Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the family environment and learning facilities at school on learning outcomes through learning motivation as an intervening variable at SMKN 10 Surabaya This type of causal associative research with a quantitative approach. Sampling using random sampling technique. Collecting data through observation techniques, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study are: 1) there is no significant effect of the family environment on learning outcomes; 2) there is no significant effect of learning facilities on learning outcomes; 3) there is a significant effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes; 4) there is a significant influence of the family environment on learning motivation 5) there is no significant effect of learning facilities on learning motivation; 6) there is a significant influence of the family environment through learning motivation on learning outcomes; 7) there is no significant effect of learning facilities through learning motivation on learning outcomes

Get PDFLanguage is a very important thing for humans. Humans cannot communicate with each other if there is no language. Humans will find it difficult to state their existence if language is not known. In other words, language is something that humans really need. Without language, human socialization activities and other life activities will be paralyzed. Given the important role of language in human life, concern for language especially, in this case Indonesian, as a national language needs to be nurtured and developed (Efendy, 2008: 80).
This research was carried out with the aim of describing the meaning of Kawe Kolo rete Tengu as a Peace Ceremony for the Kelitembu and Elamelo People in the Tana Tobi Watu Bhangu Fellowship, Wewaria District, Ende Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive design, namely the research objectives are described factually and naturally. The methods and techniques of data collection in this study were the listening and speaking method. The techniques used in this research are note-taking techniques, recording techniques, and interview techniques. The data that has been collected is then processed or analyzed using an interactive analysis model developed by Milles and Huberman (1992). There are four components of activities carried out with this pattern, namely data collection, data reduction, data display, and finally drawing conclusions or verification. The theory used in this research is cultural linguistic theory. Thus, the study of the meaning of Kawe Kolo rete Tengu as a Peace Ceremony for the Kelitembu and Elamelo communities in the Tana Tobi Watu Bhangu Fellowship, Wewaria District, Ende Regency, is classified as a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study stated that the meaning of Kawe Kolo rete Tengu as a Peace Ceremony for the Kelitembu and Elamelo Community in the Tana Tobi Watu Bhangu Fellowship, Wewaria District, Ende Regency had religious meanings, togetherness meanings, welfare meanings, petition meanings, and family meanings

Get PDFKnowledge in healthy foods selection needs to be taught to childrens and adolesncent as the next generation for Indonesia. It because foods that they consume will give many impact to their health, physical growth, mentally and intelligent. Many factors can influence the children and adolescent in selecting helathy food, such as parenting, environment, economic, pshycology and education. Education as the last factor was choosen as a method to transfer knowledge about selecting a helathy foods in this community service activities. Improving foster knowledges in selecting healthy foods, which located in Klungkung district had purposed to give solution to the foster in knowing healthy foods and giving understanding what were the impact of safe and healthy foods to them. In order they will able to review of negative or positive impact before they consume foods. The success in this community service activities were from analyzed scored of pre and post test by Wilcoxon analysis in SPSS 16. The obtained result showed if p-value was less then 0.05 (p=0.001), it means that the foster could received the subjects clearly by lecture and playing methods. In discussion between team and the foster, when they choose and consume healthy foods will give advantages and will support them in reacing academic, sport and other achievments. Females foster understand if they consumed healthy foods they will able to maintains their weight and avoid anemia. Males foster also know they will built good stamina to do many activities. In conclusion education about selecting healthy foods need sustainable action from people around the children and adolescent. In case it will built their good habits and behavior in ways to choose healthy foods in whole their life. A demonstration in processing healthy foods can be a skill and provision to introduce the healthy foods directly to them.

This activity also aims to help the teachers collect documents on the implementation of the seminar so that it can be used as evidence attached to the proposed promotion file. This activity was attended by teachers and principals of SDI Mbongawani, lecturers, group heads and teachers from related clusters. This activity was carried out in two stages, namely the preparation stage and the seminar implementation stage. At each stage, teachers are guided and trained to prepare, implement and document evidence of classroom action research seminars. The results of this activity have an impact on increasing the understanding of SDI Mbongawani teachers regarding the implementation of the seminar on the results of classroom action research

Get PDFSemangga Jaya Village, Merauke Regency as one of the villages that has high rice productivity. In 2019 rice production was 55,184.34 tons with a harvested area of 9,614 hectares. This figure is a potential benefit for the community. However, the high production of rice is not followed by the interest of farmers in utilizing rice straw waste to be processed into products that have high economic value, namely into complete feed that can be used as cattle feed. Cattle farming business is currently starting to be developed by farmers, although in practice it has not been fully maximized. This is due to the lack of public understanding of cattle development and the feeding system used is still simple or uses rice straw which basically has a high crude fiber content. The implementation of this activity will provide full participation in solving problems faced by cattle farmer groups, especially the feed processing system by utilizing rice straw waste into complete feed. Semangga Jaya Village, Merauke Regency in the future can be used as a center for cattle feed production. The implementation of activities includes counseling and technical guidance as a medium for transferring knowledge and technology to partners, which will be carried out en masse, through groups and individuals while still implementing Covid-19 health protocols. The solutions offered in the implementation of the program are through non-physical and physical activities. It is hoped that (a) Increased knowledge and skills of farmers regarding the system for processing rice straw waste into complete feed, (b) Increased knowledge and skills in feeding cattle by looking at feed quality standards, (c) Increased knowledge and ability of farmers and breeders to produce feed into attractive packaging for sale through offline and online systems

Get PDFUniversitas Kristen Wira Wacana Sumba is one of the universities that organizes online learning. This happened as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. This situation requires all lecturers to be able to conduct online learning by utilizing the available facilities, namely Google Classroom and Google Meet, both permanent and adjunct lecturers. Permanent lecturers have used the application since the beginning of the covid-19 pandemic, while adjunct lecturers who held lessons this semester have never used the Google Classroom and Google Meet applications. If this is allowed, then learning will not be held properly. Therefore, this training is carried out in several stages, namely analyzing the needs of non-permanent lecturers, implementing activities, and following up. This training makes the online learning by adjunct lecturers can be carried out properly. Based on the results of the follow-up, the participants proposed further training on the use of Google Classroom, especially in making assignment assessment rubrics and quizzes

Get PDFThis study aims to determine and explain the factors that influence fish production in the Nangadhero village, Aesesa District, Nagekeo Regency. The population in this study were all members of the fishing community who work as fisherman in the Nangadhero Village. Totaling 129 people. The sample in this study amounted to 98 people using simple random sampling technique in this research is by distributing questionnaires to fisherman. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis with calcutions using the SPSS 21 program. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, this study shows that education has a negative and insignificant effect on fish production, while skillsin using fishinggear have a positive and significant effect on fish production. The results of this study can be used to formulare effective policies and strategies for activities to increase fish production and income of fishing communities in Nangadhero Village, and itis hoped that the local government can provide fishing equipment and education to improve the skills of fisherman through training programs
