IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI PENJUALAN TUNAI PADA UD. FN PERSADA TANGERANG DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENGELOLAAN STOK DAN LAPORAN PENJUALAN [IMPLEMENTATION OF A CASH SALES INFORMATION SYSTEM AT UD. FN PERSADA TANGERANG TO IMPROVE STOCK MANAGEMENT AND SALES REPORTING]
The sales activity of building materials plays a crucial role in the process of constructing houses and other infrastructure. However, in several building material supply stores, the sales mechanism is still carried out manually, requiring customers to visit the store in person to complete the purchase transaction (Rijal et al., 2024). Advances in science and technology have had an impact on company activities, particularly in data processing into information (Imannudin Akbar et al., 2023). To monitor sales activities, a good information system is needed to keep up with the rapidly growing business, especially due to the increasing number and value of transactions. This study analyzes and designs a sales application to facilitate transaction services. Primary data is obtained through observation of the existing system. Secondary data is analyzed through interviews with users and document review used in the transaction process. Secondary data, on the other hand, is obtained from literature studies and other sources, such as the internet. The system analysis and design are carried out with an object-oriented approach through UML (Unified Modeling Language) and structured database analysis. The expected outcome of this research is an application developed using the Java programming language with MySQL database support, which is expected to improve service efficiency in the sales process (Nistrina Sahidah, 2022)
INTEGRASI KECERDASAN BUATAN DALAM PROSES REKRUTMEN SDM: SEBUAH TINJAUAN SISTEMATIS [INTEGRATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE HUMAN RESOURCE RECRUITMENT PROCESS: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW]
The development of digital technology has driven organizations to adopt artificial intelligence (AI) in human resource management, particularly in the recruitment process. Traditional recruitment often faces challenges such as subjective bias, limited transparency, and lengthy selection timelines. Therefore, the integration of AI is expected to improve efficiency, objectivity, and accuracy in candidate selection. This study aims to examine the benefits, challenges, and strategic implications of applying AI in human resource recruitment. The method employed is a systematic review of relevant national and international literature, retrieved through academic databases. The findings indicate that AI can accelerate the initial screening process, reduce costs, and enhance candidate experience through technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), big data analytics, and Natural Language Processing (NLP). However, significant challenges were also identified, including risks of algorithmic bias, data privacy issues, and the limitations of AI in assessing non-technical aspects such as soft skills and cultural fit. In conclusion, AI serves as a complement to, rather than a full replacement for, human recruiters. Thus, ethical governance and a hybrid approach are required to ensure that recruitment processes remain fair, transparent, and sustainable
KETIKA GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN DISIPLIN KERJA MENENTUKAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PT ANGKASA PURA II JAKARTA [WHEN LEADERSHIP STYLE AND WORK DISCIPLINE DETERMINE EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT ANGKASA PURA II JAKARTA]
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja dalam menentukan kinerja karyawan pada PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Jakarta, khususnya Unit Kerja Airport Rescue Fire Fighting. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel melalui rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh 140 responden. Instrumen penelitian diuji dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, serta dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berkontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, demikian pula disiplin kerja yang terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap pencapaian kinerja. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut berperan penting dalam menjelaskan variasi kinerja karyawan, meskipun masih terdapat faktor lain di luar penelitian ini yang turut memengaruhi. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya kepemimpinan yang efektif dan kedisiplinan yang konsisten sebagai fondasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kombinasi gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat dan disiplin kerja yang baik dapat memperkuat kinerja karyawan, sehingga relevan bagi organisasi dalam merumuskan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang berkelanjutan
MELIHAT LEBIH DEKAT KEPUASAN PELANGGAN DOMINO’S PIZZA: PERAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN HARGA [TAKING A CLOSER LOOK AT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT DOMINO’S PIZZA: THE ROLE OF SERVICE QUALITY AND PRICING]
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana kualitas pelayanan dan harga memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan Domino’s Pizza Cabang Cimone Tangerang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif dan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner dari pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, sementara harga yang dianggap terlalu tinggi dapat menurunkan kepuasan. Ketika kedua faktor tersebut dipertimbangkan secara bersamaan, kualitas pelayanan yang baik dikombinasikan dengan harga yang sesuai mampu menciptakan kepuasan pelanggan yang lebih tinggi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya menjaga standar pelayanan sekaligus menetapkan harga yang kompetitif agar pelanggan merasa puas dan loyal, sehingga memberikan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen restoran dalam strategi pelayanan dan penentuan harga

Problems experienced by individuals in the world of education are common. If not handled properly, these problems can develop into stress, anxiety, and even psychological disorders. In this context, teachers and school counselors have an important role and responsibility to help students overcome these problems. One approach that can be used to support individuals in dealing with problems is reality counseling. This approach was developed by William Glasser and focuses on current behavior, without focusing too much on the past. Reality counseling aims to help individuals achieve a successful identity. In the process of achieving this, individuals are driven by various basic needs that motivate their actions to meet these needs. Glasser identified five basic human needs, namely: power, love and belonging, freedom, fun, and survival

PENGARUH LAYANAN KONSELING KELOMPOK ISLAMI DENGAN TEKNIK REBT TERHADAP PENURUNAN FREKUENSI BERKATA KASAR PADA TEAM FUTSAL DI MTsN 3, MTsN 5 DAN MTsN 6 CIANJUR
The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of Islamic Group Counseling Services using REBT techniques, the condition of swearing in the Futsal Team, and the effect of Islamic Group Counseling Services using REBT techniques on reducing the frequency of swearing in the Futsal Team at MTsN 3, MTsN 5, and MTsN 6 Cianjur. The research method used a pre-experimental method with Islamic group counseling services as the independent variable and swearing as the dependent variable. The sample used a total sampling method. Data collection techniques included observation, documentation study, and questionnaires. Instrument testing techniques included validity and reliability tests. Classical assumption tests included normality and homogeneity tests. Data analysis techniques included t-tests, correlation tests, and determination tests. This study demonstrated that Islamic group counseling services using REBT techniques were effective in reducing swearing behavior in the futsal team at MTsN 3, MTsN 5, and MTsN 6 Cianjur. There was a significant decrease in swearing behavior after the intervention, as evidenced by the T-test results (p 0.05). The service contributed 63% to this change, while other factors contributed the remaining 37%. This indicates a strong, positive correlation between counseling services and a decrease in swearing behavior

ANWAR MAKKATUTU KABUPATEN BANTAENG) [THE INFLUENCE OF STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP AND PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL ON JOB SATISFACTION AND ITS IMPLICATIONS ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE (A SURVEY STUDY AT RSUD PROF. DR. H. M. ANWAR MAKKATUTU, BANTAENG REGENCY)]
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of strategic leadership and performance appraisal on job satisfaction and its implications for employee performance at Prof. Dr. H. M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng Regional General Hospital. The quantitative research method used was descriptive and verification analysis to examine the influence of variables on 88 respondents. The results of the study showed that there was a significant influence of the variable of strategic leadership influence on employee performance, obtaining a coefficient value of 26.7% with a calculated t value of 9,275, performance assessment on job satisfaction 41.2% with a calculated t value of 11,518, job satisfaction on performance 61.9% with a calculated t value of 11,817, strategic leadership on employee performance 4% with a calculated t value of 2,170, performance assessment on employee performance 8% with a calculated t value of 2,994, the simultaneous influence of strategic leadership and performance assessment on job satisfaction with a calculated f value of 11,964, the indirect influence of strategic leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction 40.6% with a Sobel test value of 4,183, performance assessment on employee performance through job satisfaction 50.5% with a Sobel test value of 3,404 with all p values 0.005. This means that all hypotheses are accepted. The research concludes that hypotheses 1-8 have direct, simultaneous, and indirect effects, capable of mediating between variables
PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN INNER CHIL TERHADAP FORGIVENESS PADA MAHASISWA YANG MEMILIKI PERSTASI AKADEMIK BAIK (MINIMAL IPS 3,5)
This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and inner child on forgiveness in students who have good academic achievement (at least IPS 3.5). The background of this study is based on the importance of the ability to forgive in maintaining emotional balance, especially in high-achieving students who are prone to experiencing academic and emotional pressure. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods. The research subjects were 182 active students of Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo Psychology study program, selected through purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using three psychological scales, namely the forgiveness scale, emotional intelligence scale, and inner child scale. The results showed that simultaneously, emotional intelligence and inner child had a significant effect on forgiveness (R² = 0.925; p 0.001). However, partially only emotional intelligence has a significant effect on forgiveness (p 0.001), while the inner child does not show a significant effect (p = 0.921). These findings suggest that emotional intelligence is an important factor in improving forgiveness in high-achieving student
DINAMIKA PSIKOLOGIS KETIDAKJUJURAN SANTRI DAN PENANGANANNYA (STUDI KASUS DI PESANTREN SULTAN HASANUDIN)
This study explores the psychological dynamics underlying dishonest behavior among Islamic boarding school students (santri) and the handling strategies applied within the Sultan Hasanuddin Islamic Boarding School environment. The research aims to (1) describe the forms of dishonesty exhibited by a student identified as GR, (2) identify both internal and external factors contributing to such behavior, and (3) explain the counseling interventions implemented to modify the dishonest tendencies. This study employs a qualitative approach with a clinical case study design. The research subject is a student who frequently engages in deceptive behavior in various school contexts. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, structured observations, and documentation analysis, then processed through data reduction, presentation, and interpretative conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that GR’s dishonesty appears in lying to teachers, manipulating information to avoid punishment, and concealing mistakes when reprimanded. Internal factors include excessive anxiety about sanctions, feelings of shame and inferiority, and cognitive distortions perceiving honesty as a threat. External factors consist of the strict boarding school regulations, high expectations from supervisors, and peer influence encouraging concealment of mistakes. The intervention applied was counseling based on the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach using the cognitive restructuring technique. The intervention focused on building a counselor-client relationship, exploring the motives behind lies, practicing gradual behavioral changes, and conducting continuous evaluations. The results indicate increased self-awareness, greater courage to be honest despite risks, and a strengthened commitment to reducing dishonesty as a maladaptive self-protection mechanism
