Pengaruh Keadilan Distributif Kompensasi dan Keadilan Prosedural Kompensasi Terhadap Kecenderungan Kecurangan Akuntansi pada SKPD Kabupaten Ngada
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of distributive justice compensation and procedural justice of compensation against the tendency of accounting fraud at SKPD Ngada district. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results of this stdy (1) justice distributive effect on accounting fraud at SKPD Ngada Regency. This is evidenced by the value of the regression coefficient justice distributive with value 0,192 with tcount > ttable (3,251 > 2,010) and a significant level of 0,002 < 0,05. (2) Justice procedural effect on accounting fraud. This is evidenced by the valueof the regression coefficient of procedural justice by 0,407 with tcount > ttable (4,876 > 2,010) and the level of significant 0,000 < 0,05. The great influence of the variables of distributive justice and procedural justice against the tendency of accounting fraud amounted to 4,6%. While the rest the rest 53,4% is explained by other variables outside the model

Get PDFThis research is a development research that aims to describe the development of social studies learning devices using a contextual approach in the fourth grade of the Roworeke 2 Catholic elementary school. The research model used is 4-D development which is reduced to 3-D, namely define, design, and develop. The learning devices developed include lesson plans and student worksheets which were tested in class IV B as a test class consisting of 25 students, and class IV A as a control class consisting of 26 students at Roworeke 2 Catholic Elementary School. The research instrument consisted of an observation sheet on the implementation of learning, an observation sheet for student learning activities and a student response questionnaire sheet. Data was collected using interview, observation, and questionnaire techniques. The implementation of social studies learning using a contextual approach in the experimental class using the observation sheet instrument showed that the teacher's ability to carry out social studies learning on historical heritage materials using a contextual approach was 73% and was stated to be well implemented. While the analysis of the results of student learning activities using social studies learning devices with a contextual approach and lecture method as follows: experimental class activity I 65% and control class 31%, while activity II 65% in the experimental class and 35% in the control class. So it can be concluded that the activity in the experimental class is better (active category) than the activity in the control class

An increase in stock value indicates an increase in stock returns obtained by investors. This study examines the effect of risk management implementation on bank stock returns as seen from the bank book group, namely bank book group 1, bank book group 2, bank book group 3 and bank book group 4. The application of risk management is seen from credit risk, liquidity risk, risk. operational and market risk. The research was conducted on all commercial banks that went public and were active from 2015 to 2019, as many as 44 banks. The results of the study state that: overall (for all bank book groups) the application of risk management, namely credit risk, liquidity risk, operational risk and market risk does not affect stock returns, except for bank book group 1, credit risk and operational risk and market risk for book group 4 has a significant effect on stock returns

Research aims to determine the effect of export, import, and syariah investment to Indonesia’s economic growth period 2011-2018. Indonesia economic growth always change. This study use quantitative method. The data used is time series subject during of 2011-2018 from Central Bureau of Statistics. Analysis of the subject in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. Simultaneous test results show that exports, imports, and syariah investment has not a significant influence on economic growth of Indonesia. For partial test, exports are negative and significant, imports are negative but not significant, and syariah investment are negative and significant to economic growth of Indonesia period 2011-2018

However, some destinations do not yet have a tourism ecosystem management that can balance ethics, aesthetics, economy, and locality to create excellence in quality tourist destinations. The University of Flores' research team has conducted a survey of standard facilities or standard criteria in 7 tourist sites in the West Manggarai district. The seven locations include Tado Village, Melo Traditional Village, Padar Island, Komodo Island, Rangko Cave, Batu Cermin Cave, Senanggoang Lake. The survey conducted aims to capture tourist destinations from three aspects, namely product, service, and management. Based on the results of the survey that has been conducted, it can be said that: several standard facilities in 7 tourist destinations have not been met. Suggestions are given to the Regency Government and managers of tourist destinations in West Manggarai Regency to work together to procure existing facilities and facilities so that tourism objects in the 7 locations become more organized and advanced

Teachers of SDN Jatirangga 3 in Bekasi City have not been able to apply the 2013 Curriculum in the learning process. Based on a request letter from SDN Jatirangga 3, the Chairperson of STKIP Kusuma Negara to send PGSD lecturers to provide training to teachers there regarding the 2017 Revised 2013 Curriculum in particular. So the PGSD Study Program, STKIP Kusuma Negara sent 4 lecturers to become resource persons for the training. This training was given the theme "Having Fun with the 2013 Curriculum". With the theme "Having Fun With Curriculum 2013", it is hoped that teachers will not make the specter of the 2013 Revised Curriculum 2017 as a frightening specter. Fun Indonesian Language Games will be the main material in community service activities this time. Service activities are carried out through several stages, the following are the steps that are carried out in service: 1) Planning, the following stages Observation and searching for data about the 2013 curriculum and various fun games-based learning methods, Collaboration with schools and teachers, PKM Game development Mathematics; 2) Implementation, implementation of the 2013 Curriculum Have Fun Training; 3) Application, Application of Curriculum 2013; 4) Evaluation and Assistance, Evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of PKM. The evaluation uses an observation sheet at the time of implementing the 2013 curriculum in the classroom. The training activities which were carried out for 2 days ran smoothly even though there were obstacles and could be overcome immediately. Get PDFBased on the analysis of the situation that happened to teachers at SD Negeri Jati Mekar 02 Bekasi, in general, the teacher was still reluctant to carry out CAR, the implementation of the PTK of the teacher was not as expected and the teacher was constrained when writing the PTK report. So that this situation is the background of the importance of PKM regarding this CAR is carried out, the aim of this PKM is to increase the understanding of SD Negeri Jati Mekar 02 Bekasi teachers about PTK and increase the ability of teachers in the PTK report. The methods used in service activities are: 1) Lectures, lectures are used by the service team to convey the principles of PTK, PTK procedures, implementation of PTK, and procedures for PTK reports. The lecture is supported by the use of a laptop and LCD to display the devotion material for a limited time; 2) Demonstration, Demonstration is used by the service team in the hope that participants can start practicing problem formulation in the learning process that can solve through CAR, the design of the CAR proposal, to the PTK report. To optimize the implementation of this service, assistance is provided by the service team, namely in the preparation of the PTK proposal draft and the PTK report. To measure the ability of participants in mastering the material by 81.9% of all participants. This condition makes mathematics learning less attractive in the eyes of students and as a result students are less enthusiastic during the learning process, so that the purpose of holding community service activities is to increase the understanding and ability of teachers of SDN Cibitung Kulon 01 Pagi about fun mathematics learning, while the method used is education in community in the form of socialization activities to increase participants' knowledge / understanding of how to create fun mathematics learning in class. with puzzle tetris math games. The results of the evaluation on the implementation of this PKM were obtained from the number of participants who attended as many as 15 people, 8 teachers understood the material very well or were in the high category, while 5 teachers understood maeri well and only 2 teachers did not understand the material that had been explained. The results of this evaluation are a benchmark that the PKM goals are achieved. The evaluation that has been given to the teacher is in the form of an essay question as many as 25 questions related to the material that has been delivered. The conclusion that can be obtained from the implementation of this community service program is: this socialization activity can increase teachers' knowledge about how to create fun mathematics learning in the classroom. Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Masyarakat Terhadap Sarana dan Prasarana Gedung Puskesmas Kota Ende
Get PDFMeningkatkan pelayanan masyarakat dalam bidang kesehatan, Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Ende membangun gedung puskesmas di beberapa kecamatan salah satunya adalah gedung Puskesmas Kota Ende yang berada di Jl.Kokos Raya, Kelurahan Mautapaga, Kecamatan Ende Timur. Gedung ini di kerjakan pada tahun 2019 yang terdiri dari dua lantai dengan luas 506 m². Anggaran biaya pembangunan Puskesmas Kota Ende adalah Rp5.980.000.000,00 (Lima Miliar Sembilan Ratus Delapan Puluh Juta Rupiah). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap sarana dan prasarana Puskesmas kota Ende. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien di puskesmas tersebut yang berjumlah 64 responden dan diambil secara random. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel bebas dan variabel terikat, data diperoleh dari pengisian kuisioner secara langsung oleh responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan jawaban terhadap kualitas sarana dan prasarana Puskesmas Kota Ende, yaitu kriteria tangibles/bukti nyata menjawab puas dengan nilai presentase tertinggi sebesar 89,06%, kriteria reability/keandalan menjawab puas sebesar 85,94%. Untuk kriteria responsive/tanggapan menjawab puas dengan nilai tertinggi 87,50%, kriteria empati menjawab puas dengan nilai tertinggi 81,25% dan kriteria assurance/jaminan menjawab puas dengan nilai tertinggi yaitu 84,38%. Dari penelitian diperoleh hasil, bahwa responden menyatakan puas terhadap sarana dan prasarana Puskesmas Kota Ende
KORELASI ANTARA GAYA BELAJAR SISWA, KONDISI EKONOMI KELUARGA DAN KEDISIPLINAN SISWA DENGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR FISIKA
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari korelasi antara gaya belajar siswa, kondisi ekonomi keluarga, kedisiplinan siswa dengan prestasi belajar fisika kelas XI SMA Se-Kecamatan Ngampilan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI sebanyak 114 siswa. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan Cluster Random Sampling dan penentuan sampel menggunakan tabel Krejcie Morgan sebanyak 86 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes dan teknik angket. Validitas instrumen dengan menggunakan korelasi product moment, dan reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan rumus KR-20 dan rumus alpha cronbach. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada korelasi yang positif dan signifikan antara gaya belajar siswa, kondisi ekonomi keluarga dan kedisiplinan siswa dengan prestasi belajar fisika. Koefisien determinasi R2 = 0,487. Sumbangan efektif dari ketiga prediktor sebesar 48,707% dengan gaya belajar sebesar 10,488%, kondisi ekonomi keluarga sebesar 5,750% dan kedisiplinan siswa sebesar 32,469%
