Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Bangun Ruang Menggunakan Construct 2
The purpose of this research is to produce of learning media that uses construct 2 to meet valid and practical categories. This research uses the type of research and development by adopting the ADDIE model. The subjects of this study were students of grade VII class students of mts. Assa\u27adah II by using an initial needs questionnaire instrument, interview guidelines, validation sheets and response questionnaires for students. This validity analysis is obtained from the results of validation sheet research by media and material expert validators. Media expert validators and material experts showed that the learning media learning media using construct 2 gets an average score of 3.74, which is in the very valid category. Is in the very valid category. Meanwhile, the practicality analysis was carried out through the results of the response questionnaire assessment by students which resulted in an average score of 3.27 including in the practical category. Average score of 3.27 included in the practical category. The results of this study shows that the learning media for building space using construct 2 is declared valid and practical. So it is expected to make it easier for teachers in delivering delivery of material and as an innovation in learning
Integration of Self-Regulated Learning with Show and Tell Technique in Improving Students\u27 English Speaking Skills
This study investigates the effectiveness of Self-Regulated Learning and Show and Tell strategies to improve university students\u27 English speaking skills. This study is a quantitative research using experimental design. The participants of this study were 30 students of Management study program as the experimental class and 30 students of Law study program as the control class at Bhayangkara University of Greater Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that learning models using Self-Regulated Learning and Show and Tell are more effective than using conventional learning models. Based on the results of interviews, students also stated that the integration of Self-Regulated Learning with Show and Tell is an effective combination of strategies in improving English speaking skills
PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN BATIK DARI HASIL BUDIDAYA BUNGA TELANG (BUNTEL) MULYOREJO SEBAGAI PEWARNA ALAMI DI KELURAHAN MULYOREJO
Kelurahan Mulyorejo merupakan kelurahan yang terletak di wilayah Kecamatan Sukun, kota Malang dengan luas wilayah 2.75 km2. Saat ini, masyarakat Kelurahan Mulyorejo aktif dalam memanfaatkan barang ataupun lahan kosong yang ada pada wilayahnya dengan konsep urban farming. Salah satu urban farming yang dilakukan oleh warga Kelurahan Mulyorejo adalah budidaya bunga telang. Diversifikasi produk yang memiliki nilai jual tinggi dari hasil budidaya bunga telang belum dilakukan secara menyeluruh. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi masyarakat Kelurahan Mulyorejo untuk diberikan pelatihan keterampilan skill agar lebih memahami diverisifikasi produk bunga telang. Salah satu bentuk pelatihan keterampilan yang dapat diberikan kepada masyarakat adalah pembuatan batik berbasis bunga telang sebagai pewarna alami. Pewarna ini memiliki kelebihan yaitu warna bersifat lembut, memiliki nilai jual tinggi dan ramah lingkungan sesuai dengan konsep sustainable development goals yaitu clean water and sanitation. Selain itu, dalam pelatihan ini akan diperkenalkan cara kombinasi warna dari berbagai kombinasi pewarna alam berbasis bunga telang. Pengabdian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7 Oktober 2023 dengan peserta sebanyak 8 peserta. Berdasarkan hasil kuisioner dapat diketahui bahwa nilai mean mencapai angka 3.88 dan nilai modus dari masing-masing pertanyaan adalah 4.0. Hal ini dapat diinformasikan bahwa peserta pelatihan paham, merasakan manfaat serta puas terhadap pelatihan pembuatan batik dengan pewarna alami berbasis bunga telang. Peserta pelatihan juga mendapatkan alat canting elektrik dari tim pengabdian yang dapat digunakan untuk memproduksi batik secara mandir
MEMBANGUN KEBERLANJUTAN UMKM MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN BERBASIS MANAJEMEN KEUANGAN DI KELURAHAN SEPANJANG – TAMAN – SIDOARJO
Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Tim Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya dan dibantu oleh mehasiswa tujuannya adalah untuk membangun keberlanjutan usaha atau bisnis makanan dan minuman yang telah dijalankan oleh para pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Sepanjang-Taman-Sidoarjo dengan memperhatikan pengelolaan keuangannya. Konsep keberlanjutan UMKM berbasis manajemen keuangan ini disampaikan pada para pelaku UMKM supaya dapat dipahami dan diterapkan dalam mengelola usaha dengan memperhatikan segala bentuk pengelolaan keuangan karena masih banyak yang perlu dilakukan ketika sebuah bisnis dijalankan tanpa mengetahui keuangannya. Tindakan tersebut bertujuan untuk menjaga keberlanjutan usaha serta kehati-hatian dalam mengelola sebuah usaha. Metode yang diguanakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini diawali dengan adanya survey, kemudian pelaksanaan dengan cara memberikan penyuluhan dan pendampingan, selanjutnya melakukan evaluasi sebagai bentuk usaha perbaikan UMKM makanan dan minuman dalam mengelola keuangan usaha. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diperoleh bahwa pelaku UMKM makanan dan minuman di Kelurahan Sepanjang-Taman-Sidoarjo sekarang telah memahami tenatang pengelolaan keuangan untuk keberlanjutan bisnisnya. Pemahaman yang diterapkan berupa mulai membuata administrasi keuangan melalui pencatatan kas dari hasil pembelian dana penjualan, kemudian melakukan pemisahan keuangan pribadi dan keuangan bisnis supaya diketahui berapa besar keuntungan dari bisnis yang dijalankan sehingga dapat diketahui tingkat keberlanjutan bisnis makanan dan minuman yang dijalanka
PENTINGNYA PENCEGAHAN STUNTING MELALUI SOSIALISASI DENGAN PEMANFAATAN PUDING DAUN KELOR PADA MASYARAKAT DI DESA LAMABLAWA KECAMATAN WITIHAMA KABUPATEN FLORES TIMUR
Stunting merupakan kondisi yang di tandai dengan kurangnya tinggi dan berat badan anak apa bila dibandikan dengan anak-anak seusianya, organisasi kesehatan dunia World Health Organization (WHO) memperkirakan 178 juta anak di bawah usia 5 tahun mengalami kecacatan akibat disabilitas. Data prevalensi stunting pada anak balita yang di kumpulkan oleh WHO Indonesia masih di atas 20% di bawah target WHO yang kurang dari 20%. Angka stunting di Indonesia pada tahun 2023 tercatat sebesar 21,5% ,hanya turun 0,1% dari tahun sebelumnya sebesar 21,6%. tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pentingnya gizi yang baik bagi pertumbuhan anak-anak belita melalui sosialisasi ini diharapkan masyarakat dapat memahami praktik gizi yang sehat. Kegitan pengabdian ini di laksanakan pada tanggal 7 Mei 2024 di balai desa lamablawa, Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dengan memberikan penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan pada ibi-ibu kader posyandu dan ibu-ibu belita dan peserta yang hadir dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini berjumlah 26 peserta. Tahapan kegitan ini meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pendampingan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini ibu-ibu belita sudah memahami tentang pentingnya pencegahan stunting, peningkatan asupan gizi pada anak belita yang seimbang dan perbakian akses terhadap pangan bergizi dan juga dalam pemanfaatan pembuatan puding daun kelor untuk menambah asupan gizi pada anak balita. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta, dengan rata-rata skor tes mencapai 81%. Setelah kegiatan pengabdian, 85% peserta memahami dengan baik konsep stunting, 78% mampu mempraktikkan pembuatan puding daun kelor dengan benar, dan 82% memiliki pemahaman yang memadai tentang pentingnya gizi seimbang. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan efektivitas program dalam meningkatkan kapasitas peserta untuk mencegah stunting di Desa Lamablaw
The Effect of Using Crankcase Emission Control System Technology on the Performance of a 160 cc Single Cylinder Four Stroke Engine
The research was carried out on a single-cylinder four-stroke petrol engine with a rotation variation of 1000 rpm - 9000 rpm, using crankcase emission control system (CECS) technology. The air that will enter the carburetor is mixed with hot gas that flows and comes from the CECS, causing the air to become warm and then mixed with the fuel in the carburetor and then the mixture passes through the manifold into the combustion chamber. Investigation in the first stage under standard conditions and in the second stage using CECS technology. The use of CECS technology results in increased machine performance. After testing with and without using CECS technology, optimum performance in the form of power, torque and specific fuel consumption occurred at engine speeds of 8000 rpm, 6000 rpm and 7000 rpm respectively producing power, torque and specific fuel consumption of 13.11 ; 1.504 kg.m and 0.152 kg/hp.hour without CECS, and with the use of CECS technology of 13.20 hp; 1.56 kg.m and 0.151 kg/hp.hour
Quality Matrix-Based Product Innovation in Birkinpet Pet Harness Apparel
This study employs the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method to develop BirkinPet pet harness apparel, focusing on customer needs and competitive advantages. A House of Quality (HoQ) matrix was constructed using responses from 96 participants, evaluating the relationship between Customer Importance and Technical Importance to identify key technical priorities for immediate implementation in BirkinPet’s production process. The primary HoQ matrix results indicate that lightweight, comfort, and safety (481.5), design for various activities (416.1), and ergonomic and comfortable design (389.9) are the most important attributes to customers. The main technical priorities include ensuring the product is safe and strong (4.99) and providing a variety of sizes and options (4.86). The novelty lies in the comprehensive and structured application of QFD, emphasizing innovation in designing products that align with current market trends and customer preferences. By integrating comfort, safety, and flexible design, BirkinPet successfully creates a high-quality product that meets customer needs, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty while strengthening its competitive position in the pet accessories market
Analysis Of Defects In Laminated Doors Using Failure Mode And Effect Analysis (FMEA) And Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)
Quality control is an crucial part of the production process because product quality must meet established standards. Based on drawback that happen in the laminating door production process, prioritizing different failure types is essential to reduce the occurrence of defects in the same production process. To enhance product quality and minimize defects, consider implementing by using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). The purpose of this study is to identify the types of factors causing product defects in the laminating door production process and provide recommended actions in the improve phase to minimize the number of defects. This study analyzes six types of defects in laminating door products. The results show that operator errors are the dominant cause, influenced by environmental conditions and an unsupportive work system. Based on the Risk Priority Number (RPN) values, the defects with the highest values are glue not sticking (RPN 294) caused by machine factors, cracks (RPN 252) by method factors, groove size not meeting specifications (RPN 245) by man factors, peeling paint (RPN 180) by method factors, scratches on the laminate surface (RPN 175) by man factors, and imprecise joints (RPN 120) by man factors. Improvement suggestions include operator training, machine maintenance, replacement of inadequate equipment, selection of appropriate raw materials, and implementation of clear Standard Operating Procedures
Designing Improvement of Service effectiveness Using M/M/1 and M/M/S Queue Models (Case Study: Customer Arrivals at Jatim Park Tourist Destination During Holidays and Peak Hours)
Queueing is a collection of people lined up with the purpose of waiting to be served, after which they leave the queue. Queuing activities often arise due to ineffective or suboptimal service times, resulting in longer wait times. To maximize and schedule service time optimally, queueing models such as M/M/1 and M/M/S systems are utilized. This study applies these models to analyze the queuing system at Jatim Park tourist destination. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of service at the ticketing counters of Jatim Park during holidays. To initiate the study, data was collected on visitor arrival times and average service times. The data analysis aims to optimize service effectiveness at the Kampung Coklat tourist area by implementing the FCFS (First Come, First Served) queueing method and the M/M/S system. The findings suggest that the optimal number of teller servers needed to serve visitors effectively is 2. The analysis also identifies that the longest queue occurs between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM, with 3 visitors waiting at its peak. The average number of visitors in the queue during this period is approximately 1.3 or 1 visitor. Based on these results, the study concludes that the service effectiveness at the Kampung Coklat tourist area is sufficiently optimized
PROBLEMATIC NUMERICAL LITERACY IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS: SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW
One of the skills that is the main focus in facing the era of society 5.0 is numeracy literacy. Unfortunately, the results of the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) show that the numeracy literacy skills of students in Indonesia are still relatively low in general. To overcome this, educators need to understand the factors and solutions that can affect the low numeracy literacy of students, especially elementary schools. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to collect, summarize and analyze the problematic components of numeracy literacy in elementary schools through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the PRISMA approach. The data from this study was retrieved using the Publish or Perish application on the Googlescholar database using the keywords "mathematics problem" AND "elementary school" OR "elementary school", AND "numeracy literacy" OR "numeracy literacy". The results showed several factors that were found to cause low numeracy literacy involving aspects of teaching experience, students\u27 mathematical self-efficacy, availability of teaching materials, student behavior problems, principal support, and minimal school facilities. Solutions to improve numeracy literacy of primary school students include the development of effective teaching methods, further research to improve students\u27 understanding and self-efficacy, support to teachers through the development of learning resources, literacy strengthening strategies at the school level, investment in educational facilities, and the implementation of learning models that suit students\u27 need
