EKSPLORASI ESTETIKA MAKE UP KARAKTER DALAM DUNIA PERTUNJUKAN DI SURABAYA
Get PDFPenelitian ini membahas estetika dan fungsi transformasional make up karakter dalam seni pertunjukan, khususnya pada teater musikal, tari kontemporer, dan cosplay. Isu pokok yang dikaji meliputi bagaimana make up karakter bukan hanya sekadar elemen estetis, melainkan juga mendukung pembentukan identitas visual tokoh, membangun atmosfer pementasan, serta mempengaruhi internalisasi peran oleh aktor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap makna, nilai artistik, dan kontribusi make up karakter dalam menciptakan pengalaman visual yang utuh bagi penonton. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data triangulatif melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi visual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa make up karakter memiliki kekuatan transformasi yang mendalam, membantu aktor menghayati peran secara emosional, serta menciptakan ilusi visual yang mendukung cerita. Selain itu, integrasi make up dengan kostum, pencahayaan, dan properti panggung menghasilkan harmoni artistik yang konsisten. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa make up karakter merupakan elemen vital dan aset kreatif dalam seni pertunjukan modern yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi dan tren global
The Modeling of The Poverty Rate In Indonesia From 2018 to 2023 Using A Panel Data Regression Approach
Get PDFIndonesia was ranked sixth out of eleven Southeast Asian countries with the highest poverty rate, highlighting the need for effective strategies to address poverty issues. The governmental strategy was aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with the primary objective of achieving zero poverty. In this study, the poverty rate in Indonesia from 2018-2023 exhibited fluctuating trends, marked by both increases and decreases over the years. This phenomenon reflects the dynamic nature of poverty levels in the country. Poverty rates are assumed to be related to education and the economy. Referring to the statement, this study involves the percentage of poverty as the dependent variable and access to clean water access, gini ratio, open unemployment rate, and literacy rate as independent variables. Based on the structure of the research data, the dynamics of the poverty rate from 2018-2023 involve both cross-sectional and time series data structures. In this case, the panel data regression method based on the Random Effects Model is appropriate and can accommodate the identification process to the conclusion. This study aims to identify the factors that influence the poverty rate. Furthermore, the findings indicate that all independent variables have simultaneous and partial effects on the poverty rate
Application of ARIMAX-LSTM Model in Forecasting the Price of Broiler Chicken in Central Java
Get PDFCentral Java\u27s economy grew 4.98% in 2023 with the trade sector as the main driver, including the broiler chicken meat commodity whose production increased from 621,718.06 tons (2021) to 791,997.10 tons (2023). However, the price of this commodity experiences considerable fluctuations, mainly influenced by external factors such as increased demand during the national holiday period and the price of substitute products such as chicken eggs and beef that can affect the purchasing power of broiler chicken meat. Data on chicken meat prices, chicken egg prices, and beef prices were obtained from the official website of PIHPS (Strategic Food Price Information Center), while data for the week before the holiday was obtained using the Python library “holidays”. This research develops a Hybrid ARIMAX-LSTM model to predict chicken meat prices more accurately. The ARIMAX model is used to capture the linear pattern of chicken egg prices by considering external variables (egg prices, beef, and national holidays), while the LSTM captures non-linear residual patterns that cannot be explained by the ARIMAX model. The results show that the Hybrid model produces a MAPE of 1.19%, which is more accurate than the single ARIMAX (MAPE 1.38%). The predicted January 2025 price ranges from IDR 35,300 - IDR 35,900/kg, showing stability without extreme fluctuations. This research provides a predictive solution that can be used by the government and businesses in price control and market stabilization
Effect of Soybean Flour Fortification (Glycine Max) and the Administration of Vitamin C on the Increase in Hemoglobin (Hb) Levels among Adolescents with Anemia at Gresik District
Get PDFAdolescents are included in such group that is vulnerable to anemia since they are in a rapid growth period with high nutritional needs, especially for iron. Unbalanced eating pattern, lack of iron intake, extreme diet habits, and menstruation among adolescent girls may increase the risk of anemia. Anemia in adolescents does not only affect physical health, such as fatigue, dizziness, and decreased endurance, but can also affect concentration, learning achievement, as well as cognitive and emotional development. This was a quantitative quasi experimental study with One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design. The study population involved 78 students with anemia. Purposive sampling technique was applied to obtain 65 respondents as the study sampels based on the Slovin formula. This measuring device used here was a digital hemoglobinometer (portable). Statistic test applied independent t-test. The study results obtained a P-value of <0.05 which indicated a significant effect of interventions on hemoglobin levels. It can be concluded that there was an effect of soybean flour fortification (glycine max) and the administration of vitamin C on the increase in hemoglobin (Hb) levels

Get PDFEarly reading difficulties are a challenge in elementary school students\u27 learning, impacting their academic achievement. This study aims to analyze the roles of teachers and parents in addressing students\u27 reading difficulties, including supporting factors, barriers, and effective strategies. The research method used was qualitative with document analysis to understand the phenomenon in depth. The results show that reading difficulties are a challenge for students, influenced by various factors. Therefore, the role of teachers and parents is key in overcoming these difficulties, with various roles teachers can provide to students at school, and parents can provide various learning support at home. Supporting factors include school facilities, teacher guidance, and home tutoring from parents. Barriers include the time available for teachers and parents to provide special guidance and the child\u27s level of intelligence, concentration, and activeness. Therefore, efforts that can be made include providing learning motivation and positive responses, using learning methods, providing reading learning facilities, providing additional lesson hours, instilling reading activities, learning support at home, and establishing a good relationship between teachers and parents.Kesulitan belajar membaca permulaan menjadi salah satu tantangan dalam pembelajaran siswa sekolah dasar yang dapat berdampak pada prestasi akademik mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru dan orang tua dalam mengatasi kesulitan siswa dalam belajar membaca, termasuk faktor pendukung, penghambat, serta strategi yang efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan analisis dokumen untuk memahami fenomena secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan dalam belajar membaca menjadi tantangan bagi siswa yang dipengaruhi berbagai macam faktor. Maka peran guru dan orang tua menjadi kunci dalam mengatasi kesulitan tersebut, dengan berbagai macam peran guru yang dapat diberikan kepada siswa disekolah, serta orang tua yang memberikan berbagai macam dukungan belajar di rumah. Adapun faktor pendukungnya berupa fasilitas dari sekolah, bimbingan dari guru, dan bimbingan belajar di lingkungan rumah dari orang tua. Sedangkan hambatan mencakup keluangan waktu yang dimiliki guru dan orang tua untuk melakukan bimbingan khusus serta tingkat kecerdasan, konsentrasi, dan keaktifan anak. Maka, upaya yang dapat dilakukannya adalah dengan pemberian motivasi belajar dan respon positif, penggunaan metode belajar, memberikan fasilitas belajar membaca, memberikan tambahan jam pelajaran, menanamkan kegiatan membaca, pendampingan belajar di rumah, serta terjalinnya hubungan yang baik antara guru dan orang tua siswa

Get PDFThis study aims to explore how a digital attendance system can be utilized to foster discipline in elementary school students. Digital attendance is combined with deep learning principles to foster time awareness, responsibility, and self-reflection in students. The study was conducted at Taman Kalijaga Permai Elementary School in Cirebon City, using a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed a decrease in tardiness, an increase in learning readiness, and the establishment of more open communication between students and teachers. By designing a reflective attendance system, teachers can strengthen their role as character mentors. These findings support the importance of contextually utilizing technology in shaping positive student behavior.. Abstract contains 150-350 words. The abstract is made in a clear and concise manner.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi bagaimana sistem presensi digital dapat dimanfaatkan untuk membina kedisiplinan siswa sekolah dasar. Presensi digital dipadukan dengan prinsip pembelajaran mendalam (deep learning) untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran waktu, tanggung jawab, dan refleksi diri pada siswa. Penelitian dilakukan di SDN Taman Kalijaga Permai, Kota Cirebon, dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan keterlambatan, peningkatan kesiapan belajar, serta terbangunnya komunikasi yang lebih terbuka antara siswa dan guru. Dengan mendesain sistem presensi yang bersifat reflektif, guru dapat memperkuat peran sebagai pembimbing karakter. Design and Development of a Web-Based Employee Attendance and Payroll Information System at CV Expressa
Get PDFThis study aims to design and build a web-based employee attendance and payroll information system at CV Expressa to overcome problems arising from manual processes, such as late salaries, data recapitulation errors, and lack of transparency. The method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model approach, which includes needs analysis, system design, implementation using the Laravel framework and MySQL database, testing with the blackbox method, and maintenance. The results of the study show that the system built is able to automate GPS-based attendance recording and salary calculations, accelerate data recapitulation, and provide independent payslip access for employees. This system also succeeded in increasing operational efficiency and data accuracy, as well as reducing administrative workload. However, this study has limitations in the scope of implementation which is still limited to one company and does not include advanced security features such as biometric authentication and mobile applications. Further development is recommended to improve the scalability and flexibility of the system
Design and Construction of Pharmacy Sales Information System
Get PDFHero Farma Pharmacy in Boyolali serves more than 40 daily transactions but still uses a manual Excel recording system that is prone to human error , data duplication, and slow in reporting. This study aims to create a web-based sales information system to improve the efficiency and accuracy of pharmacy operations. The research method uses a waterfall which includes the stages of needs analysis through interviews and observations, system design with UML, implementation using Laravel 10 and React.js integrated with Inertia.js, and blackbox testing. The implementation results show that the system has been successfully built with a structured database. Blackbox testing on 8 main functions. This web-based information system has succeeded in replacing the manual Excel process , minimizing recording errors, increasing operational efficiency, and supporting better managerial decisions to support pharmacy performance
Filling Machine Panel Retrofit into Arduino Nano-Based Digital System at CV Sarana Engineering
Get PDFThe control panel on the filling machine is an important component in the industrial automation system that functions to regulate the work sensors, actuators, and time-based control devices. This research begins with the emergence of ideas or needs to develop a system or solve a problem, which is then followed by problem identification and literature study to strengthen the theoretical basis. This study aims to redesign the filling machine control panel using a modular approach based on the Arduino Nano microcontroller. By replacing analog components with digital ones such as relay channels, LCDs, and modular PCBs, a cost efficiency analysis was carried out between the old and new systems. Testing was carried out by evaluating the response time, stability, and actuator coordination of the control panel, as well as conducting an economic analysis that included cost reduction and Return on Investment (ROI) calculations. These indicators were compared between the new and old panels to assess improvements in both technical performance and economic efficiency. The results showed that the new panel improved response speed, stability, and actuator coordination, while achieving cost savings of up to 80% compared to the conventional panel.The Return on Investment (ROI) analysis indicated an ROI of 405%, which demonstrates a significant economic advantage as the initial investment can be recovered multiple times over. This result highlights that the redesigned system is not only technically superior but also cost-effective and flexible, making it highly suitable for small to medium-scale industries. DAMPAK PROJECT BASED LEARNING TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR BATIK SISWA SMA ITP SURABAYA MELALUI PENDEKATAN KUANTITATIF
Get PDFTujuan meneliti ini berfokus untuk mengidentifikasi adanya dampak model pjbl dalam pembuatan batik tulis pada hasil belajar siswa kelas XI di SMA Intensif Taruna Pembangunan Surabaya. Semua siswa kelas XI, berjumlah 148 orang, menjadi objek penelitian ini. Namun, hanya 24 siswa yang dipilih untuk diteliti. Dalam studi ini, peneliti memanfaatkan alat penelitian meliputi soal tes dan karya siswa, Temuan ini didukung oleh data hasil tes, observasi, dan penilaian karya siswa Sebelum penerapan berbasis proyek (PjBL), nilai rata-rata siswa adalah 68, sedangkan setelah penerapan PjBL, nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat menjadi 78. Berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien korelasi yang ditemukan sebesar 1 yang artinya termasuk kategori sangat kuat. Berdasarkan analisis statistik, nilai penting yang diperoleh sebesar 0,003 lebih kecil dari 0,005. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa kita dapat menolak hipotesis nol (H0) dan menerima hipotesis alternatif (Ha). Model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (PJBL) terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI dalam pembuatan batik tulis. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui PJBL, siswa tidak hanya memperoleh nilai yang lebih baik, tetapi juga terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran, meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampila
