Full text linkEach Regional Work Unit (SKPD) carries out accounting for economic transactions that occur on its part, to produce financial reports. The purpose of this study was to analyze the suitability of SKPD financial recording and reporting in Ende Regency, especially the Social Service with Permendagri Number 21 of 2011 and Government Regulation Number 71 of 2010. This research uses descriptive qualitative. This writing uses data collection techniques, namely field studies and literature studies. The results showed that the Social Service of Ende Regency had not kept records in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 21 of 2011 concerning Guidelines for Regional Financial Management related to a recording error in the ledger, namely the employee expenditure ledger, which should have been recorded at IDR 1,878,849,154 but it was recorded at IDR 1,878. .938,674 and there are still obstacles, namely limited human resources in carrying out activities according to their fields and still lack of technical support facilities and infrastructure for activities

Full text linkThis study aims to determine the learning interest of students class VIII SMP Negeri Sokoria in learningmathematics during the covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data usedprimary and secondary. Procedures for collecting data by means of questionnaires and documentation.Researcher took students of class VIII-C SMP Negeri Sokoria, totaling 30 people as the subjet. Data analysis inthis study is descriptive with percentages presented in tabular form. The results of this study indicate that thepercentage of student interest in class VIII SMP Negeri Sokoria in learning mathematics during the covid-19pandemic is in the moderate category seen from the four indicators. The percentage of student interest in learningbased on the indicator of feeling happy to get a percentage of 65.33% with the medium category, the percentageof student interest in learning based on the indicator of interest getting a percentage of 64.40% with the mediumcategory, the percentage of student interest in learning based on the indicator of attention getting a percentageof 64.80% with the category medium, the percentage of student interest in learning based on indicators ofinvolvement obtained a percentage of 67.20% with the medium category

Full text linkThe purpose of this study is to explore the ethnomathematical concepts contained in the woven form of the Ende tribe. This type of research is exploratory research using an ethnographic approach. The subjects in this study were woven gedek and khidhe craftsmen, mothers who used to make plaits in Rewa Rangga Village, Ende Regency. The instruments in this research are field study interviews and documents. Data analysis used is a triangulation technique. The results showed that there were geometric shapes in woven shapes and motifs. Geometric shapes that are explored are building spaces: beams; flat shapes: circles, regular hexagons, rectangles, and rhombus

Full text linkThis research is motivated by the lack of optimal learning that takes place in schools due to the Covid 19 Pandemic. Learning involving teachers and students must be carried out not as usual because activities that gather many people must be avoided. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the difficulties of teachers in carrying out the learning process in the new normal due to covid 19. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects in the study were 1 principal and 3 homeroom teachers for grade 1 and 3 students. The results showed that in order for learning to run optimally in the new normal with limited face-to-face, the principal and teachers made strategies with careful planning. This careful planning starts from preparing a Learning Implementation Plan that is in accordance with new normal conditions by condensing the material, namely conveying important points and giving assignments by emphasizing the completion of practice questions, and the teacher also conducts daily tests, mid-semester assessments. and end of semester assessment. Before the face-to-face meeting took place, the school also carried out procedures in accordance with the health protocol

Full text linkAlmost all schools have held online learning since the Covid-19 pandemic. The lack of interaction between teachers and students during learning activities is exacerbated by distance learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of AKSI learning media in growing the moral values of fourth grade elementary school students. The D&D (Design and Development) model is used in this study. Fourth grade elementary school teachers and students were used to test the product. The majority of students gave a “good” evaluation product, according to the results. Thus, fourth grade elementary school children can use the AKSI learning media to instill moral values, and teachers who have difficulty delivering teaching materials can use it to improve the delivery of information on teaching materials

Full text linkTulisan ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan tradisi torok dalam ritual kaer ulu wae etnik Golo Mangung Manggarai Timur Flores perspektif linguistik kebudayaan . Tradisi torok dalam ritual kaer ulu wae merupakan ritual syukuran adat yang dibuat untuk mori jari dedek “ Tuhan Pencipta” yang telah menjaga, dan melindungi etnik Golo Mangung . Rumusan masalah yang diangkat dalam tulisan ini adalah (1) bagaimanakah bentuk tradisi torok dalam ritual kaer ulu wae etnik Golo Mangung Manggarai Timur Flores (2) bagaimanakah makna tradisi torok dalam ritual kaer ulu wae etnik Golo Mangung Manggarai Timur Flores. Tujuan dari tulisan tersebut adalau untuk (1) menemukan dan mendekripsikan tradisi torok dalam ritual kaer ulu wae etnik Golo Mangung Manggarai Timur Flores, (2) menemukan dan mendekripsikan makna tradisi torok dalam ritual kaer ulu wae etnik Golo Mangung Manggarai Timur Flores. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni metode pengamatan tidak terlibat. Dalam arti peneliti tidak ikut berbicara tetapi hanya dengar dan menyimak torok dalam ritual kaer ulu wae. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni pendekatan kualitatif, data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni data lisan dan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni tu’a adat dan para tokoh masyarakat, teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yakni teknik wawancara, teknik catat, teknik rekam, dan teknik dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data yakni reduksi data, pemamparan data, dan verifikasi. Penulis mendeskripsikan secara sistematis dan akurat tentang tradisi torok dalam ritual kaer ulu wae pada etnik Golo Mangung, Manggarai Timur. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Linguistik Kebudayaan yang menggambarkan tentang hubungan erat antara bahasa, budaya dan masyarakat. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk tradisi torok dalam ritual kaer ulu wae etnik Golo Mangung, dengan bentuk ciri fonologi yakni estetika bunyi, dan morfologi terdiri dari unsur nomina, verba dan pronomina. Makna yang terkandung dalam tradisi torok dalam ritual kaer ulu wae terdiri dari (1) Makna Religius (2) Makna Permohonan (3) Makna Persahabata

Full text linkMasalah yang dirumuskan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah kemampuan siswa kelas X C SMA N 2 Ende dalam menulis gagasan pendukung yang berbentuk paragraf argumentasi? Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menemukan dan mendeskripsikan kemampuan menulis gagasan pendukung dalam bentuk paragraf argumentasi pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Ende Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022
Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif karena berpijak pada angka- angka. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode tes yakni dengan menggunakan instrumen yang berupa ilustrasi/gambar seorang siswi SMA pecandu narkoba, dari gambar tersebut siswa diminta mendeskripsikan berdasarkan gagasan pendukung dan dibuat ke dalam bentuk paragraf argumentasi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data di lapangan dimulai dari peneliti menjelaskan materi kemudian siswa diberikan instrument untuk dikerjakan. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori keterampilan menulis, teori strategi belajar mengajar dan teori evaluasi pembelajaran.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang mampu sebanyak 14 orang dengan persentase sebesar 61% dan siswa yang kurang mampu sebanyak 9 orang dengan persentase sebesar 39%. Dari hasil penelitian ini maka kemampuan menulis gagasan pendukung dalam bentuk paragraf argumentasi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Ende dikatakan baik dengan rata-rata yang diperoleh adalah 68%

Full text linkTulisan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang berbagai tuturan adat dalam ritual puju awu pada masyarakat Wolofeo Kecamatan Detusoko Kabupaten Ende. Salah satu Tradisi ritual puju awu yakni dalam bidang pertanian. Rumusan masalah yang diangkat dalam tulisan ini adalah (1) bagaimanakah makna tuturan adat dalam ritual puju awu pada masyarakat Desa Wolofeo, Kecamatan Detusoko Kabupaten Ende, (2) bagaimanakah fungsi tuturan adat dalam ritual puju awu pada masyarakat Desa Wolofeo, Kecamatan Detusoko Kabupaten Ende. Tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah untuk menemukan dan mendekripsikan makna dan bentuk tuturan adat dalam ritual puju awu pada masyarakat Desa Wolofeo, Kecamatan Detusoko Kabupaten Ende. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni metode pengamatan tidak terlibat, yakni peneliti mendengar/menyimak tuturan adat dari tua adat pada saat upacara berlangsung. Pendekatan yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah teknik catat, teknik rekam, dan teknik wawancara. Data yang sudah terkumpul selanjutnya diolah dan dianalisis mulai dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, terakhir menarik kesimpulan atau verifkasi.Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalaha teori sosiolinguistik. Hasil kajian yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu meliputi bentuk monologis yang terdiri dari (1) bentuk kata benda, (2) bentuk kata kerja, (3) bentuk kata sifat dan (4) bentuk kata ulang. Maknanya meliputi (1) makna religius (2) makna kehidupan,(3) makna perlindungan, (4) makna pengharapan akan keberhasilan dan (5) makna kebersamaan. KKNM-Bimbingan Belajar Siswa SD Kelas 1 selama Masa Pandemi Covid 19 di Desa Kenere Kecamatan Solor Selatan Kabupaten Flores Timur
Full text linkKenere Village is one of the villages in the South Solor sub-district, East Flores district. In this COVID-19 pandemic situation, community activities are limited so that teaching and learning activities for students in schools are also limited resulting in many students being careless in learning. Therefore, with the guidance carried out at school and following the provisions that students who come to school at least 4-5 people besides that guidance is also carried out from home or BDR with this guidance activity students are guided to train and guide students who are slow in learning to better study hard to get good results. Guidance activities are very influential on the learning process of elementary school children in grade 1, with this guidance many students experience changes before and after the activity. Students who are slow to learn can be overcome with tutoring and will foster good learning achievement. In this tutoring, the media or tools used are notebooks, pencils/pens, package books, letter cards and alphabetic calendars
