Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of accounting information systems, level of job satisfaction, organizational culture, and work discipline on employee performance at KSP Kopdit Obor Mas Branch Ende. The data collection method used a questionnaire distributed to employees. The questionnaires that were divided were 33 and were filled out completely and can be processed. The data is processed using the SPSS program. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate (1) The accounting information system has a significant effect on employee performance, the regression coefficient value is 0.369 with a value of tcount > ttable (3.401 > 1.70113) a significant level of 0.002 <0.05. (2) The level of job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, the regression coefficient value is 0.243 with a value of tcount > ttable (2.686 > 1.70113) a significant level of 0.008 <0.05. (3) Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, the regression coefficient value is 0.436 with a value of tcount > ttable (5.784 > 1.70113) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. (4) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, the regression coefficient value of the Work Discipline variable is 0.185 with a value of tcount > ttable (2,969 > 1.70113) and a significant level of 0.012 < 0.05

Get PDFThis study aims to determine first, how the variable Love of money affects the Ethical Perceptions of Accounting Students at the University of Flores. Second, to determine the influence of Machiavellian on the Ethical Perceptions of Accounting Students at the University of Flores. This research was conducted at the University of Flores Educational Institute, with a total population of 532 accounting students. Samples taken were 56 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is to distribute questionnaires to students who have programmed business and professional ethics courses. In this research, several tests were used including instrument test, classical assumption test and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that (1) Love of money has a negative and significant effect on students' ethical perceptions. (2) Machiavellian also has a negative and significant effect on ethical perceptions of accounting students. (3) Love of money and Machiavellian together have a negative and significant effect. significant towards ethical perceptions
Pengaruh Komitmen Profesional Terhadap Whistleblowing Intention: Locus Of Control Sebagai Variabel Moderating : Studi Persepsi Mahasiswa Akuntansi Universitas Flores
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the level of influence of professional commitment on whistleblowing intention, with locus of control as the moderating variable. The population in this study were all students in the accounting study program. Based on the purposive sampling method, this study used a sample of 72 respondents and the sample was semester VIII, X and XII students with the criteria of having passed the ethics and business profession courses, auditing 1 and 2. The dependent variable (Y) of this study is Whistleblowing intention. The independent variable (X1) is professional commitment and the moderating variable (X2) is locus of control. The method used is quantitative research methods. This study uses primary data, namely a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis and moderating regression analysis which was managed through IBM SPSS Statistic ver 14 software. The results showed that professional commitment has an effect on Whistleblowing Intention with a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05. However, locus of control did not moderate the relationship between professional commitment and Whistleblowing Intention with a significance value of 0.163 greater than 0.05

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the factors that affect financial reporting via the internet, which consists of company size, liquidity, leverage, and listing age. The type of data used is secondary data. There are 30 companies included in the sample criteria. This study uses a causal design which is useful for analyzing the relationship between one variable and another. The research technique used was sampling based on criteria. The data analysis method used is a quantitative approach consisting of classic assumption tests, fit tests, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that company size, liquidity, leverage, and listing age had a simultaneous effect on financial reporting via the internet. Partially, only the liquidity structure variable has a significant effect on financial reporting via the internet (IFR)

Get PDFThis study aims to describe the mathematical elements contained in the traditional puzzle game of the Rihut Village community. This study uses an ethnographic research type with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study consisted of 2 informants, namely Community Leaders and Mathematics Teachers. In collecting data, interview and documentation techniques were used. Data were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results of the study show that there are mathematical concepts, especially seen in the tools of the stone puzzle game, the rules of the stone puzzle game, and the stone puzzle player. The mathematical concepts found in the stone puzzle game are the concepts of circles, permutations and mathematical logic. (1). The shape of the stone used to play stone puzzles is a round shape resembling a circle. (2). Puzzle players, judging from the sequence of the puzzle games, players start by drawing lots by doing hompimpa. This is where there is the concept of permutations in the puzzle game to calculate the pattern of the puzzle game sequence. (3). Rules of the puzzle game, the concept contained in the rules of the puzzle game is the concept of mathematical logic seen in the right and wrong of a game. Based on the results of the study, the researchers concluded that there are mathematical concepts in the puzzle game, namely circles, permutations, and other mathematical concepts contained in the puzzle tiles such as addition, and subtraction

Get PDFThe problems that exist in the community of Nduaria village, Kelimutu sub-district are the lack of awareness from the community about environmental hygiene, it looks like garbage is just scattered about and the world of education is the lack of additional tutoring from parents and the lack of interest and enthusiasm for children's literacy at school. From these problems, there are several work programs set by students in the Group 19 Real Work Lecture program in the village of Nduaria, namely: 1) Caring for the environment and making trash bins, 2) Working on gates to welcome the 17 August celebrations, 3) Visits schools to conduct additional tutoring and the creation of a reading garden. 4) Digital literacy to introduce village potential through digital space. The achievements of the activities obtained in this Real Work Lecture are the creation of public awareness about the importance of disposing of waste in its place so that the environment looks clean, increasing the enthusiasm of students in Nduaria village in learning and reading, and increasing promotion by the community in introducing village potential through social media

In fact, from the results of an initial survey that conducted on 6th semester PAUD students using google form, it was found that both studets and teachers are struggling to be able to design a proper science learning. Based on these findings, the PKM team conducts training and mentoring for PAUD teachers candidate to help them facing obstacles in developing learning activities that are able to improve science process skills that suitable for early childhood development. This activity will provide insight and knowledge to students to be able to sort out and design science learning activities for early childhood. The population in this study were branch managers, deputy leaders, heads of cash, head of units, deputy chief of cash, deputy head of units and section leaders at the Ende Branch NTT Bank involved in the process of budget participation totaling 30 people. The sample in this study used the census method because the entire population was sampled. For the independent variable (X) in this study are budgeting participation (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2), Work motivation (X3). For the dependent variable (Y) in this study is Managerial Performance. The method used is quantitative research methods. This study uses primary data, namely questionnaires and secondary data, namely articles and journals. In this study using descriptive statistics, data quality test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothetical test and analyzed using SPSS 24 application. The results showed that the effect of budgeting participation had a significant effect on managerial performance, organizational commitment had a significant effect on managerial performance, motivation had a significant effect on managerial performance

The data were taken by using observation, test and interview techniques. Data were analyzed using simple descriptive statistical techniques to compare the percentage of completeness in each cycle. PENGARUH PEMBERIAN REWARD DAN PUNISHMENT TERHADAP SEMANGAT KERJA PADA KARYAWAN BUMN DI KOTA ENDE
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of giving rewards and punishments on morale for BUMN employees in the city of Ende. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Because the population cannot be ascertained, 98 respondents were determined as samples. From the results of statistical testing t for the variable of reward and punishment has a value of tcount > t table with a significance value of <0.05. This shows that the variable of reward and punishment has a significant effect on work morale. For the adjusted R square value of 0.444, this shows that the percentage of the effect of giving rewards and punishments on work morale is 44.4%. While the rest is influenced by other factors that are not explained in this study
