Get PDFLengkong Kyai Village is a Historical Heritage Village in Tangerang Regency. The existence of this village is increasingly surrounded and isolated by the development of modern formal housing in BSD City, so that its physical condition is increasingly became slum and its identity as a historical heritage village is decreasing. The Tangerang Regency Government has directed this village as a Pilgrimage Tourism Village, but has not yet had a thorough plan. Therefore, the KKL and PKM activities of the Architecture Study Program tried to plan a design that was focused on the Cisadane River side of this village, because this side is where the village is easily recognizable from the main road of BSD City. This activity resulted in a pre-design of green tourism and a community center on the river border that was connected to historical heritage objects in the village so that it became a unified program of spiritual or religious tourism activities

Thus, as of January 1, 2011 the Primary Tax Office (KPP Pratama) is no longer serving BPHTB service management, so taxpayers who will report BPHTB payments in connection with the property transaction process which is carried out will be directly hansled by the local Regency/City Government. In implementing the imposition, payment, collection and reporting procedures for the payment of Taxes for Acquisition of Rights on Land and Buildings (BPHTB) has not yet been implemented in accordance with applicable regulations both in the procedure and use of the system in the implementation of tax collection on Land and Building Acquisition Fees (BPHTB) so that the achievement in tax revenue for the acquisition of land and building rights (BPHTB) has not been maximal. The location of this research is the Regional Revenue Agency of Ende Regency. The data in this study were collected through documentation techniques regarding Ende Regency Regulation Number 2 of 2011 concerning Regional Taxes, Regent Regulation Number 20 of 2011 concerning Systems and Procedures for Acquisition of Land and Building Rights Acquisition Fees. Based on the results of the above research, there are obstacles that occur in implementing BPHTP procedures, among others, there are taxpayers who report their taxation activities dishonestly. For example, there is counterfeiting of receipts that allows BPHTB to be paid to be smaller than it should be and the Taxpayer Awareness Level is that there are still many tacpayers who are not honets or do not know the new rules that have been in effect since BPTHB has been transferred to become regional taxes. Like paying taxes. Taxpayers pay taxed based on NJOP (Sales Value of Tax Objects) which should be based on the agreed transaction price or based on the Tax Object Acquisition Value (NPOP). So that the efforts that must be made by the Ende Regency Regional Revenue Agency are to improve the performance of employees at the Ende Regency Regional Revenue Service so that the implementation of tax revenue and tax data can be directed according to applicable regulations. 
ANALISIS STRATEGI PEMASARAN SPARE PART MOTOR PADA BENGKEL SENTRAL JAYA ENDE
Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategy of motor spare parts workshop at The Jaya Ende Central Workshop. By analyzing strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats possessed by the Workshop. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive, analytical techniques data used are SWOT Matrix, SWOT Analysis Diagram, Internal Factor Analysis Strategy, as well as External Factor Analysis Strategy. The population researched is Bengkel Sentral Jaya Ende with a total of 10 employees, and the number of respondents taken as many as 10 people. From the calculation of the IFAS table strength is higher than weakness, as well as from efas table calculations the odds are smaller than the threat so the point is in quadrant IV. The results showed that the marketing strategy of motor spare parts at Bengkel Sentral Jaya Ende is a strategic location that can help marketing at the workshop, as well as the quality of goods and the quality of service make customers comfortable to buy spare part products at Bengkel Sentral Jaya Ende

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the population and level of attack of mealybug pests on ginger plants during harvesting in Nuamuri Village, Kelimutu District, Ende Regency. This research was carried out from February 2020 to July 2020, in Detubewa village, Nuamaro village and Nuamuri village. Observations were made by directly counting pests and damaged and attacked rhizomes, using the path method. Data analysis used is data obtained from the location of observations in tabulation based on the results of direct observations in the field. What was observed was the population and attack rate of each affected ginger planting location. The results showed that during the observation, the highest population of mealybugs was found in Detubewa village with 2,645 heads and the lowest value was in Nuamaro village, namely 2,127 heads, the highest pest population after Detubewa village was village Nuamuri with 2,478 individuals. Meanwhile, the attack rate and presentation of very heavy attacks were in Detubewa village by 84%, and heavy attacks in Nuamuri village at 66% and Nuamaro village at 68%
PROFIL KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KREATIF FISIKA SISWA KELAS X SMA NEGERI 1 DEMON PAGONG FLORES TIMUR
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas X MIA SMA Negeri 1 Demon Pagong dalam pembelajaran Fisika. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survey (ex post facto) yang bersifat deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru fisika (1 orang) dan siswa kelas X MIA SMA Negeri 1 Demon Pagong yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Selanjutnya teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik non tes yaitu angket. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, indikator kelancaran kemampuan berpikir kreatif sebesar 45% pada kategori kurang kreatif, indikator keluwesan kemampuan berpikir kreatif sebesar 40,63% pada kategori tidak kreatif, indikator originalitas kemampuan berpikir kreatif adalah 46,25% untuk kategori kurang kreatif, dan penjabaran indikator kemampuan berpikir kreatif sebesar 50% untuk kategori kurang kreatif. Terlihat bahwa secara keseluruhan indikator rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas X MIA SMA Negeri 1 Demon Pagong adalah 45,47% dalam kategori kurang kreatif dan secara keseluruhan terdapat 23 siswa yang memiliki persentase 76,7% dalam kategori cukup kreatif

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan ungkapan paralel yang digunakan dalam upacara tegù watá yang merupakan upacara tradisional masyarakat Boru sebagai suatu ungkapan syukur atas hasil panen yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian linguistik kebudayaan yang berlandaskan pada pendekatan antropologi linguistik dan linguistik kebudayaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari data lisan dan tulisan berupa tuturan adat dalam upacara syukur atas hasil panen (Tegù Watá). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode membaca dan wawancara dengan teknik mencatat dan rekaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ekspresi paralel yang digunakan dalam upacara Tegù Watá memiliki dua bentuk, yaitu grammatikal paralelisme dan leksikal parallelisme. Adapun lima makna yang terkandung dalam expresi paralel yang digunakan, yakni makna persatuan, harapan untuk kesehatan, harapan untuk kesuksesan, religius, dan kebersamaan. Selain itu, masyarakat Boru juga memiliki pandangan tersendiri kepada Tuhan, leluhur dan kampung halamannya yang terkandung dalam expresi paralel pada upacara tersebut

Get PDFTujuan dari penelitian ini, yang pertama adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kategori tindak ilokusi dan kedua adalah untuk menjelaskan makna tentang tindak ilokusi dari ujarannya Abdur dalam Stand Up Comedy Indonesia season 4. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk menganalisis ujaran-ujaran Abdur sesuai dengan kategori-kategori dari tindak ilokusi dan menginterpretasikan ujaran-ujaran tersebut. Data diambil dari ujaran-ujaran Abdur dalam video Stand Up Comedy Indonesia season 4. Teori yang digunakan untuk menganalisis kategori-kategori dari tindak ilokusi yaitu menggunakan teori dari Searle (1979) dan untuk menemukan makna menggunakan teori dari Grice (2013). Hasil menunjukan bahwa ada tiga kategori dalam tindak ilokusi dari ujaran-ujaran Abdur yakni assertive, directive, and expressive category. Banyak ujaran Abdur termasuk dalam assertive category, yakni berbicara tentang seorang pembicara yang berusaha untuk memperoleh atau mendapatkan suatu keyakinan dalam melakukan suatu keyakinan tertentu, yang mana berbicara tentang fakta dari situasi yang ada di Propinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur yang di ekspresikan didalam komedi. Ujaran-ujaran Abdur mempunyai keunikan tersendiri karena ujaran-ujaran tersebut mempunyai makna mendalam yang tersirat didalam komedi

Thus the problems studied are (1) what are the forms and (2) what are the meanings of synonyms in the Sikka language of the Tana Ai dialect in Ojandetun Village, Wulanggitang District, East Flores Regency? The purpose of this study is to find and describe the form and meaning of synonyms for the Sikka dialect of Tana Ai in Ojandetun Village, Wulanggitang District, East Flores Regency.This research uses a qualitative approach. the method used is the listening and proficient method. The basic and advanced techniques of these two methods are the SLC, SBLC, fishing rod, face-to-face technique, note-taking, and documentation. The theory used is the Semantic theory.The results of the research prove that (1) the synonym forms of the Sikka Language Tana Ai dialect in Ojandetun Village, Wulanggitang District, East Flores Regency are generally in the form of monomorphemes in the verbal, nominal (no phoneme changes) category, and in the adjective category. (2) The meaning of synonym for the Sikka language of the Tana Ai dialect in Ojandetun Village, Wulanggitang District, East Flores Regency is the meaning of denotation and connotation

Get PDFThis classroom action research using Kurt Lewin's model aims to describe improving English learning outcomes through inquiry learning. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. The indicators for the success of the action are individual learning completeness of 65 and classical learning completeness of 90% with a class average of 80. Complete learning; pre-action by 46.87%, the first cycle of 53.12% with an average of 63.28, the second cycle of 90.62%. Thus the action meets the classical completeness indicator of 90% with a class average of 80. The results of the action are proven to be able to improve the learning outcomes of class XI students of SMAN 1 Tana Righu District, Southwest Sumba Regency
