Media development uses a 4D development model to the third stage, namely defining, planning, and developing. The results of the research are 1) Animaker-based Animated Learning Video Media is declared quite valid with an average assessment result by the validator of 79.52%. 2) Animaker-Based Animation Learning Video Media is declared practical based on the average value obtained from the student response questionnaire sheet of 89.26%. 3) Animaker-based Animation Learning Video Media is declared to be effective in learning with the average results obtained from student learning outcomes tests of 84.95%. mathematics on Lines and Angles

Get PDFCharacter education is a process of transforming life values to be developed in a person's personality, so that it becomes a habit in that person's life behavior, one of which is the character of curiosity. The results of pre-observations conducted on third grade students at SD Negeri 3 Jabalsari showed low student curiosity with the following indicators: (1) students rarely asked questions, (2) students did not want to find answers, (3) students were not active in discussions. groups, (4) students are less enthusiastic in the learning process, (5) students do assignments as they please. This study aims to describe the results of the analysis of the curiosity character of third grade students at SD Negeri 3 Jabalsari on thematic learning theme 8. This study uses qualitative methods and uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique of this research used observation, interviews for teachers and students, and questionnaires for students. The results of this study indicate that the value of the curiosity character of students on theme 8 classically gets a score of 55%, this shows the curiosity of third grade students of SD Negeri 3 Jabalsari is quite good. In this study, the most prominent indicator is the indicator of attention to the object being observed with an average percentage score of 78%, while for indicators that are not prominent in this study are the indicators of asking for each activity step with an average percentage score of 35%

This study aims to find out more about: (1) The effect of principal's motivation on the performance of elementary school teachers in the Detukeli 1 Cluster, Detukeli District, Ende Regency. (2) The performance of elementary school teachers in the Detukeli 1 Cluster, Detukeli District, Ende Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research, which is a study that uses numbers to collect data and analyzes it using statistics. The sample in this study were all teachers in the Detukeli 1 Cluster, Detukeli District, Ende Regency, amounting to 44 people. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and documentation. Based on the results of this study: (1) Based on the data, the principal's motivation is said to be high. From the results of the calculation of motivational data of 70.43, the motivation variable of the elementary school principal in the Detukeli 1 Cluster, Detukeli District, Ende Regency is in the category of tending to be high. (2) The performance of teachers based on the results of the analysis obtained an average of 68.88, so the performance of elementary school teachers in the Detukeli 1 Cluster, Detukeli District, Ende Regency was in the category of tending to be moderate. (3) The hypothesis is accepted, because from the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a significant and positive effect of the principal's motivation variable on the performance of elementary school teachers in the Detukeli 1 Cluster, Detukeli District, Ende Regency. The influence of the motivation of elementary school principals in the Detukeli Cluster 1, Detukeli District, Ende Regency which is designated by the value (r) 0.874 and R2 = 0.763 and the correlation coefficient value is 0.812 at 0.000 significance less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05)

Get PDFThis study aims to increase motivation and learning activities of English. This research is a classroom action research. The subjects in this study were the second semester students of class B, totaling 31 people. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and observation. Data were analyzed through qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The results showed that research through running dictation can increase motivation and learning activities. Student learning motivation increased from 45.15% in the first cycle, increased to 83.86% in the second cycle with good category. Learning activities also increased from the first cycle with an average value of 61.43 to 83.1 with a good category in the second cycle

This study aims to determine the concept of character education in Thomas Lickona's moral perspective and the implementation of character education in Thomas Lickona's moral perspective for elementary school students.This research uses descriptive qualitative research, where in the research process, the researcher himself becomes the research instrument. The researcher acts as the main instrument because the researcher acts as a designer, implementer, data collector, data interpreter and drawer of conclusions in this study. The time and place of this research is starting from 15 July 2020 to 03 August 2020, at the FKIP University of Flores Library. The data collected in this study are data related to character education obtained from various writings or sources related to the research title. The data collection method used was document study. Data collection techniques in this study were reading books or references and recording important information or data. The data analysis model used in this research is interactive analysis which consists of four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data display or data presentation and data verification or conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that character education is a process of planting important values to shape the character of students into individuals who have reliable or good characters. Moral knowledge, moral feelings and moral actions must be the basis for character planting activities for elementary school students. The main values that need to be instilled are respect, responsibility, honesty, tolerance, self-discipline,caring for others and democracy

With the routine of Islamic boarding school activities which are very minimal in the opportunity to learn English, students who graduate from boarding schools feel that they are lacking in mastering the international language. In addition, the lack of motivation also greatly affects them in learning English. Based on the problems faced by students in Islamic boarding schools, it is necessary to provide motivation and learn English that is able to change their mindset in learning English easily and quickly. The development of English in the "Mastering English in One Minutes" activity by presenting natives from Canada together with English language study students was carried out face to face after previously students received online classes 3 times in meetings. This development uses the question and answer method, where PIAUD study program students can directly ask and practice English natively and will provide a golden opportunity to study briefly and increase their motivation in learning English. The most common package taken by visitors is the starfruit picking package. Meanwhile, the implementation of the education package is still not optimal because the education provided is only a brief explanation about the cultivation of star fruit that is given while walking around the garden while picking the starfruit. Priority partners problems arises are less than optimal services in Agrotourism, especially in education packages, lack of partner skills in processing star fruit, especially star fruit that is overripe or slightly defective (damaged), and not yet optimal digital marketing so that the number of visitors is still limited from the area. local. The purpose of this activity is to empower the Suryasari community service in improving agro-tourism services and marketing through the product-based STAR edutourism model to improve tourism services in Karangsari Belimbing Picking Agrotourism. The methods applied in this activity include: (a) socialization and discussion about the product-based STAR edutourism model, (b) training on how to become an edutourism guide indoors and outdoors, (c) training on making nata de Averhoa carambola, (d) training in technical- digital marketing techniques, and (e) assisting partners in implementing product-based STAR edutourism packages to digital marketing. The results of this service could increase the partner's quality to become indoor and outdoor edutourism guides, increase the partner's ability to process starfruit into nata, and increase the partner's ability in digital marketing as shown by the results of partner responses to training activities that are quite good with 95% reaction level indicators, learning level 87%, behavior level 83%, and result level 80%. PkM activities also increase digital marketing activities by partners with the Karangsari Picking starfruit Agrotourism website. This activity has a positive impact on the Suryasari community service so that it is more qualified and able to provide maximum service for visitors to Karangsari starfruit picking agrotourism, Blitar, East Java

Get PDFThis community service aims to develop students' writing literacy in the form of training. The main focus of this community service is to train students to write effective sentences and apply punctuations. This training involved 15 grade VI students of MIS Darul Ulum Genengan who had taken the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM). They were selected as training participants to follow up on the results of the AKM. The training was held for 6 meetings in the period from August 1–31, 2022. The training activities include: pretest (writing text); vocabulary identification; sentence analysis; punctuation analysis; vocabulary, sentence, and punctuation exercises; and posttest (writing text). These activities were carried out in groups and individually by applying attractive learning strategies and media. After participating in the training, 80% of students were able to reach a proficient level in writing. This result far exceeds the pre-training achievement; that is, 73% of students were only able to reach the basic level. With these results, it is highly recommended for the school to intensify literacy activities, especially writing. Those who are talented can continue to hone their skills, and those who still need special intervention can continue to develop their abilities

The method in this study uses simple linear regression analysis, t test, and the coefficient of reduction to determine the effect of KCA pawning credit on capital rental income at PT Pegadaian, Wolowona branch, Ende district. The data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the test results using simple linear analysis, t test, and determinant coefficient, it shows that the provision of mortgage loans has a significant effect on capital rental income at PT Pegadaian, Wolowona branch, Ende district
