    This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of the effectiveness of accounting information systems, the suitability of the tasks and user expertise on the performance of the employees of the Agriculture Office of Nagekeo Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. With a population of 122 people. where researchers took samples of simple random sampling (simple) with a number of 55 respondents who use accounting information systems. Data collection techniques used in this study were to use a questionnaire that was measured through a 5-point Likert scale. Data testing technique is done by multiple regression analysis which is processed by the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of accounting information systems has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which is indicated by the regressive coefficient of the variable effectiveness of the accounting information system by 0.392 with a valuethitung3,118>2,012and a significant level of 0.003 <0.05. task suitability has a negative effect on employee performance seen from the regression coefficient value of job suitability equal to-0,082with valuet hitung 0,443<2,012and a significant level of 0.660> 0.05 and user expertise has a positive and significant effect on employee performance seen from the regression coefficient of the user expertise variabe value of 0.653 with a valuet hitung3,181>2,012and a significant level of 0.002 <0.05

    This stiudy aims to determine to human resources development strategy at PT. Federal International Finance Group Ende. By analyzing the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats that the company has. The type of research used is descriptivw qualitative, data analysis technique used are SWOT matrix, SWOT analysis, Internal Factor Analysis Strategy, and  External Factor Analysis Strategy. The population studied was PT. Federal International Finance Group Ende with a total of 20 employees, and the number of respondents taken as many as 10 people. From the calculation of the EFAS table the opportunity is greater than the threat so that the point is in the I quardant. The results show that the human resource development strategy at Federal International Finance Group sharing can help employee. Also, a good management system can support human resources who are still fresh to be educated so that they can have the ability to be more competent

    This study focused on seeing the character of attitudes and skills for students of mathematics education program, the University of Flores as a prospective math teacher. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of attitudes on the skills of prospective teachers. The research conducted is descriptive quantitative research, with the second-semester student population taking curriculum study courses. The data was taken using simple random sampling techniques, instruments and research data collection techniques used are observation sheets, interviews, and questionnaires of the process of integration of attitudes and skills in mathematical learning. Test validity and reliability using Product Moment correlation, the data will be analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The result of the research is that there is an influence on the skills of students as prospective teachers of the second semester of the University Mathematics education study program known t count value of 6,866. because the calculated t value is obtained greater than table t 2,063 so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence of attitude (X) on student skills (Y). Judging from the significance value (sig) of 0.000 less than < probability of 0.05 so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha accepted, which means there is an influence of attitude (X) on student skills (Y)

     The purpose of this study was to describe the creative thinking profile of students in solving multiples and number factors for class V SDN Rejosari 1, Magetan Regency. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach that seeks to analyze the profile for students' thinking in completing operations on integers. The research subjects were fifth grade students of SDN Kawedanan 2, Magetan Regency. The technique of determining the subject with the subject who chose 6. Interview data techniques in the form of tests and interviews. Data analysis techniques are performed by data reduction, data presentation and levers or levers. The data validity technique was done by triangulating data sources. The results showed that the profiles of elementary school students' creative thinking in completing multiples and number factors in fluent thinking skills research provided a lot of information in solving problems with sufficient ability.     PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN KOMPETENSI GURU TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA GURU

    The work performance of a teacher today is an inseparable part of our world of education. Currently, being a quality teacher has become an absolute requirement. There are many factors that influence the creation of teacher performance in the school organizations. Some of them are related is principal leadership and teacher performance role. The research aim of this research is to note how the relationship between principal leadership and teacher competence partially and can be influenced teacher performance at SMP Widya Nusantara, Bekasi, West Java. This research method is through a quantitative approach with a questionnaire obtained from 30 respondents. The research result shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between principal leadership and teacher performance. This matter can be observed from t value (5,291) > t table (1,703), then Ho unaccepted and H1 accepted. There is also positive and significant relationship between teacher competence with teacher performance. This matter can be observed from t value (8,307) > t table (1,703), then Ho unaccepted and H2 accepted. From this calculation significant coefficient multiple correlation test obtainable F value = 17,482 > F table at the error level (a) 1% = 7,677. Therefore, it can be concluded that the correlation coefficient between principal leadership and teacher competence is in accordance with teacher performance is significant. It means Ho unaccepted and H3 accepted, in the sense is principal leadership (X1) and teacher competence (X2) is in accordance positively related and significant to performance teacher variable (Y) at SMP Widya Nusantara. Whereas, Correlation Coefficient Value (r) as big as 0,751 means is 75,1% of principle leadership and teacher competence are related to teacher performance at SMP Widya Nusantara, whereas the rest as big as 24,9% related to other factors that unobserved by the researcher

    This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims (1) Describe the effectiveness of training methods in helping to improve learning Mixed Counting in Fractions in elementary schools (2) Describe whether or not there is an increase in mathematics learning achievement of students in class V SDK Kombandaru with the question practice method. used in this research are Kemmis and Mc. Tagart (1990) which includes 4 stages, namely (1) Planning, (2) Action, (3) Observation and (4) Reflection. From this classroom action research, the results obtained by providing practice questions that have been studied by students can improve student achievement in mathematics subjects. This is shown by the increase in the class average score, with 13 students who obtained a grade above 6 with an average score of 72.00. With the results obtained by PTK, the effectiveness of learning mathematics based on practice questions is feasible to us

    This research is a school action research that aims to increase teachers' understanding of the scientific approach through the application of clinical supervision. The research subjects were two SDI Wolowona 2 teachers. The data were collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data were analyzed. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results showed an increase in the understanding of SDI Wolowona 2 teachers regarding the scientific approach after clinical supervision was applied. This is evidenced from the results of the RPP assessment where in cycle I obtained 65% in cycle I and increased by an average of 90% in cycle II. While the implementation of learning with a scientific approach in the first syllable was obtained by 44% and increased to 84% in cycle I

    The positive value of the internet is that the information generated can facilitate everyday human work. One of the negative impacts caused by the internet is cyber crime. As the Indonesian Army who is conducting studies at the Politeknik Angkatan Darat, it is not only required to be professional and proficient in physical warfare strategies. But it also has to be sophisticated and not technologically illiterate in dealing with all threats in cyberspace, including cyber crime. One of the basic sciences for dealing with cyber crime is computer networks by implementing the concept of network topology. Network topology simulation training using packet tracer software in the context of community service activities has the aim of providing technological concepts about the use of packet tracers along with network topology simulations. This training begins with an introduction to network topology which discusses implementation in military life and its strengths and weaknesses. Furthermore, the implementation of this knowledge into a packet tracer and simulating the network topology. From the participants consisting of telkommil, it is hoped that all of them can take part in the training in order to understand how to design a good computer network using packet tracer software

    This study aimed to describe the application of Cooperative Learning, particularly Think-Pair Share in teaching story-telling skill as one of the productive language skill. This study is a qualitative study. Place of this research at lower scondary school Yos Sudarsoh Kecamatan Ende Tengah. The sources of data include (1) the informant, the teachers and students, (2) events, such as the learning process of story-telling skill using Think-Pair Share, and (3) document. The data collection techniques used in this research include interview, observation, and document analysis. Data analysis techniques used is an interactive technique which is presented in a descriptive form. The results indicate that (1) the stages of learning of the Think-Pair Share as described in the lessosn plan were in accordance with the general stages described in the the theory, (2) the implementation of Cooperative Learning especiallay Think-Pair-Share technique in the teaching learning process was in accordance with what has been described the lesson plan, (3) the appreciation of the implementation of the Cooperative learning method especially the Think-Pair-Share technique was pretty good

    The problem in this research is how to supervise the quality of science learning at SDN 3?. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality supervision of science learning at SDN 3 Wolowaru. The approach used in this study is qualitative, namely an approach that tries to understand the individual meaning of the subject under study. The subjects of this study consisted of key informants, namely the principal as a supervisor and informants, namely the science subject teacher. In obtaining the data, the writer uses interview, observation, and observation techniques. The results showed that 1. the role of the principal as a supervisor: a. the principal's duty as a supervisor is to make teachers more serious and enthusiastic and responsible in teaching and learning activities, b. the function of the principal as a supervisor is to provide direction, guidance, service and supervision. 2. The supervision process at SDN 3 Wolowaru: has been carried out well by the principal as a supervisor, starting from the supervision program, implementing supervision, as well as the follow-up process from the results of supervision. 3. The views of the science subject teachers are very helpful in improving the quality of learning as well as influencing and improving the learning process
