    Early childhood education (PAUD) aims to develop all children's potential so that in the future they can function as complete human beings according to the culture, tradition and philosophy of a nation. POS PAUD II Baseh is an institution prepared to provide quality human resources. Quality human resources will improve the quality of a country. Therefore, efforts to improve the quality of human resources cannot be separated from education. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach.     The 2018 Lombok earthquake caused great damage and loss to the community and the government, one of which occurred in Dusun Lias, Desa Genggelang, Kecamatan Gangga, Kabupaten Lombok Utara where there was a dispute over state property in the form of land assets. This study aims to explore the root causes of disputes over state property in the form of land assets and describe the steps for resolving state property disputes through a human rights-based persuasive approach. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, meanwhile, data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the root cause of disputes over state property in the form of land assets originates from the occupation by the local community and the 2018 Lombok Earthquake damaged their homes and then BNPB provided assistance with Earthquake Resistant Houses but the land used was not legally owned. Meanwhile, the dispute resolution steps are carried out through mediation techniques with a persuasive approach while still prioritizing the fulfillment of human rights

    One of the technological developments in guidance and counseling in schools is Cinema Therapy or film therapy. According to Brigit Wolz, Ph.d., MFT, psychotherapist and film therapist from Oakland United States, Cinema Therapy is made based on allusions (metaphors) where the tropes are presented through words, symbols, character characters, themes, and conflicts.  Cinema Therapy is a modern technique in group counseling interventions that is suitable for adults, adolescents and children and is carried out by watching movies or videos with group members that aim to add insight to the counselor to overcome problems that are in accordance with the problems experienced by the counselor. So that the focus of research in this study is to find out how the implementation of cinema therapy  "One Percent–Indonesian Life School" on the Maladaptive Behavior of TMI female students of Pondok Pesantren Al-Amien Prenduan and to find out how  the results of the implementation of Cinema Therapy One Percent-Indonesian Life School on Maladaptive Behavior Santriwati   TMI Putri P ondok Pesantren Al-Amien Prenduan. The research method in this study uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research (case studies).  With data collection techniques using interviews, observations and documentation. Where as a research subject, the researcher took information from santriwati class III Regular H and homeroom teacher class III Regular H. The results of the research obtained in this study are, after the implementation of Cinema Therapy "Satu Persen-Indonesian Life School" found better changes in the maladaptive behavior of students of class III Regular H, namely, enthusiasm for learning, good socialization ability, akhlakul karimah, minimizing violations of cottage discipline, and self-confidence

    In this study it was found that some class one regular female students who incidentally have not been able to adjust to the new environment often experience fear, anxiety, worry in their daily activities. As for these symptoms can hinder the daily activities of female students. So that musyrifah efforts are needed because musyrifah has an important role and authority in every problem and problem of the child under her guidance, especially in the dormitory. To find out more about how musyrifah efforts. So, the researcher used a qualitative research approach with case studies. As for data collection techniques researchers use interviews, observation and documentation. From this technique, then researchers process and analyze to obtain data or information. The subjects of this research were Musyrifah, Mulahidzoh, and female students of Maya's room. The results of the research obtained were the fact that musyrifah had efforts to deal with anxiety about self-adjustment in regular first grade female students, including: First: Strengthening musyrifah's emotional relationship with female students, are; Controlling, giving sympathy. Second, Be a model for female students; Providing role models, collaborating with superiors (mutsakifah or Nyai). Third, mental strengthening; Giving advice, motivating, guiding. The supporting and inhibiting factors for musyrifah in dealing with anxiety about adjustment in the class one female students of TMI Al-Amien Prenduan include: a.     Saat ini remaja belum sepenuhnya mencapai tingkat perkembangan karier dengan baik atau belum memiliki kematangan karier. Remaja cenderung memilih jurusan atau pilihan tanpa disertai pertimbangan akan kelebihan, kelemahan serta bidang yang diminati. Mereka cenderung mengikuti harapan atau pilihan orang tua, pengaruh teman atau rekan sebaya. Hal tersebut membuat dibutuhkannya penelitian mengenai kematangan karir remaja Tujuan di adakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kematangan karir siswa SMA Negeri 2 Sidoarjo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni penelitian tindakan yang dilakukan dengan dua siklus, pada siklus I dilakukan bimbingan kelompok dua kali pertemuan dan siklus II juga di lakukan dua kali pertemuan. Pada masing-masing siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan menunjukkan bahwa Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok Berbasis Life Skills dengan Teknik Problem Solving dapat meningkatkan Kematangan Karir Siswa SMA Negeri 2 Sidoarjo

    Premarital guidance is program which is very important for potential partner to use equib knowledge inorder tobuild a goog family. As the purpose of premarital guidance is to help prospective couples to build a strong family toward the creation of a sakinah, mawaddah, warahmah family. However, many couple comment that the premarital guidance in only a formality, and only fulfills the marriage reguirements. Which ultimately has an impact on the lack of harmony in the household, as well as an increase in the divorce rate. So thatteh focus of the problem in this research is how to implement premarital guidance and what is the impact of implementing premarital guidance in the KUA of Ganding sub-district. Research using a qualitative research approach to the type of descriptive study. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and ducomentation. The results of this study indicate the implementation of premarital giuidance in building a sakinah family at the Ganding sub-district religious affairs office in 2022, namely setting a catin, procedures and administration, and following premarital guidance material.     Basically, every individual must want a basic need to be met, meaning that if this individual can meet his needs, it will be able to satisfy the individual. But on the contrary, if what is desired is not in accordance with the reality in life, it will make the individual depressed and may make him a problematic individual. Unfulfilled basic needs have three indicators, namely being unable to take responsibility for their choices, not being able to accept the logical consequences of an action and not having norms as guidelines or guidelines in acting according to right and wrong considerations.No exception  for bullies, this can happen because of the unfulfilled need for power and fun. As a result, individuals meet these needs in the wrong way. Reality counseling comes as a suitable solution for bullying  because in reality counseling individuals are encouraged to understand the wants, needs and expectations of their surroundings and understand the consequences of each of their actions

    Organization is a container for humans who have the same goal. The organization in it has the most important aspect, namely human resources, without humans the organization will not walk alone towards its goals. Organizational goals, especially non-profit organizations, will require people who have a strong desire to run the organization. This strong desire to organize is called organizational commitment. The research method used is a quantitative method, a method that measures using numbers. The quantitative approach used is correlation in knowing the relationship of the independent variable to the dependent variable. The independent variables in this study are leadership style and organizational culture. The dependent variable in this study is organizational commitment. The findings in this study were that there was only 1 female respondent in the low category of organizational commitment. There are 47% of respondents in the moderate category, 23% of men and 25% of women. In the high category, there were 52% of respondents, 27% of men and 25% of women. The conclusion from this study is that transformational leadership style has a positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment, transformational leadership style and organizational culture together have a positive effect on organizational commitmen

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji keefektifan konseling kelompok dengan teknik self management untuk meningkatkan disiplin belajar peserta didik Kelas IX MTs Roudlotul Banat Taman sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan.Dalam penelitian berpendekatan kuantitatif ini, bila ditinjau dari quasi eksperimental designs, digunakan metode pengumpulan data dokumentasi dan angket. Dalam metode ini digunakan delaapan subjek untuk diamati dalam waktu tiga bulan. Delapan subjek itu masing-masing memiliki disiplin belajar yang rendah.Data penelitian ini adalah hasil pretest dan posttest yang dihitung menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan penyebaran angket kepada kelompok yang memiliki disiplin belajar yang rendah, dan teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk mengukur pengujian data tersebut adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis.Sejalan dengan tujuan (1), hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil penelitian konseling kelompok dengan teknik self management dalam meningkatkan disiplin belajar peserta didik kelas IX MTs Roudlotul Banat Taman dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil perhitungan rata-rata skor disiplin belajar dari sebelum Pretest mengikuti layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik self management adalah 81.5 dan setelah Posttest mengikuti layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik self management meningkat menjadi 153.3 dengan skor peningkatan 71.87. Dari hasil uji-t menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 25, bahwa t adalah 16.655, Kemudian thitung dibandingkan dengan ttabel df 7, dengan ketentuan thitung ttabel 12.568. Sehingga teknik self management sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar peserta didik kelas IX MTs Roudlotul Banat Taman

    Intoleransi merupakan masalah serius yang dihadapi Indonesia khususnya di bidang pendidikan. Fenomena ini terjadi dengan berbagai peristiwa yang muncul ke permukaan. Ada banyak alasan munculnya intoleransi di kalangan remaja. Untuk menjaga kerukunan antar umat beragama begitu penting di negara yang plural ini, maka ada juga beberapa alternatif untuk membendung gerakan intoleransi anak muda yaitu dengan mengajarkan pendidikkan toleransi di sekolah. Guru sebagai pendidik sangat berperan penting dalam mengajarkan dan menumbuhkan sikap toleran agar tidak terpapar paham dan sikap yang radikal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Benuk penelitian bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah komunnikasi langsung dengan menggunakan alat pengumpul data pedoman wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk intoleransi yang terjadi di kalangan siswa SMP Negeri 40 Palembang adalah kurang menghargai dan menghormati perbedaan, perbedaan pendapat, kurangnya kesempatan bagi non muslim untuk menjadi pemimpin dan menutup diri. Adapun peran guru dalam membentuk sikap toleransi siswa yaitu dengan menjadi panutran pada peserta didik, menjadi teladan, tidak diskriminatif terhadap status sosial, ekonomi, agama, bahasa dan sebagainya, memberikan pemahaman ajaran mengenai toleran yang dimasukkan dalam pembelajaran, dan menggunakan metode pembelajaran secara diskusi dan berkelompok agar mengedepankan kerjasama antar siswa sebagai wujud menumbuhkan toleransi
