The Prevention of Children as Victims of Human Trafficking
Trafficking in persons is a crime that often occurs. Children are very vulnerable to become victims of human trafficking. Child trafficking is an act that is very inhumane and destroys the future of children. Child trafficking is usually carried out by persuasion, making promises, and deceiving the victims. Therefore, precautions must be taken to minimize child trafficking. To prevent this, several efforts were made, including improving the family economy, creating a harmonious family, increasing religious understanding, negative impacts and legal consequences of child trafficking, increasing supervision on children, keeping children away from hedonistic lifestyles and consumptive behavior, getting to know children's social environment, increasing children's education and skills
The Political Communications of Khofifah Indar Parawansa to Obtain Support of the Golkar Party, the Democrat Party, and Nahdlatul Ulama Figures in the 2018 East Java Governor Election
Identity politics is often seen as preventing a woman from becoming a leader. In fact, the potential for leadership is a gift from God that must be managed wisely, responsibly, and full of trust. In the Qur'an sura Al Baqarah verse 228 Allah SWT gives His signal that women have equal rights with men in all matters including leadership. Twice failed in the East Java Governor Election did not stop Khofifah Indar Parawansa's determination to return to participate in the for the third time. This study has the aim of knowing the political communication efforts carried out by Khofifah Indar Parawansa in gaining the support of the Golkar Political Party and the Democratic Party as well as NU figures so that they win the 2018 East Java Governor election. The research method used in this study is to use qualitative analysis with a phenomenological approach that uses a phenomenological approach. Relies on data collection, including interviewing key informants and several other key informants, as well as conducting in-depth analysis of a series of studies. The results of this study conclude that the political communication process of Khofifah Indar Parawansa before becoming the Governor of East Java for the 2018-2023 period, the main thing is to build intensive political communication to the Kiai Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) as informal figures who are influential in East Java. Through the role of the NU (Nahdliyin) East Java clerics, strategies and patterns of political communication were developed with local political figures from major political parties to win the 2018 East Java Governor election contestation
The Revitalization of Iconic Shapes through the Creation of Relief Dimensional Paintings as Tourism Software Products (Case Study in Medan City, Indonesia)
Medan City in Indonesia, is rich with iconic forms in the form of historical buildings and cultural products of the past. On the other hand, Medan City tourism has been known since the Dutch colonial era, but has not been supported by the availability of souvenir products. This research article describes the revitalization of the iconic forms of Medan City. The aim is to examine the potential of iconic forms to be used as the basis for the development of relief-dimensional painting as a tourism souvenir product. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The replicated method is a combination of survey method and creation method. Sources of research data are written data, photo data, interview results, notes on the creation process, and appreciative assessments. Data analysis was carried out using an interactive model: data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the iconic shapes of Medan City have great potential to be explored into original painting themes. Technically, the art of painting with relief dimensions is effectively developed with rubber sheet material, supported by strong texture work. Overall, the paintings produced have an aesthetic quality, exclusive as tourism souvenirs
The Contribution of the International Organization of Francophonie in Cultural Matter in the Republic of Congo from 1981 to 2016
Colonization has had a lasting impact on African life. This movement instilled a new culture within these colonies. Among these African countries is the Congo. On the whole, these countries have experienced some disputes near where it was a question of meeting around an international body which is none other than the Francophonie for the countries or states colonized by France. It is in this sense that under the leadership of three African Heads of State,Léopold Sédar Senghor from Senegal, Habib Bourguiba from Tunisia and Hamani Diori from Niger, and of Prince Norodom Sihanouk of Cambodia, the representatives of 21 states and governments signed in Niamey, on March 20, 1970, the convention establishing the Agency for Cultural and Technical Cooperation (ACCT). New intergovernmental organization based on the sharing of a common language, French. The Congo being colonized by France adheres to the International Organization of Francophonie on December 7 to 9, 1981, during the general conference held in Libreville, Gabon. And the Congolese government has come to understand that ensuring a better vision on culture and politics can lead the Congo to sustainable development. Hence the need for the Congolese state to cooperate with the International Organization of Francophonie for better visibility for the cultural and political promotion of the country. This is what the subject of our study is: the contribution of the OIF in cultural and political matters in the Republic of Congo from 1981 to 2016.

The Legal Protection for Female Workers in the Perspective of Islamic Law and Law No. 11 Year 2020 on Job Creation
On Monday, 5 October 2020, the Draft Law on Job Creation was ratified by the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia and the manuscript was signed by the government on November 3, 2020. Therefore, since November 3, 2020, the Draft Law on Job Creation promulgated in Law Number 11 Year 2020 on Job Creation. Based on the existing official text, the researcher intended to compare the rights of female workers as regulated in Law Number 13 of 2003 on Manpower with Law Number 11 of 2020 on Job Creation. The research method used in this study was a normative juridical research, with a statutory and conceptual approach, descriptive analytical research specifications, data collection by literature study, and qualitative data analysis. The protection of female workers as referred to in the previous labor law was still valid and was not discussed at all in Law Number 11 of 2020 on Job Creation. Therefore, it could be ascertained that the refusal of workers during the process of the Draft Law on Job Creation is wrong. The article which was amended related to the protection of female workers did not change the substance of the protection of female workers as previously regulated through Law Number 13 Year 2003 on Manpower. The Qur'an has been explained that people need to provide special rights for female workers. Explicitly, there is no verses in the Qur'an that mentioned the word 'special rights for female workers'. However, implicitly, there were general arguments based on the verses in the Qur'an that could be used as a basis for granting this right. Some of the special rights of female workers were implicitly communicated in Islamic teachings

Language skills in young children provides a foundation to a better acquisition of cognitive, social, physical and emotional skills useful in the later years of life for children. It also enhances smooth transition, performance, and retention and completion rate in school for children. The paper presents findings from a study conducted to establish the influence of teacher’s subject competence and teaching experience on use of instructional strategies to enhance development of literacy skills in children in lower grade in Nambale Sub-county, Busia County Kenya. It is paramount to generate evidence based understanding of the primary role of teachers for language in enhancing children’s literacy skills to improve their chances of acquiring quality and inclusive education later in life. Researchers aimed to establish the influence of teacher’s subject competence and teaching experience during foundation level at which children should primarily acquire basic literacy skills to facilitate a smooth transition to later grades
Do Teacher Questions Function as Assessment for Learning?
This study wants to challenge the robust idea of previous findings revealing that employing a particular question type would necessarily functions as Assessment for Learning (AfL). Besides, this study extends previous research focusing on typology and examines the syntactical forms of questioning in its practice. To gather data, six Indonesian English teachers were observed and audio- recorded, thus, transcribed and analysed following the principle of Conversation Analysis (CA). Except referential type functioning as a teaching technique and a discourse marker choice to discursively extend the classroom talk, the result of analysis corroborates previous studies in that they provide diagnostic information from which a better further action was taken place as highlighted in the AfL. Yet, this might occur as questioning types are syntactically constructed following classroom discourse moves. When the grief around the poet and writer is fragile and when life is filled with sorrow and bitterness, then tyranny and oppression become the ordinary profession of the people in several cases; creator, literary and artistic works as a conscious and connected stratum of society do not became the only spectators, instead with the help of transcendent thoughts and creative minds, they create a valuable creation to be mirror of the dreams and desire of people. On the other hand, they reflects the loud sounds in the face of oppression. Sometimes, the poet and writer thinks calmly in the order to get out of the misfortunes. He takes on idea plane in his mind and throw it. It is the form of al- fadh which the term utopia is more suitable to clarify it. The present study reflects the ideas of the Utopia of Abdul Qahar Asi, the contemporary poet of Afghanistan. In this research, it is tried to identify clear examples of the poet`s word to explain the ideal reading, expression, the dimension and angles of the poet`s utopia. In the continuation of this research, we come to the conclusion that a poet lived in the darkest political situation in Afghanistan who composed a poem and built on utopia to relieve his plan and sorrows. The main indicators of the utopia are the issue of humanity, peace, and love. What he hates and does not want to be in his utopia are war, discrimination, injustice, poverty and selfishness
