This study aims to determine and analizy the management of working capital at Kopdit Obor Mas Cabang Utama Ende years 2018 - 2020 in increasing. The type of used is quantitative data sourced from secondary data in the form of financial balance report and calculations of remaining operating results for 2018 - 2020. The results of the study show that working capital turnover fluctuates where for 2019 it has increased but in 2020 it has decreased so that it affects the acquisition of fluctuating profitability value s indicated by the ratio NPM, ROA, ROE. Get PDFIndonesian language learning is to improve students’ ability to understand, analyze, evaluate, and produce. This is the background of the researcher to examine the effect of the inquiry learning model on the lesson of writing complex procedure texts. This study aims to improve students’ ability to write complex procedural texts using the inquiry learning model in class XI SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Medan for the 2020-2021 academic year. The population of this study is all students of class XI, totaling 103 students using a sample of 40 students with random sampling, the method used in this study is an experimental method with a two group pre-test and post-test design. The instrument used to test the ability to write complex procedure texts. The average value of ability in writing complex procedure texts before using the inquiry model is 72,1 while the average value of ability in writing complex procedure texts after using the inquiry model is 80,25. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test class correlation analysis conducted with the product moment correlation formula, it obtained an r value of 0,965 so that thitung 22,456 >ttabel 2,021, it was concluded that the inquiry model had a significant influence on the ability to write complex procedure texts in class XI high school students SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Medan Academic Year 2020-2021

Get PDFPenelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengkaji kesalahan penggunaan kalimat dalam abstrak skripsi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia Universitas Flores tahun 2019-2021. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah analisis teks, karena data yang dikaji bersumber dari teks. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kalimat yang digunakan dalam abstrak skripsi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia Universitas Flores tahun 2019-2021 belum sesuai dengan kaidah bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa dalam abstrak skripsi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia terdapat kalimat (1) tidak berstruktur kompak, (2) tidak paralel, (3) tidak hemat, (4) tidak cermat, (5) tidak padu

Get PDFKuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Mandiri Universitas Flores tahun 2021 di selenggarakan pada tanggal 02 - 31 Agustus 2021. Memiliki tema yaitu, “Masyarakat Tangguh Dalam Menghadapi Covid-19 Bersama KKN Universitas Flores” dan sub tema “Pengelolaan dan Perancangan Sarana dan Prasarana Desa/Kelurahan Berbasis Lokal”. Lokasi di laksanakan di Desa Raporendu, Kecamatan Nangapanda, Kabupaten Ende, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Kegiatan KKN ini hasil kerja sama pemerintah desa setempat, masyarakat, mahasiswa dan Dosen Pembimbing Lapangan (DPL). Tujuan kegiatan ini agar mahasiswa bisa menerapkan apa yang mereka peroleh dibangku kuliah, dan mendapat pengalaman belajar dengan ikut terlibat bersama masyarakat secara langsung, melalui masalah yang ditemukan dan mencari solusinya. Ada beberapa masalah yang dijumpai dilokasi, sehingga perlu adanya usaha bersama untuk mengurangi atau mengatasi hal tersebut. (1) minimnya fasilitas yang menunjang untuk menekan penularan virus Covid-19 di Desa Raporendu, maka dibuatkan wastafel atau tempat cuci tangan didepan Kantor Desa untuk pegawai kantor atau tamu/warga setempat yang datang berkunjung, (2) Pembuatan bak sampah dari bahan batako untuk mengatasi pencemaran lingkungan akibat sampah yang berserakan, (3) memperbaiki instalasi listrik di pelabuhan, (4) pembuatan gapura dari bahan bambu lokal, (5) kerja bakti membersihkan rumah ibadat dan lingkungan desa. Dari hasil kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi pemerintah dan masyarakat setempat, dan dapat bekerja sama untuk kegiatan KKN tahun selanjutnya.

Linear programming materials that require visualization in their understanding can be taught by integrating GeoGebra software. This community service aims to strengthen teacher skills in using GeoGebra for linear programming learning media. Community service is carried out through training and mentoring with an active learning participant approach. The activities are carried out through three core stages: teacher training in mastering the GeoGebra interface, assistance in visualizing linear programming problems, and aid in solving linear programs. Although most of the participants stated that GeoGebra could help learn linear programming in the classroom, its implementation needs to consider various aspects, such as the preparation of learning tools and equipment, learning time, and student readiness
Pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Kabupaten Nagekeo Tahun 2014-2018
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Nagekeo Tahun 2014-2018 melalui data yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Nagekeo dengan perhitungan menggunakan program SPSS 21. Teknik analisis yang digunakan regresi linear model semilog. Untuk menghitung persamaan regresi linear model semilog data harus memenuhi uji asumsi dasar yaitu melalui uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertama variabel pajak daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Nagekeo Tahun 2014-2018. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji signifikansi parametik individu (uji t). Nilai t-hitung > t-tabel, (3,065 > 2,262). Kedua retribusi daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan nilai t-hitung > t-tabel (5,422 > 2,262). Ketiga hasil pengelolaan kekayaan daerah yang dipisahkan tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan nilai t-hitung < t-tabel (0,696 < 2,262). Keempat pendapatan lain lain yang disahkan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan nilai t-hitung > t-tabel (4,329 > 2,262). Uji f diperoleh nilai f-hitung > f-tabel (785,492 > 2,262). Berarti bahwa pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, hasil pengelolaan kekayaan daerah yang di pisahkan dan pendapatan lain-lain yang disahkan secara bersama-sama (serempak) berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Nagekeo Tahun 2014-2018. Penerimaan dari sektor pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, hasil pengelolaan kekayaan daerah yang dipisahkan dan pendapatan lain-lain yang disahkan sebaiknya ditingkatkan lagi dengan cara lebih menggali sumber penerimaan dari sektor pajak daerah, retribusi daerah, hasil pengelolaan kekayaan daerah yang dipisahkan dan pendapatan lain-lain yang disahkan

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the characteristics of the Diponegoro road and to recognize the performance of the road. This study utilizes descriptive methods and Guidelines for Indonesian Road Capacity (PKJI, 2014). The results revealed that the value of the Degree of Saturation (DJ) was 0.340 on weekdays in the morning peak hours with service level category B. Meanwhile, during peak hours in the afternoon and evening each had a Degree of Saturation (DJ) value of 0.301 and 0.205 with service level category B. The value of the Degree of Saturation (DJ) on weekends in the morning, afternoon and evening peak categories are 0.226, 0.193 and 0.153, respectively, with service level B. Meanwhile, the prediction for the next 5 years (2029) The Degree of Saturation (DJ) is 0.386 during peak hours. in the morning with service level category B and on weekends the Degree of Saturation (DJ) is 0.257 in service level category B. This level of service needs to be continuously improved by increasing pedestrian facilities and providing vehicles outside the road to maintain the value of side barriers with a very low category

In this case, “Dendeng balado” as one of the Mnangkabau traditional cuisines that can be transformed into new type of products by using the concept of new product development. The purpose of this paper is to examine entrepreneurial activities from the implementation of new product development by producing new type of “dendeng balado” (beef jerky): dendeng balado as an instant food. This project was carried out through several stages, starting from problem solving concept development followed by idea validation and market validation. Business strategies were formulated by using business model canvas in order to make certain that this product can be accepeted by target markets. It was found that brand new "Nan Taraso" has succesfully attracted potential target markets as they like the new packaging including its colour and design. I terms of commercialization phase, it was found that it would have been better for this product to be sold to travellers and those who see this product as “oleh-oleh” from West Sumatra. His can be considered re-target market that signifies the importance of business strategies and market dynamics
