GRAPH RAG UNTUK MEMAHAMI PERATURAN TENTANG PAJAK KENDARAAN BERMOTOR DI PROVINSI BANTEN [GRAPH RAG TO UNDERSTAND THE REGULATION ON MOTOR VEHICLE TAX IN BANTEN PROVINCE]
Local regulation documents (Perda) often have a complex structure and intricate language, making them difficult for the general public to understand. Large Language Models (LLM) offer the potential to simplify this information but carry the risk of generating inaccurate or "hallucinated" information. This research proposes and tests the Graph Retrieval-Augmented Generation (Graph-RAG) method as a solution to build an accurate and explainable question-answering system. Using the Provincial Regulation of Banten Number 1 of 2024 on Regional Taxes and Levies as a case study, we built a knowledge graph mapping key entities related to Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB)—such as rates, taxpayers, and exemptions—along with their relationships. The results of the trial show that the Graph-RAG system can answer specific questions about the base rate of PKB, progressive rates, and excluded objects with 100% accuracy, while also providing direct citations to the relevant articles and paragraphs in the regulation. This method has proven effective in presenting complex regulatory information reliably and verifiably, demonstrating its potential as a tool to assist public administration and citizen information services
DIPLOMASI BENCANA: SEBUAH KATALIS PEMBANGUNAN KERJASAMA DAN PERDAMAIAN PASCA BENCANA TSUNAMI ACEH TAHUN 2004 [DISASTER DIPLOMACY: A CATALYST FOR POST-ACEH TSUNAMI DISASTER COOPERATION AND PEACE BUILDING IN 2004]
Natural disasters require international attention because of their widespread impacts, including suffering, damage, and destruction of infrastructure. The 2004 Aceh earthquake and tsunami devastated much of Indonesia and killed an estimated 237,448 people. The Free Aceh Movement (GAM) rebellion began in 1976. After the tsunami, a peace agreement was reached in eight months, but political and internal factors were more influential in the long-term peace. This study uses a library research method. Library research is a method of collecting data by reviewing books, literature, records, and various reports that are relevant to the problem to be solved. A disaster is an event that threatens life and livelihoods, caused by natural, non-natural, or human causes. Its impacts are broad, from loss of life to environmental damage. Disaster diplomacy is an effort to use disaster-related activities to promote cooperation between countries or reduce conflict. An example is the case of Aceh, where the tsunami became a catalyst for peace between the Indonesian government and GAM. Both disasters and disaster diplomacy have significant impacts on society and international relations. Disasters have complex physical and socio-economic impacts. Disaster diplomacy shows that although devastating, disasters can also be catalysts for cooperation and peace, such as the peace in Aceh after the 2004 tsunami. Disaster management must include technical responses, risk mitigation, strengthening health systems, and international diplomacy to reduce impacts and strengthen global cooperation
KEMAJUAN PENELITIAN DAN PUBLIKASI TENTANG KONSELING RELIGIUS: TINJAUAN DAN ANALISIS BIBLIOMETRIK
Counseling services during the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW are reflected in the hadith, showing him as an extraordinary counselor. The purpose of this study is to see and analyze the development of scientific papers published in Scopus regarding religious counseling. The research method uses a literature review, especially using bibliometrics. Data retrieval was obtained from the Scopus website using the keyword "Religious Counseling" obtained 3,006 articles. Data analysis using bibliometrics using Vosviewer software. The results of the study showed that in 2020 there were 36 articles and in 2024 there were 43 documents. The highest citation related to the document was the research results of Mintert, J., Tran, A.G.T.T., Kurpius, S. with 14 times. The name of the author who published the most articles was Asadzandi, M. with 6 documents. Document 89 has been published by the United States. Analysis of the title Spiritual, religious and counseling is widely used by the author. Co-authorship analysis has 15 co-authors. Analysis of the author's keywords is often used, namely 'Spiritual, religious and counseling. The development of scientific works on religious counseling is increasing and is widely published in international journals. The results of this study are expected to be utilized by further researchers, especially in related fields of science
LAYANAN PEMINATAN DAN PERENCANAAN DALAM KURIKULUM MERDEKA BELAJAR DI SMA NEGERI 12 JAKARTA
Problems with specialization and planning services in schools are often caused by pressure from the social environment, a mismatch between students' interests and skills, and limited resources. SMA Negeri 12 Jakarta runs an merdeka belajar curriculum facing problems in implementing specialization and planning services, namely limited counseling teachers as resources. The purpose of the research is to describe the specialization and planning services implemented by counseling teachers at SMA Negeri 12 Jakarta and the problems faced in the merdeka belajar curriculum. The research method is descriptive qualitative. Through interview, observation, and documentation methods. The research subjects were the principal, vice principal for academic affairs, counseling teacher coordinator, and students. Data processing using the NVivo14 application results in the world cloud and project map. The results show that collaboration between counseling teachers, vice principals of academic affairs, subject teachers and parents can support the implementation of specialization and planning service programs in schools to help overcome the problems that occur in these schools
BIMBINGAN PRA NIKAH DENGAN KONSEP KAFA’AH PADA PASANGAN TNI AL DI MAKO LANAL SEMARANG
This research is based on the concept of kafa'ah as pre-marital guidance material for Indonesian Navy couples at LANAL Semarang. The importance of understanding the concept of kafa'ah for both prospective partners is very helpful in family life between the two. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The research results show that the concept of kafa'ah has a central role in the pre-marital guidance process at MAKO LANAL Semarang. In the context of marriage, there are 5 (five) kafa'ah criteria: First, religious criteria. Although the views of the interviewees varied, the majority emphasized the importance of religious compatibility as the main priority, with an emphasis on communication and honesty. Second, the criteria of lineage and moral suitability are also considered important in choosing a partner. Third, suitability for work or profession is also considered, even though in a military environment, hierarchical rules are still a consideration. Fourth, the independence criteria for prospective Indonesian Navy spouses emphasize the importance of compatibility in all aspects of life, communication and management. Fifth, not being disabled is also emphasized, especially in the context of institutions such as the Indonesian Navy. The results of this research show that the concept of kafa'ah in the context of marriage has significant implications for the choice of life partner in society, especially in the Indonesian Navy community. The approach using the kafa'ah concept was welcomed by prospective brides and grooms, who realized the importance of choosing a partner who is in accordance with the values and principles upheld in married life
DAMPAK PSIKOLOGIS PENDIDIKAN DARING DAN POTENSI STRATEGI MITIGASI SELAMA KRISIS COVID-19 PADA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR
The COVID-19 pandemic has had an effect on education, causing school closures and online learning, one of which being at an elementary school in Sriharjo Village. The disadvantages of online learning in Sriharjo elementary schools include a lack of supported learning facilities, a restricted choice of learning materials and media used, and limited internet access. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of online learning on the psychological well-being of primary school students, as well as the possibility for mitigation strategies during the COVID-19 crisis. This is qualitative research using a case study approach. The findings reveal that online learning has a positive psychosocial impact because it develops a sense of competition and encourages students to be more creative while dealing with difficulties or assignments. Students may experience negative psychosocial effects such as decreased work productivity, difficulty solving problems, decreased interaction skills and learning achievement, reduced ability to participate in groups, disrupted relationships with friends and peers, child withdrawal, sleep disturbances, unreasonable fear, lucidity and nightmares, and difficulty concentrating. The positive effects on mental health include being aware of one's own abilities and interests, being able to respond appropriately to problems, finding positive and productive activities to participate in, eating regularly, and feeling comfortable in social situations. The negative effects on students' mental health include feeling sad and disappointed due to limited activities, feeling down over decrease learning achievement, feeling homesick for friends and teachers, feeling bored while studying at home, and in certain cases, stressful conditions. This article suggests creating a curriculum that can adapt to a variety of issues during COVID-19 and changes in the post-pandemic learning environment. It also discusses the possibility of developing curriculum for post-COVID-19 schools
GAMBARAN TINGKAT HARGA DIRI SISWA YANG MENGALAMI KEKERASAN VERBAL ORANG TUA DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN
This research aims to determine the level of self-esteem from students who experience verbal abuse which includes aspects of self-confidence and self-love at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The population in this study was class XI of SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City for the 2023/2024 academic year with a total of 424 students. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, namely 39 students who experienced verbal abuse from their parents. The data collection technique uses a self-esteem questionnaire and is processed using a percentage formula. The results of research on the level of self-esteem form students who experienced verbal violence from their parents at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City showed that it was at a moderate level, namely 48.88%. With details on (1) the level of self-esteem of students who experienced verbal violence from their parents in the aspect of self-confidence at SMK N 4 Jambi City showed a moderate level, namely 46.20% (2) the level of self-esteem of students who experienced verbal violence parents in the aspect of self-love at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City showed a moderate level of 51.87%. The results of this research show that the self-esteem of students who experience verbal abuse from their parents has positive self-acceptance but in a social environment it is possible to become an individual who is dependent on other individuals, which creates a feeling of insecurity. The results of this research can provide advice to schools, especially guidance and counseling teachers, so that the results of this research become a reference source in providing assistance to students who experience verbal violence by their parents by providing appropriate services
PENGARUH KEPRIBADIAN LIMA FAKTOR DAN KEADILAN ORGANISASI TERHADAP PERILAKU KEWARGAAN ORGANISASIONAL ANGGOTA KEPOLISIAN RESORT KOTAMOBAGU
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepribadian lima faktor (Big Five Personality) dan keadilan organisasi terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasional (Organizational Citizenship Behavior/OCB) pada anggota Kepolisian Resort Kotamobagu. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis explanatory research. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 207 anggota kepolisian yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kepribadian lima faktor berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB dengan kontribusi sebesar 74,4%. 2) Keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB dengan kontribusi sebesar 16,6%. 3) Kepribadian lima faktor dan keadilan organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB dengan kontribusi sebesar 77,8%. Kesimpulannya, kepribadian lima faktor memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar dibandingkan keadilan organisasi dalam meningkatkan OCB anggota Polres Kotamobagu. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa untuk meningkatkan OCB, organisasi kepolisian perlu memperhatikan aspek kepribadian anggotanya serta menciptakan iklim keadilan organisasi yang baik
MENGURAI KONSEP SIKAP DAN KEPRIBADIAN PENDIDIK DAN PESERTA DIDIK DALAM AL-QURAN DAN HADITS: SEBUAH TINJAUAN TEORITIS
Pendidikan dalam Islam memiliki tujuan untuk membentuk kepribadian yang berakhlak mulia, berilmu, dan bertanggung jawab. Hal ini tercermin dalam ajaran-ajaran Al-Qur’an dan Hadits yang menekankan pentingnya sikap dan karakter baik, baik bagi pendidik maupun peserta didik. Adapun tujuan dari penulisan ini untuk menjelaskan konsep sikap dan kepribadian pendidik dalam Al-Quran dan Hadits dan konsep sikap dan kepribadian peserta didik dalam Al-Quran dan Hadits. Penulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Adapun temuan penelitian yaitu: (a) Pendidik berperan sebagai agen pembelajaran yang mengemban tanggung jawab besar untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai keislaman, seperti kejujuran, kasih sayang, dan kerendahan hati kepada peserta didik. Kompetensi seorang pendidik, yang meliputi aspek pedagogik, kepribadian, profesional, dan sosial, sangat penting untuk memaksimalkan potensi peserta didik. Dalam proses pendidikan, pendidik tidak hanya mentransfer ilmu, tetapi juga menjadi teladan yang baik dalam bersikap dan berperilaku sesuai ajaran Al-Quran dan hadits; dan (b) peserta didik dalam Islam dipandang sebagai individu yang berkembang dan berpotensi. Pendidikan yang ideal mengakui kebutuhan dan karakteristik unik mereka, serta mendorong pembelajaran yang aktif dan kreatif. Etika, seperti sikap hormat, patuh, dan sopan kepada guru, menjadi bagian penting dari pendidikan akhlak peserta didik. Melalui pendidikan yang seimbang antara ilmu dan nilai, peserta didik diharapkan tidak hanya menjadi individu yang cerdas dan terampil, tetapi juga berakhlak mulia dan bertakwa
PSIKOLOGI ISLAM DAN IMPLIKASINYA DALAM PRAKTIK BIMBINGAN KONSELING SEBAGAI UPAYA MENJAGA KESEHATAN MENTAL
Psikologi Islam memiliki pendekatan khas untuk memahami perilaku dan jiwa manusia yang mengacu pada ajaran dan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Artikel ini berusaha menggali prinsip-prinsip inti psikologi Islam, menyoroti konsep-konsep dan peran iman, moralitas, dan spiritualitas dalam membentuk keadaan mental dan emosional seseorang serta menawarkan perspektif unik mengenai kesehatan mental yang secara signifikan dapat memberikan manfaat dalam bidang bimbingan dan konseling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah studi pustaka dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis bacaan yang berkaitan dengan topik psikologi islam, konseling dan kesehatan mental. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan implikasi psikologi Islam dalam bimbingan dan konseling memberikan konselor kerangka kerja yang lebih holistik untuk memahami dan mengatasi masalah kesehatan mental. Tekanan emosional dan psikologis seringkali dikaitkan dengan ketidaksesuaian dengan fitrah seseorang atau kurangnya hubungan spiritual. Oleh karena itu, konselor dapat memasukkan dimensi spiritual dalam pendekatan terapeutiknya. Lebih jauh lagi, psikologi Islam menawarkan wawasan berharga mengenai ketahanan dan mekanisme penanggulangan yang berakar pada ajaran Islam.
