    This study aims to analyze the integration of character education based on entrepreneurial-minded Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) at Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School and to explore the role of innovation and creativity in achieving national economic stability. The research applies a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that Al-Ittifaq successfully implements character education integrated with entrepreneurial values through practice-based curricula and habitual work ethics. Furthermore, innovations in integrated agriculture, digital entrepreneurship, and creative resource management have significantly fostered an adaptive, independent, and competitive Generation Z. These results highlight that the integration of character and entrepreneurship education within pesantren can serve as an effective strategy for strengthening national economic resilience

    This study aims to formulate a sustainable, community-based ecotourism development strategy for Desa Apar in Pariaman City. The village has significant ecotourism potential through its mangrove ecosystem, local traditions, and community engagement. A descriptive qualitative approach was applied using SWOT analysis to assess internal and external factors affecting tourism development. Data collection involved field observation, semi-structured interviews with stakeholders, and documentation review. Findings show that Desa Apar holds a strong internal position (score: 4.36) and favorable external opportunities (score: 4.40), placing it in Quadrant I of the SWOT matrix. This indicates that aggressive strategies can be implemented by leveraging existing strengths to capture available opportunities. Recommended strategies include infrastructure improvement, community training, conservation-based educational tourism, sustainable waste management, and diversification of mangrove-based products. These approaches aim to strengthen local welfare while preserving environmental sustainability. This research contributes to the field by offering an integrated SWOT-based framework for rural ecotourism planning that balances ecological protection and economic development

    This study aims to explore the experiences of umrah pilgrims participating in a guidance program that integrates gratitude therapy and to examine its impact on the Adversity Quotient (AQ). Using a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method (Creswell, 2014), data were collected through in-depth interviews with pilgrims who attended the umrah guidance program at PT Karya Imtaq. The analysis focused on participants’ narratives to uncover meanings, behavioral changes, and post-umrah strategies for maintaining gratitude. The findings reveal three main meanings of gratitude therapy: (1) a shift from reactive gratitude to proactive gratitude, (2) transformation in decision-making and attitudes toward trials, and (3) enhanced perseverance and mental resilience. Gratitude therapy positively influenced the four dimensions of AQ: control, ownership, reach, and endurance. Pilgrims reported greater emotional self-control, a stronger sense of responsibility, the ability to limit the negative impact of problems, and the belief that difficulties are temporary. The study affirms a correlation between gratitude therapy and AQ within the Islamic spiritual framework, suggesting that gratitude-based guidance strengthens spiritual, mental, and emotional resilience in facing life’s challenges

    This study aims to understand the dynamics of early childhood care in farming families in Koto Rendah Village, with an emphasis on parental communication patterns, Islamic parenting approaches, and the influence of digital device use on child development. Using a qualitative case study approach, this study involved several families as key participants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations, then analyzed using thematic techniques to identify patterns of meaning that emerged from the participants' experiences. The results of the study show that limited interaction between parents and children has an impact on weak digital supervision, especially in a limited socioeconomic context. However, Islamic parenting values such as role modeling, compassion, and trust-based communication can serve as a strong foundation for shaping children's character and preventing the negative impacts of technology. This study highlights the importance of improving digital parenting literacy integrated with Islamic values and the strategic role of Islamic education counselors in providing family spirituality-based guidance. Conceptually, this study enriches the study of Islamic education and family counseling in the digital age. Practically, these findings are relevant for the development of parent assistance programs, mosque-based interventions, and values-based child education policies. This study also opens up broader exploration to understand the challenges of digital parenting in different cultural and economic contexts

    In the current global era, an employee is required to be more professional in working. As is known, human resources are the part that supports and implements every process within the organization. Seeing SMP Negeri 32 Kota Tangerang which has a vision of "Pious, Achieving, and Environmentally Cultured" certainly requires resources that have good employee performance so that the vision can be realized. In addition, SMP Negeri 32 Kota Tangerang is also an inclusive and Adiwiyata school that must continue to be fought for in the future through the presence of teachers and educational staff at SMP Negeri 32 Kota Tangerang. The purpose of this study is to analyze: (a) the influence of the big five personality traits on employee performance at SMP Negeri 32 Kota Tangerang; (b) the influence of employee productivity on employee performance at SMP Negeri 32 Kota Tangerang; and (c) the influence of work engagement on employee performance at SMP Negeri 32 Kota Tangerang. This study uses a quantitative approach and is processed using SmartPLS software. The findings of this study are: (a) the big five personality traits do not have a significant effect on employee performance in Junior High Schools; (b) employee productivity has a significant effect on employee performance in junior high schools; and (c) work engagement has a significant effect on employee performance in junior high schools

    This study aims to analyze the role of Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers in improving students' time management skills to reduce the habit of being late to school. The phenomenon of student tardiness is still a common problem at various levels of education and is often associated with weak discipline and time management skills. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study design conducted at SMA Negeri 4 Kupang in September-October 2025. Research participants consisted of BK teachers, homeroom teachers, and grade XI students selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies, then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the study revealed three main themes: (1) BK teachers as facilitators of student self-awareness in understanding the importance of time management, (2) the application of disciplinary development strategies based on reflective and empathetic counseling, and (3) collaboration between BK teachers, homeroom teachers, and parents in establishing positive student routines. These findings confirm that the role of BK teachers is not only curative, but also preventive and collaborative in building disciplined behavior

    This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and grit on self-regulated learning (SRL) abilities in 7th grade students of SMPN 2 Ngoro Mojokerto. The scope of this study focuses on internal factors that influence students' abilities to organize, monitor, and evaluate their learning process independently. The method used is quantitative research with a correlational approach. The research sample amounted to 228 students taken using a saturated sampling technique. The research instruments included the Self-Efficacy Questionnaire for Children (SEQ-C), the Grit Scale for Children and Adults (GSCA), and the Academic Self-Regulated Learning Questionnaire (ASLQ). Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 25 program. The results showed that self-efficacy and grit have a positive and significant effect on self-regulated learning. This means that the higher the level of self-confidence and perseverance of students, the better their ability to regulate the learning process independently.

    Mahasiswa tingkat akhir sering menghadapi tekanan akademik yang tinggi akibat proyek akhir, persiapan karier, dan target akademik lainnya, yang dapat memicu stres akademik. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial dan manajemen waktu memiliki hubungan negatif yang signifikan dengan stres akademik (r = -0,233, p  0,001; r = -0,349, p  0,001), yang berarti bahwa semakin baik keterampilan dukungan sosial dan manajemen waktu, semakin rendah tingkat stres yang dialami. Selain itu, ada hubungan positif antara dukungan sosial dan manajemen waktu (r = 0,340, p 0,001), yang menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa dengan dukungan sosial yang baik cenderung memiliki manajemen waktu yang lebih efektif. Temuan ini didukung oleh teori Santrock dan Gadzella, yang menjelaskan bahwa mahasiswa dewasa awal sering menghadapi tantangan akademik dan sosial yang menyebabkan stres. Penelitian sebelumnya juga menunjukkan bahwa stres akademik dapat mengganggu kemampuan berpikir, pengambilan keputusan, dan memicu perilaku negatif. Dukungan sosial, yang mencakup bantuan emosional dan informasi dari keluarga dan teman, dapat mengurangi stres dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan, seperti yang terungkap dalam penelitian oleh Zimet dan Weiten Lloyd. Selain itu, manajemen waktu yang efektif, seperti yang dijelaskan oleh Taylor dan Tiger, juga berperan penting dalam mengurangi stres dengan membantu siswa memprioritaskan dan menyelesaikan tugas tepat waktu. Analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa manajemen waktu memiliki dampak yang lebih besar terhadap stres akademis dibandingkan dengan dukungan sosial

    Rehabilitasi rawat jalan merupakan layanan rehabilitasi noninvasf yang dibagikam kepada pasien juga pengguna narkotika dalam jangka waktu tertentu, dengan tujuan memfasilitasi pemulihan klien sehingga mereka dapat kembali berfungsi secara optimal dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Studi ini guna untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas layanan rehabilitasi rawat jalan terhadap kualitas hidup klien penyalahguna narkotika di Lembaga BNNK Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen skala kualitas hidup. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 10 klien, yang dipilih dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak JASP versi 0.16.4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai p pada keempat aspek fisik, psikologis, hubungan sosial, dan lingkungan bernilai 0,001. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan pada kualitas hidup klien setelah menjalani layanan rehabilitasi rawat jalan, karena nilai p 0,05. Pengukuran awal dan akhir menunjukkan peningkatan pada setiap aspek, yaitu aspek fisik sebesar 19%, aspek psikologis sebesar 23%, aspek hubungan sosial sebesar 20%, dan aspek lingkungan sebesar 24%

    The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of the behavioral counseling approach using self-management techniques in preventing and addressing online game addiction among students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. The population consists of all students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta, while the research sample is selected through purposive sampling, involving a total of eight students.
