    Time management in group assignments is a key factor in students' academic achievement. However, many students still face challenges in managing their time optimally, which affects team performance quality. This study aims to analyze the influence of self efficacy and self-regulation on students' time management in the context of group assignments. A quantitative research method was employed using a multiple linear regression analysis design. The study sample consisted of 150 active students from IAIN Parepare, selected through a cluster random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires measuring self-efficacy, self-regulation, and time management scales. The results indicate that self-regulation has a significant impact on students' time management, whereas self efficacy does not show a significant effect. These findings suggest that students with strong self-regulation skills are better able to plan, prioritize tasks, and complete assignments on time compared to those who rely solely on self-efficacy. The implications of this study highlight the importance of self-regulation training in academic settings to enhance the effectiveness of group assignments. Therefore, educational institutions are encouraged to develop learning strategies that focus on strengthening self-regulation to support students' academic success

    Waste is the remains of human or animal activities that no longer have any use value, and according to the Law on Waste Management, waste can be organic or inorganic. Inorganic waste, especially from industry, takes a long time to decompose, while organic waste such as food waste and plant waste can be recycled biologically. In Indonesia, low public awareness in disposing of waste properly has a negative impact on the environment, such as soil, water, and air pollution. In Padang City, with rapid population growth, the daily volume of waste reaches tens of tons. One solution implemented is the waste bank system, which is a collective mechanism for managing dry waste that encourages people to sort, collect, and recycle waste so that it has economic value and reduces the burden on landfills. Regulatory support provides clear operational guidelines for this system. Research using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method shows that the implementation of the waste bank system has increased public awareness and participation through the 3R mechanism (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), reduced the volume of waste in landfills, and opened up new economic opportunities. However, challenges such as low awareness and limited facilities still need to be overcome through periodic socialization and evaluation, with synergy between the government, waste bank managers, and the community as the key to sustainable waste management and supporting a circular economy

    This study aims to explore the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in treating an adolescent diagnosed with depression and erotomania. The subject experienced overwhelming emotions of worthlessness and regret, had difficulty concentrating, and had difficulty focusing. The method used in this research is the case study technique in this research is qualitative. This research uses a single case study or case study with a single level of analysis as its case study design. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews, observations, psychological tests, and CBT evaluations during the study. The subject in this study is a 15-year-old adolescent in one of the Community Mental Health Centers (MENTARI), located at Jalan Masjid, 26100 Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia. The results of the intervention showed that CBT helped the subject reduce the symptoms of depression and erotomania experienced by the subject. After undergoing the intervention, the subject experienced positive changes, such as reduced obsessive thoughts, improved emotion regulation, and better ability to control reactions to social situations. The subject also began to participate in daily activities again with a more realistic perspective of herself and her future

    This article explores the urgency and relevance of critical education in addressing various contemporary educational challenges, such as the commercialization of education, inequality in access, decontextualized curricula, digital transformation, inclusivity, and gender issues. Using a library research approach, the authors examine the concept of critical education grounded in the thoughts of Paulo Freire and other figures like Ki Hadjar Dewantara, while highlighting how critical education fosters reflective thinking, social awareness, and active student participation. The article also presents best practices from Indonesia, such as community-based education, local curricula, and alternative schools, which are seen as effective in embodying the principles of critical pedagogy in real-world contexts. Thus, critical education is viewed as a strategic solution to equip the younger generation in navigating the complexities of global change with wisdom and responsibility

    Burnout among university students is becoming an increasingly concerned issue, especially with consistently increasing academic pressures, social, and personal expectations, hindered them from being reaching stability in mental health. Humanistic Counselling, derived from Person-Centred Therapy with key aspects including acceptance and empathy, offers an effective and meaningful perspective in helping undergraduates overcoming episode of burnout. Acceptance allows students to feel valued and accepted for who they are, without judgment, while empathy gives them space to feel deep emotional understanding and support. This article aims to explore and examine humanistic counsellor’s attitude of acceptance and empathy and its part in the counselling session to hinder and help undergraduate students experiencing burnout. The method used is descriptive qualitative from two clients in several counselling session recorded in field note and interview. Through the counselling session using humanistic counselling, it is found that students had huge amount of opportunity in exploring their feelings, accepting their circumstances without shame, and getting support for long-term recovery while distancing from the burnout triggers. Moreover, acceptance and empathy shown in counsellor’s attitude accelerated the healing process and help students regain the emotional and mental stability post burnout in need to face increasing academic expectations both internally and externally alongside with routine challenges

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengkaji upaya preventif yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah copycat scuidie yang terjadi pada gen Z. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk melakukan dakwah teraupetik kepada gen Z ada beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan seperti aspek psikologis dari gen Z yang lebih menyukai komunikasi yang sederhana, pesan yang pendek dan bersifat visual. Pemahaman yang disampaikan dapat berupa  pemahaman tentang ayat-ayat al-qur’an yang mengandung pesan motivasi, pemahaman mengenai bahwa meditasi dapat dilakukan melalui sholat, dan pemahaman mengenai teknik relaksasi dapat dilakukan melalui dzikir dan doa

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kompensasi dan motivasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT Srimpi Makmur Sejati Jakarta Barat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan sampel jenuh yang melibatkan seluruh karyawan sebagai responden. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan aplikasi statistik, dengan tahapan analisis meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, serta pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kepuasan kerja, yang berarti semakin baik kompensasi yang diterapkan maka semakin tinggi pula kepuasan karyawan. Motivasi kerja juga terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan, sehingga karyawan dengan motivasi tinggi cenderung lebih puas dalam bekerja. Lebih lanjut, hasil analisis simultan menegaskan bahwa kompensasi dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berperan penting dalam membentuk kepuasan kerja karyawan. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kompensasi dan motivasi kerja merupakan faktor dominan yang memengaruhi kepuasan kerja, sehingga perusahaan perlu merumuskan strategi yang tepat dalam pemberian kompensasi yang adil sekaligus mendorong motivasi karyawan guna meningkatkan kepuasan kerja secara berkelanjutan

    This study aims to describe the use of environmentally oriented Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teaching materials in fostering ecological literacy among students at State Junior High School 32 in Tangerang City. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that integrating Islamic environmental values into PAI materials positively influences students' understanding, awareness, and behavior toward ecological issues. Teachers actively apply innovative project-based learning methods focusing on environmental topics such as waste management and school greening. Additionally, parental and community involvement play a crucial role in supporting students' ecological literacy development. Nevertheless, challenges remain, including limited environmental resources and infrastructure in schools. The study recommends strengthening the curriculum, enhancing teacher training, and fostering multi-stakeholder collaboration to reinforce environmentally conscious education

    This study aims to examine the readiness and role of senior high school students with special needs in responding to disaster emergencies. The scope of the study includes understanding, skills, and social support received by special needs students in disaster situations. The method used is a combination of quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews with students, teachers, and parents from several disaster-prone schools. The findings of the study show that despite facing various physical and cognitive limitations, special needs students have the potential to actively contribute if provided with appropriate training and support. The findings emphasize the importance of an adaptive curriculum and effective communication methods to enhance their preparedness. The main conclusion of this study is that involving special needs children in disaster training and response can strengthen both individual and community resilience
