UTOPIA MODERNITAS: Pembangunanisme, Netralitas Negara, dan Demokrasi Ekonomi
Full text linkKonsep pembangunan lahir dari keprihatinan moril negara-negara maju atas kondisi sosial dan politik ekonomi di negara-negara sedang berkembang. Namun, pembangunan yang diharapkan mampu menciptakan iklim demokrasi (ekonomi) tersebut justru berkembang ke arah ketergantungan struktural. Manuskrip paper tekstual ini bertujuan untuk memperlihatkan dimensi utopia dalam konsep pembangunan, netralitas negara, dan “politik” demokrasi ekonomi. Riset tekstual ini menggunakan metode hermeneutika kritis aliran Gadamerian. Pilihan logis terhadap metode hermeneutis kritis, bertolak dari fakta bahwa seluruh data di dalam riset ini bersumber dari teks-teks tertulis. Kategori teks tertulis berupa text book dan paper-paper jurnal yang relevan. Sumber data diperoleh dari perpustakaan, jurnal nasional berreputasi, dan jurnal internasional. Sesudah data tersedia, langkah selanjutnya adalah tindakan pembacaan secara kiritis atas teks dan mendeskripsikan kembali hasil pembacaan tersebut secara logis. Riset tekstual ini menemukan bahwa konsep pembangunan merupakan bagian dari utopia yang ditawarkan oleh negara-negara maju. Konsep pembangunan yang mulanya dipahami sebagai instrumen untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi, justru berubah menjadi ideologi penguasaan. Lebih dari itu, posisi manusia adalah obyek ekspansi pasar di dalam keseluruhan desain proyek pembangunan. Jadi, ideologi kapitalisme moderen telah menggiring manusia pada problem keterasingan yang bersifat eksistensial

Full text linkThis research is a classroom action research that aims to improve science learning outcomes in class V SDK Wologeru students through the application of the NHT model. The subjects in this study were 11 students of the Wologeru SDK for the academic year 2020/2021, totaling 11 people. The data were taken by using test, observation and interview techniques. Data were analyzed with simple descriptive statistics and compared the completeness of each cycle. The results of the study prove that the NHT model can improve learning outcomes in two cycles

Full text linkThe aims to improve teacher performance at SDI Barai 2 through clinical supervision during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is a school action research. The research subjects were teachers in elementary schools, totaling 6 (six) classroom teachers. For teacher performance data collected using some ways; they are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was a descriptive analysis. The indicators of the success of this research are: if the average teacher performance is at least in the high category, and classical completeness is 90 percent. Based on the findings, the conclusion is that: applying clinical supervision can improve the performance of teachers in SDI Barai 2 effectively

Full text linkAdanya kendala dalam mengajarkan dan memahami materi fisika yang bersifat abstrak, serta adanya panduan pembelajaran dan cara mengajar guru yang tidak sesuai dengan gaya belajar siswa menjadi masalah utama yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengembangkan modul visual auditori dengan materi optika pemantulan dan pembiasaan yang layak untuk menyesuaikan gaya belajar siswa sehingga dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengembangan dengan desain penelitian model 4-D direduksi menjadi 3-D. Data diambil dengan menggunakan angket uji kelayakan. Teknis analisis data kelayakan dikembangkan dengan menggunakan model Mardapi. Pada angket uji kelayakan ini terdiri dari 11 pertanyaan dengan 3 indikator. Penguji dalam penelitian ini merupakan 40 mahasiswa pendidikan fisika dan fisika murni. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Physics Visual Audio Module sangat layak digunakan sebagai panduan pembelajaran siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas dengan menyesuaikan gaya belajar sehingga dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa

No full textThis research was conducted to determine PT. Bukit Asam Tbk. Tanjung Enim financial performance from 2015 to 2019 using financial ratio analysis. The company’s financial ratio will be viewed from many sides using several ratios such as liquidity, profitability, solvability, activity and market ratio. Method that’s used for this research is descriptive method and data collecting method that’s used is documentation of the company’s financial performance from 2015-2019 periods. The analysis result shows that for financial performance of PT. Bukit Asam Tbk. Tanjung Enim indicates good profitability, liquidity, solvency ratios as well as good market ratios, while the activity ratios consisting of accounts receivable turnover ratio, average age of accounts receivable, inventory turnover, average number of days inventory turnover in stock and the turnover of total assets is not enough therefore company management needs to improve the ability to manage its assets, inventories and receivable

Community perceptions were analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods. The method used to measure community perceptions is the Likert scale method. Full text linkThis study aims to (1) describe the process of developing learning video media (2) describe the feasibility of video-based learning media, and (3) describe the improvement of student learning achievement outcomes with learning video media on the subject matter of SPLTV. The type of research used is development research (R&D) with the ADDIE development model and one group pretest postest research design that produces products in the form of learning video media. The technique of data collection in this study used questionnaires, pre-test and post-test results, and interviews. The resulting data are analyzed quantitatively and descriptively qualitatively.The results of this study are, (1) the product development process that has been generated from this research and development is obtained through several processes, namely product manufacturing, product validation, revision, and field trials, (2) the feasibility of learning video media media can be seen from the validity of media experts 84.71% and material experts 78.33%, 71.54% practicality from practitioners / teachers, 83.03% effectiveness of product trials and 80% of the ministry of field trials, thus the learning video media including valid, feasible, practical, effective and interesting categories used, (3) student learning achievement results increased as evidenced by pre-test results that originally got a result of 50.97 then in post-test results increased to 60.28

Full text linkThis study aims to determine the work performance of the Village Head and the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in the development of village infrastructure. The data collection process in this study used interview, observation and documentation techniques as field evidence. The research took place in Nduaria Village, Kelimutu District, Ende Regency. Based on field data, it was found that 8 village infrastructure development programs that were realized reached 100 percent completion and 6 work programs had not been realized due to lack of funds and waiting for the next stage of village fund disbursement. This factor is an obstacle to the infrastructure development process in Nduaria Village
Lingkungan Sosial dan Perilaku Konsumsi Moke Pada Remaja di Kelurahan Madawat
Full text linkThis study aims to determine the effect of the social environment on alcohol consumption behavior (moke) in adolescent boys in the Madawat Village. This study uses quantitative methods with questionnaire data collection techniques (questionnaires) and documentation where the questionnaires are distributed to male adolescent respondents aged 11-22 years and documented in the form of photos in the field. From the results of the study, it is known that the social environment has a significant influence on the consumption behavior of moke in adolescents, especially boys. These results state that the social environment is one of the factors that can influence a person and even a group to be able to take an action as well as changes from each individual. Where the constant value for the regression equation is 12,366 with positive parameters. This regression coefficient can be explained that if there is an increase in the Social Environment variable (X) by one unit, it will result in an increase in the Alcohol Consumption Behavior (Moke) variable (Y) by 654 units. From the results of research using the t-test obtained 6.743 > 1.994, so Ho is rejected, meaning that the Social Environment (X) has a significant effect on Moke Consumption Behavior (Y
