    This study aims to analyze the role of Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers in improving students' time management skills to reduce the habit of being late to school. The phenomenon of student tardiness is still a serious problem in various schools and is often associated with weak discipline and time management skills. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type conducted at SMA Negeri 4 Kupang from August to September 2025. Research participants consisted of BK teachers, homeroom teachers, and grade XI students selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies, then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, as well as drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the study revealed three main themes, namely: (1) the role of BK teachers as facilitators of student self-awareness in understanding and improving time management habits, (2) the application of disciplinary development strategies based on reflective and empathetic counseling, and (3) collaboration between BK teachers, homeroom teachers, and parents in establishing positive routines and supporting students' time discipline

    The concept of the spider web in the Islamic Guidance and Counseling approach as a framework for understanding the mutually supportive relationship between various dimensions of an individual's life, such as psychological, social, and spiritual. This concept emphasizes that every element of human life is interconnected, and changes in one aspect can affect other aspects. In the context of BKI, counselors are expected to view clients holistically, by considering the interrelationships between the various factors that shape their condition. This article also links the application of this concept to Islamic principles, as reflected in Surah Al-Mu'minun verse 29, which emphasizes the importance of balance and mutual support in life. With this approach, Islamic Guidance and Counseling is expected to create a safe and supportive environment, which ultimately encourages the recovery and mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of clients

    This study aims to offer an overview and understanding of the approaches used by psychologists and counselors to treat COVID-19 infected patients at Tengku Ampuan Afzan Hospital in Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia, during the pandemic. The technique of data collection approach in this study uses field research methods with qualitative descriptive techniques. Data were obtained through direct observation, interviews with psychologists at Tengku Ampuan Afzan Hospital and documentation. Meanwhile, the content analysis approach was used in the investigation of data analysis. The results obtained from this study are that counseling services at Tengku Ampuan Afzan Hospital Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia, use technology-based methods to treat COVID-19 patients. Psychologists and counselors in treating covid-19 patients through various online and offline media, such as websites, email, live chat, Skype, Google Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp, and others, to ensure more and efficient access. This approach emerged as a solution to the limited interactions during the pandemic, allowing patients to continue to receive optimal emotional and psychological support. During the pandemic, many psychologists and counselors have come up with new innovations to make service provision more efficient, engaging, and easy, in addition to leveraging technology that is already available

    Adolescence is a period of complex and dynamic career exploration. This study aims to describe career maturity at Avisena Jabon High School in Sidoarjo. The research employs a descriptive quantitative method with the population consisting of 10th, 11th, and 12th-grade students at Avisena Jabon High School in Sidoarjo. The research sample comprises 248 students selected using the Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data were collected using an adapted career maturity scale and analyzed using the JASP program version 0.19, with reliability (Cronbach's alpha = α=0.989). The results showed that out of the 248 students, 43 (17.34%) were in the low career maturity category, while 205 (82.66%) were in the moderate category. Based on gender, male students have higher career maturity than female students. Science majors (IPA) have better career maturity compared to social studies majors (IPS). Seventeen-year-old students have higher career maturity compared to other ages. The career maturity of students at Avisena Jabon High School in Sidoarjo is mostly in the moderate category. This study implies that guidance and counseling teachers should conduct psychological interventions to improve the career maturity of students in the low category

    In the laboratory practicum phase, supporting learning tools such as practicum modules are required. The module is designed to provide step-by-step guidance in understanding the basic concepts of counseling, applying relevant techniques, and evaluating the practiced sessions. This module is expected to have an impact on the implementation of measurable practicum activities. Therefore, this micro-counseling module was developed to be specific. The approach chosen is the result of integration between the rational emotive behavioral therapy approach and the Islamic counseling approach which is packaged with the term spiritual cognitive faith therapy (SCFT) and focuses on the problem of academic stres. This type of research is a development research that aims to produce products in the form of modules. Module development uses the 4D model, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate.  The developed product is included in the very feasible category, with an ideal level of 93% from the material aspect and 100% from the media aspect. However, the developed product is still at the hypothetical stage, so further effectiveness testing is needed to ensure its usefulness by the development objectives

    School Wellbeing is important for students, especially for students who have low School Wellbeing quality. The phenomenon found is that there are still students whose School Wellbeing is less than optimal, especially in the aspects of having and loving. This study aims to examine the Relationship between School Connectedness and Peer Support with School Wellbeing in Students of SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Tulangan. The research approach used is quantitative with a correlational method. The study population was 359 students with a sample of 177 students. The researcher used the Probability Sampling technique with the stratified random sampling method. Data collection used the School Connectedness scale with a reliability of 0.890, the Peer Support scale with a reliability of 0.896, and the School Wellbeing scale with a reliability of 0.776. The data analysis technique used product concept analysis and was calculated using the JASP program. The results of this study state that there is a significant positive relationship between School Connectedness and School Wellbeing (r=0.548), with a p-value .001 (.005), and a significant positive relationship between Peer Support and School Wellbeing (r=418), with a p-value .001 (.005)

    In today's competitive industrial world, many companies engaged in manufacturing are faced with pressure to maintain employee welfare along with high productivity. This research aims to analyze the problems often faced by employees in facing challenges in the industrial world. The topic of this research is mental workload, where mental workload is all activities carried out involving the use of the brain to think. This research uses the NASA TLX and RSME methods applied to employees of the Liquid Production Department at PT XYZ. This study shows that employees at PT XYZ, fall into the Very High category with an average WWL value of 79.41. Then based on the RSME method, the average value of effort is 90.58 which is included in the category of great effort. So it is necessary to evaluate or improve work, as well as review tasks related to obligations and authority, to the work area for workers at PT XYZ

    Academic burnout has emerged as a critical psychological issue among university students in the digital era, particularly as academic demands intensify alongside the increasing use of social media. This study aims to examine the influence of external factors and the intensity of social media use on students’ academic burnout. Employing a quantitative explanatory survey design, the research involved 214 university students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire that measured family pressure, peer influence, environmental disturbances, social media intensity, digital-induced anxiety, sleep disruption, and indicators of academic exhaustion. Descriptive statistical analysis revealed that external factors significantly contributed to burnout, with 72.4% of students reporting family pressure, 60.7% influenced by peer dynamics, and 44.9% experiencing physical environmental disturbances. Moreover, high social media intensity exacerbated burnout, as indicated by disrupted study time (59.8%), academic procrastination (54.7%), digital anxiety (60.7%), and reduced sleep quality (55.6%). The findings indicate a strong interactive effect between external stressors and maladaptive digital behavior in intensifying academic burnout. This study concludes that academic burnout is shaped by the cumulative impact of environmental pressures and excessive social media use, highlighting the need for comprehensive interventions such as strengthened social support, digital literacy programs, and healthier media engagement strategies to mitigate burnout risk among university students

    New students need to adjust to a completely unfamiliar new environment. They will experience significant environmental differences, such as Islamic boarding school regulations, intensive study activities, and more intensive study of yellow books. This new environment can trigger general anxiety, often referred to as Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD). This study aims to examine how to use structured dhikr. The method used is qualitative phenomenology. The results showed that new students, after practicing the structured dhikr method, experienced reduced anxiety and felt calmer in their worship. Dhikr helps fill this void by providing a sense of divine purpose. In this study, new students who previously felt confused and highly anxious began to feel closer to God after practicing dhikr regularly, which helped them rediscover the meaning of life

    This study aims to examine how leadership style and work discipline play a role in improving employee performance at PT Securindo Packatama Indonesia Plaza Senayan Branch, Central Jakarta. The scope of the study includes all employees with a sample of 90 respondents obtained through questionnaires. The method used is an associative approach with simple and multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, t test, and F test. The results of the study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant contribution to employee performance as evidenced by the regression equation Y = 25.793 + 0.375X, correlation value 0.739, determination coefficient 54.6%, and t count 10.291 which is greater than t table. Work discipline also provides a positive and significant contribution with the equation Y = 25.110 + 0.392X, correlation value 0.703, determination coefficient 49.4%, and t count 79.273. Simultaneously, both variables contribute significantly to employee performance through the equation Y = 22.968 + 0.245X₁ + 0.200X₂, a correlation value of 0.781, a coefficient of determination of 53.56%, and an F count of 68.020, which confirms the significance of the model. This finding confirms that leadership style and work discipline are important factors in strengthening employee performance at the company
