    KETIDAKMERATAAN GAJI PADA TOKOH PENDIDIK ANAK USIA DINI

    Kurangnya pemerataan gaji pada tokoh pendidik anak usia dini merupakan permasalahan yang sering muncul dalam bidang pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan ketidakmerataan gaji pada tokoh pendidik anak usia dini. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan wawancara dengan para ahli pendidikan. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti tidak jelasnya peraturan dalam proses penetapan gaji, minimnya validasi terhadap pentingnya peran tokoh pendidik anak usia dini, dan kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pendidikan untuk anak usia dini menjadi faktor utama terjadinya ketidakmerataan gaji pada tokoh pendidik anak usia dini. Pembahasan memusatkan pada perlunya perubahan kooperatif kebijakan serta kesadaran bersama dalam perilaku dan pendidikan. Artikel ini memberikan gambaran singkat mengenai pentingnya mengatasi ketidakpemerataan gaji pendidik AUD supaya tercipta lingkungan pendidikan yang lebih baik serta merata

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi penerapan model connected (keterpaduan) dalam kegiatan pembelajaran mata pelajaran IPAS di kelas 4 SDN 14 Cakranegara. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data dari hasil observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Guru dan seluruh peserta didik kelas 4 yang ikut terlibat dalam pembelajaran conected adalah subjek dari penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa model connected mengintergrasikan beberapa konsep mata pelajaran ke dalam suatu kegiatan mata pelajaran lainnya, memberikan peserta didik kesempatan mendapatkan pengalaman langsung yang sesuai dengan konteks kehidupan sehari-hari siswa. Guru juga mengalami kendala dan tantangan dalam menghadapi peserta didik dalam pengelolaan kelas serta mengatur keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan variasi model dan metode yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran dan peningkatan manajemen kelas diperlukan untuk melaksanakan model connected agar terlaksana dengan maksimal

    THE ROLE OF THE PRINCIPAL IN STRENGTHENING THE RELIGIOUS CHARACTER VALUES OF STUDENTS AT SD AL ISLAM PENGKOL JEPARA

    One of the characteristics that must be instilled in students at the elementary school level is religious character. Religious character is the foundation for cultivating student character, where an excellent religious character can create moral human resources. Cultivating religious character cannot be separated from the role of the school principal. This research aims to analyze the role of SD Al Islam Pengkol Jepara's principal in strengthening students' religious character through the pillars of the Pancasila student profile of faith and devotion to God Almighty. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative case study type with data analysis techniques used, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that school principals are essential in cultivating student character. In general, the program launched by the principal of SD Al Islam Pengkol Jepara is divided into three programs: class, habituation, and exemplary. The class program is filled with written Pegon, Diniyyah classes, and Islamic boarding school classes. The habituation program is filled with praying Dluha and Dzuhur in the congregation, praying and reading the Asmaul Husna before learning and getting used to shaking hands and kissing the teacher's hand. The exemplary programs carried out by school principals include exemplary religious character, exemplary disciplinary character, exemplary democratic character, and exemplary social care character

    DEVELOPMENT OF A LEARNING MODULE BASED ON LOCAL WISDOM OF THE SASAK TRIBE ON FIFTH GRADE IN SOCIAL SCIENCE SUBJECT AT SDN 22 AMPENAN

    This research aims to produce a product in the form of a learning module based on the local wisdom of the Sasak Tribe, find out the steps for developing the module, and determine the feasibility of a learning module based on the local wisdom of the Sasak Tribe in social studies material for fifth-grade students at SDN 22 Ampenan. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE development model, which consists of 5 stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This research was conducted at SDN 22 Ampenan with ten fifth-grade students as subjects. Data collection tools use questionnaires or questionnaires. The steps in developing a module are: 1) Analysis: perform performance analysis and analysis of student needs; 2) Design: design the module from cover to bibliography, determine KD, Indicators, Learning Objectives, materials, and activity evaluation; 3) Development: the module that has been designed is printed, validated by material experts and media experts then revised according to suggestions, 4) Implementation: the module is applied to students to see the students' response in using the module, 5) Evaluation: evaluation is carried out in the form of tests on participants students to see the students' understanding of the material. The results of research and development of learning modules based on local wisdom of the Sasak tribe in the fifth-grade social studies material show that it is very suitable for use in the learning process; this is based on the validation results of media experts at 77.64% (feasible), material experts at 93.6% (very feasible), and the student response was 81.38% (very feasible)

    This research aims to know the enhancement performance Study student on eye lesson PPKn use model Scramble learning for class V students at SD Negeri Tangga 1. Study held in Subdistrict Gesi, Regency Sragen, Province Java Middle. Study This is Study Classroom Action (PTK) uses the scramble learning model with do stages planning, action, observation/observation, reflection. Subject study this is student class V of SD Negeri Tanggan 1 for the 2022/2023 academic year. Technique collecting data by observation, tests, and documentation. Analysis data use formula percentage. The research results show an increase in learning achievement. There is enhancement on mark average student from 62.78 on implementation pre cycle become 71.78 on cycle I. And There is enhancement return become 81.64 on cycle II. Ascension the Also happen on amount student Which value sufficient Criteria Completeness Minimum (KKM) ie ≥75. In pre cycle only There is One student (7.14%) Which fulfil KKM. Then to eight students (57.14%) Increase in cycle I. And in cycle II to 12 students who met the KKM or 85.71% of all students. So with these results, this research can reach target with exists more from 75% student Which obtain mark in accordance with the KKM ie ≥75

    PATTERNS OF STUDENT MENTORING FROM THE CAMPUS TEACHING PROGRAM IN IMPROVING STUDENT LITERACY AT SDN 43 CAKRANEGARA

    This research aims to find out, identify, and analyze students' literacy abilities and patterns of mentoring students from campus teaching programs to improve student literacy at SDN 43 Cakranegara. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research uses qualitative data analysis techniques with a data reduction process, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this research found that students' literacy skills were at the performative level. The pattern of mentoring campus teaching program students in this research was carried out by (1) providing learning facilities through the School Literacy Movement program such as the use of reading corners, the use of word cards, letter cards, digital literacy, and traditional games; (2) supervise children's learning activities by differentiating innovation programs according to learning styles and according to reading and writing skills in low-grade students and high-grade students; and (3) supervise the use of children's learning time in a program called the School Literacy Movement by scheduling structured activities for high and low-grade students. After mentoring students who have difficulty in reading, based on the results of observations and interviews, the average low-grade students who previously did not know letters became familiar with letters and moved up the level reading level 2, namely the group of students with the level of ability to read words and sentences, while in high grades, the average was able to read fluently from those who were previously at the stage of spelling letters. Apart from observations and interviews, based on the results of the AKM post-test, the literacy rate of students increased by around 5-10%

    PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR GEOMETRI DAN ARITMATIKA SOSIAL SISWA KELAS V MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA AUGMENTED REALITY

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak penggunaan media Augmented Reality (AR) dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar numerasi siswa kelas 5 di SDN 44 Ampenan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Teacher Action Research dengan partisipan sebanyak 28 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui asesmen diagnostik numerasi dan analisis level numerasi siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam partisipasi siswa, khususnya pada kelompok Lanjut, sementara kelompok Cakap dan Pemula Dasar menunjukkan perubahan yang bervariasi. Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan level numerasi pada sebagian besar siswa. Implikasi positif dari penerapan AR dalam pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar dapat dilihat dari respons siswa yang lebih aktif dan pemahaman materi yang lebih baik. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan media AR efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar numerasi siswa kelas 5, namun perlu perhatian terhadap variasi respon siswa di berbagai tingkatan kemampuan

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penggunaan media blok dienes dalam meningkatkan kemampuan penjumlahan dan pengurangan siswa sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Teacher Action Research (TAR), yang melibatkan 18 siswa kelas 3 SDN Sombron. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes penjumlahan dan pengurangan serta observasi terhadap partisipasi siswa selama intervensi menggunakan media blok dienes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 82% siswa mencapai nilai ketuntasan minimal setelah intervensi. Observasi juga mengindikasikan partisipasi siswa yang lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran. Diskusi tentang perbedaan gender menunjukkan variasi dalam cara siswa laki-laki dan perempuan merespons media blok dienes, tetapi tetap menekankan efektivitas penggunaan media tersebut tanpa memandang gender. Namun, penelitian ini memiliki batasan, termasuk ukuran sampel yang terbatas. Implikasi praktisnya adalah pentingnya guru untuk mengintegrasikan media blok dienes dalam pembelajaran matematika, dengan memperhatikan gaya belajar individual siswa. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan dukungan untuk penggunaan media blok dienes sebagai alat bantu yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman matematika siswa sekolah dasa

    Abstract: This research aims to analyze the influence of the learning environment on students' ability levels at SDN 03 Merembu. This research uses a qualitative approach which produces descriptive data in the form of written words to describe the situation regarding the research subject and object at the time the research took place. The aim of descriptive research is to create systematic, factual and accurate descriptions, images or paintings regarding the subjects and objects being investigated, especially regarding the influence of the environment on students' learning abilities. The results of the research show that the factors causing students' learning difficulties at SDN 03 Merembu are caused by internal factors and other factors. students' external factors, namely internal factors, namely attitudes towards learning, learning motivation, concentration, ability to achieve or show work results, self-confidence, and study habits. Apart from that, external factors come from the family environment and school environment. In other words, the factors that cause learning difficulties originate from within themselves and poor study habits as well as lack of supervision and lack of parental attention in controlling children's learning progress at school.   Keywords: Influence, Learning Environment, Ability   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan belajar terhadap tingkat kemampuan siswa di  SDN 03 Merembu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskritif berupa kata kata tertulis untuk mengambarkan keadaan tentang subjek dan objek penelitian pada saat penilitian  berlangsung. Tujuan dalam peneitian deskriptif adalah untuk membuat deskripsi, gambaran atau lukisan  secara sistematis, factual dan akurat mengenai subjek dan objek yang diselidiki khususunya mengenai  pengaruh lingkungan terhadap kemampuan belajar siswa Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar siswa di SDN 03  Merembu disebabkan oleh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal siswa, yang dimana faktor internal yakni  sikap terhadap belajar, motivasi belajar, konsentrasi, kemampuan berprestasi atau unjuk hasil kerja, rasa  percaya diri, dan kebiasaan belajar. Selain itu, faktor eksternal yakni berasal dari lingkungan keluarga  dan lingkungan sekolah. Dengan kata lain faktor-faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar yang berasal dari  dalam diri mereka sendiri dan kebiasaan belajar yang kurang baik serta kurangnya pengawasan dan  kurangnya perhatian orang tua dalam mengontrol kemajuan belajar anak di sekolah.   Kata Kunci: Pengaruh, Lingkungan Belajar, Kemampua

    Character education based on local wisdom is an effort to prevent the decline of ethical and moral values of the younger generation in the educational process. This literature review aims to discuss the cultivation of local wisdom-based student character education in science learning. The method used in this study is Narrative Literature Review (NLR). Data collection through the Science Direct and Google Scholar databases, articles that have been published from 2017 to April 2023. The results of the literature review that has been carried out show that, local wisdom-based student character education in science learning in schools can be instilled by integrating the potential of local wisdom with activities extracurriculars, practicum or group learning, local tourism model learning, learning that is done with games, as well as through interactions between students using local languages
