Skin disorders are one of the major health issues in the present era. It is a multifaceted condition that includes the emotional and social impact on individuals, as it affects psychological status of person due to its appearance, severe itching, disturbs the daily routine. The prevalence of eczema is more common in rural areas than in urban ones. Eczema is an inflammatory reaction of the skin. Characterized by variable itching and soreness, crusting, dryness, erythema, excoriation, exudation, fissuring, hyper pigmentation, lichenification, oozing, scaling and vesiculation. No satisfactory treatment is available in contemporary medical practice except antihistamines and topical steroids. As it is a common chronic skin condition that can lead to recurrent infections and poor quality of life if left untreated. The clinical features can be correlated to Vicharchika in Ayurveda, as it is characterized by Kandu, Srava, Pidaka and Shyava varna. It has been described under Kshudra Kustas and it is a Rakta Pradoshaja Vikara, involving three Doshas with Kapha predominance. A case of 35 years male presenting with clinical features of diffuse hyperpigmented skin lesions all over the body (bilateral upper and lower limbs, abdomen, back, face and scalp) associated with severe itching and serous discharge since 2 months. The case was diagnosed as Sravi Vicharchika. Patients were treated on line of Rakta Pradoshaja Vikara (Kustha) i.e., Sroto sodhana and Dosha Shamana chikitsa was adopted, resulting in significant improvement in clinical features

Developmental delay, intellectual disability, and epilepsy are hallmark features of STXBP1 encephalopathy. This condition is often associated with West syndrome, characterized by intractable epilepsy, developmental regression, and hypsarrhythmia on EEG. Even though timely intervention is crucial, Conventional medical systems lag behind to tackle the developmental regression and to gain control over the intractable epilepsy even with multiple anti epileptic drugs (AEDs). This is a case of a 7-year-old girl with an STXBP1 mutation, clinically diagnosed with West syndrome. She presented to the Kaumarabhritya OPD with significant developmental issues, including inability to sit without support, difficulty rising from a lying position, tremors, poor coordination, truncal ataxia, impaired speech, cognitive deficits, socialization issues, and intractable epilepsy. Ayurvedic management strategy was designed incorporating treatment principles of Apasmara (seizures), Unmada (insanity), Vatavyadhi (Vata disorders), and Sirakampa (head tremors), as an adjunct to ongoing AED regimen. Remarkable improvements were observed in motor, social, and language domains in a period of 4 months. Treatment efficacy was assessed using the Hague seizure severity scale, (improved from 24 to 49) and Gross Motor Function Measure score (increased from 18% to 30%). Receptive language age advanced from 0-1 month to 7-8 months, and expressive language age improved from 0-1 month to 10-12 months. Vineland Social Maturity Scale score improved from 3.5 to 8, and Indian Scale for Assessment of Autism score decreased from 130 to 105. This case report highlights the efficacy of Ayurvedic interventions in curtailing intractable epilepsy, arresting the neuronal regression and triggering the brain growth velocity

Ayurveda a deeply human form of science, rooted in real-life outcomes obtained through extensive experimentation and research on all aspects that affect life. It offers insight into the intricate composition and functioning of human body (Shareera). The concept of Shadangatvam delves into the six main regions of body, while the Pratyangas provide further breakdowns of these regions. When exploring the Pratyangas, certain structures such as Srotas, Peshi and Ashayas the anatomical structures and physiological concepts will differ between genders. There are even discrepancies in numbers and structures. Peshi Sankhya varies according to gender. Peshi the building blocks of the human body originate from the Mamsa dhatu. They enclose the body like a sleeve, enveloping the Sira, Snayu, Asthi, and Sandhi by protecting and supporting these structures. Muscle tissue is a group of muscle fibers interconnected by connective tissue. They produce force and facilitate movement, regulating the body\u27s internal environment. By directing the working of these muscles, the human mind ultimately manifests itself. The muscular system plays a key role in enabling the movement of the human body. This information about Peshi arouses curiosity about their anatomical structure described in ancient texts. This study examines the information and logically analyses and interprets it in order to determine the probable accurate anatomical structures

The functioning of Doshas commences at the very onset of life, specifically at the moment of conception. The balance of these three Doshas, integral to one\u27s Prakriti, has the potential to interfere with the typical physiological processes in humans. Doshas and Dhatus exhibit a relationship characterized by Ashrya-Ashrayee Bhava. Each Dhatu is also associated with an Updhatu. Stanya and Raja are recognized as Updhatus of Rasa Dhatu. Since Stanya is an Updhatu of Rasa Dhatu, the factors that promote the formation of Rasa Dhatu will similarly enhance the development of Stanya Updhatu, and conversely. The determination of an individual\u27s Prakriti is based on the predominance of Doshas. Consequently, the current research seeks to establish a connection between Daihik Prakriti and the components of Stanya. Methods: This observational study done for biochemical analysis of Stanya and its correlation with Daihik Prakriti.. For this, 50 healthy lactating mothers were selected as subjects and their Prakriti were determined by using standard CCRAS performa. Breast milk were assessed for the different constituents in research laboratory and were compared later with Prakriti. Every sample of Stanya was examined by Jala Pariksha. Results: The result obtained shows that there is no significant correlation between Prakriti and fat, protein, SNF, lactose % levels, significant positive correlation between density and water % level with Prakriti, significant positive correlation was found on Jal Pariksha between color and appearance with different Prakriti and negative significant correlation between consistency and dissolution in water with Prakriti. Conclusion: The results of biochemical analysis of milk for the attributes like density, Consistency, water percentage, color and Jal Pariksha have been in consistency with the properties mentioned by our Acharyas w.s.r to Vata, Pitta and Kapha Pradhan dosha thus inferring that the Prakriti has direct impact on the properties of Stanya
