The research emphasizes the headmaster's role in enhancing both religious and general education, empowering teachers, and providing necessary resources to improve learning experiences. Data was collected through interviews with the headmaster, teachers, and administrative staff, along with direct observations of the school's activities. The findings highlight the headmaster's efforts to implement strategic programs, such as professional development for teachers, tutoring for students, and improving school infrastructure. Despite facing challenges like limited facilities and competition from other schools, the headmaster's leadership has positively impacted student learning outcomes, teacher motivation, and the school's reputation. The study concludes that the headmaster's transformational leadership and commitment to education quality have been pivotal in driving improvements at MTsN 1 Siak

Get PDFBy making it as content, this study sees the Hāfizh Qur'an educational game as a means for students who are undergoing muroja'ah and helps them in memorizing the Qur'an. The students can then improve their memorization of the Quran because they are so excited or entertained. The design and implementation of learning games about the Qur'an and the reasons for the establishment of the Daarul Huffadz Indonesia Islamic Boarding School Citereup branch are the problems that are being researched. The idea and implementation of the Qur'an hafizh educational game at the Daarul Huffadz Indonesia Islamic Boarding School Citeureup branch is the subject of this qualitative research. Field research is this type of research. Data collection methods include documentation, interviews, and observations. The steps of Miles and Huberman data analysis are data collection, data reduction, and data presentation, which are then used in data analysis techniques. The findings of the study show that the educational game of hafizh Al-Qur'an is in the form of a guessing game including the title of the surah and related verses. Entertain, eliminate boredom, improve memory, engaging, and much more. During the implementation of the Hāfizh Qur'an educational game, students use laptops to solve puzzles to compose the names of the surahs in the Qur'an. In the verse continuation game, the ustadzah read one verse first, then continued by the Citeureup branch students in turn. The purpose of the Hāfizh Qur'an educational game is to keep students engaged, facilitate memorization, and encourage the next generation to remember the Qur'an through its content
The Influence of Problem-Based Learning Model in teacher Professional Education on Students’ Problem Solving Skills
Get PDFProblem-Based Learning (PBL) has emerged as an effective pedagogical model in teacher professional education programs (Pendidikan Profesi Guru/PPG) to enhance problem-solving skills among students. This study examines the impact of PBL implementation in PPG on the development of problem-solving abilities in learners. Key findings indicate that PBL fosters critical thinking, collaborative learning, and independent study skills while promoting the practical application of theoretical concepts. Additionally, PBL encourages reflective practices and reduces students' dependency on teachers, enabling them to become self-reliant problem solvers. Recommendations for PPG include integrating simulation-based learning, emphasizing process-oriented assessments, and providing initial mentorship for novice teachers. The study concludes that PBL not only equips future educators with innovative teaching strategies but also positively influences students’ cognitive and social skills, making it a vital approach in modern education
Enhancing Active Learning Through Gamified Platforms: Insights from the Implementation of Quizizz in English Language Education
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the Quizizz application on the English learning outcomes of students at MTs. DDI Enrekang. The population of this study was 34 grade VIII students at MTs. DDI Enrekang selected as samples using total samples. This study is quantitative with a pre-experimental one group method. From the output obtained the average pre-test score of students is 47 while for the post-test is 74. The results of the average post-test scores of students are included in the good category. Then if seen from the t-count> t-table which is 13.122> 1.692 then there is a significant influence between variable X on variable Y. So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted while Ho then in this study there is a significant influence in the implementation of the Quizizz application can improve students' English learning outcomes at MTs. DDI Enrekang. For authors who want to conduct similar research on students' English learning outcomes, it is expected to use the latest version of the Quizizz application
Prinsip Maslahah dalam Ekonomi Islam: Studi Kasus Penerapan Zakat di Jawa Tengah
Get PDFPenerapan prinsip maslahah dalam ekonomi Islam memiliki peran penting dalam mencapai kesejahteraan sosial dan ekonomi umat. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan prinsip maslahah dalam pengelolaan zakat di Provinsi Jawa Tengah, dengan fokus pada dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus pada lembaga-lembaga pengelola zakat di daerah tersebut, seperti Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) dan lembaga zakat lokal. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan zakat di Jawa Tengah masih menghadapi tantangan dalam optimalisasi distribusi, meskipun terdapat upaya untuk memastikan bahwa alokasi zakat sesuai dengan prinsip maslahah yang bertujuan untuk memberikan manfaat maksimal bagi penerima zakat. Di sisi lain, peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat tentang zakat dan pengelolaannya telah memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pengurangan angka kemiskinan. Namun, masih terdapat kendala dalam hal koordinasi antar lembaga dan pemanfaatan teknologi untuk memperluas cakupan penerima zakat. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa prinsip maslahah dapat menjadi landasan yang kuat dalam mengembangkan sistem zakat yang lebih efektif di Jawa Tengah, dengan catatan bahwa sinergi antara pemerintah, lembaga zakat, dan masyarakat sangat dibutuhkan untuk mencapai tujuan ekonomi yang lebih adil dan berkelanjuta

Get PDFProgram pemberdayaan kemitraan masyarakat (PKM) yang bermitra dengan Majelis Dikdasmen dan PNF PDM Kabupaten Pinrang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan TPACK guru-guru di tiga sekolah dasar di wilayah tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi, terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra, yaitu: keterbatasan dalam pelayanan berbagai layanan, pemahaman dan penerapan konsep TPACK yang terbatas, serta kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menggunakan aplikasi untuk membuat media dan sumber belajar. Program ini dirancang untuk memberikan pelatihan dalam pengembangan media dan sumber belajar berbasis teknologi, khususnya menggunakan Google Sites, guna meningkatkan kemampuan TPACK guru. Pelatihan dan pendampingan yang diberikan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja mitra dalam mencapai tujuan program kerja dan memperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran. Selain itu, program ini juga selaras dengan konsep Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) untuk dosen dan mahasiswa, terutama yang mengambil mata kuliah di Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar. Hasil program PKM menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman TPACK guru, yang berhasil mengintegrasikan pengetahuan teknologi, pedagogi, dan konten secara efektif dalam proses pembelajaran
The Influence of Entrepreneurial Orientation and Entrepreneurial Characteristics on the Marketing Performance of MSMEs in Sumbawa Regency
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi wirausaha dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap daya saing Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Sumbawa. UMKM memegang peranan vital dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun menghadapi tantangan dalam persaingan global dan revolusi digital, yang menuntut penguatan aspek internal seperti kompetensi wirausaha dan orientasi kewirausahaan. Kompetensi wirausaha mencakup kemampuan perencanaan bisnis, pengelolaan sumber daya, inovasi, komunikasi, dan kepemimpinan, yang esensial agar UMKM adaptif dan tangguh. Sementara itu, orientasi kewirausahaan merefleksikan sikap inovatif, proaktif, dan keberanian mengambil risiko, yang terbukti memperkuat strategi bisnis dan mendorong penetrasi pasar. Data di Kabupaten Sumbawa menunjukkan adanya keterbatasan dalam pengembangan kompetensi SDM dan mentalitas kewirausahaan. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan survei terhadap 100 responden UMKM di Kabupaten Sumbawa, dengan analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) pendekatan Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa baik kompetensi wirausaha maupun orientasi kewirausahaan secara signifikan dan positif memengaruhi daya saing UMKM. Orientasi kewirausahaan bahkan menunjukkan pengaruh yang lebih kuat dibandingkan kompetensi wirausaha, menegaskan pentingnya kedua faktor ini untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif UMKM di tengah dinamika pasar
