Environmental issues have become a major concern in recent years. In fact, the impact that is always felt is the widespread pollution, the problem of waste that is increasingly accumulating until the closure of several landfills (TPA) in Indonesia. This paper tries to reopen our insight into environmental concerns in the concept of Seyyed Hossein Nasr. The research method used is qualitative based on library research with descriptive analysis. This paper also discusses how religion-society relations and environmental concerns become social actions that should be of common concern. It focuses on our understanding of environmental care as God's creatures who maintain stability between nature and life. Khalifah, as the basis of Seyyed Hossein Nasr's perspective, is a task that should be carried out by every human being. But in reality, attention to the environment is secondary in life, so that the impact felt today is extreme climate change and increased pollution

Pesantren has an important role in religious education and character-building for children. However, cases of uncovered violence in the Pesantren environment are still a concerning issue. This study aims to analyze the application of the Child-Friendly Pesantren concept as a model for protecting children from empowerment in the educational environment. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method. Data sources include books, journal articles, research reports, and other relevant documents published between 2019 and 2023, which were accessed through Google Scholar. The results of the study show that although Pesantren contributes greatly to moral education, there are still challenges in ensuring a safe environment for children. The Child-Friendly Pesantren concept, which includes strict supervision, a safe complaint mechanism, children’s rights education, psychological support, and periodic evaluations, has proven to be a solution that can reduce the risk of violence and harassment in Pesantren. The application of the Child-Friendly Pesantren framework not only supports child protection but can also be used as a role model for other educational environments to create a safe, inclusive, and child-friendly atmosphere. The implementation of the Child-Friendly Pesantren concept can effectively increase child protection in Pesantren and make Pesantren a role model in child protection in educational environments

Marriage aims to build a happy and eternal family, but realizing this is challenging because many factors trigger a conflict that leads to divorce. Research focuses on reasons for divorce based on marriage law. To sharpen reasoning in studying the laws of other countries, the research was carried out using comparison. The country chosen to compare with Indonesia is Turkey because Turkey has reformed family law in the form of a law, apart from that because Indonesia and Turkey have a majority Muslim population with a majority of the Shafi'i school of thought in Indonesia and Hanafi in Turkey. The research method uses a statutory and comparative approach with secondary data, namely Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), and the Turkish Civil Code 1926. The analysis uses three paths with conclusions based on vertical comparisons: Indonesia and the Islamic School of Religion. Shafi’i and Turkey, with the Hanafi School, both adopted some of the provisions of the school to become part of the regulations. Horizontally, the reasons for divorce in the Marriage Law in Indonesia and The Turkish Civil Code 1926 in Turkey are largely similar, and diagonally with a comparison of the history of marriage legislation, namely that every aspect of marriage law regulations is more or less influenced by the school of thought followed by that country
