    MANAJEMEN KEUANGAN UMKM BERBASIS DIGITAL DI KELURAHAN SEPANJANG – TAMAN – SIDOARJO

    Tujuan pelaksanaan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh Tim Dosen dan Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya adalah untuk memberikan kontribusi pada UMKM di Kelurahan Sepanjang-Taman-Sidoarjo dalam Manajemen Keuangan berbasis Digital. Konsep pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan cara memberikan pelatihan sederhana terkait dengan platform digital yang dapat digunakan dalam manajemen keuangan dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Hal ini dilakukan karena terdapat permasalahan para pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Sepanjang-Taman-Sidoarjo tentang digitalisasi dalam UMKM dan manajemen keuangannya. Metode yang dilakukan dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini dibantu mahasiswa dengan pelaksanaannya pada saat pelatihan dilakukan oleh tim Dosen sedangkan pendampingan dilakukan oleh tim Dosen dan mahasiswa sampai para pelaku UMKM ini memahami dan menguasai Manejemen keuangan berbasis digital. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim Dosen dan Mahasiswa kepada UMKM di Kelurahan Sepanjang-Taman-Sidoarjo diperoleh bahwa pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Sepanjang-Taman-Sidoarjo telah menguasai platform manajemen keuangan digital sehingga dapat dilanjutkan untuk mengelola usaha dengan baik dan sesuai dengan perkembangan jaman di era digital. Hasilnya sekitar 90% peserta dapat memahami dan menggunakan mobile banking untuk menjalankan transaksi bisnisnya

    CV Expressa faces problems in budget management due to a slow manual process, less transparent, and vulnerable to errors. This study aims to design a web -based budgeting information system to improve efficiency and accuracy. System development uses the SDLC Waterfall method (Analysis of Needs, Design, Implementation, Testing, Maintenance) with Laravel Technology (PHP) and PostgreSQL Database. Features include budget submission, tiered approval, reporting, and audit trail. Blackbox testing test results show all functions run optimally, supported by automatic notifications and printed reports. This system is proven to speed up the process, reduce errors, and increase budget transparency at CV Express

    Penelitian bertujuan memahami peran kepala desa dalam menumbuhkan sikap patriotisme di kalangan pemuda Desa Tlagah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan terdiri dari kepala desa, tokoh masyarakat, dan pemuda setempat. Data dianalisis melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi untuk memastikan keakuratan informasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepala desa berperan sebagai teladan, fasilitator, dan mediator dalam mendorong keterlibatan pemuda melalui berbagai kegiatan sosial dan budaya, seperti lomba seni, pelestarian tradisi lokal, serta kegiatan gotong royong. Aktivitas tersebut efektif membangun rasa cinta tanah air dan membentuk karakter patriotik generasi muda. Selain itu, kepala desa juga menciptakan ruang partisipatif inklusif sehingga pemuda merasa memiliki peran membangun desa. Pendekatan yang digunakan berbasis pada nilai-nilai kultural dan sosial yang sesuai kondisi masyarakat setempat. Konsistensi dalam pembinaan serta pemanfaatan potensi lokal menjadi kunci keberhasilan program. Penelitian ini menunjukkan kepemimpinan lokal memiliki peran memperkuat identitas nasional dan membentuk karakter generasi muda melalui pendekatan kontekstual berkelanjutan

    The purpose of the Community Service activity by the team of lecturers of Elementary School Teacher Education, Faculty of Education, Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya is to improve teacher competency in knowledge, designing tools, designing deep learning assessments. Teachers who participated in this workshop were able to understand the concept and practice of deep learning better, and were able to implement it in good practice in their respective classes.     PELATIHAN PEMANFAATAN AI UNTUK PENGEMBANGAN PEMBELAJARAN BERDEFERENSIASI BAGI GURU-GURU SMKN 10 MALANG JAWA TIMUR

    AI-assisted learning offers more significant capabilities to improve the quality of teaching and education. AI is one alternative that plays a significant role in overcoming several learning challenges, especially regarding conventional teaching procedures, the lack of human resources who understand AI, inconsistent curriculum, and obstacles in differentiating student learning. The use of innovation in the learning process is essential to accommodate the diverse needs of students. The differentiated learning approach allows teachers to accommodate the diverse needs of students. However, there are still many teachers at SMKN 10 Malang who do not understand the practice of differentiated learning by utilizing AI applications. Therefore, the team of lecturers from Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya and Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang took the initiative to hold training on the use of AI for the development of differentiated learning. A total of 45 teachers at SMKN 10 Malang were involved in this study. This research is a mixed-methods research. The data analysis used is qualitative descriptive analysis. Teachers at SMKN 10 Malang were very enthusiastic about participating in this training because many of them still have difficulty in practicing differentiated learning by utilizing AI applications, especially Computer Vision and Mentimeter. According to them, this training is very useful and easy to apply. It is hoped that stakeholders in schools will increase training activities on the use of AI to facilitate differentiated learning, because this learning is very up-to-date in this era and can accommodate the various needs of diverse students

    A Systematic Review of Teachers’ Teaching Styles and Their Impact on EFL Student Learning Outcomes

    In the field of English as a Foreign Language (EFL), teaching style is a crucial factor influencing students\u27 motivation and engagement. However, because there are more separate studies than comprehensive syntheses, there remains a deficiency in the overall synthesis of what is commonly utilized and, from the perspective of learners, the most effective in teaching. This systematic review seeks to determine prevalent teaching styles in EFL classrooms and their perceived effects on students\u27 engagement and motivation. Employing the SALSA framework—Search, Appraisal, Synthesis, and Analysis—30 peer-reviewed empirical studies from 2014 to 2024 were analyzed. Studies were chosen based on stringent inclusion criteria, including EFL/ELT environments and empirical data on teaching approaches linked to student results. Findings indicate that student-centered approaches, especially the Facilitator and Delegator styles, consistently correlate with enhanced learner autonomy, emotional backing, and active engagement. Traditional approaches like Expert and Formal Authority styles, although still in use, are shown to hinder intrinsic motivation when they are overly dominant. Moreover, contextual elements like culture, type of institution, and mode of learning (for instance, in-person or online) greatly influence the success of teaching methods. Although they are valuable, the majority of research depends on limited, perception-driven data with a narrow geographic focus and insufficient attention to young learners or informal education. Future studies must tackle these constraints using longitudinal and experimental methodologies. The review underscores the critical significance of culturally relevant and adaptive teaching methods in enhancing EFL learning results

    Pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan dan Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dimediasi Motivasi Kerja Pada Dealer Honda Sumenep

    Employee performance plays an important role in maintaining competitive advantage, especially in service-oriented industries such as the automotive sector. This study aims to examine the effect of education level and work experience on employee performance, with work motivation as a mediating variable. This study employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. Data were collected through a survey of 95 respondents working in the automotive services sector and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The analysis results indicate that educational level does not significantly influence employee performance but has a positive effect on work motivation. Conversely, work experience significantly influences performance but does not directly affect work motivation. Motivation was found to be a significant mediating variable between work experience and performance but did not mediate the relationship between education and performance. These findings suggest that work experience, when combined with motivational drive, can enhance performance more substantially than relying solely on educational background. Practical implications emphasize the importance of developing human resource management systems focused on optimizing motivation and accumulating functional experience as productive organizational assets

    The implementation of the BPJS Health financing system through the INA-CBGs (Indonesian Case Base Groups) scheme has posed significant challenges to the operational sustainability of hospitals, particularly Type B hospitals that predominantly serve BPJS patients. This study aims to analyze the impact of financing regulations on the effectiveness of hospital budget planning and management using a case study at RSI Siti Hajar Sidoarjo. The findings reveal that healthcare financing regulations significantly influence budget planning structures, service tariff adjustments, and the strategic role of hospital managerial elements in maintaining operational efficiency. Active involvement of owners, supervisors, and medical personnel in budget planning and evaluation processes is a key factor in achieving an effective and sustainable hospital budget. This study also addresses an empirical gap regarding the impact of INA-CBGs policies on budget effectiveness in faith-based Type B hospitals and a theoretical gap in integrating budgeting theory with New Institutional Theory within healthcare settings

    Analysis of the Application of Basa Ngoko Lan Krama Song Media in Understanding Unggah Ungguh Javanese Language

    This study aims to analyze the application of the song media "Ayo Sinau Basa Ngoko lan Krama" to improve the understanding of first grade elementary school students about Javanese language etiquette at SD N 4 Banjaran. The main problem is the low use of Javanese ngoko and krama in daily communication, due to the habit of using Indonesian and ngoko without etiquette. Through interactive singing learning, students find it easier to understand the difference between ngoko and krama. The song media was chosen because it is fun and easy to remember. The results of the study showed an increase in students\u27 understanding of Javanese language etiquette, with scores that were previously below the KKM now increasing above the KKM, indicating the effectiveness of songs as a fun and interactive learning media

    The Influence of Coping Mechanisms, Academic Adjustment, and Social Support on Academic Procrastination of First-Year College Students

    First-year university students often face significant challenges during their transition from high school to higher education, including increased academic demands and decreased external structure. This literature study analyzes previous research on how coping mechanisms, academic adjustment, and social support influence academic procrastination among first-year students. The goal is to provide a theoretical foundation for understanding how these three variables interact and contribute to procrastination behavior, while also offering insights for the development of effective intervention strategies. Academic procrastination refers to the intentional delay in completing academic tasks despite awareness of its negative consequences. Utilizing a literature review method, this article examines how adaptive coping strategies (e.g., problem-focused coping), effective academic adjustment, and strong social support systems can help reduce procrastination. The study also highlights the significant role of social support—emotional, informational, or instrumental—as a key mediator that strengthens adaptive coping strategies and fosters better academic adjustment. Furthermore, social support—whether emotional, informational, or instrumental—acts as a mediating factor that reinforces positive coping and adjustment. The study emphasizes the importance of integrated approaches that promote adaptive coping, academic adjustment, and a strong support system, particularly during the critical transition into university life, to improve students\u27 academic performance and overall well-being
