Full text linkThis study aims to determine the effect of each variable, namely the accounting information system on sales effectiveness, with internal control as an intervening variable at PT. Nusantara Surya Sakti in Ende and Nagekeo Regencies. The population in this study was 86 employees. Samples taken as many as 46 respondents. The method used is a quantitative research method. This research uses primary data that is questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis and path analysis which are managed through SPSS Statistics 25 software. The results showed that the accounting information system affects the effectiveness of sales with a significance value of 0,032 less than 0,05. However, the Path Analysis test results show that the value of direct influence has a smaller value compared to the indirect effect (0,193<l,030), so it is concluded that there is a mediating influence between the accounting information system on sales effectiveness through internal control

Full text linkThis study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of Receipts and Travel Tariffs on Regional Levies in Ngada Regency. The population in this study are regional levies, tourist levies and tourist tariffs. The samples are budget reports and realization of regional levies, budget reports and realization of tourism levies and tourist tariffs. The research variables consist of regional levies (Y) and retribution receipts (X1) and tourist tariffs (X2). Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that partially the variable retribution and acceptance of tourism retribution did not have a positive effect on regional levies and simultaneously the variables of tourism retribution and receipt of regional levies had a positive effect on regional levies. Based on the results obtained, it is hoped that it can be used as input in order to increase regional levies from the tourism sector, especially Mengeruda Soa Hot Springs Tourism and it is hoped that the Regional Government will explore sources of income from tourism. The sector is still largely unknown

Full text linkThe character of an entrepreneur is reflected as an individual who is able to take risks and opportunities actively, creatively, innovatively, empowered, creative, initiative, leadership abilities, and initiative in new ways of acting. Entrepreneurship in the field of educational psychology is called psychoprenuer. The low level of student intention to entrepreneurship, especially in the field of psychology development, so the purpose of this study was to determine the level and factors of psychoprenuer intentions in psychology students in Yogyakarta and Jakarta. The research method was qualitative with a two-stage case study approach, namely analyzing the psychoprenuer intention scale and the factors that influence psychoprenuer intentions in psychology students in Yogyakarta and Jakarta. Development of the psychoprenuer interview intention instrument as a form of instrument data multiplication. Then testing the psychoprenuer intention level with the previously developed psychoprenuer intention scale. The data collection method in this study used a purposive sampling method with the sample criteria of students in the psychology department. Higher education can be a factor that influences the increase in the intention of psychology students to become psychopreneurs. To encourage students' intentions to become psychopreneurs, it is necessary to formulate a curriculum with related fields, this needs to be reviewed so that psychology graduates are able to adapt to the digital era and become a solution during the COVID-19 pandemic. Several factors that influence entrepreneurial intentions such as environment, family, education, personal values, age and gender. Environment, family and education are external factors while personal values, age and gender are internal factors that influence individual intentions to become entrepreneurs

Full text linkThe Paddy plant is one of the important primary food commodities in Indonesia, Java island is one of the national paddy granaries in Indonesia. As one of the staple ingredients in Indonesia, Paddy rice is also used as a source of livelihood for most people in Indonesia. Sumbersuko Village, located in Pasuruan Regency, Purwosari District, is a village in which the majority of the population works as paddy rice farmers. From this background, the study aims to determine the income level of paddy rice farmers in Sumbersuko Village and to see what factors that influence paddy rice production in Sumbersuko Village. The data used in this study include primary data sources and secondary data sources. The analysis method used is farm income and linear regression. The result of this research is that the average income of rice farmers in Sumbersuko village is around 4,986,054, -IDR per hectare. The factors that significantly influence the area-wide land

Full text linkThis study aims to improve the ability of SDK Ghaibhabha teachers in preparing lesson plans. This research is a school action research where the research subjects consist of 6 teachers. The data were obtained by using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis used was a qualitative descriptive analysis technique where to see the teacher's competence from cycle I to cycle II, the average percentage was used according to the teacher's RPP assessment reference guide. The results showed that there was an increase in the ability to prepare lesson plans for the Gaibhabha SDK teachers after applying lesson study for two cycles

No full textProses pembelajaran fisikai pada materi suhu dan kalor dengan menerapkan model problem basedi learningi (PBL) perlu dibantu dengan media pembelajaran agar mudah dipahami peserta didik karena berpengaruh pada hasil belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya peningkatan signifikan hasil belajar dan berpikir kritis peserta didik sebelum dan setelah menerima model pembelajaran problem based learning berbantukan media animasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pra-eksperimen. Desain penelitian yaitu one-group pretest-post test design menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Penelitian dilakukan di kelas XI MIA MA Hidayatul Insan Palangkaraya Semester Genap 2020/2021. Instrumen yang dipakai adalah tes hasil belajar kognitif dan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: ada peningkatan yang signifikan dari hasil belajar kognitif dan berpikir kritis peserta didik dengan model pembelajaran problem based learning berbantukan media animasi pada materi suhu dan kalor (sig. 0,000 < 0,05)

Full text linkThe problem in research during the covid-19 period is that the face-to-face learning system has turned into online learning. Many digital platforms are used for this learning, one of which is e-learning used by the University of Flores. However, only some lecturers use online learning. The purpose of this study was to measure the effectiveness of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic for students of mathematics education at the University of Flores in terms of facilities, economics and human resources. The method used in this research is a survey method with a descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of mathematics education at the University of Flores. A sample of 185 students in semester 2, 4, 6 and 8 were taken randomly. The data collection technique used a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. Data analysis used simple linear regression. The results of data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study indicate that the facility greatly influences the economy and human resources, the economy affects human resources. Conclusion The effectiveness of distance learning during the covid 19 pandemic on mathematics education students at the University of Flores is very effective from the aspect of facilities, economy and human resources used

Full text linkThe implementation of learning from home requires teachers and schools to find alternatives to face-to-face learning with online learning. Of the several applications that can be used to support online learning, one of them is Google Meet. This study aims to analyze students' mathematical understanding abilities after doing online learning based on Google Meet. This study aims to analyze students' mathematical understanding abilities after doing online learning based on Google Meet. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that focuses on analyzing the ability to understand mathematics. The instruments used to collect data are test questions and questionnaires. The ability to understand mathematics is analyzed based on the concept of understanding according to Bloom's taxonomy, namely translation, interpretation, and extrapolation. From the results of the study, it was found that the highest level of student understanding was on the translation indicator and the lowest was on the extrapolation indicator with high-ability students having a good understanding of mathematics and students with low abilities not being able to understand mathematics learning given online

Full text linkTulisan ini bertajuk Paralelisme Makna Tuturan Ritual Saeba Bunuk Hau no pada Guyub Tutur Etnik Dawan di Desa Nunle’u, Kecamatan Amanatun Selatan, Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur Tuturan. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian linguistik kebudayaan yang berlandaskan pada pendekatan etnografi, paralelisme, dan teori semiotik sosial. Data bersumber pada data lisan berupa tuturan ritual Saeba Bunuk Hau no. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode simak dan wawancara dengan teknik rekam dan teknik catat. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan metode padan dengan teknik ganti dan teknik perluas. Hasil analisis disajikan dengan metode penyajian formal dan informal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk paralelisme semantik dalam tuturan ritual berladang Saeba Bunuk Hau no pada guyub tutur etnik Dawan terdiri atas hubungan makna antarperangkat diad dan hubungan makna antarunsur paralel. Selain bentuk paralelisme semantik, ditemukan juga makna budaya yang terkandung dalam tuturan ritual tersebut, seperti makna yang menggambarkan hubungan manusia dengan sesamanya..
 
Peningkatan Kapasitas Bisnis pada Kelompok Peternak Ayam KUB Bumdes Cisadane.
Full text linkMost of the residents of Salenrang Village have a livelihood as farmers, and there are also those who are engaged in trading or breeding buffalo, cows, horses, goats, chickens, and ducks. Of the several livestock groups in the area, there is the KUB BUMDES Chicken Farmer Group (KPP). KUB chicken (Kampung Unggul Balitnak) is a type of free-range chicken with a new strain produced by the Agricultural Research and Development Agency of Indonesia. The main obstacle to empowering small businesses comes from the entrepreneurs themselves, for example the absence of a bookkeeping system. The market opportunity is quite promising, but continuity and consistency cannot be fulfilled. Limited information and marketing methods make this business not well developed. This activity aims to: (1) Increase entrepreneurship awareness in partner groups, (2) Instill knowledge about business fundamentals in partner groups, (3) Conduct financial management and administration training. This activity is carried out on July-August 2019 by direct guidance, coaching and training methods to partners through three stages, namely: stage 1. Inculcating entrepreneurship awareness, stage 2. Instilling knowledge about business fundamentals, stage 3. Financial management training. The results of this activity found that (1) Awareness of partner group entrepreneurship has grown, (2) understanding of partner group business fundamentals is good, (3) partner group financial management knowledge already exists
