Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making Determining House DSS
Get PDFThe property industry in Indonesia is experiencing rapid development along with improving economic conditions, causing consumers to face difficulties in choosing a house that suits their preferences. Various factors such as price, location, facilities, and payment methods often make decisions complex.The Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) method is used to determine and evaluate the best options based on the degree of suitability of all criteria, with ranking carried out using the defuzzy method. The results of this study are expected to provide practical solutions for consumers in choosing a house that suits their needs and improve the quality of property developer services in Indonesia. The Effect of Using Loose Part Media on Fine Motor Skills of Students with Moderate Intellectual Disabilities at Bina Siwi SLB
Get PDFThis study was conducted to determine the effect of loose part media on the fine motor skills of students with moderate intellectual disabilities in SLB Bina Siwi. This study uses a quantitative approach with a Pre-Experimental method research design with a one-group pre-test post-test form. The sampling technique in this study used a one-class population consisting of class VII and class VIII, two students of class VII, and three students of class VIII SMPLB SLB Bina Siwi—data collection techniques using pre-test, treatment, and post-test. Data analysis in this study used non-parametric statistical methods that were analyzed descriptively and for hypothesis testing using the Wilcoxon test at a significance rate of α = 0.05. Decision-making in hypothesis testing in this study found the value of Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) is 0.043, which shows that the value is smaller (<) than the significance level of 0.05, then H1 is accepted. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is a difference between the results of the pre-test and post-test scores, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of loose part media on the fine motor skills of students with moderate intellectual disabilities at Bina Siwi SLB
The Effect of Rainbow Egg Rack Media on the Addition and Subtraction Calculation Skills of Students with Mild Intellectual Disabilities at SLB Rela Bhakti 1 Gamping
Get PDFThis study aims to investigate the impact of the Rainbow Egg Rack LOL media on the addition and subtraction computation skills of students with mild intellectual disabilities in Grade VI at SLB Rela Bhakti 1 Gamping. Conducted at SLB Rela Bhakti 1 Gamping in July 2024 during the 2024/2025 academic year, this research employs a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design, specifically a one-group pretest-posttest framework. The sampling technique utilized involves the entire population of Grade VI students at SLB Rela Bhakti 1 Gamping. Data collection was executed through pre-tests, treatment, and post-tests. The analysis of the data utilized non-parametric statistical methods, employing descriptive analysis. To test the hypothesis, the Wilcoxon signed-rank test was conducted at a significance level of α=0.05. The decision-making process in hypothesis testing revealed an Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.043, which is less than the significance level of 0.05. Consequently, the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted. This indicates a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores regarding addition and subtraction operations. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Rainbow Egg Rack LOL media positively influences the computation skills of addition and subtraction among students with mild intellectual disabilities in Grade VI at SLB Rela Bhakti 1 Gamping
The Emotional Dynamics of English Language Education Students Influence the Learning Process
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze how emotional dynamics, particularly heartbreak, affect the learning process of English Education students. The method used is mixed-method, with a sequential exploratory approach, where qualitative data is collected first through interviews with 5 students, then analyzed and continued with quantitative data collection through questionnaires filled out by 55 students. The results showed that heartbreak impacts on various aspects of learning, such as difficulty concentrating, decreased motivation to learn, lack of confidence, and delays in completing academic assignments. In addition, social pressure factors and lack of emotional support also worsen students\u27 conditions. Thus, strategies are needed to help students manage their emotions in order to maintain learning effectiveness. Memiliki populasi sebanyak 11 perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 20162020.
Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 40 data dari 8 perusahaan selama 5 tahun yang diambildengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis linier berganda sebagai teknik anlisis data dan SPSS versi 25sebagai alat uji statistik dalam riset ini. Berdasarkan proses pengujian data, maka dapat ditarikkesimpulan menghasilkan output penelitian secara parsial adalah kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial, dewan komisaris independen dan komite audit tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap manajemen laba

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan nilai eksperensial, nilai relasional, dan nilai ekspresif dalam buku Catatan Najwa karya Najwa Shihab dengan pendekatan Relasi Bahasa dan Kekuasaan Norman Fairclough. Nilai eksperensial meliputi, eksperensial kosakata dan eksperensial gramatika, Nilai relasional meliputi, nilai relasional kosakata dan nilai relasional gramatika sedangkan Nilai ekspresif meliputi nilai ekspresif kosakata dan nilai ekspresif gramatika. Catatan Najwa berisi sebuah refleksi atau narasi ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai relasional lebih mendominansi daripada nilai eksperensial maupun nilai ekspresif, indikasinya karena lebih banyak menggunakan kosakata formal untuk mendukung kebutuhan formalitas dalam hubungan sosial. Get PDFKabupaten Gunungkidul mempunyai potensi rekreasi dan hiburan yang beragam seperti pantai, goa, kerajinan tangan, desa wisata, air terjun, kuliner, dan lain sebagainya. Desa Turunan, Girisuko, Panggang, Gunungkidul salah satu desa yang mempunyai potensi desa wisata yang secara mandiri membentuk Kelompok Tani Hutan (KTH) Wana Lestari 2. KTH dalam mengembangankan desa wisata Bukit Roso Wulan bekerjasama dengan Dinas Kehutanan Gunungkidul. Kerjasama dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan desa wisata seluas ± 24 ha memerlukan pemikiran dan ide dari berbagai pihak. Desa wisata Bukit Roso Wulan sudah resmi dibuka operasionalnya yakni pada 9 Desember 2020. Program Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk membantu mempromosikan dan memperkenalkan Desa Wisata Wulan Bukit Roso di keturunan Girisuko Panggang, Gunungkidul. Promosi dilakukan melalui media facebook dengan menampilkan foto-foto menarik sehingga menjadi daya tarik masyarakat untuk mengunjungi Bukit Roso Wulan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dibagi menjadi 5 yaitu ceramah dan tanya jawab, FGD, pemilihan media promosi, pengambilan foto, dan melakukan posting promosi di Facebook. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam pengabdian ini yaitu antusiasme Kelompok Tani sangat tinggi sehingga terdapat peningkatan pemahaman, menumbuhkan kesadaran dan kepedulian terhadap pentingnya promosi untuk mengenalkan Desa Wisata Bukit Roso Wulan. Dalam pengabdian ini juga menghasilkan postingan di facebook “Bukit Roso Wulan”. Setelah pengabdian ini berakhir postingan harus tetap dilanjutkan kelompok tani agar promosi tetap berjala

Applied of The Simulation of The Queue System in Restaurant Mie Gacoan Branch Gresk Using Arena 14.0
Get PDFA system design certainly cannot be separated from the term simulation. There is no need to calculate the simulation manually because a system called the Arena application is available. The Arena is a windows-based simulation software used to simulate and analyze a system. This study aims to enable the practitioner to know and run a queuing system simulation into the tools in the Arena 14.0 software, which in turn can apply it in real conditions to the queuing system at Mie Gacoan Restaurant Gresik Branch. The method used in this case is the simulation queuing method. The queuing model consists of 2 single servers consisting of a general queue and an online ojek queue. The simulation queuing presentation uses the FIFO (first in, first out) rule. That is, consumers who come first to make payments are the first to be served by the system. The analysis results show that the queue rate on server 2 (online ojek queue) has a slightly longer time difference than on server 1 (general queue)

Get PDFTujuan dari artikel ini adalah mengeksplorasi hasil dari kegiatan lokakarya tentang pengajaran kosakata bahasa Inggris berbasis konteks bagi guru Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Data berupa hasil angket kuisioner. Sumber data dalam artikel kegiatan ini adalah 20 guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris untuk Sekolah Dasar di Kota Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah dengan kuisioner tertutup. Langkah-langkah pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini dapat dirinci sebagai berikut: 1) menentukan kerja sama dengan pihak sekolah dan penjadwalan, 2) mengadakan presentasi dan lokakarya, 3) menyebarkan tautan ke pertanyaan kuisioner, dan 4) menggabungkan hasil angket. Teknik analisis dalam artikel ini adalah analisis konten. Analisis konten bertujuan untuk menemukan jawaban dari setiap pertanyaan. Langkah-langkah analisis konten meliputi: 1) Penentuan masalah, 2) Eksplorasi literatur, 3) Penentuan sampel dan variabel, 4) Klasifikasi data dan mengolah data. Dari hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa para guru bahasa Inggris Sekolah Dasar memiliki kesan yang baik tentang pengajaran kosakata bahasa Inggris berbasis konteks, metode ini dinilai sangat efektif, mayoritas guru tidak familiar dengan vontext, para guru mendapat kebermanfaatan (wawasan baru, kerangka teoretis, dan juga strategi pengajarannya). Pada akhirnya, mereka juga meyakini bahwa cara ini cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan probabilitas siswa dalam penguasaan bahasa Inggris sejak Sekolah Dasar
