PENGEMBANGAN PANDUAN LAYANAN PEMANTAPAN KARIER UNTUK MENINGKATKAN EFIKASI DIRI PESERTA DIDIK MADRASAH ALIYAH
No full textThis study aims to develop career guidance teaching panduanes for students in an appropriate manner and to improve understanding and increase self- efficacy effectively. The research method used is research and development with reference to Borg Gall's research steps. The subject of this study was guidance and counseling teacher MA Gani Tirtoasri, and small group trials were conducted on two people. The results of the data in this study were descriptive, qualitative, and quantitative (RnD). The data collection process involves the results of the analysis in the form of a panduane or book rating scale, which can show the results of the product feasibility level. The results of this study show that the monitoring panduane of the career of learners in the digital age is worthy to be used as a panduane in guidance and counseling services. The results are obtained from the results of the validation assessment of the media expert in this case who is the validator is dr. Bakhrudin All Habsy, M.Pd is with a presentation of 86.6% which means good/good, the validation of the expert material in this case that becomes the validator is Wisnu Kurniawan, Pd this assessment results obtained a presentation of 92.7% with a category of good / good, on a small group trial obtain a presentation 95% which is included in a category very good. The conclusion of this product is that it is good to use. As a suggestion, in order to produce a better product, this development panduane should continue the Borg Gall development phase until the final step

No full textNatural disasters are disasters that occur due to an event or series of events caused by nature, including wind putting pickaxes, earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, floods, droughts, hurricanes, and landslides. Natural disasters can cause a child to experience Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a condition and situation that arises after an extraordinary experience that is gripping, terrible, and life-threatening, such as natural disasters, major accidents, sexual abuse (sexual violence), and war. The best treatment is play therapy. Play therapy is a therapy that uses game tools in situations that have been prepared to help children express feelings and emotions. This study uses the method of library studies. The main source is journals that are added with books and ebooks. The results play therapy has a role in reducing PTSD disorders with a variety of games used, such as research results from Mukhadiono, Widyo Subagyo, and Wahyudi. Play therapy is able to reduce the symptoms of PTSD in terms of intensity and level (often becomes sometimes). Games are used such as drawing and storytelling, puzzles, catapults, balloons, and plasticine.Keywords: Natural Disasters, PTSD, Play Therapy

No full textCommunity empowerment is one of the studies of non-formal education because it includes adult education practices such as training. Community empowerment can be used as a solution to eradicate unemployment. This has been implemented by many government and private programs. Empowerment, if seen as a process, is a stage of activity to strengthen community power which is still considered weak, whereas if seen from its objectives, empowerment is an activity to achieve a goal which includes social change and community independence. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Community empowerment through Banyumasan Batik production is implemented through stages in accordance with several existing theories. The conclusion of this research shows that implementing empowerment through the correct stages of empowerment will make it easier to achieve empowerment goals as planned so that empowerment can also be achieved from a socio-economic, political and psychological perspective. The existence of good cooperation between facilitators and beneficiaries will achieve empowerment goals easily, this can be used as advice for problems that exist in the empowerment process through the production of Banyumasan Batik in Patikraja Village

No full textThis study aims to provide assistance to clients L in solving problems that are being faced in the form of wrong thinking patterns that make it difficult for clients to interact with other people, using rational emotive therapy (RET). In this case, rational emotive therapy is used because it emphasizes the cognitive and emotional aspects that can help clients change their thinking patterns. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. The counseling process carried out is five sessions that discuss client problems. The results of the counseling process that the counselor has done to clients by reflecting on problems, providing motivation, giving advice and observing client activities, clients begin to open up to their surrounding environment by gradually communicating with other people and clients who decide to take part in campus organizational activities

No full textThe purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of time management guidance in an effort to overcome the academic procrastination behavior of students at Pondok Pesantren Inayatullah Yogyakarta. This study uses a quantitative research method with a pre-experimental approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The results of the study using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test showed the Asymp results. Sig (2-tailed) is 0.059 0.005. This means that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. The conclusion of this study is that time management guidance does not reduce the academic procrastination behavior of students at the Pondok Pesantren Inayatullah Yogyakarta. However, based on the presentation, participants thought that time management could make the tasks and agenda of daily activities more organized

No full textHappiness is the desire of anyone in their daily life. However, the elderly who are residents of Tresna Werdha Homecare Natar,Lampung Selatan as instead of getting happiness, many elderly people experience social problems. This study was conducted because we found the reality that some elderly people can inhibit their well-being and happiness. This field research aims to describe and interpret in accordance with the problems understudied, namely by focusing on the social problems faced by the elderly. In this study, we describe the forms and factors that cause the social problems encountered by the elderly, and how religious and social guidance play its significant roles in the Tresna Werdha Natar Homecare. Conclusions we draw on the urgency of religious and social guidance in addressing the social problems of the elderly. Data was obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data source in this study is 15 participants people consisting of seven elderly persons, two supervisors, and five staff personnel based. The data was analyzed descriptively through the inductive analysis of Miles and Huberman models. The results show that the importance of religious and social guidance can provide understanding and increase the feeling of calm of the elderly who experience social problems, so that they become happier and more prosperous materially and immaterially because the fulfillment of the merely material needs of the elderly is not enough to complete their spiritual needs

In this study, researchers used a quantitative approach with a correlation design. The population in this study amounted to 40 youth youths and the sample was determined through saturated sampling technique so that the large number of samples was 40 youth youths. No full textThis study aims to determine how the application of Islamic counseling with the Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) approach to overcome the anxiety of young mothers after giving birth. The research uses qualitative research methods with the type of case study research. The data collection techniques were carried out by observation and interview techniques. The results of the application of Islamic counseling with the Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) approach to dealing with anxiety in ZM counselees can be seen from the ZM counseling feeling better and being able to control their thoughts when anxiety arises. The counselee also felt more relieved, calm, and relaxed after attending the counseling session. However, the researcher does not deny that sometimes the counselee still finds it difficult to control his anxiety, but the counselee soon realizes that this anxiety can interfere with his life and can refocus on being able to regulate his thoughts and emotions so that he can overcome his anxiety

No full textThis research is motivated by the difficulty of choosing the right learning program because vocational students do not have clear goals and career plans. Therefore, this study aims to determine the importance of interest and talent in choosing the right study program towards a prospective career in industry through career guidance in vocational schools. This study uses a literature study method with the finding that career guidance is one of three areas of guidance and counseling services, namely tutoring, social guidance, and personal guidance. The vocational high school guidance program aims to help students to plan their professional future by making career choices according to their talents and interests. In this case, talents and interests are very important for that guidance and counseling teachers help students to recognize their potential such as adjusting their interests and talents to the chosen study program so that the study program can be said to be right. Finally, career guidance not only provides answers to problems that arise, but also helps students acquire the knowledge, attitudes, and skills that students need for their profession or future career
