    The online learning system (in the network) is a learning system without face to face directly between teachers and students but is carried out online using the internet network. Educators must ensure that teaching and learning activities continue to run according to the demands of the curriculum, even though students are at home. With a situation like this, teachers are required to make learning innovations related to the media that will be used to deliver online learning effectively. The diversity of teacher competency levels in carrying out online learning requires socialization activities for online classroom management in terms of using google classroom and making learning videos uploaded to youtube. Seeing these conditions, the service team from HKBP Nommensen University lecturers collaborated with school leaders at SMA Negeri 1 Sidikalang in terms of conducting socialization activities and online classroom management training through the learning media of google classroom and making learning videos uploaded on youtube. The results of the collaboration in the form of community service activities carried out can help teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Sidikalang as evidenced by the average teacher already having online classes and being able to manage online classes through Google Classroom and make good learning videos

    Abstract.  Referring to the result of Indonesia National Assessment Programme in 2017, the literacy (reading and writing skills) of elementary school students were still low, that is, only 46.83%. This condition needs to be improved, and one of the ways to enhance it is by implementing Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS)/School Literacy Movement. This community service aims to improve the students’ writing skill as en effort to implement the GLS. This community service was conducted in the form of training of story writing. The training was implemented at one of the Islamic Elementary School in Blitar, East Java. The participants of the training included the students of grade 4, 5, and 6, totalling 52 students. The training was conducted by applying flipped classroom. The material is given to the students in the form of video that they should learn online, and subsequently they were given face-to-face writing guidance in the classroom. The results showed that the students were able to create a story about their experiences during the pandemic. The analysis of students’ writing revealed that the students’ abilities in composing a text was good. These abilities include developing ideas and using proper words and sentence structure. However, most of the students still encountered difficulties in using mechanics of writing, such as capitalization and punctuation. This needs to be followed up by intensifying writing activity at school, and generating other trainings to enhance the students’ writing skill

    Mandau District is one of the most densely populated districts in Bengkalis Regency, here there is a Pematang Pudu Clean Waste Bank located in Pematang Pudu village with a population of 29,986 people consisting of 17 RW and 95 RT with an area of 25 Km2. This waste bank was established in 2015 which accommodates non-organic waste such as bottles, plastic, paper and cardboard of various types. In addition, there is also organic waste such as leaves, fruit peels from traders around Pematang Pudu Village, but this has not been optimally processed due to limited capabilities and human resources. Even though the potential is quite large to encourage an increase in the income of the waste bank apart from non-organic waste. Therefore, organic waste processing is carried out with 2 models, namely using a starter or composter EM4 and M21, from these two processes it turns out to produce compost at the same time, neither is faster, which both take 30 calendar days

    This study aims to determine: (1) student activities in cooperative learning type STAD with the assistance of unloading rectangular material in class VII SMPK Alvarez Paga;(2) student learning outcomes on rectangular material in class VII SMPK Alvarez Paga through the application of the STAD type cooperative learning model assisted by the loading and unloading media. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is conducted in two cycles. Each cycle has four stages of activity, namely: planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, tests, and documentation. The subjects in this study were students of class VII SMPK Alvarez Paga with 18 students consisting of 8 boys and 10 girls. Data analysis using observational data analysis techniques and data analysis techniques learning outcomes. The results of this study indicate the cooperative learning model type STAD with the assistance of unloading learning media can increase learning activities and learning outcomes of class VII students of SMPK Alvarez Paga

    PENGGUNAAN BATANG NAPIER PADA OPERASI PERKALIAN SISWA KELAS II SD GMIT ENDE 4

    The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of the multiplication count operation using the props of the Napier rods in grade II SD GMIT Ende 4. The type of research used is a classroom action research with research subjects were all students of grade II SD GMIT as many as 30 people with the research object is a Napier stick. This research was conducted in two cycles. The data collected in this study were student learning outcomes obtained through tests in the form of essay questions and documentation. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed an increase in student learning outcomes in performing multiplication operation using Napier rods in grade II SD GMIT Ende 4. This was seen from the learning outcomes of the cycle I to cycle II with an average value of 55.7 and 77.67. In addition, 19 students who scored below the KKM were 16 students who scored above the KKM

This study aims to determine the impact of career plateau on job satisfaction of minimarket outlet employees in the city of Palembang. This study uses the independent variable Career Plateau (X), and Job Satisfaction (Y). The data used in this study are primary data. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire method distributed to 150 employees of minimarket outlets in the city of Palembang with a purposive sampling method. While the analysis is done by processing data using SPSS 19.0 for windows. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable Career Plateau (X) has an influence on Job Satisfaction (Y) employees of minimarket outlets in Palembang

    The general theme of the 2020 Community Service Program is “Community Empowerment”. Meanwhile, the special theme is "Entrepreneurship". The implementation time starts from August 3 to September 3, 2020, in Onekore Village, Ende Tengah District, Ende Regency. On the program. With this special theme, the main activity carried out is supporting entrepreneurship in Onekore Village. The purpose of implementing this activity is that students are expected to gain learning experience through direct involvement in the community in finding, formulating, solving, and overcoming problems in the field. In this KKN activity, the problems found were the lack of utilization of existing garden products, namely bananas. So far, it is consumed by boiling or eating it without further processing. Olso besides, we also found woven products from weaving that were difficult to market. Students socialize and practice entrepreneurship as an effort to solve problems faced by weaving craftsmen. Efforts made to help the household economy include making flower pots and making wallets made from woven fabrics. Supporting activities during the Community Service Program are assisting with the administration of the Village, community service, building a gate for the Indonesian Independence Day, making sample gardens, socializing COVID-19 and, health service for the elderly

    PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL TERHADAP KEDISIPLINAN BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK DI SEKOLAH DASAR

    The problem raised in this study is how the level of Emotional Intelligence of SDI Onekore 06 students, how is the level of learning discipline of SDI Onekore 06 students and whether there is an effect of emotional intelligence on student learning discipline at SDI Onekore 06. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect Emotional intelligence on the learning disciplines of SDI Onekore 06 students. This study used correlational quantitative research, which was conducted at SDI Onekore 06, Ende Tengah District, Ende Regency. The sample of this research was students in grades V and VI, who were taken using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing uses Simple Linear Regression analysis with the Pearson Product Moment Correlation formula. The results of this study indicate that the level of emotional intelligence tends to be high with an average of 94.5 and the level of discipline tends to be high with an average of 93.50. There is a significant influence between emotional intelligence on learning discipline. This can be seen from the results of statistical analysis which shows the correlation coefficient (r) of 0.419 which states that the correlation index (r) X to Y is sufficient with an effect of 17.6% and Sig = 0.014 at the significance level alpha ( = 0.05
