    Sand play activities have a significant impact on the development of children's fine motor skills in Raudhatul Athfal, including improving hand-eye coordination, manipulative skills, and finger muscle strength and precision. In addition, this activity supports children's creativity, problem solving, social skills, and emotional management, creating a holistic learning experience that includes physical, social, emotional, and cognitive aspects. The development of children's fine motor skills in Raudhatul Athfal is influenced by the role of teachers, the availability of facilities, the role of families, variations in activities, and the characteristics of individual children. Teachers act as facilitators who support children's motivation and skills, although time constraints and the number of students are challenges. Play facilities such as sand, molds, and manipulative tools are very important, but their limitations need to be addressed immediately

    Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Kinerja Keuangan Pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Berkat Cabang Tamalanrea, kota Makassar. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pengambilan data melalui wawancara,observasi dan dokumentasi. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah neraca, rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas dan rasio rentabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Kinerja Keuangan Pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Berkat Cabang Tamalanrea Makassar berdasarkan dari analisis likuiditastas dilihat dari hasil data aktiva lancar dapat dilihat beberapa upaya dari pihak manajemen guna mengurangi hutang lancarnya unruk mempertahankan agar rasio lancarnya tetap baik. Jika berdasarkan analisis solvabilitas dilihat total hutang dari tahun 2021-2023 menunjukan koperasi simpan pinjam berkat dalam kurun waktu 3 tahun menghasilkan angka rasio yang kurang baik dan jika dilihat dalam analisis rentabilitas dilihat dari total SHU dari 3 tahun terakhir menunjukkan modal yang dimiliki koperasi kurang dalam menghasilkan sisa hasil usaha (SHU) secara maksimal. adapun dilihat dari prespektif ekonomi Islam Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Berkat dapat dikatakan mengikuti pola kepemimpinan yang rasulullah jalankan yakni shiddiq (jujur), amanah, tabligh dan fathanah. Adapun implikasi penelitian ini yaitu, menyarankan Koperasi simpan pinjam Berkat selalu melakukan evaluasi kinerja pada setiap akhir periode agar koperasi dapat mencapai hasil yang maksima

    This research aims to find out: (1) an overview of capital increase and business income of Bakti Huria Syariah cooperative customers; (2) the role of Bakti Huria Syariah cooperative in increasing capital and customer business income based on Islamic economic perspective (3) cooperative strategy in increasing the active role of cooperative customers in increasing income and capital This research uses a qualitative method with an economic approach. The primary data source consists of informants from employees, tellers, customers and the Manager of the Makassar City Bakti Huria Syariah Cooperative. Secondary data sources are taken from various books, journals, and other scientific works as a theoretical basis. Data collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques is then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques developed by Miles and Hubermen, namely data reduction, data presentation and inference. Test the validity of data using triangulation techniques. The results of the research show that the cooperative of huria Sharia service in Makassar city plays an important role in increasing capital in the community. Where the huria shariah service cooperative has 3 products, namely Phinisi for the Civil Servant Community, Prima for the UKM Community, and the Shortcut, which is financing that can be paid in installments for micro business actors. Before giving a loan, the cooperative provides requirements that must be met and conducts analysis to prospective customers. For customers who are late in making payments, the fine system is not applied because in the huria shariah service cooperative, the sharia system applies the sharia system, namely helping each other and not being allowed to burden one of the parties, fines also in Islam can be said to be something usury. Meanwhile, employees who work there are given a policy to pay installments until they get paid

    Abstract: This article discusses the role of teachers in managing classroom instruction as a critical factor in enhancing students’ learning motivation. The research was conducted at MTs DDI Pekkabata, Pinrang Regency, using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis employed the Miles and Huberman interactive model, consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that teachers who manage instruction using varied methods, effective communication, and personalized approaches are more successful in increasing student interest and motivation. Furthermore, the study identified several supporting factors, including teacher commitment, support from the school principal, and the availability of learning facilities. Conversely, the main obstacles found were the lack of teacher training, limited learning media, and socio-economic conditions of students’ families. This research provides significant implications for strengthening the role of teachers as motivators, the need to enhance pedagogical competencies, and the formulation of contextual learning strategies based on student needs. By understanding the relationship between teachers’ instructional management capabilities and student motivation, this article is expected to serve as a reference for educators, policymakers, and other researchers in designing effective quality improvement programs focused on the holistic development of students’ potential. Penelitian dilakukan di MTs DDI Pekkabata Kabupaten Pinrang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru yang mampu mengelola pembelajaran dengan metode variatif, komunikasi yang baik, dan pendekatan personal mampu meningkatkan minat serta motivasi belajar siswa secara signifikan. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai faktor pendukung seperti komitmen guru, dukungan kepala madrasah, serta ketersediaan sarana pembelajaran. Di sisi lain, hambatan yang ditemukan meliputi kurangnya pelatihan guru, keterbatasan media pembelajaran, dan kondisi sosial ekonomi keluarga siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi penguatan peran guru sebagai agen motivator, perlunya peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik, serta perumusan strategi pembelajaran yang kontekstual dan berbasis kebutuhan siswa. Dengan memahami keterkaitan antara kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar siswa, artikel ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi para praktisi pendidikan, penentu kebijakan, dan peneliti lain dalam merancang program peningkatan mutu pembelajaran yang efektif dan berorientasi pada pengembangan potensi siswa secara holistik..   Kata Kunci: Motivasi belajar, kemampuan guru, pengelolaan pembelajaran, pendidikan Isla

    Pemikiran Islam tentang Hubungan Negara dengan Agama: Islamic Thought on the Correlation between State and Religion

    This study discusses Islamic thought about the relationship between state and religion with sub-problems 1) a comprehensive understanding of the state and religion in the conception of Islam; 2) the views of the scholars regarding the correlation of religion and state; and 3) thoughts on reconciliation of Islamic and democracy. This research method is a literature review with a philosophical approach. The data collection method uses documentation and data analysis techniques using content analysis. The results of the study found that the state in the Islamic perspective is called al-bilad and its territory is called al-dawlah. The most important element in a country is religion itself which in Islamic perspective is called al-din and or al-millah. The scholars have different views on matters of state and religious relations. But from that difference, it can be formulated that the relationship between the state and religion is seen in the aspects of governance and democracy. Religion, in this case Islam, requires the formation of a state and gives concessions in terms of the form and technical arrangement of socio-political issues, the shape and composition of the state is not mandatory, which is important how to practice the values of the teachings of religion itself in a country. Thinking about the relationship between Islam and democracy, lies in the existence of Islamic principles about justice (al-‘adalah), freedom and equality (al-musawa), as well as upholding deliberation (al-syurah)

    Penerapan Metode Tahsin dan Tahfidz dalam Pembelajaran Al-Qur'an di SMP Putri Pondok Pesantren Tanwirus Sunnah

    Abstract: Learning the Koran is a fundamental aspect of Islamic education in Islamic boarding schools. As time goes by, effective learning methods are needed to improve the ability to read and memorize the Al-Qur'an. The application of the tahsin and tahfidz methods is one of the solutions developed to ensure the quality of students' reading and memorization of the Al-Qur'an.This study aims to analyze: (1) the implementation of tahsin and tahfidz methods in Quranic learning at Girls' Junior High School of Tanwirus Sunnah Islamic Boarding School, (2) the results of the implementation, and (3) supporting and inhibiting factors in memorizing the Quran. Using a qualitative approach with field research methods, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Results show that the program is implemented through morning muroja’ah and afternoon new memorization sessions under specialized teacher guidance. The program successfully improved Quran reading ability in 80% of students and achieved memorization targets for 90% of students. Program success is supported by institutional factors and parental involvement, while facing consistency and time management challenges that are addressed through additional guidance and learning media. Seiring perkembangan zaman, diperlukan metode pembelajaran yang efektif guna menunjang kemampuan membaca beserta menghafal Al-Qur'an. Penerapan metode tahsin dan tahfidz menjadi salah satu solusi yang dikembangkan untuk menjamin kualitas bacaan dan hafalan Al-Qur'an siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) Penerapan Metode tahsin dan tahfidz dalam Pembelajaran Al-Qur'an di SMP Putri Pondok Pesantren Tanwirus Sunnah, (2) hasil penerapan metode tersebut, dan (3) faktor yang menjadi pendukung dan tantangan dalam menghafal Al-Qur'an. Penelitian ini menerapkan metodologi kualitatif disertai pendekatan penelitian lapangan. Data terkumpul melalui observasi, wawancara, beserta dokumentasi selama satu semester pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan program dilaksanakan dengan sistem muroja’ah pagi dan hafalan baru sore hari di bawah bimbingan guru tahfidz. Program ini berhasil menunjang keterampilan membaca Al-Qur'an pada 80% siswa dan pencapaian target hafalan 90% siswa. Keberhasilan program didukung oleh faktor kelembagaan dan keterlibatan orang tua, meskipun menghadapi tantangan konsistensi dan manajemen waktu yang dapat diatasi melalui bimbingan tambahan dan media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya pengembangan metode serupa di lembaga pendidikan Islam lainnya dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor pendukung dan tantangan yang telah diidentifikasi.   Kata Kunci: Al-Qur'an, pendidikan Islam, tahfidz, tahsin, pembelajara

    Strategi Baznas Dalam Meningkatkan Kesadaran Masyarakat Untuk Berzakat Di Kecamatan Lambu Kabupaten Bima

    Abstract: This study aims to determine the level of public awareness in paying zakat, what strategies are implemented by Baznas in increasing public awareness to pay zakat, and to find out what factors are obstacles and supporters in implementing Baznas strategies, especially in paying zakat in Baznas, Lambu District, Bima Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The level of public awareness in Lambu District, Bima Regency is still relatively low, this can be seen from some people who still pay their zakat to shamans, not directly to Baznas 2) Baznas' strategy in increasing public awareness is by forming UPZ, collaborating with third parties such as preachers and ulama through Friday sermons or sermons, and ASN by conducting direct or indirect socialization 3) Factors inhibiting public awareness to pay zakat are still relatively low, people have the habit of distributing their zakat directly to others without going through institutions, do not understand zakat in general, there are still muzakki who do not know that there is other zakat besides zakat fitrah, namely zakat mal. Then the supporting factors for the implementation of the Baznas strategy in Lambu District, Bima Regency are government support in the form of zakat regulations and appeals from regional heads, as well as support from the MUI of Bima Regency. Keywords: Strategy, Awareness, Zakat.   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesadaran masyarakat dalam menunaikan zakat, bagaimana strategi yang di terapkan Baznas dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk berzakat, dan mengetahui faktor apa saja yang menjadi penghambat dan pendukung dalam pelaksanaan strategi Baznas. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) Tingkat kesadaran masyarakat di Kecamatan Lambu Kabupaten Bima masih tergolong rendah itu bisa di lihat dari sebagian masyarakat yang masih menyetorkan zakatnya ke guru-guru ngaji yang keadaan ekonomi nya memungkinkan untuk menerima zakat, bukan ke Baznas langsung 2) Strategi Baznas dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat yaitu dengan membentuk UPZ, kerjasama dengan pihak ke tiga seperti para dai dan ulama yaitu lewat ceramah atau khutbah Jumat, serta ASN dengan melakukan sosialisasi secara langsung maupun tidak langsung 3) Faktor penghambat  kesadaran masyarakat untuk berzakat masih relatif rendah, masyarakat  mempunyai kebiasaan menyalurkan zakatnya langsung kepada orang lain tanpa melalui lembaga, kurang memahami zakat secara umum, masih ada muzakki yang tidak tau bahwa ada zakat lain selain zakat fitrah, yaitu zakat mal. Kemudian faktor pendukung pelaksanaan strategi Baznas Kecamatan Lambu Kabupaten Bima yaitu dukungan pemerintah berupa perda zakat dan himbauan kepala daerah, serta dukungan dari MUI kabupaten Bima.     Implementasi Program Pembiasaan Tadarus Al-Qur’an dalam Menumbuhkan Rasa Cinta Qur’an Pada Remaja Masjid Jami’ Darrul Falah Desa Alesipitto Kabupaten Pangkep

    Abstract: The purpose of this study is to: (1) examine how the Al-Qur'an tadarus program is implemented in order to cultivate a love for the Qur'an among teenagers at the Jami' Darul Falah Mosque in Alesipitto Village, Pangkep Regency; (2) identify factors that facilitate or hinder the implementation of the Al-Qur'an tadarus habituation program in order to cultivate a love for the Qur'an among teenagers at the Jami' Darul Falah Mosque in Alesipitto Village, Pangkep Regency; and (3) identify ways to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the Al-Qur'an tadarus habituation program. The research methodology is qualitative and of the descriptive kind. Methods of data collecting include documentation, interviews, and observation. Teenagers taking part in the Al-Qur'an tadarus, tadarus teachers, and mosque officials are among the informants in this study. Three steps are used in data analysis: reducing data, presenting data, and making conclusions. The study's findings demonstrate that there are three steps involved in implementing the Al-Qur'an tadarus program to cultivate a love for the Qur'an: planning, carrying out, and assessing. Supporting variables were also identified by the study, including the existence of capable and motivating tadarus instructors, sufficient facilities and infrastructure, and the backing of mosque administration. Lack of free time, the impact of social media and technology, and difficulty understanding the Qur'an are also deterrents. The study also demonstrated ways to get over these challenges, such as using the digital Qur'an and receiving one-on-one counselling.  Keywords: Tadarus Al-Qur’an, Love for Al-Qur’an Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mengkaji bagaimana pelaksanaan program tadarus Al-Qur'an dalam rangka menumbuhkan kecintaan terhadap Al-Qur'an pada remaja di Masjid Jami' Darul Falah Desa Alesipitto Kabupaten Pangkep; (2) mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempermudah maupun menghambat pelaksanaan program pembiasaan tadarus Al-Qur'an dalam rangka menumbuhkan kecintaan terhadap Al-Qur'an pada remaja di Masjid Jami' Darul Falah Desa Alesipitto Kabupaten Pangkep; dan (3) mengidentifikasi cara mengatasi kendala dalam pelaksanaan program pembiasaan tadarus Al-Qur'an. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan bersifat deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja peserta tadarus Al-Qur'an, guru tadarus, dan pengurus masjid. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tiga langkah, yaitu: mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada tiga langkah yang harus dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan program tadarus Al-Qur'an untuk menumbuhkan kecintaan terhadap Al-Qur'an, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi variabel pendukung, yaitu keberadaan instruktur tadarus yang cakap dan memotivasi, sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, serta dukungan pengurus masjid. Selain itu, kendala lainnya adalah keterbatasan waktu luang, pengaruh media sosial dan teknologi, serta kesulitan memahami Al-Qur'an.     PENGARUH PENERAPAN METODE QIUZ TEAM TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR PADA MATAPELAJARAN FIQIH PESERTA KELAS V MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH AS-SALAM KECAMATAN REOK KEBUPATEN MANGGARAI

    Abstract: His thesis discusses the influence of the application of the Quiz team method on learning motivation in class V Fiqh subjects at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah As-Salam, Reok District, Manggarai Regency. This research aims to analyze: (1) Describe the application of the Quiz Team method in class V Fiqh learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah As-Salam, Reok District, Manggarai Regency; (2) Describe students' learning motivation before and after implementing the Quiz Team method in class V Fiqh learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah As-Salam, Reo District, Manggarai Regency; (3) Analyze the effect of applying the Quiz Team method on students' learning motivation in class V Fiqh learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah As-Salam, Reo District, Manggarai Regency.This thesis discusses the influence of the application of the Quiz team method on learning motivation in class V Fiqh subjects at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah The results of the research that has been carried out show that: (1) The influence of the dominant application of the Quiz Team Method in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah As-Salam, Reok District, Manggarai Regency is in the good category. There are 10 students (56%); (2) The dominant success of students' learning motivation in the good category is 13 students (73%) while there are 5 students (28%) with educational guarantees for children in the sufficient category; (3) From the results of the influence of using the Quiz Team method on research students, the simple one sample test has a significant value of 0.000 or 0.000 < 0.05, thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the decision making criteria that have been determined, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the effect of implementing the Quiz Team Method on the learning of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah As-Salam students, Reok District, Manggarai Regency. Keywords: Quiz Team Method, Learning Motivation, Learners Abstrak: Skripsi ini membahas tentang Pengaruh penerapan metode  Quiz team terhadap motivasi belajar pada matapelajaran Fiqih kelas V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah As-Salam Kecamatan Reok Kabupaten Manggarai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) Mendeskripsikan penerapan metode Quiz Team dalam pembelajaran Fiqih kelas V di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah As-Salam, Kecaatan Reok, Kabupaten Manggarai; (2) Mendeskripsikan motivasi belajar peserta didik sebelum dan setelah penerapan metode Quiz Team  dalam pembelajaran Fiqih  kelas V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah As-Salam, Kecamatan Reo Kabupaten Manggarai; (3) Menganalisis pengaruh penerapan metode Quiz Team terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran Fiqih  kelas V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah As-Salam, Kecamatan Reo Kabupaten Manggarai. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Kuantitatif dengan penelitian deskriptif. Instrument penelitian menggunakan angket sebagai alat untuk mengukur seberapa pengaruh kualitas dalam penggunaan metode Quiz Team. Pengujian instrument menggunakan analisis data, menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji hipotesi. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengaruh Penerapan Metode Quiz Team yang dominan  di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah As-Salam Kecamatan Reok Kabupaten Manggarai  dengan kategori  yang baik  Terdapat 10 siswa ( 56 % ); (2) Keberhasilan motivasi belajar peserta didik yang dominan dengan kategori baik terdapat, 13 siswa ( 73% ) sedangkan jaminan pendidikan anak dalam kategori cukup terdapat, 5 siswa (28 % ); (3) Dari hasil pengaruh penggunaan metode Quiz Team terhadap peserta didik  penelitian uji one sampel test sederhana nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 atau 0,000 < 0,05, dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Berdasarkan kriteria pengambilan keputusan yang telah ditentukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Pengaruh Penerapan Metode Quiz Team terhadap belajaran Peserta didik  Madrasah Ibtidaiyah As-Salam Kecamatan Reok Kabupaten Manggarai.     Implementasi Pengelolaan Zakat, Infaq, dan Shadaqah Pada Baznas Kabupaten Pinrang

    Abstract: This study aims to determine: (1) Management System of zakat, infaq, and shadaqah at BAZNAS Kab. Pinrang; (2) Distribution System of Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqah at BAZNAS in Kab. Pinrang. This research uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach, Primary data sources consist of informants from BAZNAS staff/employees. Secondary data sources are taken from various books, journals, and other scientific works as a theoretical basis. Data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques and then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques developed by miles and hubermen, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Test the validity of the data using the triangulation technique.  The results of this study indicate that (1) the Zakat Management System at BAZNAS Kab. Pinrang has two management systems, namely (direct and indirect collection). Direct collection of zakat is a collection that is submitted directly by the muzakki to BAZNAS Kab.Pinrang without going through intermediaries and collection is also done through UPZ (zakat collection unit) whose task is to collect zakat to serve muzakki who are in the village or kelurahan. (2) The zakat distribution system at BAZNAS Kab. Pinrang has 3 forms of distribution, namely consumptive distribution, productive distribution and distribution to 8 asnaf. Sumber data sekunder diambil dari berbagai buku, jurnal, dan karya ilmiah lainya sebagai landasan teori. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan Teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Teknik analisis deskriptif yang dikembangkan oleh miles dan hubermen, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan Teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Sistem Pengelolaan Zakat pada BAZNAS Kab. Pinrang memiliki dua sistem pengelolaan  yaitu (pengumpulan secara langsung dan tidak langsung). Pengumpulan zakat secara langsung adalah pengumpulan yang diserahkan langsung oleh para muzakki ke BAZNAS Kab.Pinrang tanpa melalui perantara dan pengumpulan juga dilakukan melalui UPZ ( unit pengumpul zakat) yang bertugas mengumpulkan zakat untuk melayani muzakki yang berada di desa atau kelurahan. Sedangkan pengumpulan zakat secara langsung dilakukan melalui via transfer langsung ke rekening BAZNAS Kab. Pinrang.(2) Sistem  pendistribusian zakat pada BAZNAS Kab. Pinrang memiliki 3 bentuk pendistribusian yaitu pendistribusian secara konsumtif, bentuk pendistribusian secara produktif dan bentuk pendistribusian ke 8 asnaf.
