PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN GUIDED INQUIRY BERBANTUAN DIAGRAM BERPIKIR MULTIDIMENSI DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPA TERHADAP LITERASI SAINS SISWA DI SMP
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengkaji adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dan peningkatan kemampuan literasi sains siswa dalam penggunaan model pembelajaran guided inquiry berbantuan diagram berpikir multidimensi pada pembelajaran IPA di SMP dengan topik materi gelombang. Kegiatan penelitian tergolong penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan jenis kuasi eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalent control group design. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan awal literasi sains siswa dan tes untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan literasi sains siswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik berupa uji normalitas dan uji N-Gain. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari kelas VIII C sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII D sebagai kelas kontrol yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Perolehan data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Statistics 25. Analisis data diperoleh bahwa kedua data berdistribusi normal, sehingga dapat dilanjutkan uji Independent Sample T-test dengan perolehan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,050 yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari selisih nilai pre-test dan post-test kemampuan literasi sains siswa. Kemudian uji T pihak kanan didapatkan hasil T-hitung (3,734) > T-tabel (1,669) yang berarti nilai kemampuan literasi sains siswa di kelas eksperimen lebih baik dari pada di kelas kontrol. Data nilai pre-test dan post-test juga dianalisis menggunakan N-Gain Score dan didapatkan nilai rata-rata kemampuan literasi sains siswa tergolong kategori sedang.
Menumbuhkan Karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Katolik Melalui Pendekatan Cooperative Learning Bagi Siswa Fase E (X-1) SMA Negeri 1 Ende
Cooperative learning is learning where students work in small groups to help each other in learning teaching materials, according to Warsono and Hariyanto (2013: 175). This research was conducted in two phases of learning implementation. This study aims to increase the learning creativity of Pancasila student profiles and student achievement in class X-1 (phase E) SMA Negeri 1 Ende, the academic year 2022-2023, in the subjects of Catholic Religious Education and Character Education with the sub topic: “Equality Male and female". This study refers to the model Arikunto et al (2007:57), which consists of four components: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research was conducted in class X-1 (phase E) of SMA Negeri 1 Ende, for 2 X 45 minutes of lesson hours. The data were collected through observation and tests. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis, and comparative analysis. From the results of the Mid-Semester Assessment (ATS) analysis of students, it shows the following: (1) Cooperative Learning can increase the learning creativity of Pancasila student profiles. This can be seen from the average value of the results of observations on student learning activities reaching: 62.70% (low) in the first phase (I), and an increase of: 96.05% (Very High) in the second phase (II). The results of the Middle Semester Assessment (ATS) of phase E (X-1) students after the implementation of learning activities using the cooperative learning method have increased, the average percentage of assessment scores: 59.00 in the first phase (I) and: 95.00% in the second phase (II)
PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN GQGA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA SMP
The objectives of this study are 1) to determine student activities while applying the GQGA learning model to comparative materials; and 2) to find out the improvement of students' mathematics learning outcomes on comparative materials. The type of research used was Classroom Action Research (CAR). CAR is carried out in two cycles where each cycle is made in three meetings. Data collection techniques are learning outcomes tests and observations of learning implementation. The data analysis technique used qualitative data analysis techniques and quantitative data. The results showed that the application of the GQGA learning model could improve students' mathematics learning outcomes and student activities. This can be seen from the results of the analysis of student activity observations in the first cycle, which is 51.5%, and in the second cycle it reaches 91.5% and the results of the students' mathematics learning test in the first cycle is 58% and in the second cycle it reaches 92%, exceeding the KKM. Therefore, the researcher concludes that the application of the GQGA learning model can improve students' mathematics learning outcomes in comparative material
PENGARUH STRES KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI MELALUI PERAN PERSEPSI DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI PADA PEGAWAI DALAM KONDISI PANDEMI (Studi Pada Puskesmas Se-Kabupaten Tegal)
The purpose of this study were to analyze influence of job stress on organizational commitment, to analyze influence of job stress on perceived organizational support, to analyze influence of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment, and to analyze influence of job stress on organizational commitment through perceived organizational support. Population was all Public Health Center employees in Tegal Regency as many as 1,165 employees. Sampling technique used purposive sampling with criteria that employees who are members of the implementing team of task force for the acceleration of handling COVID-19 and vaccination and employees who are willing to fill out this research questionnaire. Rresults show that work stress has no influence on organizational commitment, work stress has a negative and significant influence on perceptions of organizational support, perceptions of organizational support have a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment, work stress has a negative and significant influence on organizational commitment through perceptions of organizational support.
 
KUALITAS PELAYANAN KARTU TANDA PENDUDUK ELEKTRONIK (e-KTP) PADA DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL KABUPATEN ENDE
Excellent service provided by service officers in the field of population registration, especially e-KTP loading, greatly affects the quality of service perceived by the community. Making e-KTP which take 2-4 weeks, lack of friendliness of employees is providing services, service provided are too bureaucratic, the numbers of officers who handle the e-KTP recording process is not comparable to the people who take care of making e-KTP are problems faced in managing the e-KTP. This study aims to determine the value of the community satisfaction index in getting public services at the office of population and civil registration in ende regency, especialy the process of making e-KTP. The population in this study amounted to 9.811 people with a total sampel of 99 people. Date collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The dat a of analysis technique uses an analysis of the community satisfaction index which is calculated using the weighted average value of each service element. The result of the study show that the community satisfaction index in obtaining e-KTP making services at the ende regency popilation and civil registration office uses 12 elements or assessment indicators coverted to 37,50 and is in the category of poor service quality, while the average value of the community satisfaction indeks studied based on the characteristics of the respondents is 1,39 and is the category of poor service qualit
STRATEGI PEMASARAN PADA USAHA KOPI KITA DALAM MEMPERTAHANKAN PENJUALAN DI TENGAH PANDEMI COVID-19
This researcher aims to analyze the sales strategy applied to our coffee company, in the midst of a weakening Indonesian economy due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The method in this research was carried out without a qualitative approach to analyze the marketing strategy applied by the company, KOPI KITA with primary data sources obtained from data collection techniques through interviews, observations, researchers, and a number of related facts. The results are often applied by the company, our coffee during the covid-19 pandemic, the seller experienced the impact of the teacher at the beginning of the outbreak, the covid-19 pandemic due to the lack of people outside the house, but with the benefit of technology and business strategy for people to get better sellers. By reviewing the literature that has been carried out, in order to improve marketing strategies, our KOPI company can apply the SWOT analysis method in increasing sales amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

Pengaruh Kemampuan Komunikasi Lisan Terhadap Interaksi Sosial Siswa Sekolah Dasar
The formulation of the research problem is whether there is an effect of oral communication skills on the social interaction of elementary school students?. The type of research used is correlational quantitative research. The population in this study were 257 Ende 8 SDK students and the research sample was fourth grade students consisting of 2 classes, namely IVA and VB, totaling 40 people. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data collection technique used a questionnaire to measure oral communication and social interaction skills. Methods of Data Analysis is done by calculating descriptive statistics, classical assumption test and simple linear regression analysis test. The results showed that oral communication skills had a significant effect on the social interaction of elementary school students with a significance value (sig.) of 0.012. The calculated t value of 2.638 is greater than the t table of 2.024 and the coefficient of determination is 15.5% and the remaining 84.5% is influenced by other variables. In conclusion, the higher the student's verbal communication, the higher the social interaction. On the other hand, the lower the student's verbal communication, the lower the social interaction

English is one of the languages that have to be mastered from an early stage. Language skills that have to be mastered consist of listening, speaking, reading and writing. Vocabulary has an important role in supporting the development of language skills. Vocabulary introduced to elementary students were basic vocabularies that were easy to memorize, remember and implement in communicating. Vocabularies were presented well-equipped with pictures and students felt it easy to remember. The approach was a deductive approach equipped with game and reward. ANALISIS KIMIA TANAH DAN REKOMENDASI PENINGKATAN KESUBURAN TANAH DI KEBUN PRAKTEK FAKULTAS PERTANIAN UNIVERSITAS NUSA NIPA
Research on Analysis of Soil Chemical Content in the Practical Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Nusa Nipa, East Alok District, Sikka Regency has been carried out from October to December 2021. This study aims to determine the chemical content of the soil in the Practical Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Nusa Nipa, East Alok District, Sikka Regency. . The research method used is observation, laboratory testing, and literature study. Analysis of soil chemical content using a dry soil test device with a diagonal composite soil sampling method. The results showed that the soil in the practice garden had low organic C content (1.00-2.00%), neutral pH (6.5-7.5), high phosphorus content (26-35), and also Potassium content is in the moderate to low range
Hubungan Antara Motivasi Dan Prestasi Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas V Di SDI Onekore 5 Kabupaten Ende
The formulation of the problem in this study is What is the relationship between motivation and learning achievements of class V learners at SDI Onekore 5 Ende Regency? The goal to be achieved is to find out the level of relationship between motivation and learning achievements of students of class V SDI Onekore 5. Respondents in this study were class V SDI Onekore 5 learners who numbered 31 people. The research method used is quantitative type exposfacto. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and are supported by documentation and observation. The hypothesis test uses the product moment correlation formula and continues with a simple regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between motivation and learning achievement as evidenced by the correlation coefficient value of 0.481 and the probability of 0.001<0.005, and the coefficient of motivational determination to learning achievement of 0.232 or 23.2%. Thus it can be concluded that motivation has a strong enough relationship with the learning achievements of class V learners at SDI Onekore 5. So it needs to be recommended that the school in this case through teachers to further strive to increase the motivation of students through learning in school, while for students to continue to increase their motivation in terms of learning in order to obtain better achievements
