Pemberdayaan Petani melalui Pengolahan Jerami Padi menjadi Sentra Pupuk Organik di Kampung Kuper Distrik Semangga Merauke
Get PDFKampung Kuper is a village in the Semangga District, Merauke Regency with a population of 1,298 people. This village is dominated by transmigration communities whose livelihoods are farmers. Kampung Kuper is a rice production center in Merauke Regency. The rice plants in this village are quite extensive so they have a lot of rice waste in the form of straw and husks that are not used and are left as waste and burned for further planting. Kampung Kuper also has chickens and cows whose dung can be used for organic fertilizer. Rice plant waste (straw, husk) and livestock manure (chicken, cow) are very important to be developed as organic fertilizers because they are rich in nutrients that plants need for growth and development. Based on the potential utilization of rice plant waste and livestock manure, this service activity is carried out to provide participation to farmer groups, especially motivating farmers in managing rice and livestock waste as organic fertilizer and making Kuper village a center for organic fertilizer production in Merauke Regency. The implementation of activities includes counseling and technical guidance as a medium for transferring knowledge and technology to partners, which will be carried out en masse, through groups and individuals. The solutions offered in the implementation of the Partner Village Development program are through non-physical and physical activities expected; 1) Provide counseling and technical guidance on the benefits of managing agricultural and livestock waste as organic fertilizer so that people care about environmental health and the food products they consume and 2) Assisting in the processing of rice straw and livestock manure as organic fertilizer. The community, especially farmer groups in Kuper Village, are very enthusiastic in participating in counseling activities as well as carrying out manufacturing practice
MENELUSURI JEJAK-JEJAK SEJARAH PEMUDA HARAPAN BANGSA
Get PDFMasalah dalam tulisan ini adalah bagaimana peran pemuda dalam perjalanan hidup bangsa Indonesia. Adapun tujuan penulisan untuk mengetahui peran pemuda dalam perjalanan hidup bangsa Indonesia. Methode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian sejarah (Historical Methods). Metode sejarah merupakan proses menguji dan menganalisa secara kritis rekaman dan peninggalan masa lampau atau rekonstruksi yang imajinatif berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dengan menempuh proses yang disebut historiografi. Dalam rangka memaparkan jejak sejarah pemuda harapan bangsa Indonesia penulis melakukan empat langkah penelitian, yaitu heuristik, verifikasi, interpretasi, dan historiografi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Kenapa pemuda berperan? Pertama Data BPS (2021), jumlah pemuda di Indonesia mencapai 64,92 juta jiwa. Data penduduk di atas sesungguhnya pemuda adalah kekuatan potensial dalam menggerakkan perubahan sosial. Kedua, pemuda punya peran historis dalam melahirkan bangsa ini. Kalau kita tengok dalam sejarah perjuangan bangsa, pemuda-pemuda yang melahirkan Boedi Oetomo itu rata-rata di bawah 30 tahun. Ketiga, pemuda adalah kelompok sosial terdidik. Menurut data BPS tahun 2011-2021 data pemuda 39,80% penduduk berada direntang 19-24. Sebanyak 39,33% pemuda berumur 25-30 tahun.Sementara pemuda berusia 16-18 tahun sebanyak 20,87%. Keempat, pemuda itu sejatinya progressif-revolusioner. 
MAKNA SYAIR LAGU PADA TARIAN GAWI DALAM UPACARA SYUKURAN PANEN DI DESA NDUARIA KECAMATAN KELIMUTU KABUPATEN ENDE
Get PDFRumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apa makna syair lagu pada tarian Gawi dalam upacara syukuran panen di desa Nduaria Kecamatan Kelimutu Kabupaten Ende. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui makna syair lagu pada tarian Gawi dalam upacara syukuran panen di desa Nduaria Kecamatan Kelimutu Kabupaten Ende. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori estetika yang dikemukakan oleh Sutrisino menjelaskan bahwa melalui tubuh dengan geraknya, termasuk mulut yang berucap atau gerak tangan dan kaki, manusia mengungkapkan siapa dia “sejatinya” siapa dirinya. Melalui tubuh yang berekspresi entah lewat mulut atau tangan yang berkarya, manusia mau menampilkan kehendaknya, pikirannya dan rasa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tarian Gawi sangat berarti bagi masyarakat desa Nduaria karena mengandung pesan-pesan moral yang membawa dampak perubahan tingkah masyarakat desa Nduaria itu sendiri. Syair lagu pada tarian Gawi bermakna religius, makna persatuan, makna sosiologis, makna kebersamaan, makna pengharapan akan keberhasilan. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa tarian Gawi merupakan suatu rangkaian dari upacara syukuran panen yang dilaksanakan setiap tahun dalam bulan Oktober. Dalam syair lagu pada tarian Gawi ini menggambarkan tentang kisah nenek moyang yang sedang memanen padi di ladang dengan cara tradisional.
 
FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI TINGKAT KEPATUHAN PEMILIK KOS DALAM MEMBAYAR PAJAK RUMAH KOS: Studi Kasus Pada Pemilik Usaha Kos-Kosan di Kota Kupang
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, taxpayer knowledge, tax sanctions and tax service services on tax compliance. This research was conducted in the city of Kupang, descriptive statistical research method through a quantitative approach. The population in this study are taxpayers who carry out business activities for boarding houses in Kupang City. Sampling is in accordance with the provisions of the sample from a certain population that is the easiest to reach or obtain, for example the one closest to the place where the researcher is domiciled.
The results of this study prove that a) Taxpayer awareness has no effect on tax compliance of boarding house owners in the city of Kupang. It is proven by a significance value of 0.841 > from a value of 0.05, b) Taxpayer knowledge has an effect on tax compliance of boarding house owners in the city of Kupang. It is proven by a significance value of 0.000 < from the value of sig 0.05, c) Tax sanctions have no effect on tax compliance of boarding house owners in the city of Kupang. It is proven by a significance value of 0.430 > from the value of sig 0.05 and d) Fiscal Services does not affect the tax compliance of boarding house owners in the city of Kupang. It is proven by a significance value of 0.430 > from the value of sig 0.05.
CASE STUDY: PSYCHOPRENEUR'S INTENTIONS IN PSYCHOLOGY STUDENTS IN YOGYAKARTA AND JAKARTA
Get PDFThe character of an entrepreneur is reflected as an individual who is able to take risks and opportunities actively, creatively, innovatively, empowered, creative, initiative, leadership abilities, and initiative in new ways of acting. Entrepreneurship in the field of educational psychology is called psychoprenuer. The low level of student intention to entrepreneurship, especially in the field of psychology development, so the purpose of this study was to determine the level and factors of psychoprenuer intentions in psychology students in Yogyakarta and Jakarta. The research method was qualitative with a two-stage case study approach, namely analyzing the psychoprenuer intention scale and the factors that influence psychoprenuer intentions in psychology students in Yogyakarta and Jakarta. Development of the psychoprenuer interview intention instrument as a form of instrument data multiplication. Then testing the psychoprenuer intention level with the previously developed psychoprenuer intention scale. The data collection method in this study used a purposive sampling method with the sample criteria of students in the psychology department. Higher education can be a factor that influences the increase in the intention of psychology students to become psychopreneurs. To encourage students' intentions to become psychopreneurs, it is necessary to formulate a curriculum with related fields, this needs to be reviewed so that psychology graduates are able to adapt to the digital era and become a solution during the COVID-19 pandemic. Several factors that influence entrepreneurial intentions such as environment, family, education, personal values, age and gender. Environment, family and education are external factors while personal values, age and gender are internal factors that influence individual intentions to become entrepreneurs
MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MEREPRESENTASIKAN MASALAH MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA REALISTIK UNTUK MATERI SISTEM PERSAMAAN LINEAR TIGA VARIABEL
Get PDFThis study aims (1) to find out student activities by applying realistic mathematics learning, SPLTV material in class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Ende for the 2021/2022 academic year, (2) to find out students' mathematical representation abilities by applying realistic mathematics learning, SPLTV material on class X SMA Negeri 1 Ende for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with data collection techniques namely observation, testing and documentation. This research occurred in two cycles with the same implementation stages. Based on the research data it can be concluded that learning planning using realistic mathematics learning received a positive response from students. This can be seen from the percentage of student activity of 69% in the pretty good category. Cycle II showed a very good change in activity, where the percentage of student activity was recorded at 94% in the very good category. The realistic mathematics learning used in this study also had a positive impact on students' mathematical representation abilities. Verbal representation ability 69.83% in cycle I increased to 79.3% in cycle II. The symbol representation ability of 68.22% in the first cycle increased to 85.33% in the second cycle. Therefore the researchers concluded that realistic mathematics learning can improve student learning activities and mathematical representation abilities of class X Sma Negeri 1 Ende
PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM SOLVING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MATERI SPLDV
Get PDFThis study aimed to determine the increase in student activity and learning outcomes in learning mathematics on the material of a two-variable system of linear equations. The background things are the low learning outcomes of students' mathematics. This is due to the use of an inappropriate teaching method approach. To overcome this, improvements can be made by applying a problem-solving learning model. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The subjects of this study were students of class X SMA Negeri 2 Jerebuu, totalling 14 people, consisting of 5 female students and 9 male students. Factors studied in the form of increased activity and student learning outcomes. Data collection methods used in this study were observation and test techniques. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis with percentage technique. The results showed that the application of the problem-solving learning model could improve student activity and learning outcomes. Student learning activities in the first cycle obtained a total score of 29 with a percentage of 58% and were categorized quite well. Then it increased in the second cycle with the total score obtained being 43 and the percentage is 86% and categorized as very good. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle obtained an average of 70 with 50% of students achieving the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). Then it increased in the second cycle with an average of 85.71 with 100% of students achieving KKM

Therefore, this article aims to report on PKM activities in providing motivation and training in talkshow concepts to 35 students of grade 11 MBS Muhammadiyah boarding school Kedung Kandang Malang City so that students are motivated and motivated in honing their English mastery, having good insight. international in nature and useful as a tool to answer the challenges of the development of science in the era of globalization. The activity method used is the presentation method. Meanwhile, to collect data, the author uses a review of service activities. After conducting this “international Talkshow” activity, 11th grade students have the provision of international communication. Kampus Mengajar Students Batch 3 performs 3 main tasks at the assignment, namely teaching, assisting with technology adaptation, and assisting school administration. SD Negeri 091355 Urung Panei is one of the target schools for the Kampus Mengajar. This school has a C accreditation and is in dire need of assistance, especially in improving students' literacy and numeracy skills. SD Negeri 091355 Urung Panei also needs additional teaching staff due to the shortage of teachers. Schools also need help to re-invigorate students' learning enthusiasm after 1.5 years of the COVID-19 pandemic

Sumbersuko Village, located in Pasuruan Regency, Purwosari District, is a village in which the majority of the population works as paddy rice farmers. From this background, the study aims to determine the income level of paddy rice farmers in Sumbersuko Village and to see what factors that influence paddy rice production in Sumbersuko Village. The data used in this study include primary data sources and secondary data sources. The analysis method used is farm income and linear regression.
