FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI TINGKAT KEPATUHAN PEMILIK KOS DALAM MEMBAYAR PAJAK RUMAH KOS: Studi Kasus Pada Pemilik Usaha Kos-Kosan di Kota Kupang
This study aims to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, taxpayer knowledge, tax sanctions and tax service services on tax compliance. This research was conducted in the city of Kupang, descriptive statistical research method through a quantitative approach. The population in this study are taxpayers who carry out business activities for boarding houses in Kupang City. Sampling is in accordance with the provisions of the sample from a certain population that is the easiest to reach or obtain, for example the one closest to the place where the researcher is domiciled.
The results of this study prove that a) Taxpayer awareness has no effect on tax compliance of boarding house owners in the city of Kupang. It is proven by a significance value of 0.841 > from a value of 0.05, b) Taxpayer knowledge has an effect on tax compliance of boarding house owners in the city of Kupang. It is proven by a significance value of 0.000 < from the value of sig 0.05, c) Tax sanctions have no effect on tax compliance of boarding house owners in the city of Kupang. It is proven by a significance value of 0.430 > from the value of sig 0.05 and d) Fiscal Services does not affect the tax compliance of boarding house owners in the city of Kupang. It is proven by a significance value of 0.430 > from the value of sig 0.05.
RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM PEMANTAUAN DAN KONTROL PH AIR UNTUK BUDI DAYA IKAN LELE (CLARIAS GARIEPINUS)
Kebutuhan akan ikan lele meningkat seiring dengan peningkatan pertumbuhan penduduk dan permintaan akan ikan lele ukuran konsumsi. Namun hingga saat ini hasil panen ikan lele para pembudi daya masih kurang maksimal akibat kurangnya pemantauan dan kontrol komponen dasar dalam budi daya ikan lele salah satunya adalah kontrol pH air kolam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat suatu sistem kontrol pH air pada budi daya ikan lele berbasis Arduino Due, di mana sistem dirancang untuk mengukur dan mengontrol pH air kolam dan hasilnya ditampilkan pada LCD sehingga ketika nilai pH air kolam ikan lele lebih besar atau lebih kecil dari batasan maka sistem pengurasan kolam otomatis akan bekerja. Sensor yang digunakan dalam penelitianadalah sensor pH SEN0161-V2 dengan Arduino Due sebagai mikrokontrolernya. Sistem yang dibuat berhasil menampilkan data pengukuran serta berhasil melakukan kontrol pH air kolam ikan lele, di mana selama 14 hari pengukuran dan pengontrolan pH telah dilakukan pergantian air otomatis sebanyak dua kali ketika nilai pH air kurang dari 6 dan lebih dari 8 dengan tingkat akurasi alat ukur pH yang tinggi dan nilai error rendah. Persentase akurasi dari alat ukur dan kontrol pH yang dibuat adalah sebesar 99,17% dan nilai error dari alat ukur dan kontrol pH yang dibuat sebesar 0,83%. Setelah 14 hari pemeliharaan, ikan lele yang dipelihara dalam kolam dengan sistem kontrol pH yang dibuat memiliki ukuran panjang 2-3 cm lebih panjang dibandingkan dengan ikan yang dipelihara dalam kolam tanpa kontrol.

ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH MATEMATIS DITINJAU DARI SELF-CONFIDENCE SISWA SMK KATOLIK St. YOSEPH SOA
This study aims to determine how the mathematical problem-solving abilities of MA/SMA/SMK students in terms of self-confidence of students who focus on trigonometry material. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive method. The subjects in this study were students of class X SMK Catholic St. Joseph Soa. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study were tests, questionnaires and interviews. The research instrument used was a test of mathematical problem-solving ability in the form of descriptions, self-confidence questionnaires and interview sheets. The data analysis technique uses questionnaire analysis, questions, interviews and data analysis (data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions). The results showed that the self-confidence of the tenth graders of SMK Catholic St. Yoseph Soa is divided into three, namely high, medium and low. The mathematical problem-solving ability of students with a high level of self-confidence is able to meet the four problem-solving indicators according to Polya. The mathematical problem-solving ability of students with moderate self-confidence is only able to meet indicators 1, 2 and 3. The problem-solving ability of students with low self-confidence is not able to meet the four problem-solving indicators according to Polya
Upaya Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Katolik di Masa Pandemi Covid-19, Melalui Pendekatan Blended Learning Kelas XI.MIPA-2 SMA Negeri 1 Ende
Blended Learning is a mixed learning or mix between conventional methods and online methods. This blended learning method provides space for students to be creative and innovative in learning activities. Blended learning becomes very strategic in teaching that utilizes internet technology (E-Learning) combined with face-to-face in class (class meetings). This research was conducted in two phases. This aims to improve the creativity and learning achievement of students in class XI.MIPA-2 SMA Negeri 1 Ende for the academic year 2021-2022, in the subjects of Catholic Religious Education and Character Education. This study refers to the Kemmis model which consists of four components: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The study was conducted in class XI MIPA-2 SMA Negeri 1 Ende, for 1 X 30 minutes limited face-to-face hours. The data collected through observation and tests. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results show the following: (1) Blended Learning can increase students' learning creativity. It can be seen from the average value of the results of observations on student learning activities reaching 64.71% (low) in the first phase (I), and an increase of 94.12% (Very High) in the second phase (II). Student learning outcomes after the implementation of learning activities using the blended learning method have increased, the average percentage score of the assessment: 78.71 in the first phase (I) and 97.06% in the second phase (II)
MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MEREPRESENTASIKAN MASALAH MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA REALISTIK UNTUK MATERI SISTEM PERSAMAAN LINEAR TIGA VARIABEL
This study aims (1) to find out student activities by applying realistic mathematics learning, SPLTV material in class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Ende for the 2021/2022 academic year, (2) to find out students' mathematical representation abilities by applying realistic mathematics learning, SPLTV material on class X SMA Negeri 1 Ende for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with data collection techniques namely observation, testing and documentation. This research occurred in two cycles with the same implementation stages. Based on the research data it can be concluded that learning planning using realistic mathematics learning received a positive response from students. This can be seen from the percentage of student activity of 69% in the pretty good category. Cycle II showed a very good change in activity, where the percentage of student activity was recorded at 94% in the very good category. The realistic mathematics learning used in this study also had a positive impact on students' mathematical representation abilities. Verbal representation ability 69.83% in cycle I increased to 79.3% in cycle II. The symbol representation ability of 68.22% in the first cycle increased to 85.33% in the second cycle. Therefore the researchers concluded that realistic mathematics learning can improve student learning activities and mathematical representation abilities of class X Sma Negeri 1 Ende
PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM SOLVING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MATERI SPLDV
This study aimed to determine the increase in student activity and learning outcomes in learning mathematics on the material of a two-variable system of linear equations. The background things are the low learning outcomes of students' mathematics. This is due to the use of an inappropriate teaching method approach. To overcome this, improvements can be made by applying a problem-solving learning model. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The subjects of this study were students of class X SMA Negeri 2 Jerebuu, totalling 14 people, consisting of 5 female students and 9 male students. Factors studied in the form of increased activity and student learning outcomes. Data collection methods used in this study were observation and test techniques. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis with percentage technique. The results showed that the application of the problem-solving learning model could improve student activity and learning outcomes. Student learning activities in the first cycle obtained a total score of 29 with a percentage of 58% and were categorized quite well. Then it increased in the second cycle with the total score obtained being 43 and the percentage is 86% and categorized as very good. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle obtained an average of 70 with 50% of students achieving the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). Then it increased in the second cycle with an average of 85.71 with 100% of students achieving KKM
Internasional Talkshow bersama mahasiswa Nigeria dan Sudan pada siswa MBS Muhammadiyah Kedung Kandang Kota Malang
The medium of international communication is English. The language used in general to communicate between countries, therefore English can be said to be universal, where its use is not only as a communication bridge in everyday life but also for international communication. At the education level, English is taught to 11th grade high school students to provide them with international communication skills. However, the problem that arises is that grade 11 students feel they are still lacking in mastering English to communicate. Therefore, this article aims to report on PKM activities in providing motivation and training in talkshow concepts to 35 students of grade 11 MBS Muhammadiyah boarding school Kedung Kandang Malang City so that students are motivated and motivated in honing their English mastery, having good insight. international in nature and useful as a tool to answer the challenges of the development of science in the era of globalization. The activity method used is the presentation method. Meanwhile, to collect data, the author uses a review of service activities. After conducting this “international Talkshow” activity, 11th grade students have the provision of international communication. As a follow-up, it is necessary to do more to develop and train English continuously for 11th grade students of SBM Malang
Membangun Terobosan Baru di SD Negeri 091355 Urung Panei melalui Kontribusi Mahasiswa Program Kampus Mengajar 3
Kampus Mengajar Program aims to help equalize national education. This program is very much needed by schools with the background of Frontier, Remote and Disadvantaged (3T) or schools with C/B accreditation. Kampus Mengajar becomes a ledge for students and lecturers to participate in advancing national education. This program runs for 5 months or one semester. Kampus Mengajar Students Batch 3 performs 3 main tasks at the assignment, namely teaching, assisting with technology adaptation, and assisting school administration. SD Negeri 091355 Urung Panei is one of the target schools for the Kampus Mengajar. This school has a C accreditation and is in dire need of assistance, especially in improving students' literacy and numeracy skills. SD Negeri 091355 Urung Panei also needs additional teaching staff due to the shortage of teachers. Schools also need help to re-invigorate students' learning enthusiasm after 1.5 years of the COVID-19 pandemic
PENGELOLAAN ALOKASI DANA DESA (ADD) DALAM MENUNJANG PEMBANGUNAN PEDESAAN : Studi Kasus Desa Nanganesa dan Nesa Manulondo Kecamatan Ndona Kabupaten Ende
The purpose of this study is to determine the planning, implementation and accountability process of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) which is based on applicable regulations. The method of analysis used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis.
The data collected in this study are data on the use of Village Fund Allocation in Nanganesa Village and Manulondo Village, Ndona District, Ende Regency from 2012-2015 and data regarding the planning, implementation and accountability process of using the Village Fund Allocation budget in supporting village development.
Based on the results of the research, it shows that the planning, implementation and accountability processes are already based on applicable rules.

PENGARUH PARTISIPASI ANGGARAN, AKUNTANSI PERTANGGUNGJAWABAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA MANAJERIAL : Studi Kasus Pada SKPD Kabupaten Ende
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of budgetary participation, responsibility accounting and work motivation on managerial performance in the Ende Regency SKPD. The data collection in this study used a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was distributed to the managers and officials of the Ende Regency Regional Work Unit involved in preparing the budget. The questionnaire distributed was 51 and again filled out completely and can be processed. The data collected is processed using the SPSS program. The statistical method used to test hypotheses is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that budgetary participation, accountability accounting and work motivation had a positive effect on managerial performance. Evidenced by the budget participation regression coefficient of 0.812 with a value of t count 2.069> 2.012 and a significance level of 0.044 <0.05, responsibility accounting for 0.295 with a value of t count 2.152> 2.012 and a significance level of 0.037 <0.05. While the work motivation of 0.620 with a t value of 2.493> 2.012 and the level of significance) 0.016 <00.5
