    ANALISIS PENGGUNAAN TOTAL QUALITY CONTROL SEBAGAI UPAYA MEMINIMALISASI RESIKO KERUSAKAN PRODUK KERIPIK SINGKONG MADANI

    The purpose of this study is to find out the Total Quality approach Control as an effort to minimize the risk of product damage to Madani Cassava chips and factors that cause product quality failure on Madani Kripik Singkong. Methods used in this study is a statistical analysis that uses control map P namely: a) control map p consisting of: 1) calculate the percentage of damage, 2) central line, 3) upper control line, 4) lower control line; b) 100 percent flawed control diagram inspection, consisting of: 1) calculating the center line, 2) calculating the control limit above, 3) calculate the lower limit of control, causation and keizen. The results of this study show that by using a control map P average product damage P 0.0413, upper control limit or UCL of 0.0532, and the lower control limit or LCL of 0.0294 of the calculation result control map P showing Total Qualiti Control or quality control the product is said to be good, based on the results of the analysis using a diagram of the cause of factors that cause product quality failure are human, machine, method and environment in analysis using kaizen method indicates that supervision must be continued to maintain the quality of products by monitoring employee performance, providing clear instructions employees so that human methods and factors can be carried out by well, for environmenta lfactors, namely animating the warehouse and cleaning the warehouse at all times so that dirt and dust are not mixed with raw materials while the machine factor is to supervise and maintain the machine in order to the engine remains optimal

    The formulation of the problem examined in this study is how the accounting treatment of defects in calculating the cost of goods manufactured in Bumdes Pelita Hidup Coklat Kobar. . Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The type of data used in this study is qualitative data that is data in the form of words, sentences, schematics and images, while the source of the data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative descriptive analysis technique which collects data and describes or explains the data based on general criteria that apply and things found in the field. These results indicate that (1) the existence of defective products experienced by the company during the production process caused by the lack of supervision and negligence of workers. (2) the calculation of the cost of goods produced by the Bumdes Pelita Hidup Coklat Kobar is different from the calculation of the cost of production according to the concept of cost accounting. The basic price set by Bumdes Pelita Hidup Coklat Kobar is Rp. 360,482,000 while according to the concept of accounting the cost of Rp. 355,732,000 so that it has a difference of Rp. 4,750,000

    This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, product innovation and competitive advantage on marketing performance. Types of quantitative research. Sampling used simple random sampling, namely all restaurants in the city of Ende as many as 32 respondents. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the t-test show that entrepreneurial orientation and product innovation have a positive and significant effect on marketing performance, while competitive advantage has no positive and significant effect on marketing performance. The results of the F test show that it simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. The results of the coordination test of determination showed that 65.4% was influenced by other factors

    This study aims to determine the effect of doses of coconut water on the growth and yield of land water spinach. The use of doses of coconut water as a treatment tested consists of K0 = Control; K1 = 56.68 liters / ha; K2 = 113.37 liters / ha; K3 = 170.05 liters / ha; K4 = 226.74 liters / ha. The results of the study addressed the use of 226.74 liters / ha of coconut water doses which had a very significant effect on all observation variables. Where an increase in the dose of coconut water affects the increase in the average percentage of plant height of 5.27%, the number of leaves is 4.58%, the fresh weight of ground water spinach per plant is 0.26% and the weight of land spinach per hectare is 0.26

           Use of Natural Auksin as Growth Zat (ZPT) Against Growth of Stam Breeding Water Jamboo (Syszygium samarangense).This study aims to determine the effect of the use of auksin extract of onion, garlic extract and onion extract as well as the effect of the best extract on the growth of water cashew cuttings (Syzygium samarangense)The study was arranged by Randomized Block Design with single factor pattern consisting of four treatments ie without auxin (A-0), auksin extract of onion (A-1), auksin garlic extract (A-2) and auksin garlic extract bombai (A-3). The observation variables in this study were: percentage of live cuttings (%), root length (cm), root quantity, fresh root weight (g), fresh weight weight (g), dry root weight (g) and dry weight weight (g)The results showed the use of axin onion extract 90%, can increase the percentage of live cuttings (2.99%), root length (51.22%); number of roots (56.55%), fresh root weight (47.54%); weight of fresh stover (26.22%); dry root weight (51.72%) and weight of dry stover (27.64%). The use of 90% onion extract gave the best influence to the growth of root cashew cuttings which resulted in live cuttings percentage (98.86%); root length (10.04 cm); number of roots (19,20); fresh root weight (2.02 g); fresh fresh weight (17.22 g); dry weight of roots (1.06 g) and weight of dry stover (8.60 g)

    Peanut belongs to the Leguminosae family, which has the opportunity to develop agro- industry in supporting efficient and effective regional economic development. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving chicken manure to the growth and production of peanut plants as well as the optimal dose of chicken manure for the growth and production of peanut plants. The study conducted from June 2018 to October 2018. The study used a randomized block design (RBD) with six treatments and four replications so that twenty-four (24) trial units were obtained. Factor A0: No fertilizer (control), A1: 1.5 kg, A2: 3 kg, A3: 4,5, A4: 6, A5: 7 Kg per bed. The results showed that the provision of chicken manure significantly affected the height of plants aged 15 and 30 HST. Significantly affect the number of leaves of plants aged 15 and 30 HST. Very significant effect on the number of pods aged 90 Hst and very significant effect on the weight or wet weight of peanut pods aged 90 Hst. The dose of chicken manure 25 tons/ha in this study is the best fertilizer dosage treatment to provide the highest growth and production of Hypoma one peanut

    Research on Application of Liquid Organic Fertilizer from Market Waste in Chinese Mustard Plants (Brasica juncea L.). The production of mustard greens in Ende Regency is still low compared to the production of mustard greens. This condition is caused by fertilization that has not been optimal. Efforts to increase mustard production through the application of technology, especially the use of fertilizers, including using liquid organic fertilizer Market waste that can provide nutrients for plants.This study aims to determine the application dose of liquid organic fertilizer from market waste and the response of growth and yield of mustard plants. The study was conducted in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Flores in Ende, using a Randomized Block Design consisting of five treatments using Liquid organic fertilizer (POC) from Market Waste namely L0 (without POC), L1 (10 liters of POC), L2 (20 liters POC), L3 (30 liters of POC), L4 (40 liters of POC), repeated four times. The results showed that the application of POC from market waste significantly affected plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight of mustard greens, fresh weight of mustard ha-1 and dose of 40 liters ha-1 showed the best growth, which was an average plant height of 24.68 cm, number of leaves 9.25 strands, fresh weight of mustard 147.40 g and production of mustard 23.58 tons ha-

    This study aims at finding out the Petragonik fertilizer’s dose on the growth and yield of red chilli and finding out the optimum dose of Petragonik fertilizer that can optimize the growth and yield of red chilli. This study employed group random design with the treatment of Petragonik fertilizer (P0) or control, (P1) 150 kg/ha-1or (75g petak1), (P2) 300 kg/ha-1or 150 g petak1), (P3)  450kg/ha-1or (225  g petak1  , (P4)  600  kg/ha-1or ( 300  g  petak-1). The findings reveal that 450 kg/ha of fertilizer dose has a very significant influence on the height of plants  (49,91cm) or increasing to (6,9%), a number of leaves (25 sheets) or rising to (10,07%), and wide of leaves (315 cm²) or a rise of (7,9%) and the yields of tan-1 (28,33 fruits), the diameter of chilli (3,50mm), the weight of fresh chilli ha-1 (416,83) and harvest index of (12,89%)

    This research was conducted in Tarus Village, Kupang regency, in May until June 2013, to find out the amount of phosphorus and cadmium content in the soil of rice, and to compare the Cd with a threshold concentration of Standard National Indonesia 7387:2009, as well as to predict the magnitude of the risk to the health. This research is descriptive experimental design with 12 samples of soil and rice. Levels of soil–available P is analyzed using the methods of Olsen, whereas, the levels of Cd from the soil and rice are analyzed in the laboratory with the method of analysis of heavy metals in soils and plants, set by Hall of geochemical soil, the Ministry of agriculture. The results of the analysis of land-available Pranging from low – high, but it is not the only deciding factor the amount of Cd in soil and rice. Laboratory analysis results towards rice Cd, shows there are six samples that undetectable levels of Cd, six other samples detected and then described the risk once compared with the standard quality raw and analysis of health risks. The results of the analysis of the levels of Cd shows all rice samples were still below standard quality raw i.e. 0,4 mg kg-1. Risk analysis indicates that there are two samples of rice produced from the paddy fields are not safe for consumption for the duration of 30 years. While the four other samples were a risk for the duration of the 60 years
