Assessment of Public Relations’ Practice of Edo State University Uzairue, Edo State, Nigeria
The study was carried out to assess public relations’ practice of Edo State University Uzairue. The study was predicated on Systems Theory (ST). The objectives were to determine the extent whether or not the Institution has a functional public relations department and to evaluate the extent of its public relations activities’ effectiveness, amongst others. Interview schedule was used to elicit information from the public relations office headed by the public relations officer. Findings indicates, amongst others, that the University has a public relations office, but does not have public relations department, and that the extent of her public relations activities’ effectiveness is average, amongst others. Given the above and the enormity of the importance of public relations to the educational institutions, the study, thus, recommend that Edo State University Uzairue should set-up a PR department with its ancillary compliments; step-up, and also, utilise effective public relations strategies in order to achieve effectiveness in its public relations’ campaigns or activities
Assessment of Practices in Integrating Environmental Education in the Teacher Education Program
The study aimed to assess the mainstreaming of environmental education in the Teacher Education curriculum. It used descriptive research design using qualitative approaches. Data were gathered using a rubric, documentary analysis, class observations, focus group discussion, and interview. Respondents and informants consisted of faculty-implementers, students, officials and administrative personnel. Each class in the different disciplines was observed by three class observers. The focus group discussion involved 35 students and the informal interview involved randomly selected class observers and key persons involved in the implementation of the project. Three dimensions were considered such as programmatic practices, organizational practices and context-specific practices. Assessment reveals the good practices in programmatic practices in terms of needs assessment and program design, in organizational practices in terms of governance, and context specific practices in terms of instructional materials development, delivery of the lesson, interaction with students, and assessment. Good practices serve as enabling factors for the successful mainstreaming of environmental education in the Teacher Education curriculum. Recommendations are provided to sustain the good practices and address those needing improvement
Online Learning Policies and Indonesian Language Learning Constraints during the Covid-19 Pandemic
This research aims to analyze online learning policies and the problems of obstacles of teachers, learners, and parents in learning Indonesian in the covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is a case study at Muhammadiyah 4 Yogyakarta Junior High School and literature study using secondary data collected through books, journals, websites, and other sources related to research problems. Data collection uses interview techniques and document analysis. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive techniques, consisting of data collection and subtraction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. The results showed that the distance learning policy implemented at Muhammadiyah Junior High School 4 Yogyakarya was in accordance with the Circular Letter (SE) of the Ministry of Education No. 4 of 2020 on the Implementation of Education Policy in the Emergency Period of The Spread of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19). The policies implemented include policies to provide student learning experiences, provide life skills education, learning in accordance with student conditions, the process of awarding assessments, and the process of Admission of New Learners (PPDB) and School Operational Assistance (BOS). On the other hand, there are also learning obstacles for teachers, learners, and parents in Indonesian learning experienced during the diverse covid-19 pandemic. Teacher constraints are on aspects of the use of learning applications, weak internet network access, unpreparedness with online learning media, learning materials that cannot be applied optimally, and research to learners. Student constraints are on aspects of inadequate learning facilities, weak internet access, inactivity in following learning, psychological conditions of stress and boredom, many tasks, and difficulties in operating learning applications. Parental constraints are on socio-economic aspects and supervision or mentoring of children in online learning at home
Integration of Automobile Mechatronics Technology into the Curriculum of Automobile Trades Programmes at the Technical Colleges in Nigeria
The purpose of this study was to examine the perceptions of automobile industries workshop craftsmen in relation to the integration of automobile mechatronics technology into the curriculum of automobile trade programmes in technical colleges in Nigeria. Three research questions guided the study. A survey research design was adopted for the study. The population for the study is 31 comprising 23 automobile industries workshop craftsmen who are currently working in automobile companies in Enugu state, and eight (8) automobile trades’ technical teachers in technical colleges in Enugu state. A structured questionnaire titled Instrument for Integrating Automobile Mechatronics Sub-systems (IIAMS) was used for data collection. Two experts from the Department of Industrial Technical Education, University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and one expert from Anambra Motor Manufacturing Company (ANAMCO) face validated the instrument. The reliability co-efficient of the instrument was found to be 0.87 using Cronbach Alpha. Data collected were analyzed using mean and standard deviation for the research questions, while t-test was used to test the null hypotheses. The results of the study indicate that that automobile craftsmen find difficulties in servicing some automobile mechatronics sub-systems, while 16 mechatronics sub-systems were agreed on to be integrated into the automobile curriculum. It was recommended that these mechatronics sub-systems should be integrated into technical college curriculum and that technical colleges should partner with automobile industries for effective training of craftsmen. The study will contribute positively to the understanding of automobile mechatronics technology, and how it can be integrated into the curriculum
Development of Curriculum and Learning System in Pondok Pesantren. (A Case Study at Pesantren Al Falah Dago Bandung)
This study aims to determine the development of the curriculum and learning system implemented in the Al Falah Dago Islamic boarding school in Bandung. This research uses a qualitative approach in the form of a case study. Data were collected using observation, interview, field observation, and document study. The validity of the data was obtained utilizing triangulation and supplemented with referential adequacy. Data analysis was performed by data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of the research show that; 1) Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Dago, Bandung City still maintains the old pattern both in terms of curriculum and learning system, 2) learning activities are carried out using yellow books or classical books, 3) the learning system uses traditional methods such as sorogan, bandongan, memorization and bahsu al-Masa'il, as well as memorizing and modern uses such as group learning and discussions between students

Nation Building and Social Values in Nepal
Social norms play an important role in the state-building process. If the time of formation of Nepal is considered as the period of unification, then some important facts regarding the formation of the state of Nepal and the structure of the society here can be recounted. Regarding the formation of the nation-state, the structure of the Nepali state, and the position of the Nepali society are not of the same nature. From the pre-unification states of Limbuwan, Khumbuwan, Kirat, Khas, Baisi, Chaubisi, Shen, etc. to the restructuring period of the state, the state structure has not been formed in the recognition of the nation-state. Because the small and big states before unification were states built on power. Due to power, the great form of the Gurkha state had built a unitary Nepal. There is not general recognition of the state-building process of the nation-state. In the same way, even when restructuring the state, that recognition was not accepted. The foundations of federal-state formation, such as language, religion, and the basis of equality and plurality of the population, were also not accepted, which is a form of recognition of the nation-state. In such a situation, this article attempts to study a state-building and social tradition which is already coming together in Nepali societ

It is noted that local wisdom is considered as an adjustable thing, flexible so that in variously social element openly to discuss it out. The main topics to discuss is to correlate local wisdom phenomenon and also found a social dilemma might arise there, such as communal activities recorded public see allergic with any old values, having proudly with newly values, it is all viewed from social anthropology perspective. This research has been done in qualitative approach within a very long time duration period calculated in completing Doctoral program in study, still to do re-study ( another research ) only done them in a short time, it has already data previously reasonable, in this case to community of Ocu on Kabupaten Kampar Riau. Accordingly, a partly of the study is categorized as ethnography research due to the source of data originally from informants chosen purposively under consideration of appropriately quality, figurative value, or someone as considered someone with much knowledge about the topic is discussing to. This study has found own very high strategic values which things can be set as instrument for criticizing even in this case with own initiative to commence re-repairmen particularly to its cultural values holed by local people whose neglect own old cultural values available, unfortunately in highly obsession to receive newly cultural values at any time having not comfortable however with the living pattern and their character in daily life, thence emerging in what generally called lost cultural with local condition is well known with “aghokkan ujan dilangik, ayu dikulam babuangkan”
Property toward Husband Doesn't Provide Children and Wife in the Overview of the Compilation of Islamic Law
The study was conducted to find out Compilation of Islamic Law governing the distribution of joint property, the application of the principle of partnership and the legal considerations of judges in the Supreme Court Decision of the Republic of Indonesia on Case Number 266K/AG/2010 in terms of the Compilation of Islamic Law against husband doesn’t provide for his children and his wife. This research uses normative juridical research methods that use secondary data consisting of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials with descriptive analysis and data collection tools are carried out by library research supported by data obtained through field research at Bantul Religious Courts. The results of this research is known that the regulation regarding the distribution of joint property to husbands who do not provide for their children and wives is not detailed in the Compilation of Islamic Law. This partnership causes the position of husband and wife to be the same in some respects, in other respects to be different, the husband becomes the head of the family, the wife becomes the head in charge of household regulation, each has a role, position, rights, obligations, and responsibilities, all of which complement and perfect each other, every role has rights and every position has obligations, whoever has more obligations or who bears greater obligations, he is the one who has more rights than the others. The judge to resolve the conflict must be able to resolve it objectively based on the applicable law, determine the facts in the trial including the relevant facts and the choice of which legal rules will be used as the basis for resolving the case

Officially, the government has banned the people going home on Eid al-Fitr this year. based on Circular (SE) Number 13 of 2021 concerning the End of Idul Fitri 1442 Hijriah Homecoming and Endeavors to Control the Spread of Crown Infection Illness 2019 (Covid-19) Amid the Heavenly Month of Ramadan 1442 Hijri. The Circular Letter is intended to regulate restrictions on community mobility and optimize the functions of the Covid-19 Command Post in Villages / Kelurahan during the holy months of Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr in 1442 Hijriah. The purpose of this circular letter is to prevent an increase in the spread of Covid-19 during the holy months of Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr in 1442 Hijriah. The period of eliminating Eid al-Fitr homecoming in 1442 Hijriah is May 6-17, 2021 and efforts to control Covid-19 are during the holy month of Ramadan and Idul Fitri 1442 Hijriah. Analysis of legal materials is carried out using the content analysis method (centent analysis method) which is carried out by describing the material of legal events or legal products in detail in order to facilitate interpretation in the discussion. The provisions stipulated in the Circular include protocols for eliminating homecoming, prevention and control of COVID-19; socialization; monitoring, control and evaluation; up to sanctions. Based on Circular (SE) Number 13 of 2021 concerning the Elimination of the Idul Fitri 1442 Hijriah Homecoming Day and Efforts to Control the Spread of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) During the Holy Month of Ramadan 1442 Hijriah that the Protocol Provisions for the Elimination of Homecoming, Prevention and Control of COVID -19.
