Pengaruh Keselamatan Kerja, Kompensasi dan Motivasi kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Prima Perdana Mandiri
Penelitian membahas sejauh mana keselamatan kerja, gaji, dan motivasi kerja terhadap perubahan pada kinerja PT. Prima Perdana Mandiri. Seluruh karyawan ditargetkan sebagai populasi, namun sampel hanya berjumlah 80 karyawan setelah dilakukan seleksi melalui sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data melibatkan kuesioner dan angket yang selanjutnya data tersebut dianalisa melalui SPSS versi 25 dengan pengujian uji t dan uji f. Hasil ditemukan adanya pengaruh dari keselamatan kerja, gaji, dan motivasi kerja atas perubahan kinerja walaupun ukurannya kecil namun bersifat signifikan. Secara bersamaan, terlihat bahwa keseluruhan variabel independen yang ada juga berhasil memberikan perubahan pada kinerja karyawan. Melalui hasil ini, bisa dimanfaatkan untuk perusahaan dalam mempertimbangkan kebijakan baru yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja perusahaan, terutama di PT. Prima Perdana Mandiri
Pengaruh Motivasi dan Kedisiplinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Nusa Dua Surabaya
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana motivasi dan kedisiplin kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di PT Nusa Dua Surabaya. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 40 responden dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan kedisiplin kerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Nusa Dua Surabaya. Hal ini didukung oleh hasil uji simultan (Uji F) dan uji parsial (Uji t), yang menunjukkan signifikansi dari kedua variabel bebas, sesuai dengan hipotesis. Secara parsial motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh simultan antara motivasi dan kedisiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Nusa Dua Surabaya
Pengaruh Brand Image, Kualitas Produk dan Gaya Hidup Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Minuman Isotonik Pocari Sweat (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Jasmani Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya)
Saat ini persaingan dalam dunia bisnis semakin ketat dan berkembang pesat. Terutama pada perusahaan yang memproduksi jasa atau barang yang sejenis. Banyak produk minuman Isotonik yang ditawarkan di pasar sehingga konsumen lebih selektif dalam menentukan pilihan merek minuman Isotonik yang akan dibeli. Pocari Sweat merupakan salah satu perusahaan minuman Isotonik terkenal yang sedang bersaing ketat dalam memasarkan produknya. Dengan banyaknya pilihan produk minuman isotonik yang beredar sekarang konsumen lebih bebas untuk melakukan keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Brand Image, Kualitas Produk dan Gaya Hidup Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Minuman Isotonik Pocari Sweat pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Jasmani angkatan 2020-2023 Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya dengan jumlah populasi 160 responden menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data proportionate stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan dokumentasi dan kuesioner yang dibagikan pada responden. Dari hasil analisis Uji t dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Brand Image (X1) berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y), variabel Kualitas Produk (X2) berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) dan variabel Gaya Hidup (X3) berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Hasil uji F menyatakan bahwa ketiga variabel independent berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel dependent yaitu Keputusan Pembelian (Y)
WORKSHOP INOVASI ASSESMENT PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS DIGITAL
The PPM Team of the Mathematics Education study program, Faculty of Teacher Training, before implementing PPM, first conducted an initial observation to determine the obstacles faced by high school teachers in Sidoarjo. From the results of observations and interviews with the head of the Sidoarjo High School Mathematics MGMP and one of the members, information was obtained that high school mathematics teachers experienced obstacles related to the development of interactive learning innovations, which focused on creating digital-based learning assessment innovations. So far, many teachers have had difficulty in designing digital-based learning assessments, and many teachers rarely or never provide digital-based learning assessments in learning activities. In addition to these problems, other obstacles include innovations in learning approaches based on the independent curriculum, innovations in learning models based on the independent curriculum, and innovations in interactive learning media. Based on the results of observations related to the conditions of these problems, training is needed. This activity is a vehicle for teachers to learn more about integrated learning innovations in interactive learning media that focus on designing digital-based learning assessment innovations. So from here the team of lecturers from the Mathematics Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training, PGRI Adi Buana University, Surabaya, felt the need to carry out Community Service. ANALISIS ALOKASI DANA DESA DAN EFEKTIVITAS PENGELOLAAN DANA DESA DALAM PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DESA WAGE
The focus of this research is the Allocation and Effectiveness of Village Fund Management on Community Empowerment in Wage Village, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through documentation, observation and interviews. The informants of this research included the Village Head, Village Secretary, Head of the Village Consultative Body (BPD), and Wage Village Treasurer. The data obtained were examined using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the village fund allocation management process includes aspects of planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability. The management of village fund allocations carried out by the Wage Village government has 100% followed the technical rules that have been regulated and guided by the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018 regarding village financial management, but the reporting and accountability process experienced a slight delay. The reason behind the slow disbursement of village funds is that the reporting process on the realization of the use of village fund allocations has not been in accordance with the predetermined schedule, causing delays in disbursing funds, as well as the accountability aspect so that the community cannot evaluate the work of the village government which is not carried out on time. In terms of the income budget and the realization of the use of village funds along with other village revenues, it is used in the field of community development, the village wage is 70% and for community empowerment 30%
PENGARUH KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN, LEVERAGE, DAN GROWTH OPPORTUNITY TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN
The study was conducted to determine the role of Dividend Policy, Leverage and Growth Opportunity on Firm Value. The annual financial statements of manufacturing companies in the plastic and packaging sub-sector on the IDX for 2017-2021, as many as 14 companies are taken as the population. While the sample is 8 companies.Purposive sampling was used as a sampling technique. The secondary data source is obtained through the IDX\u27s official website (www.idx.co.id). Documentation is used for data collection techniques. Data analysis through classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), f & t test. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) show that dividend policy, leverage and growth opportunity affect the firm value by 33.4%. Meanwhile, 66.6% were influenced by factors that were excluded in this study. The results of the t-test showed that dividend policy had no effect on firm value and the value of sig. 0.016 > 0.05. Leverage has a value role of 0.000 < 0.05. Growth opportunity has no effect, the significance value is 0.913 > 0.05. The F test states that dividend policy, leverage and growth opportunity have a simultaneous effect on the firm value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05
Pendampingan Pengelolaan Dan Pemanfaatan Informasi Keuangan UMKM Di Dusun Ngembes, Mojokerto: Indonesia
This Community Service program was conducted in Dusun Ngembes, Mojokerto, involving 11 instructors and engaging 30 MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise) actors. The program focused on two primary issues: (1) improving the knowledge and skills of MSME managers in managing and preparing financial reports, which remain suboptimal, and (2) addressing the limited use of financial information for business growth. The program employed methods such as interviews, lectures, tutorials, discussions, and direct field observations to comprehensively explore MSME management practices. Data analysis was performed using a descriptive analytical approach to generate actionable recommendations. The outcomes aimed to enhance participants\u27 capabilities in financial management, with an emphasis on accurate cost calculation to boost profitability. Transformasi Digital UMKM Dan Penerapan Sistem Kasir Digital Dan Pencatatan Keuangan Berbasis Aplikasi di Kelurahan Sepanjang, Kecamatan Taman, Kabupaten Sidoarjo
This community service aims to increase the capacity of MSME actors in Sepanjang Village in utilizing digital marketing through social media and local marketplace training. The activity was carried out in the period from April 20 to June 20, 2025, with a participatory and practice-based approach. A total of 30 participants took part in the training which included creating business accounts, content strategies, managing online stores, and using analytical features. The impact of the training included improving digital skills, expanding market access, increasing sales, and the formation of a digital community network for MSMEs. This activity shows that structured and applicable digital training can be an effective solution in encouraging the digital transformation of MSMEs in the Sepanjang area. The sustainability of the program is recommended through further training and intensive mentoring to strengthen the competitiveness of local businesses in a sustainable manner.
PENGABDIAN KEPADA MASYARAKAT PELATIHAN PENULISAN KARYA ILMIAH BEREPUTASI BAGI GURU DI SMK NEGERI 2 BANGKALAN
Scientific work is really needed to publish work that has been made by several groups, for example lecturers in universities who always publish their research and students. However, on the other hand, teachers are also advised to write scientific articles as a condition for promotion. Not a few teachers think that writing scientific articles is very difficult so not many of them are able to publish their work in national or international journals. With this training, it is hoped that it will be able to increase teachers\u27 motivation and competence in writing scientific papers in their future career development.Karya ilmiah sangat dibutuhkan dalam mempublikasikan karya yang telah dibuat oleh beberapa kalangan seperti contohnya para dosen di perguruan tinggi yang selalu mempublikasikan penelitiannya dan juga para mahasiswa. Namun, di sisi lain para guru juga disarankan untuk membuat artikel ilmiah sebagai syarat kenaikan pangkat. Tidak sedikit guru yang menganggap bahwa menulis artikel ilmiah sangat sulit sehingga tidak banyak dari mereka yang sanggup mempublikasikan karyanya di jurnal nasional maupun jurnal internasional. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan kompetensi guru dalam menulis karya ilmiah dalam pengembangan karir mereka kedepannya

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the Effect of Organizational Commitment, Leadership Transformation and Employee Competence on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction at the PT. Pegadaian Wilayah IV Balikpapan. The research method used is a type of explanatory research and quantitative research approach with a population and a sample of 100 respondents in employees of the PT. Pegadaian Wilayah IV Balikpapan. The sampling technique uses saturated samples and the research instrument uses a likert scale and data analysis using validity tests, reliability tests and analysis methods using Partial Least Square (PLS).
