    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara strategi koping dan psychological well-being terhadap tingkat stres akademik pada mahasiswa Universitas Terbuka di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linear berganda. Sampel berjumlah 344 mahasiswa, diperoleh melalui penyaringan responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala strategi koping, psychological well-being, dan stres akademik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa strategi koping berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stres akademik (p 0.001), sedangkan psychological well-being tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan (p = 0.732). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa yang mampu menerapkan strategi koping adaptif cenderung mengalami stres akademik yang lebih rendah. Sebaliknya, kesejahteraan psikologis tidak mempengaruhi secara langsung dalam mereduksi stres akademik dalam konteks ini. Pada Uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan bahwa model analisis layak digunakan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya keterampilan koping dalam menghadapi tekanan akademik, terutama dalam sistem pembelajaran jarak jauh yang diterapkan di Universitas Terbuka

    Ilmu Hadis merupakan disiplin ilmu yang sangat penting dalam menjaga orisinalitas ajaran Islam, sebab ia menjadi sarana untuk menyeleksi hadis-hadis yang sampai kepada umat. Dari ilmu ini lahir berbagai cabang yang membahas aspek-aspek tertentu, seperti Ilmu Rijāl al-Hadīs (ilmu tentang perawi hadis), Ilmu Jarh wa Ta‘dīl (kritik dan penilaian kredibilitas perawi), Ilmu Asbāb al-Wurūd (sebab-sebab munculnya hadis), Ilmu al-Gharīb (hadis yang mengandung lafaz asing), Ilmu Nasikh wa Mansūkh (hadis yang menghapus atau dihapus), serta Ilmu Musthalah al-Hadīs yang memberikan istilah-istilah teknis dalam kajian hadis.Dalam penilaian hadis, terdapat dua unsur pokok yang menentukan kualitasnya, yaitu sanad dan matan. Kaidah kesahihan sanad antara lain: sanad harus bersambung (ittisāl al-sanad), perawi bersifat adil, perawi memiliki kedhabitan (ketelitian), serta terhindar dari syādz (kejanggalan) dan ‘illah (cacat tersembunyi). Adapun kaidah kesahihan matan meliputi: tidak bertentangan dengan Al-Qur’an, hadis yang lebih kuat, akal sehat, maupun fakta sejarah yang sahih; serta terbebas dari makna yang cacat. Dengan demikian, ulumul hadis tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai perangkat analisis ilmiah, tetapi juga sebagai benteng keotentikan hadis Rasulullah SAW agar dapat diamalkan secara sahih dan bertanggung jawab

    Reading comprehension is the process of understanding the meaning of a text. In English language learning, the researcher identified several problems: (1) students still have low reading skills, particularly in reading comprehension, and (2) English teachers have not yet applied appropriate learning strategies in teaching activities. As a result, students feel less engaged during class and struggle to understand texts effectively. The purpose of this research is to improve students’ reading comprehension and learning activity in class 7B of SMPN 2 Kabun in the 2024/2025 academic year through the use of the Vocabulary Self-Collection Strategy. This research employed the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, which was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The focus of this research was students’ reading comprehension. To collect data, the researcher used tests, observation, and documentation. Through the implementation of this strategy, it is expected that students can enrich their vocabulary and enhance their ability to understand reading texts more effectively. The data ultimately showed that only 33% of students met the Minimum Mastery Criteria (MMC) in the pre-test, with an average score of 48, indicating an unsatisfactory result. However, in the post-test, 83% of students succeeded in meeting the MMC, and the average score rose to 75. This demonstrates that the implementation of the Vocabulary Self-Collection Strategy effectively improved the reading comprehension skills of seventh-grade students at SMPN 2 Kabun during the 2024/2025 academic year

    This study aims to understand the meaning of the role of leadership style and work discipline in shaping employee performance at PT Galaksi Medika Perkasa, South Bekasi. The research employed an associative approach involving 60 employees as the research sample, all of whom were surveyed through a questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression to examine the relationships among variables in a comprehensive manner. The findings indicate that leadership style plays a strategic role in enhancing employee performance, particularly through leaders’ ability to provide clear direction, demonstrate role modeling, and offer support to employees in carrying out their tasks. Effective leadership is shown to foster motivation, a sense of responsibility, and work commitment, thereby encouraging employees to achieve more optimal performance. In addition, work discipline is interpreted as a fundamental factor supporting performance, as adherence to rules, punctuality, and consistency at work create order and efficiency in task execution. Simultaneously, the results of the multiple regression analysis confirm that leadership style and work discipline complement each other in shaping employee performance, where strong leadership yields a greater impact when supported by high levels of work discipline. These findings suggest that improving employee performance depends not only on individual capabilities but also on the quality of leadership and the consistent enforcement of work discipline within the organization

    This study aims to analyze strategies for strengthening employee performance through leadership and job satisfaction at PT Epson. The study used an associative quantitative approach with a survey method of 60 employees selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression, supplemented by correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, partial t-tests, and simultaneous F-tests. The results of the study indicate that leadership and job satisfaction play a significant role in strengthening employee performance, both partially and simultaneously, with a relatively strong explanatory contribution of the variables. Simultaneously, leadership and job satisfaction provide the largest contribution to employee performance, which emphasizes the importance of integrating effective leadership and sustainable job satisfaction management. The conclusion of this study confirms that strategies for strengthening employee performance at PT Epson need to be directed at improving leadership quality and creating job satisfaction to support the achievement of optimal organizational performance

    This research aims to analyze the comparison between Islamic counseling and Western psychotherapy from theoretical and practical perspectives in supporting the mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of individuals. Using a literature review approach, relevant sources such as scientific articles, books, and academic publications that examine the concepts, methods, and applications of both approaches are analyzed. Islamic counseling is rooted in spiritual values derived from revelation (Al-Qur'an and Hadith), employing techniques such as muraqaba, dhikr, prayer, and spiritual reflection. This approach offers holistic solutions that are relevant to Muslim individuals, particularly in cultural and religious contexts. Conversely, Western psychotherapy is based on the principles of empiricism and humanism, focusing on the development of individual potential and adaptation to psychological challenges through scientific methods such as psychoanalysis, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. Despite fundamental differences in philosophy and methods, both approaches share the same goal of enhancing individual well-being. This study also identifies the potential for integrating these two approaches by combining the spiritual strengths of Islamic counseling with the scientific framework of Western psychotherapy to create more inclusive and holistic solutions. Such integration is relevant in modern pluralistic societies to address complex issues such as anxiety, depression, and identity disorders while respecting clients' spiritual and cultural values format

    The purpose of this qualitative study is to analyze the implementation of the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) during the post-COVID-19 economic recovery period. PKH is a national conditional cash transfer program aimed at supporting extremely poor households. This study is guided by the principles of adaptive social protection, namely: 1) Promoting coordination among social protection institutions and disaster management stakeholders; 2) Ensuring that the scale of the program can respond to extreme situations; 3) Targeting the most vulnerable groups affected by disasters; 4) Designing programs that strengthen the adaptive capacities of households and communities; and 5) Ensuring rapid program response in specific situations, including pandemic-related crises. Informants in this study include program beneficiaries, program facilitators, the PKH coordinator in Gorontalo City, and representatives from the Social Welfare Office. The study examines the delivery mechanism of PKH assistance through in-depth interviews. The findings reveal that: 1) The cash transfer delivery mechanism improved, changing from a quarterly to a bimonthly schedule. This was intended to provide better financial security for beneficiaries in light of increasing economic pressure; 2) The types of services provided were expanded, from previously non-cash assistance to include Non-Cash Food Assistance and Socio-Economic Empowerment Programs; 3) The program coverage was broadened to reach more beneficiaries. Despite these positive changes, problems with targeting in the forms of exclusion and inclusion errors remain exist and this can have impact on the effectiveness of the program

    The Premarital Course Program (Suscatin) is a strategic government initiative aimed at preparing young couples for a mature and responsible marriage life. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Suscatin program after the Covid-19 pandemic at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in Ujungpangkah District, Gresik Regency, using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. A descriptive qualitative method was applied, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that contextually the program aligns with community needs and government regulations. However, in its implementation, the program faces several challenges, including insufficient duration (only 4 hours, below the national standard), limited use of interactive teaching methods, and the absence of formal evaluation and follow-up mechanisms. The program also lacks deep integration of Islamic spiritual values. Nevertheless, Suscatin has improved participants’ basic knowledge of marital rights and responsibilities, reproductive health, and family psychology. This study recommends extending the program duration, enhancing interactive methods, conducting regular evaluations, and integrating Islamic values to optimize the program’s role in fostering sakinah, mawaddah, wa rahmah families.

    This study aims to analyze the strategy for improving the maintenance of Indonesian Army logistics ships by Bengpusbekang to support the main tasks of the TNI, in the context of supporting the shift of personnel, materials, and other logistical supplies in various military operations throughout the Indonesian Army in the Indonesian territory. This study was conducted using the Qualitative Descriptive Analysis method using data collection techniques through interviews, document studies, and field observations to obtain normative data. The theory of this study uses strategy theory, maintenance management theory and the concept of the effectiveness of military logistics operations. The results show that the maintenance of Indonesian Army logistics ships is currently still reactive and not condition-based (Condition Based Maintenance), using aspects of budget availability, technical infrastructure, and human resources. The lack of integration of the maintenance information system also complicates planning and supervision. The improvement strategy developed includes maintenance digitalization, strengthening technician competencies, integration of logistics systems between units, and collaboration with the national defense industry. The strategic approach used allows for alignment between operational objectives (ends), methods of achievement (ways), and supporting resources (means) in the context of adaptive and efficient maintenance management. These findings are expected to provide policy input for the Indonesian Army leadership in developing a logistics ship maintenance system that is measurable, responsive, and supports the effectiveness of military operations on an ongoing basis
