Putri Renjani Manisan Product Standardization: The Efforts to Increase Product Sales in Pandemic Situations
Get PDFRecently, Indonesia experienced a major disaster caused by Covid-19 which was also experienced by other countries such as China. This had a huge impact so as to shake the stability of the country. Attacking public health, especially the economy. The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has occurred since March 2020 until now. This also has an impact on the income of creative businesses or home industries. This research will specifically examine the role of Putri Ranjani Manisan product standardization in the Business Group for Increasing Prosperous Family Income (Usaha Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga Sejahtera/ UPPKS) Kasih Ibu Kampung KB, Limau Sundai Binjai Village and product commercialization in an effort to increase income during this pandemic. The research method used to examine this research is to use qualitative method with an experimental approach to the existence of the creative industry "Putri Ranjani Manisan" in the Business Group for Increasing Prosperous Family Income (UPPKS) Kasih Ibu Kampung KB Limau Sundai Binjai Village. The research results show that the role of standardization is very helpful in increasing the quantity of product sales during this pandemic. The role of standardization also supports the quality of product quality, from taste, hygiene, packaging, and halal certificates to products. During the pandemic, consumers prioritize trust in clean and hygienic products and can be trusted through MUI halal certificate. In addition, home industrial products must also have good and clean management in the process of managing products, especially food products. Therefore, local governments must play a role in providing support for creative household businesses so that they are more able to compete in the global market and support the regional economy

Get PDF‘Subaltern’ and ‘other’ are the two labels that are attributed to the weaker members of the society and the whole world in general sense in terms of color of the skin, the gender, the financial conditions, and the social status. This study attempts hard to defend the characters of Pip and Gatsby who were considered as ‘subaltern’ and ‘other’ by the unjust society and system around them and as a result, though they attained the wealth they always dreamed of, they failed to attain a good life that they deserved. Even Pip, who succeeded in marrying his beloved, cannot be regarded as a lucky guy because he was able to have her only after a divorce that she experienced in her first marriage; so, this cannot be taken as a success for Pip. The following issues will be expanded and examined in details to clarify the way the present researcher has always tried to encourage the world around her to treat the weaker better, and also to convert the world into a better place to live by enjoying equal rights for all: Gayatri Spivak, the voice of the voiceless, ‘Other’ and ‘subaltern’ in Pip and Gatsby, and the unfair oppression of the world against the so called ‘other’ and ‘subaltern.

Scientific-Based Guided Inquiry Learning Model in Learning Chemistry in Class XI IPA Students of SMAN 1 Rote Timur
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to determine the cognitive and effective learning outcomes of chemistry students using a scientifically based guided inquiry learning model. This study employed a quantitative methodology.. The population in this study consisted of 58 students from class XI at State Senior High School 1 Rote Timur, NTT For the 2019/2020 academic yea. Cluster random sampling was used to select the sample, which included two experimental and control classes. Tests, questionnaires, and observation sheets were used to collect data. The independent test samples t-test was used to analyze student learning outcomes. The finding showed that learning outcomes using the Scientific-Based Guided Inquiry Model and the direct method differs significantly from average high school learning outcomes. The results of the two aspects of learning outcomes, namely aspects of knowledge, and attitudes show a value of p <0.05 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, there are differences in student learning outcomes given the learning method using guided inquiry with students using conventional learning. However, from the results of data analysis, it was obtained that the p-value for the knowledge aspect was 0.000, the pvalue for the attitude aspect was 0.038.  
Teachers’ Perceptions on E-Media Adoption in Basic Electronics Technology
Get PDFThis paper presents the extent of adopting E-media in the Electronics Technology curriculum as an alternative instructional tool in developing the students’ competencies in measuring instruments, symbols, and circuit diagrams. The study found out that the five competencies under Safety were all given a descriptive rating of Very Satisfactory. This implies that the instructors observed the highest degree of safety protocols in their respective shops in the activity's conduct. The adoption of E-media in electronics, technology classes serve to improve students' learning capability to master the subject matter. Using the E-media facilities as an instructional tool, it facilitated the learning process. E-media's adoption as an additional instructional tool supplemented the identified competencies in the safety shop subject. It allows students to learn the basic principles of electronics technology, whereby interaction is encouraged and theories are put into practice in actual hands-on activities. The study suggested that the adoption of E-media in Electrical technology classes is continually done and practiced. Regular monitoring and updating of materials are also necessary for ensuring that the use of E-media is properly implemented
A Survey of the Bachelor of Physical Education (BPEd) Program's Awareness, Acceptability and Alignment with the University's Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives
Get PDFEvery organization's vision, mission, goals, and objectives dictate its existence and direction (VMGO). Each state, university, and institution has its own VMGO, which will direct the system's strategic plans, initiatives, and activities, as well as its operations. The study determined the awareness level, acceptance, and consistency of the university's vision and mission, goals of the college, and the BPEd program objectives among students, faculty, and stakeholders. The descriptive research method was used. Students enrolled in the Bachelor of Physical Education program, faculty, and other stakeholders were the respondents of the study, with a total of 80 out of 218 respondents. A survey questionnaire was used in gathering the data. The analyzed and summarized data were then organized into a series of tables in accordance with the study's objectives. Frequency counts, percentages, and averages were utilized as descriptive statistics. The study over all revealed that stakeholders are fully aware and accept VGMO’s key statements. It is also revealed from their response that the statements of the VGMO and the program activities are very much congruent. Hence, VMGO’s statements’ dissemination campaign and strategies are effective. This indicates further sustainability for growth and development

Get PDFChanges to the law are a necessity in accordance with the development of society, whether one law is revised or in the form of reconstruction or deconstruction by changing all existing laws, especially in one state institution that has a special function, for example the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) must follow development? What is the Institutional and Personal Position of the KPK after the status transfer to State Civil Apparatus? How effective is the KPK in eradicating corruption after it has been reconstructed? The reconstruction of the KPK institution is expected to bring the KPK to be better, more optimal and remain a supervisory institution for other law enforcement agencies that are able to bring order and legal certainty and justice to the people of Indonesia. The change in the status of KPK employees to State Civil Apparatus is a form of generalizing KPK personnel without making distinctions like so far, so it is feared that there will be no more competition and contestation between the investigative teams who work professionally. The existence of the KPK institution is re-examined with the enactment of Law Number 19 of 2019 concerning the KPK, hopefully the stigma of the superbody institution will remain attached to the KPK will not turn into a super executive institution that works at the request of certain parties and hopefully the KPK will maintain the psychology of the people who hope that the KPK must continue to exist even if fired for doing "HONEST" and the truth

It therefore, recommend that: agencies responsible for policing our boarders be alive to their responsibility, they should always shun corruptions

Entrepreneurship is currently the center of attention of various parties because it has a contribution to economic development that can be used to overcome the problem of the gap between job opportunities and the available workforce for young people. This study investigates the role of social capital on entrepreneurial intentions and other variables that may mediate the relationship between the two. For this purpose, using a sample of 269 students majoring in education last year at the Sebelas Maret University. Using structured questionnaire in data collection, and tested with SPSS. the results obtained from the collected data indicate that social capital has a direct and indirect influence on entrepreneurial intentions through self-efficacy

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze factors that affect the productivity of oil palm plantations in Jambi Province. This research was conducted in sentra palm oil production in Merangin Regency with the research locus of South Veil Subdistrict selected purposive. The data used consists of Primary Data that includes social factors, economic factors, behavior of the use of production inputs and productivity of oil palm plantations.. The sample size is 80 farmers. Sample withdrawal by Simple Random Sampling method Restoration of structural models factors that affect the productivity of oil palm plantations is used sem Partial Least Squaremodel. The results showed that social factors, economic factors and institutional access factors were in the moderate category. The productivity of oil palm plantations is relatively low. Manifest social factors, which have a very real effect is the age of farmers. Manifest market access and product prices have a very real effect on economic factors. Manifest access to fertilizer procurement and fertilizer prices has a very real effect on the behavior of the use of production inputs and moderation variables that have a significant effect on the productivity of oil palm plantations. Policies that need to be done to improve. Is the strengthening of economic factors in the field of product prices and market access, and upay6a strengthening the behavior of farmers in the use of production inputs, especially fertilizers by providing subsidy incentives
