PENGARUH PERLAKUAN AWAL PADA CABAI MERAH KERING TERHADAP CHI-QU WEDHANG GLUDUK
Get PDFChi-qu Wedhang Gluduk merupakan inovasi minuman wedhang yang menambahkan cabai merah (Capsicum annuum L.) dalam minuman tersebut. Produk ini dibuat dan kembangkan di Desa Binangun, Kec. Binangun Kab, Blitar, Provinsi Jawa Timur yang merupakan salah satu produk pascapanen pada cabai merah yang dikeringkan. Akan tetapi, perlu perlakuan khusus untuk membuat cabai dapat dijadikan minuman dikarenakan rasanya yang cenderung pedas. Tujuan penelitian untuk membuktikan bahwa perlakuan awal pembuangan biji dan metode blanching pada cabai merah berpengaruh terhadap perubahan aroma, rasa, dan daya terima produk Chi-qu Wedhang Gluduk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan dua perlakuan yaitu cabai merah tanpa perlakuan pembuangan biji dan menggunakan metode blanching (X1) dan cabai merah dengan pembuangan biji dan menggunakan metode blanching (X2) dan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Pengamatan parametrik terdiri dari aroma, rasa, dan daya terima masyarakat. Analisis data penelitian yang digunakan adalah one way analisis of varians (ANOVA) 95% (α=0,95). Observasi yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner tertutup yang dibagikan kepada 50 panelis warga Desa Binangun, Kec. Binangun, Kab. Blitar, Jawa Timur. Hasil uji statistik wedhang dengan perlakuan pembuangan biji dan teknik blanching (X2) berpengaruh nyata dan signifikan (P<0,05) terhadap nilai kesukaan wedhang gluduk. Penelitian ini membuktian bahwa perlakuan tersebut berpengaruh terhadap perubahan aroma, rasa, dan daya terima Chi-qu Wedhang Gluduk
PENGARUH MOTIVASI, LOYALITAS, KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP SEMANGAT KERJA PEGAWAI ASN DI DINAS PANGAN DAN PERTANIAN KABUPATEN SIDOARJO
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa adakah Pengaruh Motivasi, Loyalitas, Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Semangat Kerja pegawai ASN di Dinas Pangan dan Pertanian Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Pendekatan yang dipakai yakni kuantitatif deskriptif serta populasi dalam penelitian ini 135 pegawai dan sampel yang digunakan yakni sebanyak 135 pegawai Dinas Pangan dan Pertanian Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Sesuai hasil statistik diperoleh hasil t-hitung Motivasi 2,082 & signifikansi 0,039 < 0,05. Diperoleh t-hitung Loyalitas 3,167 & signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05. Diperoleh t-hitung Komitmen Organisasi 2,874 & signifikansi 0,005 < 0,05. Didapatkan hasil f-hitung 9,542 & signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Artinya secara uji-t & uji-f terbukti terdapat pengaruh Motivasi, Loyalitas, Komitmen Organisasi secara signifikan dan positif terhadap Semangat Kerja pegawai ASN di Dinas Pangan dan Pertanian Kabupaten Sidoarjo.

Penanganan Pencemaran Tanah Pada Sampah Organik dengan Menggunakan Media Maggot
Get PDFBased on observed research data, the volume of organic waste is increasing along with population growth, the number of consumers using food, and even the number of people interested in living necessities is increasing. With the increasing volume, it can be handled using the maggot media program to handle soil pollution by organic waste. From the data obtained, it was found that decomposition was faster in soft fruit waste and soft vegetable waste, then decomposition took longer in hard vegetable waste. This is because maggots, or fly larvae, more often choose to consume soft vegetable waste than hard ones.Berdasarkan data penelitian observasi, volume sampah organik semakin meningkat seiring dengan pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk, jumlah konsumen yang menggunakan makanan, bahkan jumlah masyarakat yang berminat pada kebutuhan hidup semakin meningkat. Dengan semakin meningkatnya volume maka dapat diatasi dengan program media maggot untuk mengatasi pencemaran tanah oleh sampah organik. Dari data yang diperoleh diketahui bahwa penguraian lebih cepat pada sampah buah lunak dan sampah sayur lunak, kemudian penguraian lebih lama pada sampah sayur keras. Pasalnya, belatung atau jentik lalat lebih sering memilih mengonsumsi limbah sayuran yang lunak dibandingkan yang keras

Sehingga rokok menjadi komoditi penyumbang pendapatan negara dan disisi lain memiliki dampak tidak baik untuk kesehatan masyarakat. Untuk menekan dampak buruk rokok pemerintah Indonesia meningkatkan cukai dan pajak rokok sehingga harga rokok perbungkus menjadi naik. Dengan harga rokok terus naik sehingga daya beli masyarakat menurun ini menyebabkan seluruh rantai pasok industri rokok turun secara perlahan. Kebijakan pemerintah dalam meningkatkan ekonomi salah satunya adalah mencanakan ekonomi kerakyatan ekonomi kerakyatan yaitu berangkat dari ide-ide kreatif rakyat dalam mengembangkan perekonomian yang didukung oleh negara dari konsep ekonomi kerakyatan industri rokok dapat dijalankan dalam skala UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Orientasi Enterpreneur dan Pengaruh Luar Perusahaan terhadap Strategi Bisnis dalam usaha komoditas tembakau. Hasil analisis dengan metode korelasi Pearson dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini bahwa Strategi Bisnis dipengaruhi oleh orientasi enterpreneur dan Pengaruh Luar Perusahaan. Get PDFThe duku plant (Lansium domesticum Corr) is a plant that is widely distributed in tropical regions such as Indonesia. One of the famous plants in Indonesia is duku Komering. Duku has a very sweet taste with proven production increasing every year. So it is necessary to cultivate duku using tissue culture techniques. The use of tissue culture techniques is able to produce seedlings in large quantities in a short time. This research aims to see the response of stem explants from plantlets. The research was carried out in the Tissue Culture room, Integrated Laboratory, Raden Fatah State Islamic University, Palembang for 49 days after induction (DAI). The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research and experimental methods with a completely randomized research design (CRD). This research used several varying concentrations of kinetin, including 0 ppm, 1 ppm, 2 ppm, 3 ppm and 4 ppm. on stem explants (caulis) from duku plantlets (Lansium domesticum Corr.). The results showed that there was no growth response to the administration of various concentrations of kinetin during the observationTanaman duku (Lansium domesticum Corr) merupakan tanaman yang banyak tersebar di wilayah tropis seperti di Indonesia. Salah satu tanaman di Indonesia yang terkenal yaitu duku Komering. Duku tersebut memiliki rasa yang sangat manis dengan terbuktinya peningkatan produksi setiap tahunnya. Sehingga perlu dilakukan budidaya duku melalui teknik kultur jaringan. Penggunaan teknik kultur jaringan mampu mengahasilkan duku bibit dalam jumlah yang banyak serta waktu yang singkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat respon dari eksplan batang dari planlet. Penelitian dilakukan di ruang Kultur Jaringan, Laboratorium Terpadu Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Fatah Palembang selama 49 Hari setelah induksi (HSI). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan berupa penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian rancangan acak lengkap (RAL). Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa konsentrasi kinetin yang bervariasi diantaranya 0 ppm , 1 ppm, 2 ppm, 3 ppm dan 4 ppm. terhadap eksplan batang (caulis) dari planlet tanaman duku (Lansium domesticum Corr.) This research aims to examine the impact of motivation, work discipline, and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Hebsa Indonesia, involving all 35 employees. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling. The research method employed is quantitative. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 3 software with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results indicate that motivation does not have an effect on employee performance at PT. Hebsa Indonesia, while work discipline and organizational commitment do influence employee performance
Weight Gain During Pregnancy Based on Pre-Pregnancy Body Mass Index with Duration of Labor
Get PDFChronic Energy Deficiency and being overweight in pregnancy is a severe problem because it could cause many risks in labor. This study aimed to determine the association between weight gain during pregnancy based on Body Mass Index before pregnancy with the duration of labor. The type of research was analytical observational with a cross-sectional approach. Thirty respondents used the quota sampling technique. The Spearman-rank test showed a significant value of 0,039, so there was a significant relationship between weight gain during pregnancy and the duration of the first stage of labor in the latent phase. The significant value was 0,016, indicating a relationship between weight gain during pregnancy and the duration of the first stage of labor in the active phase. However, a significant value of more than 0,05 in the variable duration of the second, third, and fourth stages of labor. So, it was necessary to monitor weight gain and provide counseling on the impact of excessive weight gain during labor. In addition, women with excessive weight gain should be given more time during the first stage because the duration in the second until the fourth stage of labor would generally run so that it could reduce unnecessary interventions
Pengaruh Permainan Tradisional Terhadap Peningkatan Kebugaran Jasmani Pada Siswa SMPN 3 Bondowoso
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of traditional games on increasing physical fitness in students of SMPN 3 Bondowoso. The population in this study were students of SMPN 3 Bondowoso, totaling 38 students. The researcher planned to take a sample of 20 students of SMPN 3 Bondowoso. To determine from population to sample using random sampling technique (random / lottery). This type of research is quantitative research using quasi-experimental design. While the design or design in this study used the Non-Randomize Control Group Pretest-Posttest. The results of the analysis found that the value of sig. (2-tailed) in the experimental group is 0.009, in the control group is 0.053, so the value of sig. (2-tailed) in the experimental group > 0.05, it can be stated that traditional games have an effect on increasing physical fitness in students of SMPN 3 Bondowoso. So that the research entitled the effect of traditional games on increasing physical fitness in SMPN 3 Bondowoso students can be used as PJOK teachers to serve as a reference or guide in providing training programs or materials in particular to improve physical fitness because traditional games have been proven to improve physical fitness in SMPN students 3 Bondowoso.
