materials developed using Flipbook? 3) How effective are the materials in improving reading skills? The research adopted the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) in five stages: analysis, design, development, application, and evaluation, using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and tests to collect data from 34 students in the eighth grade. The results showed that the current educational materials lacked appeal, leading to low student enthusiasm and poor results. The digital materials were developed based on a needs analysis and used tools such as Portable Document Format (PDF) and the FlipbookPDF.net program. The evaluation results were high, with students showing significant improvement from a pre-test score of 56 to a post-test score of 81.4. The T-test value (8.93) indicates that the product is effective as an educational tool for teaching reading. ملخص البحث تُعَدُّ المواد التعليمية أساسًا مهمًا في عملية التعليم. في مدرسة دار الفلاح الثانوية بسيراهان-جلواك-باطي، يعاني المعلمون من نقص المواد التعليمية الرقمية المناسبة لتعليم القراءة، مما يقتصر على استخدام الكتب غير الملونة وأوراق العمل التي لا تجذب انتباه الطلاب. ولحل هذه المشكلة، قامت الدراسة بتطوير مواد قصص قصيرة أدبية باستخدام تطبيق فليب بوك، الذي يحوّل الملفات إلى كتب رقمية جذابة. هدفت الدراسة إلى الإجابة عن ثلاثة أسئلة: 1) كيف كانت عملية تعليم القراءة في المدرسة قبل تطوير المواد؟ 2) كيف تم تطوير مواد القصص القصيرة باستخدام فليب بوك؟ 3) ما مدى فعالية المواد في تحسين مهارة القراءة؟. اعتمد البحث على نموذج  ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) بخمس مراحل وهي: التحليل، التصميم، التطوير، التطبيق، والتقويم باستخدام الملاحظة، المقابلات، الاستبيانات، والاختبارات لجمع البيانات من 34 طالبًا في الصف الثامن. أظهرت النتائج أن المواد التعليمية الحالية تفتقر إلى الجاذبية، مما أدى إلى قلة حماس الطلاب وانخفاض نتائجهم. طُوِّرت المواد الرقمية استنادًا إلى تحليل الاحتياجات واستخدمت أدوات مثل بورتابيل دوكومين بورمات PDF))  وبرنامجFlipbookPDF.net ، وكانت نتائج التقييم عالية، حيث حصل الطلاب على تحسن ملحوظ من 56 في الاختبار القبلي إلى 81.4 في الاختبار البعدي. تُظهر قيمة اختبار T (8.93) أن المنتج فعال كوسيلة تعليمية لتعليم القراءة.   الكلمات المفتاحية مواد تعليمية; قصة قصيرة أدبية; فليب بوك; تعليم القراء

    Abstract The Hajj and Umrah community from Indonesia is the largest community in the world, and they come from different backgrounds of tribes, civilizations, and languages, which makes it difficult for them to communicate with Arab staff who use colloquial Arabic. Therefore, it is important to familiarize pilgrims with this language, as it is used daily in the Arab community, helping them to communicate effectively. This research aims to develop a pocket booklet as an instructional material in conversational colloquial Arabic to develop the speaking skills of Indonesian pilgrims and Umrah pilgrims. The researcher used the developmental research approach which consists of needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. To collect data, the researcher used the interview and questionnaire, and analyzed it using Millis and Herbman's theory which includes data presentation, reduction, and inference. The results of the needs analysis showed the importance of Arabic language preparation for Hajj and Umrah candidates, as they deal with colloquial language on a daily basis, while classical language is not used. The design of the booklet includes topics related to daily activities divided by place of conversation. The booklet was developed with expert review, and the test results showed that it is good to use. Implementation includes steps: Pre-testing, teaching the booklet to participants, and post-testing. The evaluation showed that the booklet has advantages, such as being concise and easy to understand, covering complete material, and helping with daily communication. However, the booklet has some disadvantages, such as lack of English language and few examples of vocabulary application in dialog. Keywords: Educational Materials; Hajj and Umrah Candidates; Colloquial Arabic Proficiency.   مستخلص البحث جماعة الحج والعمرة من إندونيسيا هي أكبر جماعة في العالم، وهم يأتون من خلفيات مختلفة من القبائل والحضارات واللغات، مما يجعلهم يواجهون صعوبة في التواصل مع الموظفين العرب الذين يستخدمون اللغة العربية العامية. لذلك، من المهم تعريف الحجاج بهذه اللغة، لأنها تُستخدم يومياً في المجتمع العربي، مما يساعدهم على التواصل بفعالية. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تطوير كتيب جيبي كمادة تعليمية في محادثة اللغة العربية العامية لتنمية مهارة الكلام للحجاج والمعتمرين الإندونيسيين. استخدم الباحث منهج البحث التطويري الذي يتكون من تحليل الاحتياجات، التصميم، التطوير، التنفيذ، والتقويم. لجمع البيانات، استخدم الباحث المقابلة والاستبانة، وحللها باستخدام نظرية ميليس وهربمين التي تشمل عرض البيانات، تخفيضها، والاستنتاج. أظهرت نتائج تحليل الاحتياجات أهمية إعداد اللغة العربية لمرشحي الحج والعمرة، حيث يتعاملون باللغة العامية يومياً، بينما اللغة الفصحى غير مستخدمة. يتضمن تصميم الكتيب موضوعات متعلقة بالأنشطة اليومية مقسمة حسب مكان المحادثة. طُوّر الكتيب بمراجعة الخبراء، وأظهرت نتائج الاختبار أنه جيد للاستخدام. يشمل التنفيذ خطوات: إجراء اختبار قبلي، تعليم الكتيب للمشاركين، وإجراء اختبار بعدي. أما التقويم فقد أظهر أن الكتيب له مزايا، مثل كونه مختصراً وسهل الفهم، ويغطي مواد كاملة، ويساعد في التواصل اليومي. ومع ذلك، يعاني الكتيب من بعض العيوب، مثل نقص اللغة الإنجليزية وقلة الأمثلة على تطبيق المفردات في الحوار. الكلمات الأساسية: المواد التعليمية؛ مرشحو الحج والعمرة؛ كفاءة اللغة العربية العامية
